The nations of the world subconsciously feel that a calm and secure life in this world depends upon the people of Israel, so they come to us with complaints. We must understand that under the conditions of the today’s ongoing crisis, the pressure on us will continue to grow. After all, the worse it is in the world, the more the nations of the world will blame Israel for all of its troubles.

The nations of the world clearly feel that everything comes through us, even though we don’t know this ourselves. We don’t feel it and don’t understand why it is happening this way. However, the time has come for us to begin to be interested in the origins of anti-Semitism, to investigate and understand it, and to scrutinize the cause for its appearance.

Only the wisdom of Kabbalah will help us in this by explaining the source of the Jewish people. This is because this source is not physical. We are not a regular people formed on a genetic basis like all the peoples. Instead, we proceed from a spiritual source, from the origin of unity that connects and unites everyone together into a single whole.

What must link us is brotherly love, love of others as ourselves, which doesn’t exist in our world. All this belongs to the spiritual level, to a spiritual source, that we must again attain.

You can argue about this and disagree. However, come; let’s sit down and begin to study this question, to scrutinize and investigate in order to discover the truth. Otherwise, we will have no chance of understanding what is happening with the world and with us, with our people.

How could it be possible to establish the nation of Israel, establish what its borders are, and the system in which the people of Israel will live if we don’t know what this people is, what kind of network of national, sociological, and social links must be constructed for it?

We have built the nation of Israel according to the same pattern upon which every other nation in the world has been built, and clearly this is not appropriate for us! We see that this is a sick nation. Everything that happens here is an unhealthy phenomena. We have built this nation according to the examples that we have taken from the nations of the world, according to the laws that are found at the basis of other nations that are more or less similar to each other.

According to these laws of the nations of the world, we have established a nation for ourselves, and we called it “Israel.” However, this is not the nation of Israel and not the people of Israel if it lives in a system like this! We have crammed the people of Israel into this template, into a matrix that is designed for the nations of the world, and it cannot exist in this form.

We have gathered a multitude of people from the ends of the earth into this area and have begun to link them, to insert them into a framework borrowed from the nations of the world, but this is not at all appropriate for the people of Israel. So, until today, we have existed only through the kindness of the higher power.

Unity Is = The Goal Of Nature

It’s time to ask the question directly. What is the relationship between the unity of people and unity with nature?

First of all, is there a connection between the parts of nature? And if so, who knows about this except the Kabbalists? It turns out that scientists and thinkers have been talking about this long time ago.

The fact that humanity is going to unite against all odds has long been known as well.

Yes, many, many people have understood and felt that humanity should unite, but why and how they did not know.

“Religion and state social education for thousands of years have tried and are trying to create unity and by force to include everyone into one common understanding of the meaning and purpose of life.

Kabbalists not only knew and know the answers to these questions, but, in addition, they explained why humanity evolves in this way and not otherwise.

This division of humanity corresponds to these four stages of development that we were talking about. Besides…

In conclusion, we would say that humankind must be involved in this evolutionary process. The sooner – the better.

Question: I see examples of love of others in other nations a thousandfold more than in Israel. So, why do you attribute love of others to Israel only when you suppose that this is something unique about the people of Israel?

Answer: I am only saying that the method for attaining absolute love is found within the wisdom of Kabbalah. The wisdom of Kabbalah doesn’t belong exclusively to the people of Israel. However, the group that went out of ancient Babylon in the past and was composed of representatives of all the tribes that were living there realized the method of Kabbalah and transformed itself into a single people.

In a particular period of history, from the construction of the first Beit HaMikdash (First Temple) until the destruction of the second Beit HaMikdash (Second Temple), they lived according to these laws and then fell from this level. Among the people of Israel there exists a spiritual gene, an inner memory (Reshimo), of this state and the entire method that makes it possible to attain this, meaning to come to love of others, is found in the wisdom of Kabbalah.

Question: Does this method belong to Jews only?

Answer: This method belonged to the people of Israel in times past, and now it must be realized through this people for the entire world, for these people were in this state previously. They implemented it, and a spiritual Reshimo remains in them. So, now, they must present an example to the entire world. This is what is called being a “Light to the nations.”

