Question: The latest terrorist attacks are no surprise for the Jews in France. There were too many signs indicating the approach of something like that. As a consequence, the question of moving to Israel is on the agenda for many. The young see this as a logical step. Are we waiting for a new wave of immigration in Israel?

Answer: Absolutely. However, people here still do not understand this.

I, myself, came here more than forty years ago after nearly thirty years spent, as they say, in exile where I was born and grew up. Until now, I remember the feeling with which native Israelis are not familiar. Some even believe that there is no anti-Semitism in the world. People who grew up here just do not feel what this exile is and everything connected with it.

Question: Do you think that France is a special case or, conversely, a symptom of the general malaise?

Answer: France is really a special place. It is special with respect to aspirations for freedom of speech and to a very negative attitude toward the Jews and to the huge migration from Muslim countries.

I anticipate there to be great complications and not necessarily associated with Jews. Indeed, today, the goal of radical Islam is to show the world that its influence and power is spreading everywhere. The essence is in threatening, in a powerful psychological pressure throughout Europe.

Therefore, the recent terrorist attacks are only the beginning. Radicals have countless people who are ready for anything.

Question: What can the French Jews do?

Answer: They can do nothing. They have no security umbrella. They are defenseless.

The solution is in the general task of the Jewish people: to show the world the method of uniting all the people that will let us align with global nature that is manifested today. The world needs to establish correct connections. Otherwise, confusion, chaos among us, and confrontations between countries, regions, nations, and so forth—as a result of being opposite to nature—are destroying us.

Therefore, anti-Semitism will grow in the world. After all, subconsciously, people feel that only we will give the solution. This awareness is in the blood of the nations, and, of course, they are not to blame for this. It is a natural phenomenon.

It is only necessary to understand that it is up to us.

Question: What do the latest terror activities in France signify for Israel?

Answer: I don’t believe that any world event can bring something good for us. That is my initial position. Even if they begin to speak about some kind of solidarity, it lasts for only a few days, then later everything will return to how it was before, and again we will see a negative attitude toward Israel, including open anti-Semitism, recognition of Hamas, and the like.

France is one of those nations that stands at the head of this process. It is convinced that only ISIS and Al Qaeda are the bad boys. If terrorists go against Israel and see this as the main target, it doesn’t bother France to give them legitimacy.

As a result, I suppose that tragic events like the latest ones will repeat themselves. This is only the beginning because the goal of extreme Islam is to show Europe that it is old, tired, and unable to oppose the pressure of the young revolutionary Islamic movement.

Actually, this is the case. I see this in my conversations and interviews in Europe. For example, when we talked with the mayor of Vienna, he admitted that nowadays Europe is not able to awaken and encourage people to do things. It is tired, exhausted, and is experiencing the sunset of its days.

Comment: Today we are reminded that Jews took part in the formation of the republic, and if they leave, then France will no longer be as before.

Answer: That is correct. According to my information, in spite of its attitude to the Jewish community, which is far from good, about a thousand Jews in France are supporting its infrastructure. If they leave, the nation will not be able to recover. Since the matter here is not quantity, but the same weight of influence that the Jews acquired in industry, banking, science, and the like, France will not be able to manage without them.

Question: How does the fact that Jews have two forces, reception and bestowal, give us special flexibility and intelligence that is not available to others?

Answer: Let’s assume that you have one eye which allows you to see everything, but in a superficial form without depth or peripheral vision.This is the picture that would form if you were to close one eye and if the brain would not complete the picture into its usual form.

Jews have two eyes, two forces that he uses to see the depth of things. He sees how they work in a mutual form and how to utilize one force with the other for the benefit of progress. He understand in advance what can result from the plan.

Jews have great potential, as compared to other nations, but we do not know how to use this potential. Indeed, after the Jewish people came to the land of Israel from ancient Babylon 3,500 years ago, the Jews reached love and unity among the people, and almost immediately, we began to deteriorate and descend from the level of concern and mutual connection.

