How Will Future Organizations Be Managed

laitman_565_01Opinion (from hbr-russia.ru): “Scientists have discovered that throughout history of mankind, humanity has undergone different phases of evolution and in every phase there was a leap in consciousness, morality and psychology. And every time, when humanity rose to a new level, it has devised a new way of co-operation, a new model of organization.”

Opinion (Frederic Laloux’s book and talk Reinventing Organizations): “On the new level of our evolution all the plants are divided into teams of ten people. The teams are managed and organized independently and coordinate and decide what their wages will be and even take decisions regarding the absorption of new workers. If there are misunderstandings they turn to a central office for advice. The manager’s only role is to represent the company in the outside world.

“The teams operate collectively and there is no hierarchy of personal achievements, since there is a rotation of offices and people serve as marketers, employers, and sometimes as their colleagues’ mentors. There is no strategy that the management brings here or slogans that are forced unto them. Each one understands the responsibility he has. The main goal is to make the world a better place.

“Profit ceases to be a goal in itself and is the outcome of good teamwork. Despite the paradox, companies remain competitive and have considerable profits. These are not theoretical calculations or a utopia but a concrete new method of managing organizations and it is the prototype of future organizations.

“We can see such examples in Patagonia, the developers of Valve games and the power company AES.”

My Comment: The search for organizational models will continue, but will lead to even greater disappointments in the end because without changing the nature of man from selfish to altruistic, and the reward from our world to revelation of the Creator, we will not find any solutions.

Therefore there will be no positive outcomes if we don’t disseminate the wisdom of Kabbalah and fulfill it.

Media Lies About Israel

laitman_565_01Question: The international media constantly lies when they cover events in Israel. When a border policewoman was murdered and another was wounded, CBS reported that “3 Palestinians killed as daily violence grinds on.”

Israel immediately protested and the headlines were changed to,“Israeli police kill 3 alleged Palestinian attackers.” When Israel protested again, it said, “Palestinians kill Israeli officer, wound another before being killed.” This has been going on for quite a while, and nothing can be done.

Answer: Nothing will help, either. On the one hand, this angers me, but on the other hand, I understand where it stems from. There are conflicts all over the world, and the reason is the terrible relations between people. At the same time, the reason for the conflict itself is that Israel isn’t fulfilling its mission of uniting people in a good way. Therefore, the more conflicts there are in Europe, the worse our life will be here. Israel will be responsible for every clash or breakout anywhere in the world.

The Jews always will be blamed for all of the troubles in the world. This is true because every conflict and clash, or every feeling of pain, is an indication that a sufficient portion of the Upper Light that can balance the pain and turn it to pleasure has not been received. It is the Jews who aren’t supplying this portion of Light.

Question: How do you relate that to the fact that the media are constantly lying about Israel?

Answer: They cannot do it any other way. From their perspective, if we are attacked, it means we are to blame. We must think about this in a spiritual manner, not a corporal manner. We are to blame according to the laws of nature because we have not provided the right portion of goodness and have not balanced the evil with goodness in advance. This is the reason that it was born, developed, and united against us.

If we don’t wake up in time, the nations of the world eventually will declare war against us and want to destroy us. If the Jews don’t begin to listen to what Kabbalists say and continue to think that someone else is to blame, the same genocide we have witnessed in the past will be repeated, but this time on a much larger scale.

Question: Does this mean that you believe we should shut down Israeli public relations since it will lead to nothing?

Answer: Absolutely, nothing.

Question: Should we also shut down the Israeli foreign office?

Answer: We don’t need anything but a Ministry of Education implementing the method of uniting the nation. It must be the great educational project of Israel. This is what we must produce, and the world will buy it.

This is the mission of the Jewish nation. We need only one office, a kind of a Sanhedrin, a spiritual leadership, and so we need Kabbalists who understand the real laws of nature. These laws teach people how to unite so that there will be peace in the world and among us, so that the connection between us and the Creator will be revealed in us, and flow from us to the entire world. We don’t need anything more than that. We don’t need to wait for the Western media to push us forcefully in this direction or wait for them to love us. It will happen only when we perform the correction.