Question: Does this mean that it is possible to teach Kabbalah, love of others, in Gaza?

Answer: If we convey the method of Kabbalah to Gaza, and the Palestinians try to implement it themselves, nothing will go out to them. They need an example; teachers are required. It is only Jews that can provide this example and the teachers. This is because Jews are not a people. Rather, they are a spiritual group that was once on that spiritual level and fell from it afterward.

So, it is impossible to consider us as a regular people and relate to us as one would to all the peoples. We are a conduit between the spiritual force and the physical world. We have the possibility of conveying Light to this world.

It follows that the people of Israel have a unique educational and social mission in relation to all of humanity. They must become teachers who teach love of humanity according to the method of Kabbalah.

Question: Does this mean that we must love everyone to an equal degree without any connection to whichever people each of them belongs to?

Answer: There is a method that awakens love for others in the heart of the person, but it must enter into general use through a unique people who will show an example to everyone and bring all of humanity to its implementation.

Question: If there is love of others in one’s heart, must it be directed toward everyone without exception, not only toward the Jews, but also toward all the rest, including the Palestinians in Gaza as well?

Answer: Ultimately, this is how it will be. This means that we have hope that, ultimately, the world will attain a love such that there will be no borders between peoples. There is a method that makes it possible to attain this. The people of Israel must manage its realization in the world.

Question: You are saying that the entire world has to reveal the upper force. What does its revelation mean?

Answer: To reveal the upper force means to identify oneself with that single force that controls all of creation. I clarify that this force embraces and fills our entire world, is everywhere, connects all parts, and according to its program, brings them together towards a goal.

Question: Physical forces reveal themselves this way. They transports objects from place to place, change states and movement. How does the upper force reveal itself?

Answer: Physical forces are also a part of the one upper force. When the upper force is revealed, I understand its program, the thought of creation, the process of development and its goal. I discover my place, my role in this program and in the entire history of humanity. I understand what I must do in order to implement my mission in the most correct and efficient way. Thereby I assure the best, most correct, and most secure existence for myself.

All of the negative pressure that we feel is designed to push us towards discovering the Creator, towards discovering the upper force, its program, process, and goal.

Question: Why are all the signs that the time has come to discover the upper force unpleasant: anti-Semitism, war, and social problems?

Answer: All of these are signs that the time has arrived for everyone. It begins with the Jews and then the rest of the nations as well. We will discover the reason for our existence, what kind of a world we exist in, for what purpose, and how to attain a good and secure life. The entire world is in a great crisis.

All of the troubles come to us from the upper force forcing us to discover it. If we turn that development in a good direction, good events will happen. If we don’t, the situation just will continue to become more severe until there are wars, really. Whether good or bad events happen depends upon us.

Question: If the upper force is approaching us, how can this cause a problem?

Answer: The upper force awakens us with all kinds of pressures and threats, calling to us to discover it. Thus, we have to understand that we will not be able to get along without it.

The people of Israel have to understand that a good future for them depends upon revealing the upper force. So, it is necessary to explain the method of revealing this upper force to everyone. For this, we need to begin getting closer to each other. In this way, we build the right network of connections between us. We create for ourselves the conditions for discovering the Creator.

Question: In what way are the people in whom the upper force is revealed differentiated?

Answer: If the people are connected, united, and linked with “and thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself,” then the upper force will be revealed in them. However, if the people exist as they do today, we will discover states in them that are the opposite of love. This means mutual hatred and separation.

Accordingly, the negative side of the Creator, meaning His absence, becomes  revealed within us in the form of all kinds of troubles in our lives: wars, a struggle to exist, and disputes between us.

All this indicates that we lack the Creator between us. However, if we begin to connect, we will approach discovery of the Creator more and more, according to the degree of our connection and unity.

Question: What do we need to do in order to become a true nation of Israel? It seemed to me that I was seeing examples of mutual support and solidarity all around.

Answer: This is a solidarity that arises intuitively during a common danger, but it is not called mutual guarantee. In difficult times, we all are willing to help each other, flocking together instinctively.

This happens in any society, in any group, and even among animals because it provides psychological support, elevates the spirit, and gives a feeling of greater confidence and connection. However, it has nothing to do with “Love thy neighbor.”