This is called  the destruction of the Holy Temple. All sanctity and mutual bestowal that we had achieved began to gradually disappear. After 1,000 years, instead of love of others, what was revealed between us was unfounded hatred. This is called destruction.

We then entered into a state that is called exile, because between us there was no more force of connection but only the egoistic force. Nevertheless, it keeps us together but only because of our fear of the world, from the nations of the world that are willing to attack us and destroy us. They expel us from one country to another country because we are a nation that no one considers. In the beginning, they receive everything possible from us, and later they expel us. And all this is because we fell from love of others to unfounded hatred.

This means that now there is only the egoistic force that acts inside us, as in the whole world. In spite of that, there remains the potential in us to return to the state where we possessed two forces, to rise above the ego and cover it with a dome of love.

Although we are in exile and we don’t truly posses the second force, since it only exists in potential, nevertheless, a certain illumination acts upon us, because many generations ago we were in spirituality. Something remains in us: this illumination that will act upon us when we will return to spirituality. This is the reason that we have succeeded more than the rest of the nations of the world.

Question: The Jews in France were shocked by the latest terrorist attacks. Some of them would like to emigrate to Israel, but they are afraid that our solidarity is enough only to bring them here. In this situation, what can we say to them, how should we advise them?

Answer: As far as I understand, they are faced with a choice: either to stay or go to Quebec, where the French language is the official language, or to move to Israel. A few will emigrate to the United States.

Certainly I cannot make a decision for them. I am very familiar with Montreal, the largest French-speaking city outside of France. Whatever city it may be, this is still exile. But the Jews in France are used to it, and in the meantime this is a comfortable and suitable place for them.

If Israel opens its arms wide towards them and opens its heart, it could be that would be worthwhile to come here. The question is, are we ready to organize workplaces for them and generally absorb them properly. Without a doubt, we have a lot to correct to truly become an attractive place for the Jews of the Diaspora.

One way or another, I hope that they will understand that the time has come to pack their bags and go.

The recent terrorist attacks in France clearly highlight the problem that has engulfed the whole world, but it is particularly acute in Europe. I have been talking about it for many years. However, while it affected only the Jews, Europe neglected it. Attacks on Jews seem to be “justifiable.”

On the other hand, when it comes to the very foundations of society, the principles of the French Republic, then everyone feels effected. That’s why millions of people “woke up” and went to the streets.

Indeed, freedom originated in France during the Revolution: freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of choice. All these are attributes of a free person, the foundations of French society, which it is very proud of.

Although, freedom, like any phenomenon in the world, can be twofold: for joy and trouble. For example, it has meant that the proportion of the Muslim population in the country, according to some estimates is close to 10% or has already exceeded it.

At the same time, the Muslim sector is becoming increasingly radicalized and involves native French people in its environment. Some of them convert to Islam and even have links to terrorist organizations, and some go to the Middle East to fight for ISIS.

Therefore, it is natural that the attack on the newspaper seriously hurt people. At the heart of every Frenchman is his freedom of speech, which, by definition, has a higher value and laid the foundation of existence. As a result, this blow went to the heart of France, in the most sensitive way, a very important point for the people.

Of course, some will defend freedom of speech, while others will call for restrictions that will prevent ridiculing of certain values. Nevertheless, the country is shocked not only by numerous victims, but also by the attack on its foundations.

The First Encounter with the Creator

Question: When talking about the identity of the people of Israel, about its unique specificity, it is impossible to ignore the Tanakh. Its legacy is at the heart of the people and largely determines our essence. The importance of this heritage is clear to almost everyone, but the reasons, the mechanisms of this phenomenon, are unclear, which generates many opinions and concepts.

The Tanakh writes about the exclusivity of the Jewish people. The book “Exodus,” 19:3 – 19:6, tells about the events at Mount Sinai, and cites the Creator’s words addressed to Moshe: So shall you say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel, “You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and [how] I bore you on eagles’ wings, and I brought you to Me.

And now, if you obey Me and keep My covenant, you shall be to Me a treasure out of all peoples, for Mine is the entire earth.  And you shall be to Me a kingdom of princes and a holy nation.” These are the words that you shall speak to the children of Israel.