“Calls For Anti-Jewish Terror”
A “Dead” Terrorist Comes To Life

The Middle Class Is Dying Out

Laitman_421_01Opinion (from lenta.ru): “The term ‘middle class’ has been in use over the course of two and a half thousand years – the first time it was used was around 420 BC, when the ancient Greek playwright Euripides put into the mouth of Theseus, the hero of the comedy ‘Beseeching,’ the following words: ‘It is only the middle class support who the city; he submits to its laws and authorities.’ In the following century, the idea was developed the great philosopher Aristotle, who pointed out in his treatise ‘Politics,’ that ‘the state, which consists of average people, and will have the best system of government.’ In this sense, the term originated in 1913, when the Statistical Office of Great Britain marked the term middle class as segments of the population who are between the ruling class and the proletariat. … Since then, Western sociology sees the middle class as the main support, and political and economic stability of the state – in full accordance with the precepts of Aristotle.

“But last year, American sociologists have sounded the alarm. Although the world-wide share of the poor is steadily decreasing (from 25 to 15 percent in the first 10 years of the century, according to the World Bank – the percentage of people in low- and middle-income countries during the same period increased by 6 percent and 8 percent, respectively), the USA marked a clear tendency to ‘shrinkage’ of the middle class. Some of its members are moving into the category of the rich, but much more are those who descend to the bottom bracket of income. … If in 1971, 80 million American adults, or nearly 61 per cent of the working population (131.6 million people) belonged to the middle class, in 2015 their number has increased even though in absolute terms to 120.8 million, but now of less than half of the total number of able-bodied citizens of the USA. Also the structure of the distribution of aggregate household income changed. In 1970, the middle class earned 62 per cent of money in the country, by 2014, this figure dropped to 43 percent. Wealthy Americans have increased their share from 20 percent to 49 percent. Apparently, a similar pattern is observed in other developed countries.

“This process affects the consumer goods market. The tendency to ‘wash out’ traditionally middle class products – high quality and moderately expensive – was observed at the beginning of the decade, … ‘In Paris, a lot of stores went bankrupt and closed. … On the Place de Victoire all the fashion shops closed. … Nobody is interested in fashion, no customers,’ …

Commentary: The richest people in the world who are merely 1% of the world population own more assets and property than 99% of the population.

62 people own the same amount of wealth as 3.6 billion people who are the poorest half of the population. Since 2010 the wealth of these rich people grew by 44% and that of the poor population decreased by 41%.

My Comment: The ego is pressuring every individual to a point that he must fulfill his needs. It makes no difference how rich a person may be, he will feel increasingly more “unfilled” and will continue to aspire for more until all the wealth in the world belongs to him and then the whole universe too.

So I hope that the upper class will come to their senses and stop and leave something to the lower classes. Inequality in the world is moving towards 1% wealthy people and 99% poor people with no middle class. This is the law of our egoistic nature.

Orthodox Youth To Join The Army?

laitman_622_01Question: Several influential rabbis strongly condemned the campaign in support of the mobilization of the ultra-Orthodox youth in military and alternative service.

In particular, the rabbis in Jerusalem said that the campaign should be considered sinful and deserves condemnation. They even signed an Halachic ruling.

It is a long struggle that is now gaining momentum. More recently, police detained a group of ultra-Orthodox on suspicion of incitement against the supporters of the mobilization. What do you think about this?

Answer: This is a big problem that has to be solved. I can not imagine any of the Orthodox Jews that are surrounded by the Arab population, not being protected by the Israeli army. On the one hand, they understand that perfectly. On the other hand, do not wish to participate.

There is no doubt that the Arabs don’t differentiate between non-religious and religious Jews and don’t really care who is who. Today, they are the spearhead in the attacks to destroy Israel and the Jews.

And the ultra-Orthodox Israelis must defend themselves from third-party influence. They protect themselves, the “ghettos” in which they live: Jerusalem, Bnei Brak, ultra-Orthodox areas in all the cities of Israel, because otherwise they can not exist. They are afraid of dissolution in the secular community, and therefore I understand it.

Question: Don’t you see a solution?

Answer: There is no solution. It is a serious schism that has been going on for a long time. There must be a division between the general religious population and the Orthodox sector because there are other religious sectors who serve in the army, and many of them even serve in combat units.

This is basically a political game because from the non-religious perspective, the Israeli Defense Forces don’t need them. We simply must leave this issue and not deal with it. It is a political squabble before elections when each party takes pride in being for or against it, and thus tries to make a political gain.