Love for one’s neighbor is such a deep inner bond that it only can be achieved through a special connection between us, attainable through the wisdom of Kabbalah.

We receive an example of such feelings during special discussions in a circle, and in workshops, but this is not enough. We need to pass the basis of this method to everyone so that each person will understand where this feeling comes from, why it arises, and how to implement it.

Each of us must become a carrier of this method, because in it, lies one’s life and one’s soul. With it, one builds their eternal existence, their independence. This is why it is not enough simply to hear about it for a few minutes. Rather, one must understand what world we are living in and what system operates us. Through this, we can understand the forces of nature, change them, and use them for our own good.

Then, we can show an example to the entire world and call upon it to unite, “Look at the world that is opening before us! We can ascend to an eternal and absolute degree, instead of existing for a few decades on this earth and ending it at that. The gates to a new world are being flung open before us.”

This is what each of us subconsciously is awaiting and what the nations of the world want. However, the Jewish people hold the key, and we are obliged to open it up. It is ready for our use!

I very much hope that the pressure that we are feeling today, from the internal anti-Semitism that exists within us and the external pressure, would be enough to turn the attention of the entire nation to the inner teaching, in other words, to the wisdom of Kabbalah.

There are people with a book of instructions by which this nation must live. Without them, we are attempting to imitate the nations of the world, but it does not work. We need to structure ourselves in accordance with these instructions.

I hope that the suffering we are enduring today will be enough to draw our attention to this topic, because otherwise, problems will increase and continue to grow until they oblige us to become a true nation of Israel and a light for other nations in order to lead the entire world to correction, to the good connection.

Question: Even during a period of military actions, Israel transfers many tons of food to Gaza. However, for some reason, the more food we send, the more we are disliked by the world.

Answer: In fact, the world doesn’t consider or take into account these food supplies. It simply is said that the Gaza Strip is getting money from Qatar, and Israel is selling food to Gaza in exchange for this money. So, in this case, the idea is not about the “unique attitude” of the Jewish nation.

Besides this, we have opened an entire hospital on the border with Gaza that serves the Palestinians. There is even a maternity department for women there and so on. We aren’t talking about just helping the wounded.

I think that all of these things are very correct. Why wouldn’t we need to give them something to eat and drink? All the more so because their surface water is depleted and contaminated with sea water due to improper usage. In general, we must supply them with humanitarian aid.

Why? Because we are to blame for everything that is happening. If we had the right intention, the correction of the world would not be lagging behind “schedule,” and we would not need any military operation. So, it follows that, against our will, we must feed the Palestinians, and it is specifically we who must correct the existing relationships, uniting among ourselves.

So, in the meantime, the humanitarian supplies are not charity on our part. We ourselves have caused this.

Certainly, we must give a strong resistance against the enemy. I will not betray my people and nation. The main thing is that we must carry out the work of the Creator, but we aren’t. After all, we are responsible for the entire world, and if you feel you are to blame for the troubles of the world—the wars, the brutal cruelty—you must agree with the anti-Semites, however, not with their actions, not with their desire to kill and annihilate us, but with their accusation against us; this accusation is correct. This is because we are the only ones with free choice, and the key to the happiness of the world is found with us alone.

So, we must feed Gaza. Moreover, we should not hate Hamas, a small organization that has seized control of the wretched population of the strip, for, in this way, we arouse these people to take action and make them into bad guys.

Such a perspective seems to be the opposite if we take into account that we ourselves are the only reason for all the events that are happening.

Question: How is it possible to reach a feeling of responsibility like this? How do we educate the people about this?

Answer: Don’t lay it out all at once. Rather, we will feel this little by little. We will not hear, we will not agree, but we will feel much more that this is so.

This is called receiving the baton from the Creator and beginning to manage things correctly. Otherwise, how is it possible to be connected with Him if we don’t look at the world like this?

After all, everything that is happening awakens the Upper Light. If we have complaints and claims about anyone except ourselves, then it is a complaint against the Creator. If I blame someone other than myself, this means that I am blaming the Creator.

Question: I would like to separate what is happening today from the historical stories about events thousands of years ago that some people believe and some do not. I am a practical, realistic person and ancient history doesn’t interest me.