The idea that the Creator chose the people of Israel was originally based on this verse.

Is this true? Can we consider the Tanakh as real evidence? Or is it just an historical narrative? And maybe it is a legal code, which singled us out from other peoples?

Answer: It all began with Abraham who revealed the upper force, nature, the source and its program of development and purpose. Most importantly, he saw the role of people living in the world and their place in the overall action. In particular, this applies to those people who consciously join the process to realize it and thus reveal the Creator.

In this way, the essence of what is happening, the meaning of God and the purpose of creation, which explains why we exist and what we become in the end—all this was revealed by Abraham, and this is what he taught to those who joined him.

However, his revelation was only the beginning. As the wisdom of Kabbalah explains, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob represent the initial stage, the first three Sefirot (GAR), the beginning of development, and the beginning of humanity’s acquaintance with the Creator. This encounter occurred in the group that Abraham created in Babylon and which left it for the land of Canaan.

The Protracted Session

Then there was the Egyptian exile, exiting Egypt to come to Mount Sinai and the Sinai desert, where for forty years, we studied spirituality, the upper force, understanding who and what controls us, for what purpose creation exists, what ultimately we had to do, what we had to become, what what we had to achieve, etc.

All this is really described in the Tanakh. The only question is who is able to understand its words? After all, this book was written by people who possessed spiritual attainment and saw the program that operates beyond the picture of our world.

In the same way, while watching TV, we understand that its picture is created by special tools, showing us information that comes from the external source, from a server or, let’s say, a video camera filming a live soccer match. It is clear that the action takes place on the screen, which just projects an image for us.

Similar phenomena are discovered by a person who begins to reveal the true pictures of this world. It turns out that behind it, there is the idea of creation and the upper force, which projects this picture within us. It does not need a screen to display this picture; rather, it shows its own movie from inside, but it seems to us that this happens outside. In this way, the picture of the external world, the universe, appears before us and we seemingly are in this huge cinema.

The upper force shows us its session in order to raise and develop us in a special way by which we will reveal it. Being together in this movie, we react to and participate in it. Thus we are pushed, compelled, and urged to discover why and for what this is happening. We learn from our actions and see a lot of causal factors and facets in the plot, but forget that the upper force shows it to us.

Thus, the connection with the original root is lost, and the movie becomes a reality. Joy, fear, and other internal responses take us away from the proper understanding of what is happening.

Not Just Spectators

We have been in this state for a long time. Having discovered this, Abraham used his fame and brought people from all over Babylon, outlined and explained to them, and taught them how to participate in the movie correctly.

The bottom line is that in every moment, we should try to reveal the intentions of the projectionist. And His intentions are crystal clear! He wants to raise us so that we understand His purpose and desire, understand the process that lies before us, and agree with Him that in the end our whole being is designed to become adhered to Him. This identification with the Creator is possible only on the condition that we become like Him. And this can be learned from watching his movie.

Abraham taught that to the Babylonians who followed him, and over the years they revealed to themselves, not only the world that he described, but also the course of development.

They tried to be included in the movie, in the unfolding action. Before them, they saw the still, vegetative, and animate natures and people who were friends from the group of Abraham, which later became the nation of Israel. They also saw distant people from other tribes and nations. And everyone tried to be part of the picture, as if it really were a movie, projected by the upper force.

In this way, every one of them related to what was happening outside and within himself. After all and in every instance, internal events make us look differently at what we see outside.

According to the explanations of Abraham, his followers wanted to develop the attitude that the Creator expected from them inn themselves. Abraham taught them how to relate to everything correctly, with the same thought, the same intention, that the projectionist, the upper force, had.

The Language of the Creator

They began to understand that this is the language of the upper force. The whole of nature is the language of the Creator that the Creator uses to communicate with human beings.

As a result, they began to reveal the separate elements that  compose nature, and to understand how the Creator creates it to affect us. They found that the world is created by good and bad forces, the light and darkness. Abraham explained this to them, and they revealed that within themselves. It turned out that the light and darkness are a good or a bad attitude.

