My Thoughts On Twitter 10/19/20

Dr Michael Laitman Twitter

With our thoughts we can influence the whole universe, all the worlds. And when our thoughts connect with each other, they reach the upper force, and we feel that we thereby activate all of nature, infinitely and boundlessly. We are obliged to reach this, we cannot hide from the purpose of creation.

Good thoughts can neutralize viruses and quell typhoons. Thought lies at the very foundation of the force field. It is written, “everything is resolved in thought.” From thought, it then descends to lower degrees until it reaches viruses, which are carriers of information.

We must correct our attitude to others, not wish bad upon anyone. This is not easy because when our nature is revealed, we see that we unconsciously look for ways to harm each other. We are like cockroaches that are swarming and looking for how to bite, kick, or even eat each other

The world to come is a world built on mutual bestowal, inside of which we reveal the Creator between us. Instead of living in a field of hatred, we will live in a field of love. This love is the Creator between us. Humanity rises to different degrees of existence. Therein lies the solution to problems.

The whole world must undergo integral education, on all degrees starting from kindergarten. We will see how nature will immediately start helping us. All illnesses will disappear because people will become so close to each other that the connections between them will begin to reveal another degree of existence, the world to come.

It’s possible to transform an egoistic attitude toward others to a good one by working in groups to draw the good force concealed in nature and to force it to be revealed. We demand for this force of goodness, good relationships, unity, to be revealed between us in the group.

Thank You All For The Feedback

631.1I am grateful to all those who criticize my articles for their responses. If my words hurt them, then we already have a connection. Although this connection is negative and we don’t understand each other yet, I recognize that everyone can have their own opinion. Let’s just find out the truth.

It is not important to win an argument by proving who is right and who is wrong. We want to find out what the truth really is, not from the point of view of everyone, but from the side of nature.

The truth is not something that seems right to a person because of his upbringing, one’s established worldview. It doesn’t matter what we think but where we exist and what might happen here. After all, we are in a dangerous situation in a country, in the world, on the whole globe, that is covered by a global pandemic.

Today all problems are common all around the globe. So let’s find out what they are rather than figuring out who is more right and who is less in terms of their subjective perceptions and past baggage.

Let’s go on, and instead of quarreling and recriminating, let’s stick to a simple reasonable principle, as neutral as possible without personal interference, but as scientists who value facts.

There are different opinions on the left and on the right, but if we keep a neutral, middle line, then this is the path leading to the truth. Let us be based only on the facts that occur in nature, not on what is presented to everyone, according to their mood, education, and so on.

Let’s rise above all human differences and look at the situation from above. And then we will probably see what we are facing, open up a new vision, and understand what new states we should strive for. The main thing is to reveal the truth.

Days And Years Of A Person’s Life

032.01It is written in Bereshit: “And there was evening and there was morning, one day.” The entire Torah is intended only for people who want to get closer to the Creator. They need to distinguish between “evening” and “morning,” and realize this is one day. If we do not pass these two states, evening and morning, then it means that we are not moving toward our correction.

It is worth counting how many ups and downs I had per day, what their result is, and how I feel about them. Am I completely disconnected from the Creator and from the work during my descent? Do I regret what happened and focus on the state itself or do I regret that the Creator disappeared and I remained an animal during the descent? This means that I still have a connection with the Creator but only from the reverse side.

You need to figure out the difference between day and night, darkness and light. These states are constantly changing in us and give us new sensations. It is worth accustoming oneself not to lose contact with the Creator even in the greatest darkness, remembering that darkness comes from Him on purpose, in order to form in us a feeling of separation from Him and our friends. This is what we call darkness.

And as soon as we feel darkness, that is, disconnection from the Creator, from spiritual life, we immediately strive to unite with the friends and with the Creator. It turns out that we have a very strong and sure means for a quick return to the state of day.

The more we go through such states, separation from the spiritual process, from the group, and from the Creator during the day, the more we take steps forward. After all, everything is measured according to the feeling of night, that is, disconnection from the spiritual, and day, connection with the spiritual.

The more we make such leaps forward, toward our unification, the more we will receive disconnection as a response in order to renew our connection again, which the Creator will again cut off.

All separations come from the Creator, and all connections come from our efforts and prayer to Him. So, we constantly do joint work with Him: “I am for my beloved, and my beloved is for me.” The Creator awakens the night, and we ask Him and awaken the day.

For us, the night is called the state of disconnection from the group, from the friends, from the common soul, and from the Creator who fills it. And the day is, on the contrary, the feeling of connection between us as one man, one Creator revealed between us.

Let’s count how many such days and nights we go through in one physical, geographical, earthly day. According to them, the years of man’s life are calculated.

The Single Upper Education System

115If we do not ask for corrected desires, then the Creator will still reveal desires to us, but they will be corrupted ones in accordance with our corrupted request.

Just like when a child asks his mother for something unnecessary and even a little harmful. She gives him a little of what he asks for so that he is convinced that his request is wrong, not good, and needs to be changed.

That is how she teaches him, and this is the right way to learn. After all, she does not face the child head-on, categorically stating: “No, you are not allowed this!” She says: “Do you want to get it? I will give you a little bit to make you feel that this is not good and to understand that what I advise for you is better for you.”