I look at the result and don’t agree at all that the situation in the nation of Israel is bad and that this nation requires extreme changes.

When I hear these kinds of statements from Jews—such as: “Death to the Arabs! We need to enter Gaza and kill them all!”—I am shocked that I belong to a society like this. I consider behavior like this to be inconsistent with the moral state of the nation of Israel and the Jewish people.

Can you take a clean page and draw how, in your opinion, the nation of Israel should look so that it will become a place in which it is possible to raise children happily, without being ashamed that you are Jewish and Israeli?

Answer: This is a very simple picture that everyone can draw for himself: one circle and that’s all. A circle means that all are connected with each other with good and open relations. This means that, within the society these principles operate: “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself”; “that which you hate, do not do to your friend”; “be as one man in one heart,” and “all of Israel are friends.”

All of these principles must be realized in us to some degree, from an initial degree to a full and complete degree; and together with this, we must offer this as an example to all the nations of the world; in other words, we must “be a light to the nations.” If we begin to engage in this, then we will see how the entire world will understand and accept us totally differently. The nations of the world very much want the people of Israel to become a guide for them.

Question: Is there room in such a society built in the form of a circle for such statements as, “Death to the Arabs?”

Answer: Certainly, in a place like this, there is no room for statements like this about anyone. The society must be built in the form of a circle, and, within this circle, ultimately, the entire world will enter. However, first, the people of Israel must show an example to everyone. This means that, instead of a source of problems, we become a source of good for the entire world.

Question: In school, they teach children that it is necessary to realize the principle, “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself,” but that this applies only to Jews.

Answer: However, we only give lip service to this general rule. This is not called teaching love for others. A child perceives this love formally, like a dry mathematical formula.

Question: I would wish that when my son hears about those killed in Gaza, he would cry and not be happy. Is this a justifiable demand?

Answer: Do you understand what this love is that we must attain when your heart hurts for someone you love? For you, love is a dry formula that isn’t alive if you are asking a question like this.

“Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself” means that all of humanity is linked in one man. We must attain something like this, and all the troubles are sent to bring us closer to this until we understand, with the help of the wisdom of Kabbalah, and model it, that the Jewish people must show the entire world how to reach it through a short, pleasant, and rapid way.

Question: How can the people of Israel manage the realization of the system of attaining love for others if today, in my opinion, it is really behaving the opposite way?

Answer: It makes no difference how the people of Israel are behaving today. However, nobody else except for them can realize this method. This is because there is a spiritual gene in these people, a Reshimo (reminiscence) of that spiritual state in which it already existed at some time. Love of others is the same spiritual state. The spiritual world is love.

Question: Why don’t we feel that we have this spiritual gene in us?  Why is this state so concealed from us?

Answer: This is because we have fallen from the spiritual state of love of others to unfounded hatred, and we feel only that. If I get into an argument and quarrel with someone I love and begin to hate him, will I remember the love that was? At this moment, I am ready to kill him. And with the passage of time I will relax and love him again, forgetting about my hatred.

But this spiritual Reshimo is concealed within us and only needs to be awakened. For this, we were given a method that makes it possible.

Question: Is the latest war designed to awaken this spiritual gene in the people of Israel?

Answer: The war awakens us, but in a very difficult way. Whereas we could awaken ourselves if we begin to realize the method of Kabbalah: We open a book and begin to learn who we truly are, what the nations of the world are demanding from us, and what our duty is to the world, to all of humanity.

Question: Why do you think that the Jewish people have a unique mission? I don’t feel myself a part of the Jewish people, but, first of all a human being, and after that an Israeli citizen, and only in the end, a Jew.

Answer: It is understandable that a person wants to flee from the difficult situation he is found in. Moreover, he doesn’t know who he truly is and what he must do according to the program of creation.

I myself grew up in Russia when anti-Semitism was flourishing, a hatred of Jews that was unparalleled in any other nation during that period. This was after World War II, after the purges and oppression of Stalin, and I felt this myself. Jewish nationality was a barrier to entry into the university, employment, and promotion.

And of course, because of this, I didn’t want to belong to the Jews, the pariahs in the world and in all of human society. But I had no choice and I began to scrutinize what was happening. This was a phenomenon that was very unique for me according to the negative implications that I had to recognize.