Hence it became clear that the good force of bestowal, entirely related to the Creator, has 22 forms, called letters, and five additional forms. The followers of Abraham studied these forms and began to apply them. Moreover, the Aramaic language that was used in Babylon in speaking and writing was similar to this one, so in essence, this was their natural root, and they switched from Aramaic to Hebrew.

The Aramaic letters were also very much like Hebrew, only now they understood their true, correct form, the shape of vessels and desires, as well as the rules of grammar and the laws of bestowal, which were sequential, adjacent, etc. Abraham’s disciples revealed the precise laws of bestowal from the top down and from the bottom up, and thus this language was given to them.

In general, it is about revelation. People learned from the picture the upper force presented and understood how, what for, and why the upper force showed it to them. In other words, they learned the language of the Creator, finding internal meaning and the purpose of its influence in everything.

Abraham’s group that existed in Babylon became a nation, even though it is actually not a nation. All other nations were established as a result of an historical process because they lived on the same land and married between themselves. But Abraham’s group existed only on the foundation of an ideological principle.

Also, many people from other nations joined them later and became Kabbalists and sages in the nation of Israel. They joined the Jewish nation and studied the system that enables one to understand and come into harmony within ourselves, with nature, and to develop an equivalence of form with nature.

Nevertheless, the more it contrasts with all of humanity, the more the hatred toward the nation of Israel grows. This is not from the exclusiveness of a certain nation, such as was the case with the Romans or Greeks, but it derives from the nature of the desire to receive that can’t stand the desire to bestow. This is because bestowal is opposite to reception; these are two opposing forces.

The ego of the other nations, which is the desire to enjoy, hates the desire to bestow, which is the additional force that exists in the nation of Israel. This hatred is hidden within nature’s foundation, so therefore it is impossible to prevent or defeat it. It is only possible to quiet it for a while, but not more than that.

Therefore, as humanity grew and developed, likewise this hatred thrived and grew more and more.  Although the nation of Israel lived in modesty, the rest of the world chased corporeal success by building big houses and palaces, becoming rich, and dividing themselves into the masters and the poor. Wealth and civilization developed, Rome, ancient Greece and the Middle East were thriving. And the Jews lived very simply because the main thing for them was to be connected between them. They did not have an urge to build palaces or own slaves.

The Mishna and the Talmud show that they lived according to very strange laws that did not exist in any other nation at that time. They lived according to laws of mutual help that connected everyone together. This was the main thing for them.

This approach and the extreme differences were completely opposite to the customs of the other nations. But the main thing is that this hatred is rooted in nature, and so it remains to this day.

It is interesting that according to social surveys, the state with the highest level of anti-Semitism is South Korea, although it is so distant from Israel; I don’t think a single Jew has lived there. This country is not connected at all to Israel. The people themselves don’t understand why, but they feel an inner aversion that flows from the depth of nature.

The inner reason for anti-Semitism has to be clarified instead of paying attention to the exterior reasons. But in truth, the reason lies deep inside, beyond money and politics. There is an inner force that was revealed to the Jewish nation and not to the rest of the nations. Therefore, the nations of the world accuse the Jews of exploiting others, although in reality, the Jews give the world more than all the rest of the nations. It is enough to see how many Nobel prizes are given to Jews, and the number of famous doctors and Hollywood stars that are Jewish.

All of it is because two forces of nature exist in Jews: the desire to receive, the ego, and the desire to bestow, altruism. Jews can manufacture and build things that others can’t because only one egoistic force exists in their foundation. Therefore, Jews always were, are, and will be the most successful among all the other nations.

Question: Does belonging to the chosen people, besides the heavy obligations, give the Jews any advantages, benefits or dispensations? What is good about being the chosen people?

Answer: We simply cannot refuse or reject our mission, neither those who belong to the Jewish people today, nor the twelve tribes that were lost 2,500 years ago. We cannot hide from our task; we must carry it out.

Being chosen or not does not depend upon us. We only need to look for where it is possible to add our own participation. Thanks to that, we will come to a good and peaceful life that all of us understand and appreciate. This is not in the sense that we will be higher than others, rather they will aspire to the same goal and will be included in the same process.