Generally speaking, this issue isn’t worth discussing since it will lead to nothing. I don’t side with any of the parties. I simply am stating a fact.

Syria – Negotiate With Terrorists?

laitman_600_02Question: Delegates from more than twenty countries—including the Syrian opposition, delegates of President Assad, and of course delegates from Russia and the US—are taking part at the peace talks in Geneva about the situation in Syria.

The delegates of the Syrian opposition are members of different terrorist organizations who have changed their military uniforms and arrived in suits.

Is it possible to hold negotiations with terrorists, and is it possible to reach an agreement with them?

Answer: I don’t think it is possible. Maybe an agreement can be reached today, but we all know that such agreements are never kept and are not relevant for very long. They always dissolve and lead to new problems.

I think that because there are a lot of certain major powers, the most important thing is to establish some balance between them , to divide zones of influence. Bringing them to a common denominator is impossible, and there is actually no need to do so since you may reach an agreement today which may not be kept the next day.

Each party must be given its “piece” and told: “This is where you are in command, this is where you live, and don’t count on more than that.” It seems that this is the only way that we can bring the world to relative quiet state where we aren’t seeing dozens, hundreds, and even thousands killed anymore, or a multitude of refugees leaving their homeland, not knowing where they are headed and what to do.

We see cities destroyed, non-operational factories, and so forth. It will take decades to rebuild Syria and make it a normal country under rigid dictatorial control. Therefore, the security forces should engage in restoration, each in its own field. This is my advice.

Syria will be divided into regions that will receive different names. In the past, this region was part of the Ottoman Empire under British mandate. Syria is not an ancient country that has existed for ages; it is only a few decades old so it could be divided into new countries.

The Kurds are also in need of their own state. They are a huge nation and have no territory of their own, so they will require it.

Until each of the rivals has his own land and home, nothing will be resolved since it must be done according to the order that each party wants to have in its area. They need to divide and post international observers from Russia and the US in order to curb what is happening today. This is the reason they must begin rebuilding this region!

Question: Will such curbing suffice in the long run?

Answer: It depends on the agreement between the superpowers since they can calm things down and punish or pressure the local ego, but Syria will not be able to unite unless their people are reeducated. If they aren’t reeducated, it will be an endless struggle, and the world also is advancing toward a war that will soon break out.

Question: You always speak about the need to unite, which means that we must advance toward that in any case.

Answer: Of course, we must advance toward unity, but first we must at least bring some order to this small region.

I do not think the superpowers are interested in this arrangement because each pulls out chestnuts from the fire for itself. Each superpower is only after its own goals. The Americans are ruining the Middle East and the entire world in general, creating chaos. Russia wants to rebuild its military bases and establish regimes that are suitable for it.

It seems that both Russia and the US have lost big in the battle with Iran, but they still don’t understand what they have done there.

Everything is advancing toward the big battle.  Or things can be different, and they may sober up and realize that if they don’t, everything will come to an end and get out of hand. Then there will be nothing to figure out, who is right and who is to blame, since no one on either side will be left to do so. Therefore, it is reaching such a critical condition, they will come to their senses and begin to reorganize things and shape the world.

Question: Is it possible to avoid this critical revolution?

Answer: According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, there is always the option of a third nuclear world war and even a fourth one, and there are about twenty countries in the world that have nuclear weapons.

Question: Will we need to reveal that in practice?

Answer: No, they may understand that they are starting something that will bring the end of the world, or they may use such weapons in the short-run and in a limited manner. And then they will be convinced that it is impossible to continue, because the next volley will have on each other. If they bomb a third country, it is a different matter, but I doubt that they will want to bomb each other. A war is conducted in order to win or in order to defend one’s self, but if they destroy each other, there will be nothing to defend and no winner left on either side.

Our egoism must feel this reality. It must cry out so that the world will come to its senses and discover the rules that it follows, how nature pushes us to the recognition of evil, to the recognition of egoism! But when we will do so is not clear. It depends on our connection to one another.

We are those who engage in the method of unity, the Kabbalists. If we are strongly connected to each other and turn ourselves into the right conductor of the Upper Light into our world, the world gradually will feel that. We indeed are trying to do so, and I believe that there are many signs in the world of our influence, but it is not enough. Let’s hope for the best.

Municipal Expenses

laitman_568_01Question: Statistics were recently published about the services provided by the local authorities in Israel for their residents. The numbers are astounding.

