Perception of reality is impossible to explain in words; you either see reality or you do not. If I take off my glasses, I will not see anything in front of me. I will know that there are people there and I will hear their voices, but I will not see them. In order to see reality through the Creator’s eyes, we need such glasses in which we could see the soul that exists in everyone and in all of us together so that it would be as one whole. This is how it works because perception of reality, as the sum of individuals, a sum of units, requires a different, integral approach.

We want to depict the Kabbalistic groups around the world as one group, and we want to care for all equally, rising above our personal concern for our ten, our country, and our language to the common soul of all humanity, the entire Babylon. This is all in order to correct our perception and see reality through the Creator’s eyes, in an integral and collective form.

Therefore, we should now try to think about the common soul, at least about all our groups in the world, in order to step over all differences between us. Everyone will thus correct their shattering and our perception of reality will become more integral.

How can we do this? It can be done only by working on our feelings with the help of the mind, understanding how important it is to connect the parts of the shattered soul. We must do everything in our power, and we will then arrive at the prayer that will save us. The problem is that it takes a lot of effort to reach such a prayer, when I understand that I cannot realize what I desire, but I want it very much and I know whom to ask and that He can help me.

We correct nothing by ourselves and make no connection to each other. Yet, if despite the rejection, we nevertheless make efforts, then we turn to the Creator who completes the work for us. This is how we should prepare for the congress in Bulgaria: do everything possible and then part of the convention will become a prayer.

This is no longer a relationship in the ten, the understandable human connection that is in my field of vision and sensation, but rather something intangible and unclear: with whom and how do I connect? I do not have the forms within me through which I connect with other groups into one Kli; therefore, all that is left for me is to pray, to ask.

Question: What does it mean to feel the Creator through the group? How does this happen?

Answer: If I am not included in the group, I cannot feel the Creator. After all, I am just one small parameter. In order to feel the Creator, there must be nine other parameters besides me, and then I will have a model called HaVaYaH (the name of the Creator).

Therefore, I must connect with nine more friends. Together, no matter in what states we are, we must try to be connected with each other so that like a locator we will try to detect between us such states that will capture the image of the Creator.

This happens on the condition that we all annul ourselves before each other, try to help each other, are bound by mutual responsibility (mutual guarantee), and are in connection, in union (Brit).

These are the same conditions that Rabash prescribes for us. If we are more or less directed to them and try to focus ourselves on observing them, then that’s all we need. We will capture the Creator completely.

Question: What is required for the development of the soul? How does the process occur? How can you understand and feel that you are on the right path?

Answer: Only one thing is required for the development of the soul: to begin to develop it by drawing closer to others. For this, we usually build small groups that we call “tens” because it is desirable that the group is comprised of ten people, but it can be fewer than ten. By drawing closer to each other in the ten, people begin to feel certain spiritual laws that operate within it.

This is a very interesting state. We can make of ourselves a laboratory in which we will feel ourselves under the influence of a special force, or the Creator.

In other words, as we start drawing closer to each other, we begin to feel how the Creator manifests between us, and as we move away from each other we feel how He distances from us. The Creator is in the center of this small group, and this is how we can define, clarify, and reveal Him. This state does not come immediately, we need to approach it. Give it a try.

By building the connection between us in spite of the egoistic forces that push us away, we will begin to feel it. It is the rapprochement above rejection that will cause a certain sense of the revelation of something in us. This “something” will be the harbinger of the attainment of the Creator. It is quite complicated and doesn’t come immediately, but it is precisely what our workshop is in practice.

Therefore, it is a must for every nation to be strongly united within, so all the individuals within it are attached to one another by instinctive love. …This does not mean that all the people in the nation, without exception, must be so. It means that the people of that nation, who sense that harmony, are the ones who make the nation, and the measure of happiness of the nation and sustainability are measured by their quality. (Baal HaSulam The Nation)

The force that strengthens the nation depends on its similarity to the upper force, which is oneness; that is, it is able to unite. Such a nation can overcome any difficulties as they manifest as breakings and imperfections that require correction. Therefore, we will have to encounter many problems so that we can cover all crimes with love, strengthening and uniting more and more. This is the way that perfection will be revealed.

Every time greater crimes are revealed, we must build an opposite state, with love above it, and with no despair or retreat. This is how the world is built and how it must reach correction.

How can the European nations achieve unity with the staggering number of refugees? The refugees only help the European countries understand that unity must be established above all differences. We need to see the wave of refugees as sent from the upper force: destruction for the sake of correction.

Fifty years ago, it was impossible to imagine the current refugee situation in Europe. Europeans protected themselves considerably, they preserved every nation’s uniqueness: Germans, French, Italians… . The borders were rigid and distinct.

