Answer: The fact is that we attain everything in our senses and not outside of them, and therefore, we cannot name anything in an objective form. We attain everything only in a limited, predetermined condition. Therefore, the Creator is called Bo-Re.

Question: According to Kabbalah, there are two forces at the base of everything: the force of bestowal, which integrates all systems, and the force of reception, which differentiates and divides, and that is why we have such diversity in the world. Which of these forces does the Creator belong to?

Answer: There is no Creator. Something that is like a Creator appears to us in opposite forces: reception-bestowal, plus-minus, and so on.

This upper thought is above both forces, only in relation to us it does manifest itself in this way, and therefore we call it the Creator. But in fact, there is something higher, abstract, unrelated to us.

Question: Which means, if we talk about the Creator as an upper force, a plan, then in our sensations, it manifests itself in the form of two forces: reception and bestowal. But is it Him? Is this His manifestation in relation to us?

Answer: We have nothing more to talk about. We can only explore what is manifested in relation to our sensory organs.

Question: Inna asks, “Why do you always say “‘the Creator‘ and not ‘God’?”

Answer: In order to separate the name “God,” which exists in all religions, beliefs, and for all people in general, from the Creator, whom we recognize as a force, the upper, single, and perfect force that created us for a specific purpose.

God is something that exists above us and somehow controls everything. And the Creator is precisely the one who creates. In every second, He creates this world, creates it as if anew. The Creator is a much more personal concept.

God is something like… God! He is outside of me and He constantly exists. The Creator, however, is obligatory, coercive, and expects something from me.

Question: What does He expect from me?

Answer: That I will start demanding corrections from Him. That I will discover that I am completely dependent on Him and only He can give me the state in which I will be similar to Him.

I ask Him to do something and He does. Can you imagine?! On the one hand we are powerless and on the other hand we govern.

Question: Does it mean that I cannot do anything by myself?

Answer: But no one can do anything without me either. That is, I cannot do anything, yet without me asking, demanding, and instructing, nothing will happen.

Question: But how will I ask? How can I ask the Creator to do something?

Answer: Force Him! “My sons defeated Me.” It is in this way that we begin to feel that we are His children and that He created us precisely for such a role. All this is, of course, amazing.

Question: At the beginning you said “not God,” because God for all people is a personal perception. Do you not want a person to be in this perception?

Answer: No. The Creator is the one who creates. He brings the entire creation back to life at every moment. This is why we have to react to this every minute and feel and see the Creator’s creation every second.

The Creator in Hebrew is “Bo u-Reh” (“Come and see”). You have to come, reveal, and see. That is, it is a more extensive name, which has movement in it.

Question: “Does God exist?”

Answer: No, there is no God. There is nature with its eternal laws, and the main basic force of nature we call  “the Creator” because nature creates. Among other things, it also created us.

We are inside nature, we are part of it. But not in the way it seems to us that supposedly we can observe it from the outside and thus make some decisions outside of nature. We ourselves are a product of its work, and I would say, not the best one.

Yet, we are special, because we can see, observe, make decisions, somehow change something, we have a certain freedom of will.

In general, we are inside nature, and all of it is a creation, inside of which there is a force holding this entire system. This force is called the Creator.

Answer: No, why? We will love each other to the extent that we see each other as a partner, a companion, and a friend in reaching love for the Creator.

Question: How can we understand this “reaching love for the Creator?”

Answer: I have to establish such relationships and states with other people who are both close and distant and with absolutely everyone regardless of what kind of relationships I have with them, until they all eventually give me the opportunity to feel and explore the Creator.

Question: When you say “the Creator” what do you mean?

Answer: The very feeling of love, connection, mutuality, getting closer to each other, and adhesion.

Question: Should this be our goal? And do we need to constantly move toward it?

Answer: Yes. We must constantly move toward it. Moreover, the Creator by Himself does not exist. A feeling exists of getting closer to others, which arises from a mutual attempt to reveal the quality of love and bestowal.