A resident of Tel Aviv gets a variety of services and activities totaling 6,700 NIS, while a resident of Kiryat Yam receives municipal services totaling 360 NIS, 20 times less, and respectively, in Ra’anana it is 6,158 NIS, and in Ofakim it is 537 NIS. I understand that, in Ra’anana, the residents earn more and pay more in city taxes, but 20 times is unreasonable. This is absurd.

Answer: This is the way of our government. It has no plan to bring equal conditions to people, so accordingly the mayors also don’t plan to bring equal distribution of services to their residents.

If you investigate the various strata of the population within a city—in the center of the city, on the periphery, and in the rest of its areas—you will see an immense difference between them according to the same principle as exists between the center of the country and the periphery. The matter indicates that, as of today, our government still requires changes.

The people must demand that the periphery be at least like the center of the country. It must be even better because the conditions there allow for it, such as large areas and extensive possibilities. The problem is the lack of attention devoted to this.

Question: The emphasis placed is placed on the fact that every industrial area, i.e., all of the work, is found in the center.

Answer: That is not important. The entire periphery is a sleeping area. Under today’s conditions, the residents of the entire periphery can reach every central office or factory by train within an hour to an hour and a half. The problem is that it is necessary to dedicate more attention to this, and the peripheral areas need to be good residential areas.

Where have you seen an American who wants to live in the center of a city? He needs a good house with a garden in nature and will even commute an hour to work, while at home, there are wonderful conditions for the family.

All of my relatives live in Canada and travel an entire hour to work. But along with this, they have a house and a plot of land near a lake, woods, and clean air, i.e., all the conditions for a good life.

Our periphery is advancing very slowly toward a good level. Government programs should take this into account.

The Oil Powers Require War

Laitman_408Opinion (From inosmi.ru): “Oil prices continue to decline. Key mining projects have been put on hold, and the oil industry is poised for a wave of bankruptcies. To return to equilibrium in the world markets will take several years. It’s too long to immerse themselves in the crises of Russia or Saudi Arabia’s economy and with the challenges faced in the United States and Iran; the interests of the powers coincide: they want war and a rise in prices, and this is a concern. …

“Russia, which has incorporated in their budget the average price of $50 per barrel, gradually eats its financial reserves. Before the 2013 fall of the ‘black gold’ prices, their volume was roughly 500 billion, and in December 2015 this figure dropped to 350 billion. …

“Saudi Arabia, in its struggle in the world markets, too, can not withstand such a long period of market stabilization. In October 2015 the International Monetary Fund estimated that if the costs of the country remain the same, huge financial reserves of the kingdom will be exhausted after five years. … It was stressed that balancing their budget could only be provided with the price of oil at $ 100 per barrel. …  Iran needs money. … However, for sustained increase in exports, he [Iran] will need huge amounts of money to invest in the oil sector. In addition, investments require almost all other segments of the economy. Iran, which has been for many years cut off from technological innovations, must quickly catch up. Low oil prices are not conducive to capital increase.

“The American shale revolution needs an infusion. The United States also experienced difficulties associated with low oil prices. The volume of oil shale in Texas and North Dakota fell sharply. Due to the complicated production process (need for a method of horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing), such projects are profitable with the price at the level of $ 50-60 per barrel. … Moreover, they have canceled the 70’s ban on the export of oil and are going to conquer foreign markets. … The alarming convergence of interests: oil powers need war Each of these powers, as can be seen from the above facts, it is interested in an outbreak of the conflict, which would quickly raise the price of oil to a reasonable, in their opinion, level. Can these goals be used by growing Iranian-Saudi confrontation? I think this is quite likely since the oil interests of the two countries, the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, are involved as well as the religious aspect is present.”

My Comment: War is always needed by someone in the world. But today war helps to cut the knot of conflict; to many that is how it seems. After a fistfight, it is easier to talk.

It is possible to avoid war only by attracting the good force of Ohr Makif (Surrounding Light) into the world. Only those who study the wisdom of Kabbalah are prepared to attract it through their unity. Since it becomes possible for them to manipulate and maneuver the higher force of goodness, they stimulate its increased influence on our world to the degree that they resemble it.

The OECD Report: Israel Has Become Poorer But The Israelis Are Happier

laitman_626Question: On January 31, 2016, the Secretary General of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Angel Gurria gave Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon a report regarding the economic situation in Israel.