We will not succeed by fleeing, as we must carry out our role in any case. We must realize our mission, and nothing will help us, neither hiding nor death.

Question: In other words, being chosen indicates the discovery of the program of development of life, and acting accordingly makes it possible to achieve success in everything? How will daily life be different for a person who discovers the program of development?

Answer: A person such as this will understand where he is, how to connect with people correctly, and how to build an even greater and stable basis for even greater discovery of the higher power.

He is constantly advancing towards the disclosure of the upper force within himself and this will fill him with higher knowledge and feelings. All of his desires and thoughts will be directed only towards this.

Even today, we unconsciously yearn and aspire only to discover the upper force. It seems to us that we supposedly want only food, sex, family, well-being, money, respect, and knowledge, but in fact, through all of this, we are seeking the unique taste of the upper force.

And now, thanks to this, we are alive and sense the taste of the Creator in all of this. Everything, every object, that brings us pleasure contains a microscopic discovery of the Creator. If we want to feel this discovery fully so that it will fill all of our desires and thoughts and reveal the entire future perspective to us, we must prepare ourselves by correctly connecting with the environment.

Question: Throughout the generations in the history of the Jewish people, there were many sages who sought and investigated the upper force. This was the lot of the greatest minds of the generation, the elite. But is it possible that now every person on the face of the earth will be able to attain the Creator, all seven billion people?

Answer: First, the seven million Jews in Israel must discover the Creator and show everyone that they have this power. All people will feel this. At the very moment that the people of Israel begin to advance toward discovery of the Creator, all of humanity will freeze in suspenseful anticipation, understanding that after the Jews attain this, it will pass to all of the people.

Question: So who are these chosen people?

Answer: The chosen people are a people who choose the discovery of the Creator and care of all of humanity for the goal of revealing, the upper force, the general power of nature. to all people. This is our obligation, and then everyone will truly be happy, rising above the concept of time, motion, and space, entering into another dimension.

Systemic Design

Question: We often see how a new person enters into the political system with a true and honest desire to make beneficial changes, but then finds himself in a corrupt cycle.

To get results he must act according to the rules of the system. So it begins to “mold” him until the innovative spirit in him is transformed into the stale atmosphere of the old institutions. Is it possible to avoid this? Can it be otherwise?

Answer: No. In the framework of the old system we have no chance. When the person enters, he goes through the “molding of a new image”; this is an unavoidable situation and he can no longer produce anything qualitatively new.

Question: In the recent 19^th [Israeli] Knesset, 53 new members entered the Knesset entered, just about half of the number of the members of the Knesset. At first they were a powerful force desiring change; however, in the end, nothing changed in principle. After all, isn’t this illogical?

Answer: In a broken egoistic society, the political leadership is more egoistic and damaged than anyone. This is because the leaders are chosen as its most successful representatives according to the criteria of this society. They are a mirror image of the people. They are us, only at a later stage.

The system “swallows” them like a grinder and already “spits them out” as others. The person must communicate, play his role, conduct all kinds of business, make appearances, arrange meetings, work, and keep all the existing norms. He has no other choice; one way or another he is thrown into a very difficult system and is forced to adapt himself to it. Otherwise it won’t “hear” him; it will have no business with him.

First they greet him warmly, but after that, when he talks about something tangible, they tell him: “No, we do things differently. Yes, certainly changes are required, but it is necessary to work according to the general rules, taking into account all kinds of interests and spheres of influence….”

In the end, the system makes what it needs of the person, not one piece remains of what he was before. They “format” him; they “polish” him like a wooden puppet. He was one puppet, he becomes another.

After half a year of this kind of acclimation to the system, the person forgets how he was before. He no longer is the same person; he no longer remembers the grandiose thoughts such as the reduction in the cost of housing or food. Furthermore, they let him manage the framework within which it is possible to lower the prices, and in this way, when he becomes a minister, he is unable to do anything.

