Tuning To My Neighbor

600.02Question: What instruments does the science of Kabbalah offer for studying the phenomenon of consciousness and mind?

Answer: Exiting yourself is what we need to feel the information field that surrounds us. And it is possible to feel it only beyond yourself.

Getting out of yourself is an effort to connect with similar inner tension according to specific laws and rules, i.e., one must, as it were, move into them, put yourself below them. Everything is built on “entering” the other, merging with him, and with all your might, physical and spiritual, help him in everything, excluding your “I.”

If I annul myself and I have an object of which I am trying to become a part of, and I merge with it, enter it, and dissolve in it, then I can rise above myself. This is the practice.

At the beginning, it is often purely emotional. And then, in addition to emotions, common sense, reasoning, and conclusions are added here, a method of exiting and entering another appears, a sensation of ”I” and “outside of me” arises. And outside of me is a field.

Whom am I entering then? And who is this other, my friend? It is some substance I imagine outside of me in which I am trying to dissolve completely. What happens in this case to my consciousness, to my sensations, to my capabilities? This is where the transformation of a person into “plus one” begins.

Question: Does this happen according to the law of resonance? All devices for studying ordinary fields used in physics are devices that use the principle of resonance.

Answer: Here it is the same! I try to subdue myself and resonate with the other.

Question: Is this a general universal law of research?

Answer: And there are no new laws. It’s just that I try to merge all my sensory sensations, definitions, and capabilities with others according to the same physical laws, and nothing more. I tune in as if I were taking a musical instrument and tuning it to a certain reference.

Pharaoh – The Reverse Form Of The Creator

565.02The whole wisdom of Kabbalah is how to correctly perceive the nature we are in. We do not change anything in reality except for our attitude, the perception of the world we live in. There is no way we can change reality itself because that is like wanting to change the universe.

We discover that we are inside the forces of nature called the Creator or Pharaoh, depending on our perception. Pharaoh and the Creator are two opposite forms of the same upper force.

Therefore, everything depends on the person. If I accept everything by faith above reason and reveal the Creator in everything, then the Pharaoh seems to disappear. Pharaoh is the incorrect form in which I see the Creator. But as I change, correct myself, and begin to reveal my force for the sake of bestowal, I see that the whole world is in bestowal and love, and there is none else but the Creator. And there is no Pharaoh!

The Creator says, “Let us go to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart.” Because He reveals Pharaoh as the most evil force in creation, He obliges the creatures to reveal the Creator.

The Creator says to Moses, “Let us go to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart.” It is as if he is hiding behind the Pharaoh, and instead of the Creator, Moses sees the Pharaoh: strong, domineering, terrible. But why is this necessary? In order for Moses to need the Creator, His help. And so the Creator hardens the heart of Pharaoh, makes him great and terrible, so that Moses is afraid of this monster.

The force of Pharaoh is growing, and we have no choice but to run to the Creator for help. We want to hide in the Creator, hide under His wings, so that the Pharaoh cannot reach us.

Pharaoh brings us closer to the Creator, to liberation. Who gives the people of Israel all the strength, all the vessels, the desire to get out of Egypt? Pharaoh! Pharaoh raised Moses and organized everything for the escape. Pharaoh is the power that acts on us during our exile.

Pharaoh prepared us for the exit from exile: he organized us, built us, raised us. And when the time comes to get out of exile, he increasingly passes power to the Creator, until we completely get out of the power of the Pharaoh and cling to the upper force, which is called the Creator. With Him, we continue on, and Pharaoh ends his mission.

It is one unified system, working in this way, sometimes by the power of evil, then by the power of good, then by the two together in the middle line. The power of the Pharaoh and the power of the Creator fully correspond to each other, and all so that the person in the middle between them can grow correctly.

Entering A New Level Of Existence

928As humanity is developing, it has gradually come to a state where it is trying to break through from the introverted existence into the extro one, to come out, to break our past framework, to break away from all the animal that is in us, from all the conventions that were between us.

We want to make a radical reassessment of all values and reach a completely new level of existence where I detach myself from my body.

All attempts to find life in some other form indicate that a person needs to rise above himself. This endeavor must be crowned with success. But now we are still in an intermediate state.

Of course, the world is very confused and does not understand itself. But Kabbalists who see the whole perspective of development and know what is going to happen are happy about such a rapid change in the world, a change in people’s consciousness. They try to explain to them what is happening so that a person in these states does not walk in the dark.

Studying Your “I”

235Question: I feel something, including myself. What is the “I” in which I feel myself?