Suddenly, everything began to change swiftly. According to the upper program, everyone must reveal the shattering they are in. How else can the necessity for correction be revealed if not by the introduction of a foreign force? Thus, several million people enter Europe who are foreign in culture, education, religion, and behavior. There is no greater opposite force.

As a result, the Europeans are beginning to understand that there is no choice: the only thing to do is to unite. They are yet to reveal how to come to such unity. No matter how unrealistic it may seem due to religious differences, the most acute and irreconcilable, there is no other option.

Europeans realize that they have to find the key to connection and unity. This key is found, first and foremost, in the integral method of connection explained by Kabbalah: covering all crimes with love. This is realized with the help of the upper force. We cannot achieve unity on our own; we can only create conditions where through Israel, a connecting channel, we will cause the upper force to act on masses of people.

In order for this to happen, we need their compliance: the way they talk and act will start to change. It makes no difference that only yesterday they were fundamentalists, no matter what religion they were practicing, the way they thought, or which of the seventy nations they were a part of. Everyone will become as one nation.

The main thing is that Europe is undergoing challenges and we must provide a solution. Therefore, uniting is very important, all the Kabbalistic groups across Europe and the entire world, especially now before the Bulgarian congress. This is how we will be able to bring the light of unity and oneness to Europe. Europe is becoming more and more engulfed in darkness, in the feeling of helplessness, despair, of being faced with no way out. But we will see how contradictions will begin to subside, opinions will start changing, as will thoughts and desires. Everything is resolved in thought and the thoughts will become new.

How is it possible that those who were fierce fundamentalists, nationalists, unwilling to talk to anyone who differs from them in the slightest would suddenly change? The upper light is able to reform anything. As He is intensifying the darkness right now, so will He correct it. The main thing for us is to be the conducting channel for Him—this is our work.¹

Answer: I would say that that is a blessing from above. This is good! You are given an example of your egoism—how much you cannot stand others.

Question: There are situations in which a tsunami of emotions and feelings overwhelms you, and you sit and don’t understand what is going on with you! You certainly understand that everything is coming from the Creator. What should one do in situations like these? Should I continue to sit, go out, or try to extinguish this within me? Or should I simply surrender to the emotions and go with the flow?

Answer: I cannot say what to do; you must choose. But each time you to try to act so you will be in maximum connection to the Creator as the source on which your current situation depends.

Question: Do I or we in a ten have some kind of influence on the process of ascents and descents in other tens or groups?

Answer: We are all in a single system, and therefore, to some degree, you naturally influence everyone. If one real ten will emerge in our world group that will constantly work with the Creator, then we will all feel it. I hope that this will be soon.

Question: Is there a difference between a thought, a prayer, and physically coming to a convention and supporting a friend? Or are both necessary?

Answer: I cannot say because each circumstance needs to be considered individually, but in every case it is advisable to take advantage of all the possibilities.

Question: Is a ten a state of readiness to approach each other?

Answer: A ten is a skeleton, a framework of everything that the Creator created.

Question: How can you work with thoughts in which you want to do something bad to someone and you cannot get rid of them, even if you understand that they are from the Creator?

Answer: What this means is that you don’t understand that this is intentionally coming from the Creator precisely so that you will be connected with Him and you will determine that, “There is none else beside Him,” (Deuteronomy 4:35) and that the Creator cannot give you bad thoughts like these about others.

Question: How can I protect myself from weakening because of the negative words and emotions that I often get from others studying Kabbalah?

Answer: You should treat this very simply: There is no one else; there is only the Creator. He dresses in all the friends who seem to exist to you, and through them He conducts His exercises on you.

Suddenly it seems that the friends are saying something to you, or neglecting you, or humiliating you. In fact, it is not them, but the Creator who treats you this way. Therefore, always pay attention to them, but keep in mind that you receive it from the Creator.

Therefore, you should see the Creator behind each friend. Then you will have no complaints about them but only about yourself or the Creator.

Question: Does all this come from the Creator for the purpose of our advancement?

Answer: Certainly.

Question: Does humiliation advance a person?

Answer: Every moment of your life is meant only in order to advance you. The Creator constantly drags you to Him, even when you do not feel it. This is what He does.

Question: How do we pay for the quality of bestowal and the discovery of the Creator?

Answer: We pay for it with patience and with very great diligence, which is not easy. There is nothing in the whole world that is just given, freely, all the more so spiritual fulfillment, the discovery of the upper world.

The main thing is intention within a group. If you create a group and direct it to resonate correctly with the upper world, you will immediately begin to feel it.

Question: What is at the foundation of a request when a ten turns to the Creator? Is it a deficiency or is it still the greatness of the Creator?

Answer: It is the greatness of the Creator. It will draw you forward, directly toward the goal.