The Changes Will Come from Below

The system of government is a monster that “swallows” people and unifies them in the general pattern. It is not a head of government, not the ministers, and not the members of the Knesset. The entire structure is built in such a way that change is almost completely blocked.

What was will be. The power, the enthusiasm, the sincere intentions, the talents and abilities, all of these are powerless against the system. “Does he want to help society? Does he want to lower taxes and prices? Please! Let’s all go and help him! Forward!” And after half a year passes it becomes clear that he already forgot the great plans, he didn’t do anything, and he won’t.

You can write notes to yourself with reminders about the personal promises; in every case, urgent matters and endless combinations of them will draw you into the routine. The system, the influence of the environment, obligates the person to take on a new form.

Question: Is there another possibility for changing the government?

Answer: No. Our only possibility is to begin the movement “from below,” from the side of the people. It is necessary to teach the people through all kinds of channels, by means of the media, books, lectures, and workshops in which we bring people a new agenda, a new goal. Moreover, achieving this won’t depend on the government; it is not necessary for instructions to come down from a ruling hierarchy. We will teach the people what proper connection and unity are; we will teach them the correct relationships, and then the changes will come.

Question: We are discussing the next step in building the center of the group. We would like to review the current state. Today each friend has his own pain, his own desire, and each sees the further correction of the group in his own way. And everyone is right. But how does all of this resolve into one whole? How do we actually upgrade ourselves to a new version?

Answer: You need to finally feel that you are at the point of choice, at a fateful decision. All generations are looking at you, and right now you are determining the future and if it will it go through the path of hastening or through the natural path, in its time.

And certainly, as a result of this, all things and events will unfold one way or the other in the land of Israel and in the world.

We need to realize that we are that point through which Light can pass into our world. Therefore, everything depends on how seriously we approach our role as the transition link. Our unity must be genuine.

There is no help here from the upper or from me because everything is handed over to you, and it is up to you to create this unity. You need to decide how we will make ourselves equivalent with the Creator.

Above all, we need to connect to Him. Our dissemination, too, needs to stem only from adhesion with Him. I am seeing that otherwise we will not be successful. Yes, we are reaching out to people, but we need to deliver genuine Light to them in a way that they will become connected to us and cling to us as a baby to a mother. And likewise—the whole world.

There is a willingness for it, but we are not yet connected to the Creator so we cannot serve as a vessel of reception or as support for the people of Israel and the world. Today’s situation is such that we are obliged to establish a connection from both sides and are obliged to reach mutual guarantee, above with the Creator and below with the whole world.

You must take the connection between you very seriously. Whoever is not ready for it, even in the slightest bit, has no place here. After all, if we do not unite, nothing will hold up and all the work we’ve done will amount to nothing.

Therefore, we need to work on purifying and uniting the common vessel, checking daily and  in every second, how you are progressing along the path. This is very, very serious.

After all, we advance either through the 49 gates of impurity or through the 49 gates of Holiness. Herein lies the danger that threatens us in Egypt. So right now the choice is in our hands.

You cannot begin a new day the same way you did last week. No, a new desire and a new approach is needed. This is not in words, but in feelings and in the mind. Accordingly, we will merit either a good or a bad attitude from both directions, from above and from below.

Throughout all of history, the people of Israel have experienced pressure from above and below. And now, Israel refers to us, the group that is entitled to propel the world forward either in its time or through acceleration.

We need to change ourselves completely and demonstrate in every moment a serious approach to the work through responsibility and mutuality. I repeat that whoever does not take mutual responsibility seriously has no place here. This group does not accept everyone indiscriminately but only those whose hearts ache with concern.

It does not matter how many people remain here. Let it be ten, but this ten will be bonded tightly, will be strong, connected to the upper Light, and will be able to conduct Light through itself into the world. And conversely, there is no benefit from a large number of people who are not united and not connected with the upper Light.

This is why we need to break away, free ourselves from all illusory pursuits and work only on connection in order to reveal the upper force within this connection.

Let’s hope that we already understand this and will begin to act. I very much hope that we will offer a response to that opportunity that the entire world has been awaiting for thousands of years.