Although the housing prices are rising and poverty increasing, Israelis feel happier. How can this paradox be explained?

Answer: Apparently for Israelis, happiness does not depend on money. In fact, the feeling of happiness doesn’t depend on whether you have an apartment or not. I believe that you can live and be happy in a Bedouin tent or a small room.

Comment: But the Israelis keep complaining.

Answer: I understand that they are complaining, but on the other hand, they buy more and more apartments every year even though housing prices are rising sharply. And the state is interested in that because it actually determines the price level by raising taxes. When a person buys an apartment, he pays the state, through the sellers, 40%-50% of the price and even more.

Moreover, I saw a TV program not too long ago where a fancy 5-room apartment that costs a million dollars, for example, could be bought on Arab territory for the price of $50,000, which is 20 times cheaper, although it is built of the same materials and is of the exact same standard. You can buy 20 flats of the same standard and even houses for the price of one flat that was bought in Israel, not too far from the center, at a distance of 50, 20, and even 10 kilometers from the center, as long as it is not under the jurisdiction of local laws.

Why is that so? Because such prices and inflated profit are common both among the builders and those who collect the taxes.

What can we do about that? Ask the state since it has determined the building policy. If the state had clearly determined the level of housing prices according to size or location, everything could certainly have been different. It is all in the hands of the state but they don’t take this matter seriously.

Question: Is feeling happy an Israeli quality?

Answer: Yes, basically we feel good. Despite the fact that no one loves us, everyone pressures us, etc., an Israeli who lives in the country, surrounded by others who are like him, with his army, and with its industry, feels good. His children can study in a university even if they have to work part-time since things aren’t always that simple, but they can still do it. There are still social elevators. Even people who were born and grew up in the periphery may, in a few years, attain high positions in the hi-tech industry and get very high salaries. I believe that Israel is still a land of opportunities.

It is a unique country with unique minds that will still “sell” their brains. Hi-tech is our future. We will live on it and everything else will disappear because there will be no need for it. We don’t even need agriculture because others can do that, but the brains cannot be transferred to others.

Our future is in hi-tech and good minds. This is enough in order to be the head of the world. It isn’t bad and not too little; we only have to use our mind correctly.

Question: What about the spiritual factor?

Answer: This is what I meant when I said that you have to know how to use your head. Besides, we have to provide the world with new technology as to the right development and how to build the right society in order to bring the world new technology and new techniques.

I believe that we will also discover that because what we have and no one else does is the wisdom of Kabbalah, which can show the whole world an example of unity, peace, and real happiness. Then the whole world will be happy just like Israelis are today.

France Will Recognize A Palestinian State

laitman_283_01Question: The French foreign minister Laurent Fabius announced that Paris will recognize a Palestinian state if the peace process in the Middle East doesn’t move from its frozen point soon. The government of Israel has rejected this peace initiative that has been put forth almost like an ultimatum.

Why does Paris have such a strong desire to support a Palestinian state at a time when it is itself experiencing Islamic terrorism?

Answer: This is not important. Even if all the nations of the world experience fear, humiliation, and pain from Islam, they will be anti-Jewish and not anti-Islamists because they feel that all the evil that happens in the world is specifically because of the Jews.

When we cannot connect between us and bring good to the world through that connection, we are supplying the world with the force of evil. We allow this force to develop and are not counterbalancing it with the force of goodness.

We are the conduit through which the higher force of goodness can descend into the world, providing the the proper balanced existence. As long as we have not begun to unite between us to become the conductor of this force in the world, humanity will feel more and more that we are the reason for all the troubles in the world.

It will not help us to think wisely and logically, saying to ourselves that Europe is now going to see what kind of situation the new extremist Islamic preachers are bringing to the world, etc. Europe will not see it, on the contrary, it will get along with them and try to rein them in a bit.

The incursion into Europe by millions of Muslims will continue, along with the entry of many militant extremist elements. But Europe will be more and more considerate to them and will hate us, not because we are good or bad to the Muslims, or because we are for or against their state, but because we are not bringing the power of goodness into the world. It is necessary to distinguish between these things.

Question: Does anyone understand this?

Answer: Nobody understands. The nations of the world act instinctively; they feel that the evil is due to us.

When we say: “Have we done something bad? Have we been carrying out acts of terrorism?”, they answer that the evil is due to us. They don’t know why.