I could not hide from it, and so I had to scrutinize what was standing behind it, as if I already existed in a role like this. I began to search and investigate, and these searches brought me to the wisdom of Kabbalah.

Question: There are many expressions of anti-Semitism in the world and it is difficult to understand how people cannot pay attention to it.

Answer: They simply don’t want to see it. The Israeli media don’t point these facts out because they are not interested in showing that the world is moving against Israel. They present this as a protest against governmental policy or against particular parties and not against the entire people of Israel. This is not mentioned anywhere.

Question: What was happening to the people of Israel during these last few weeks when the military operation took place? There was a miracle of unity!

Answer: The force of unity is awakening. It’s the upper force. We are in the period Kabbalists called “the end of correction” (Gmar Tikkun), the last generation, complete deliverance.

The Upper Light approaches us and encourages us to connect with Him. Since we are opposite to the Light; we perceive His closeness as something negative. If we are united or at least make efforts to unite, we regard the Light’s approach as kind and positive.

Various events are sent to us for the sake of helping us reconnect with each other. As the Light descends to us, we have to become similar to It. These events are sometimes pleasant, such as nationwide celebrations of holidays, etc. And disasters and wars are also sent to us.

Both good and tragic events are given to us with only one goal: to push us to connect. Then, the Upper Light, the general force of the universe that encompasses and completes everything there is into one sphere, will have a chance to manifest Itself to us.

This is why we get impressions from both ends: On one hand, we become much more sensitive under the pressure of afflictions and problems. On the other hand, sensitivity allows us to feel the presence of a special force of unity, the upper force that moves closer to us.

These days, all of us sensed that there was a very special atmosphere in this country and that we received a very unusual kind of fulfillment. Our task is to develop the same sensation of unity among us to the degree that wars disappear because of their total uselessness.

If we manage to do so, there won’t be a need to use an external influence that presses us even more in order to make us connect and stay together, uniting because of Hamas. If we unite voluntarily, the external malevolent force that pushes and obligates us to unite would be redundant.

All parts of the system work in synergy. It is said that the “Pharaoh brought the sons of Israel closer to the Creator.” The Pharaoh stands for a singular, general negative force. And soon, we will see how the whole world is becoming one negative force directed against Israel. It will pressure us from all sides and use any possible means to make us aspire to unity.

Approaching the Creator means re-connecting in one general desire and becoming as one man with one heart for the sake of implementing the rule: “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” So, do we really need the evil Pharaoh? The entire world is called Pharaoh because in all countries anti-Semitism flourishes and nobody wants to help Israel.

I just returned from a trip to South and North America and Europe, and I can say never before have I felt such a huge universal hatred to Jews. Everybody thinks that the Jewish people are the source of all troubles in the world and that there is no room for them on the face of earth because they bring so many afflictions to everybody.

I was in the US during the time that a rabbi was killed in Miami. As he was walking down the street, someone shot him and walked away. Do you think there was an outrage in the city? Everything was very quiet, as if everyone was in agreement with this.

In the news are only reports that Israel is assaulting Gaza and killing Palestinian children. Nobody says anything about the missiles falling on the Israeli territory. The output from the  mass media is that the Israeli army destroyed homes and killed a certain number of civilians. And what is happening in Israel as a result of the rocket and terrorist attacks is not mentioned. They either say that Israel deserves this kind of trouble, or they just don’t say anything about these events, as if they don’t know Israel is being bombed, as if there is no Hamas, as if Hamas is not firing thousands of missiles into Israel.

Miraculously, all the news gets filtered. It’s not intentional, not someone maliciously desiring to present biased facts. They see it this way and broadcast their vision on all channels; thus, the entire world regards Israel this way!

The world assesses the situation very simply: the people of Israel are bound to be a good and useful force that organizes and unites the world, leading the world to unity, harmony in all parts of nature. Instead, these people cause harm. They regard the people of Israel as the central source of evil in the world.

Each person who lives in this world has a built-in, deep feeling, which is impossible to change. The knowledge is imprinted in everybody as a cornerstone. Therefore the people of Israel have no other way but to fulfill their mission in relation to the rest of the world.