Answer: “I” is what I feel in similarity to the field surrounding me. Everyone has this feeling: the smallest particle, an atom, a cat, a child, a man. Otherwise they would not be able to perceive the impact of the field and submit to it.

Question: But can I study only that which is outside of my “I”? Even if it is a part of me, I still have to treat this object as something external and then I can explore it?

Answer: Yes. This is a prerequisite. You must necessarily separate from yourself. Therefore, to truly study an object, there is a preliminary ascent to the next level so that you can break away from your previous “I.” And then you can attain it. Virtually, the entire science of Kabbalah is just the study of one’s “I.”

Question: Am I constantly changing, focusing, and then what I study is constantly expanding?

Answer: Yes. And then, at the last stage, it all comes together and integrates into one single whole.

What Is Consciousness?

281.01Question: Is it possible to separate such concepts as consciousness, mind, and intellect? Or are they all one?

Answer: Consciousness is possible only when we feel not only the information field, but also its source. To the extent that we feel this source, we form its images, and this is called our consciousness.

Consciousness can be high and can be ordinary, lower, instilled in us from childhood by upbringing, by the influence of the environment, etc. And the consciousness that we can develop in us is additional perceptions felt not only in our natural desire to receive, but also in the acquired intention to bestow.

And then we will begin to feel the information field. Almost everything that we explore and everything that we are interested in knowing depends on which field we are in because it forms the whole picture of the world in us. The picture of me and the world.

I feel you, I feel the world around me, everything that is. Where does this come from?

It is clear that it is inside me. It is clear that I am now talking practically with myself as if with a mirror. If I am interested in knowing what consciousness is, then first of all I must find out who am I dealing with and what is this field? What are its characteristics, its root causes of influence on me, what does it want from me, why did it create me like this with limited perception?

Why should I go through such stages of development in order to feel it more? Why are there also feelings besides consciousness? Why, when approaching or moving away from this field, do positive or negative feelings arise in me which, perhaps, interfere with my research?

If you tie the research of a scientist in the field of chemistry or physics to certain feelings—he loves this, he does not love that, this is pleasant to him, that is not—then can they interfere with him?

He must rise above his senses in order to examine all these phenomena objectively.

Consciousness is how I perceive myself under the influence of the surrounding field. Consciousness is an image of the field that influences me. Its desire, its intention, and its plans are everything that I’m trying to get from it, to find out what nature wants from me.

If I eventually somehow formalize all this in myself, I can call this my consciousness.

Question: Some researchers talk about the information field as the basis, while others talk about the field of consciousness. But if the information field exists objectively, then is it impossible to talk about consciousness without an object that perceives this information?

Answer: As a Kabbalist, I must say that nothing objective exists. Everything exists only relative to the person who perceives it. And what is outside of a person, we cannot even say. We have neither instruments nor abilities to exit ourselves and begin to perceive what is outside of us. This is not given to us.

Inside The Computer Of The Entire Universe

759Question: One of the challenges of the twenty-first century is the agony of religions. Since the end of the 20th century and literally the first two decades of the 21st century, there has been a return to religions. It’s like a bright flash before fading out. What would be the alternative?

Answer: Attainment of the upper force. Moreover, there is a clear attainment, a clear contact between people and the manifestation of the upper force in this contact, within humanity. Attaining it in sensation, humanity will rise to the level of this force.

No religion, no beliefs! There will be no room for them because there will be a clear sensory and mental sense of the upper world. Humanity will come to the level of a different existence, higher than its nature. This is the goal of our development.

While remaining in our bodies, in the sense of this world, we will simultaneously attain that huge computer, that huge system that controls us, and we ourselves will begin to control it. We’ll get to the point where we can reprogram this computer.

And then, when we reach this stage with the whole of humanity, then those people who gradually enter and are in this program, will begin to lose the sense of this world, because in reality it does not exist. It is only felt in our five bodily senses, and they are purely conditional.

Thus, our world will gradually disappear from our senses, and we will feel ourselves existing on the next, spiritual level, inside a huge computer, which is called the universe.

Question: Is it like a human-made robot suddenly understanding the human brain, the one who created it?

Answer: Yes. Our task is to understand the one who created us, and to be equal to Him, to be His partner.

Knowledge And Consciousness

202Question: You say that there is a very interesting interaction between the mind and feeling. On one hand, our basis is feelings, and on the other hand, we are still talking about a conscious approach. Does this mean that a person that moves into the spiritual must do it consciously, the mind is involved?

Answer: Yes, it’s just that we are not aware of it.