Question: Do you call this feeling the revelation of the Creator?

Answer: Yes. The Creator is love. This has nothing to do with love for a man, a woman, a child, no matter who or what. This is just love for everything that I would say, feels like it exists outside of me.

Question: Is there love only outside of me?

Answer: Yes.

Question: I do not have it within me. And is it right to say love is only outside of me?

Answer: Within me it is egoistic and predetermined and I must rise above it to feel the true love.

Question: You wrote once that the depiction of the Creator in any image except as the quality of bestowal and love is idolatry. What does it mean?

Answer: The Creator is a quality, a force, an idea. This special quality of nature is the highest, the most general. It includes everything.

If I imagine Him in something materialized, corporeal, then this is already idolatry. I narrow His image down to some other, clear, one might even say, egoistic embodiment.

Question: So it is not enough just to believe that there is some kind of a single force and that it stands behind everything and manages everything?

Answer: It is also possible. But this, of course, is not perfect.

Question: If Kabbalah is a science, why does it operate with such a concept as the Creator? How is it compatible?

Answer: The Creator is a general force of nature. This is what Einstein wanted to reveal as a physicist. Many scientists understand that there is one single force in nature that manifests itself relative to us as many different physical, chemical, and cosmic phenomena and forces, including those that we do not yet know about.

In principle, behind all these particular phenomena and laws that we reveal in relation to our senses, there is one single force, one single source. Gradually, as we study nature, we come to this conclusion.

This one force in Kabbalah is called the Creator because it created us. We are a creation of nature. The Gematria of the word “Teva – nature” is identical to the word “Elokim – the name of the Creator.” This indicates that the Creator or nature is one and the same.

The theory of a single field that Einstein was looking for is absolutely clearly presented in Kabbalah to anyone who wants to understand it, and based on this, determines their movements in this field, just as an electric charge moves in an electromagnetic field to its source in order to enter into harmony with itself.

Let’s say an electric charge has mass and there is some kind of gravitational field in which it finds a state of equilibrium. The mass and the gravitational field pull it, like egoism, down to our world, and the electric potential in it and the source of the electromagnetic field are from above, and depending on the difference of these forces, it resides, as they say, between heaven and earth.

So, we too, must develop ourselves so that our spiritual potential pulls us up higher and higher from the ground. Therefore, the whole methodology of our ascent, our development, can be described in clear physical formulas.

Kabbalah operates with absolutely real terms: thickness, attraction, screen, rigidity of the screen, force of reflection, light coming from a certain angle, interference, etc.

Along with this, certain sensations arise in a person, because by using these phenomena, he applies them in himself, in his own forces. And then, through his forces, he feels everything that surrounds him, which is called the upper world.

Question: How is it possible that through these seemingly dry terms, a person all of a sudden comes to sensations?

Answer: It is possible! For example, when you look at the notes, it seems to you that some squiggles are drawn on the paper. And the musician looks at it, cries, laughs, and sings. For him, this is a record of information.

The Kabbalist sees this language! For him, this language is alive! Feelings and forces begin to play in it.

Question: Is it possible to use power in a beneficial way, in a positive direction?

Answer: A person is capable of this only if one is corrected in one’s intentions and understands that the main thing is to do good.

Question: Does the Creator, the supreme force of nature, have a desire for power; after all, He controls His creations?

Answer: The Creator has no such question. He is the power. He is only a force that controls everything, including everything within Himself. There is no such possibility in Him to strive for power. He is the power itself. And we have such a thirst, such a desire, because we don’t have it.

The Creator, so to say, moved and created an empty space in which He does not reveal Himself. In fact, He is in it, but does not reveal himself. This is the space we are in.

Our world is an imprint of the upper world, but just an imprint. This word includes a lot of various nuances.

The fact is that in our world there is an imprint, that is, some kind of white background on a black background. There is something similar to the nature of the upper world, but all this is imprinted on the matter of our world.