The wisdom of Kabbalah explains that this is because we are not conveying goodness into the world through us! We need to be unified with “And you shall love your friend as yourself” (Leviticus 19:18), and through a connection like this between us, through us we will convey the good force that is found in nature and must be revealed in the world.

Question: Why has this task been specifically imposed upon us? In what way are we to blame?

Answer: We are not to blame for anything. We were chosen for this task and so we must do it.

“We” is the group of people who will convey the good and uniting force into the world the moment that they unite. It is only in this way that we will be able to ensure a good future for ourselves, and not in any other way.

I am happy that I am living in a generation like this in which events like these are happening. I hope that the people of Israel will understand what is written in the wisdom of Kabbalah, which is the foundation of the people of Israel. This wisdom was discovered 6,000 years ago and we need to understand it because otherwise we could lapse into a new Holocaust.

Europe Commemorates International Holocaust Remembrance Day

Laitman_006Question: The European parliament along with the European Jewish congress in Brussels held a ceremony to commemorate the International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The president of the European parliament Martin Shultz spoke in the ceremony and noted that the Jewish community greatly contributes to the culture and the economy of Europe.

At the same time, he also expressed his regret and empathy that the Jews don’t feel safe in Europe because of terrorist acts, violence, and assaults.

What has changed in Europe since the occurrence of such events 70 years ago?

Answer: Everything has changed for the worse. In the past there was no actual threat to the Jews outside Germany and its allies, but today we can say that there is definitely no safe place for the Jews anywhere in the world and that they are persecuted with great enthusiasm.

Both Europe and the US adopt policies that endanger the very existence of the state of Israel and intentionally act to harm its sovereignty in order to promote their interests in the region.

Although president Obama declared on the Holocaust Remembrance Day that we are Jews in spirit, it doesn’t go along with his open anti-Semitic policy and his attitude toward Israel.

Such an attitude toward Jews today is no longer considered bad manners. Humanity has undergone a phase of internal development and now it simply erupts against the Jews even through statesmen and politicians.

Western Europe is infected by the anti-Semitism virus. I understand their situation since the whole world is nearing the solution of its main problem, ascending to the next level of development. Therefore, the current level the world is in a rebirth crisis.

The world has to overcome the labor pains and be born on the next level of unity in every aspect of life: social, political, and economic, and basically accept a totally new format according to the forces of nature that develop us. The problem is that the world cannot advance to a state of unity at the moment since humanity refuses to change.

The Jews are the first to be blamed for that and it is true. Anti-Semitism stems from the nations of the world’s subconscious feeling of total dependency on the Jews who are not doing their job, and the Jews themselves are aware of the fact that they are the root of all the problems in the world.

Question: Recently it was published that extremist left-wing organizations in Israel received donations of about 260 million shekels. Moreover, most of the donations from foreign European governments. Moreover, the same European parliament that held Holocaust Remembrance Day services donated a large sum to their activities. How can you explain that? What do they want from Israel and the Jews?

Answer: This is an internal resistance to the state of Israel, which stands in their way. When the Jews were dispersed throughout Europe and represent a whipping boy, then it is quite normal. But when they have their own government, army, flag anthem, and makeup like every other country, the European countries cannot get along with it. It is clearly seen that they benefit from the existence of the state of Israel, which enriches Europe and the whole world with its advanced technology and innovations.

But this fact doesn’t change the Europeans’ attitude toward the Jews. They cannot allow the nation they hate so much to exist normally, as much as you can call its situation normal.

The Jewish problem is unsolvable as long as the Jews don’t understand their mission: to show all the nations of the world how to continue their development, and while they do not, the world will suffer and the Jews will suffer even more.

Question: Are there any signs that the Jews are starting to understand their mission?

Answer: This perception is given to them with great difficulty. I would say that the nations of the world even precede the Jews in understanding that. As strange as it may sound, the nations of the world are ready to understand, accept, and recognize their dependency on the Jews. The prophet Isaiah said that the nations of the world will bring the Jews to the right state and will carry them to Jerusalem.

Therefore, I am very hopeful that the dissemination of the wisdom of Kabbalah among the peoples of the world will help them influence the Jews so that the latter will understand and recognize their mission and fulfill it. Then the world will be able to ascend to the next good level of development and everyone will live happily and in equality.