I had a friend who was an organ tuner at the Dome Cathedral in Riga. He once told me how to tune this ancient instrument. It involves is terrible math! Such calculations, such formulas! What did its makers know, what did they seem to understand?! All this is hearing and all this is feeling.

On the one hand, mathematics, formulas, waves, columns of air pressure, and so on. On the other hand, we can say that this is not a conceptual, but a sensory apparatus: how it affects the membrane, the hearing, penetrates inside, reaches the heart. Where does this all happen? How can we divide this into sensible and intelligent systems?

Comment: Traditionally, psychology and all the sciences associated with it divide the human psyche into the sphere of the conscious and the extra-conscious. Then there are more divisions: the extra-conscious is divided into the subconscious and the supra-conscious, which is responsible for creativity. But feeling works on the subconscious level. In general, most of the personality belongs to the extra-conscious.

My Response: We just unconsciously process them with our conceptual, mathematical apparatus. Just like a person who listens to music. If we knew all his perceiving, sensory apparatus, we could describe it all. These are pure formulas.

Question: But the result of this processing is the final product, our knowledge. That is, we can already own the mind and somehow manage. Is it possible to say that the knowledge that I can impart to others belongs to the realm of consciousness? Is it right to identify consciousness and knowledge?

Answer: No, I don’t think so. Knowledge is the amount of information acquired by a person that helps one exist. This is one’s archive of actions, practices, experiences, and everything that he has.

And consciousness is the possibility of perception at a certain level. A person with a small amount of knowledge can have a consciousness that a huge elephant does not have.

That is, knowledge is accumulated material, and consciousness is the possibility of perception.

Information = Reshimo

294.1Question: What is the correct name for the field around us: the information field or the field of consciousness? There is a lot of confusion here. Some scientists talk about the field of consciousness, obviously referring to the same thing, and some about the field of information.

Answer: It depends on the level at which we view the information. It can be physical, scientific, material, spiritual, or sensory. What kind of framework we prepare for it—here lays the problem.

We put information in some objects, attach it to some actions, and then we get the corresponding results. And the information itself does not mean anything. This is not even a set of data, but, as they say in Kabbalah, a record, a Reshimo.

When this information record enters a certain spiritual object and creates some new conditions in it, then we can already talk about the quality of this information. As it is, it is just a record.

Question: So when this information interacts with us through the Reshimo and we begin to feel it, to structure it, then it becomes information?

Answer: Reshimo and information are the same thing. Information that is embedded in us is called Reshimo. “Roshem” is from the word “record.”

The main thing is to implement this record to put myself in a specific state, or to determine what affected us, what information I received.

I cannot say anything from the record of the information. I have to realize it in myself, then I turn into the object of this information, it works in me, makes me into what is written in it.

And when I become the test object, the end result of this information record, then we can say what it carried in itself. That’s how it works.

Subtleties Of The Perception Of The World

764.2Comment: In our world, we deal with ordinary corporeal sciences. From the point of view of Kabbalah,  does the phenomenon of consciousness require that we somehow try to change the habitual perception of the world, which is completely attached to materialism or mysticism.

My Response: Mysticism is out of question here. There are fields that today we cannot measure. We only guess about their existence in the same way we do about some cosmic actions.

We cannot feel everything with our hands. Although modern science is far from medieval, it is already the science of the 21st century, but still, it is necessary to introduce some concepts about the fact that we exist inside a field and feel it.

Since we consist of a certain structure, this field, acting on us, causes certain sensations in us, and we perceive them as the world around us and we exist in it. Inside each person, there is a kind of sensor that feels that it exists in a certain world, inside a certain field.

Similarity To The Properties Of The Surrounding Field

565.01Question: In physics and in other sciences of the corporeal world, a field is usually associated with some kind of a carrier. In the spiritual world, is there no such carrier, or is it also determined?

Answer: In our world, there are some fields that we find difficult to form in the form of corporeal ones. I do not see the difference between different influences and everything that exists. I see it only in the detector, a person who, within himself, determines the division into many different carriers, parts, and properties.

Basically, an information field is just a field. It is a power. We call it the force of bestowal. A person is the receiving power. He has the opportunity to receive perception from this field directly as he is, and then he feels himself as existing, as they say, in our world.

He also has the opportunity to rise in his sensations to higher levels of conjugation with this field. Then, in addition to our level of perception, he will feel other levels of this field—spiritual. But all the same, all these sensations are only in the person himself, and only in the degree of the similarity of his properties to the properties of the field.