The material world is purely egoistic, opposite to the highest. And we who exist as if between two worlds (the imprint and the original) are very complex creatures in structure and worldview. We do not know what to do with ourselves. Where to go? We do not know. Who controls us? We do not know. What is  on? We do not know. This is the state we are in.

Comment: Our sensory organs depict the reality we live in for us. We perceive smells and sounds and touch various objects. But, as you say, we do not really know what is outside. That is, our sensory organs, which send signals to the brain, can be affected by anything.

My Response: Of course. It may not be what we imagine. The main thing is what is already depicted in our brain.

Comment: Today, scientists who believe that people are beginning to master a new, virtual world in which they will increasingly immerse themselves, are talking about this out loud. This is what prompted David Chalmers, who wrote the book Reality+, to speculate that if we can create a virtual world that we go into, then did someone else of a higher order create it?

My Response: Naturally, we cannot prove anything here.

We exist in certain sensations that are depicted in our sensory organs, in the brain. To what extent this reality is objective or subjective, we cannot judge either. But the fact that our feelings are subjective is certain. And the fact that this reality can be objective is an open question. In general, nothing is clear to us about our world.

Question: Who is this so-called programmer that is pushing us to think of some higher Creator? What exactly did He come up with? What is His purpose? What should we achieve?

Answer: Our goal in this world is to really understand its programmer and find out why He created us and the surrounding space in such a way. Everything happens relative to us. So we do not know what is really going on. But why He programmed everything in this way and for what purpose, we should know this.

Kabbalah says that our most important and in general our only task is to reveal this programmer, His objective, goals, and methodology, discover and master.

What else do we need? If we could only find out who we are, what we are, where and how we exist, and what we live for, this will give us an answer to the question: What to do next? And so, we do not know. We see that our world is completely lost.

Question: How could someone with the ability to create such a reality come up with horrors in which we have lived and live?

Answer: It all depends on how you look at things. It is quite possible that the task of this great programmer, who created us to feel this supposedly existing universe, this great mind in which, in general, we exist, is to bring us to a state in which we feel lost, abandoned, and in absolute ignorance of where we are, for what and why, and eventually to want to know it.

We will have no other choice but to know the upper force that controls everything. I think we are moving toward this and are approaching quite quickly.

The Creator is everything. There is none else besides Him. He has no name, title, image, form. He is not limited by time or space, absolutely by nothing. He is above all limitations and worlds. It is just everything there is.

But although the Creator fills everything in infinite measure with infinite number of sounds and forms, we must prepare to perceive Him. For the sake of connecting with us, He wants to develop us so that we gradually grow, expand our sensory organs, and are able to feel and understand Him in all His might.

To do this, we need to infinitely develop our organs of perception, which means to exit the egoism that restricts us and drives us into a narrow framework and forces us to evaluate everything only from the standpoint of our own benefit or harm. And with such an approach, it is impossible to get closer to the Creator because He is above such a calculation.

It is only man, intentionally created as an egoist, who, when he comes out of these limitations, can correct himself with the help of the Creator and understand and feel what the Creator has done for him.

Without this, it is impossible to attain the concept of the upper force because we are not in the dimension where it operates: beyond the desire to receive, beyond egoism, beyond our perception.

We perceive reality with five senses, and that is why we see such a world. But the Creator is not limited by anything, and He cannot be felt by these material organs we feel the world and the universe with because all this is perceived due to limitations.

The Creator is the force of bestowal. He wants to give, to grant, to love, and to fill. This is how His desire is revealed to us. But outside of us, we cannot say a single word about the Creator. We do not know if He has thoughts and desires. Most likely not because He is above all this. The perfect one cannot be subject to emotions—bad or good—because He is not limited by anything.

Therefore, He cannot have bad or good feelings. All our feelings are caused either by a lack of something or by filling. But all this is not inherent to the Creator. The Creator is absolute kindness and He only wants to fill everyone with goodness.