In this form, the mother teaches the child that she understands better what is good for him and that he should listen to her advice in the future. Then next time he will know what to ask.

Try to treat your children and yourself in this way, and you will learn and understand how the Creator treats us. All this will unfold before you as a single upper system of education according to which the Creator teaches us. The Torah is designed to educate us to be exalted, eternal, and perfect creatures, and most importantly, connected.

New Life 572 – The Secular And The Religious

New Life 572 – The Secular And The Religious
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Yael Leshed-Harel

According to the secular approach, the world is managed by the laws of nature and not by the upper force. On the other hand, according to the religious approach, there is an upper force or the Creator of the world who has given us the conditions to exist as well as reward and punishment. In fact, there is no conflict between countries based on different ideologies, but war is related to ruling, power, resources, and the state treasury. A Kabbalist studies and explores the network of forces that operate on us. He reveals Godliness and learns the laws based on the obligation of each one to “love they friend as thyself.”

“Are There Any Positives To The Coronavirus?” (Quora)

Dr. Michael LaitmanMichael Laitman, On Quora: Are there any positives to the coronavirus?

The most prominent positive aspect of the coronavirus is that it forced us to contemplate how we live, and seek new and improved connections in society.

It slowed down the consumerist train we were riding, and gave us the space to revise what is essential and nonessential in our lives. It also showed us examples of nature restoring itself when we calm down in such a way.

It taught us lessons in our interdependence, from mutual dependence in our respective localities— maintaining personal hygiene, wearing masks and upholding social distancing conditions—to witnessing our tight worldwide interdependence in how the virus surfaced as an outbreak in one part of the world, and quickly spread to become a global pandemic.

By doing so, the longer the coronavirus stays with us (and it looks like it is not going anywhere anytime soon), the more it will serve to transform society at its core: from a society of individuals fueled by egoistic, individualistic and materialistic motives to a society that realizes the necessity to positively connect, and erect new leading values of mutual responsibility and consideration, in order to live well in our newly-revealed interdependent world.

Rise Above Disagreements

544Question: Some say that we should let about 5% of those sick with coronavirus die, in order to restart the economy because it will otherwise collapse and the consequences of that will be worse. Humanists say that we must fight for every life and save every person.

Similar conflicts arise in firms, at workplaces, in governments, and in families. People are divided.

In integral education courses, we looked into a similar situation and when we were analyzing it, a conflict broke out between two participants. It turned out that the grandmother of one of them had died a few days ago, and therefore, he supported the quarantine because of his personal experience. And the second one had been unemployed for several months and nothing to feed his children, and he was in favor of lifting the quarantine.

The rest of the participants were involved in the conflict, and the group split into two camps. How would you resolve such a conflict?

Answer: This cannot be solved on the spot. We must understand the whole picture, and only after that will we derive a formula by which we will decide what to do in each specific case. Based on the explosion of emotions, we are not able to decide where the truth is.

If we rise in our relationship, then we also will be able to rise above the virus. And the fact that now I accept his point of view or he accepts mine will not lead us anywhere. The decision must be mutual, and by acting according to it, definitely no one will get sick, and whoever needs to receive a salary, will receive it.

Question: The decision lies in a completely different plane? In order to come to a general agreement in a small group, people just need to improve their relationships?

Answer: That is the decision they must come to and everything will be fine.

Rise Above The Ground With Your Inner Spirit

131Question: The head of the American Corporation SpaceX, Elon Musk, said that he plans to take one million people from Earth to Mars by 2050. Do you think we can colonize Mars and does it make any sense?

Answer: It definitely does not make sense. We must create such life on Earth so that we do not even think about other planets. As far as I once was also captivated by the discovery and conquest of space, now I do not see that this is generally worthy of investment of forces, knowledge, or funds.

Man must rise above the earth with his inner spirit. And everything that is around us, we can understand, appreciate, and feel without flying out in some “box” hundreds of miles away. It won’t do anything.

Toward The Human Level

709Question: A person must have some goal in life, otherwise it is not life. Is there a spiritual root to such a phenomenon as the search for the meaning of life?

Answer: Throughout our life, desires of the inanimate level gradually arise in us, then of the vegetative, animate, and finally, the human level. This is how we develop until we reach our personal highest level, and then we tend to old age and death. In the life of each person, this is purely individual.

The same thing happens in parallel with the life of society. Throughout all the stages of human development, we see that it has also passed the stages of inanimate, vegetative, animate levels, and is now at the level of human awareness of the meaning of life.

As a rule, we exist as animals, want to have our own burrow or den, to reproduce, to be healthy and happy until the last days of life, and to die peacefully. Such an existence, when the organism takes care only of itself, is called the animate level because a person thinks only about his belly, about himself materially.

But recently, humanity has begun to rise to another level. From the animate level, the next level begins to arise, the human level. This level has no earthly expression.

If the inanimate, vegetative, and animate levels exist in nature in their external, material expression, a person differs from an animal only in that he has his own higher, deeper meaning of life, and he develops towards understanding it. In other words, what is outside our animate level is called the human level.

Question: How many people are engaged in searching for the meaning of life today?

Answer: I think that these are very few individuals relative to all mankind, i.e., hundreds of thousands, nothing more.
