My Thoughts On Twitter 7/18/19

Dr Michael Laitman Twitter

I am also worried >>>>>>>>

The authorities strive to preserve the system, since there is no other system of government.
The elite has gone by the wayside, leaving government, execution and responsibility for society to feeble ministers and officials.
The solution lies is dismantling the liberal monopoly over power, but the elites won’t allow it. It’s a dead end.

“Perhaps I am afraid of revealing how opposite I am to the will to bestow. I subconsciously protect myself, not allowing myself to come closer to the Creator. I must ask the friends for strength, to help me incorporate into the group by an effort above my nature so they will pull me out of prison…

If hatred isn’t revealed, it means we have not merited to advance. However, we strive to awaken not hatred, but increasingly greater aspiration to unity—and hence we feel that the Creator Himself elicits rejection between us and Him…so we will ask!

The Creator incites strife between the friends. And we must unite above the problem, which the Creator has revealed, and thank Him for this revelation of egoism and for the correction. Hatred comes first and it is revealed to the extent of our readiness to ask for correction.
It is a sign of progress.

We mustn’t debate over who is right and who is to blame: there is hatred (from the Creator) and it must be covered with love (a plea to the Creator). Then, instead of treading in one spot, we will advance spiritually. Especially if the whole ten asks for help from above, then all of the (Creator’s) sins are covered by (the Creator’s) love.

“Love will cover all sins.” Without sins there is no love. Love or spiritual connection starts with revealing sins. Every day one must hate the friend—and every day, cover that hatred with love, because “There is none else besides the Creator.” He is the reason for the sins!

The Main Thing That Guides Us In Spirituality

laitman_283.02The need for the greatness of the Creator is the main thing that guides us in spirituality. The more we strive for this and fight for the greatness of the Creator to become more important to us than anything else, more than our own importance, the more we change our path and direct ourselves to the spiritual world. Spirituality is built on the greatness of the Creator: to the extent in which the host becomes more important to me than myself, to that extent I am able to give to Him. That is why it is not a minor issue out of many, but the main and decisive one.

Throughout the day, I need to check whether the greatness of the Creator accompanies me so that I need Him like a breath of air. Just like I cannot stop breathing, every second I must check whether I feel the need for the greatness of the Creator, whether I live for it so that only this will enliven me. If the Creator disappears from one’s life, one immediately falls into one’s egoism, which takes power over the person and transforms him or her into an animal.

It is very difficult for us to feel the greatness of the Creator because He is hiding, hiding Himself from us so that we do not seek Him out of greed, material and selfish gain. We will only increase our egoism this way. We have to want the Creator to rule over us because He is higher than our egoism. Preferring the greatness of the Creator to the greatness of our egoism, we prefer bestowal to reception and we advance.

For this, the Creator has made a lot of preparations and shattered the common soul, which lets us gather in tens and together develop the need for the Creator’s greatness and His importance. It is written about that: “May man help his neighbor.” When we are impressed by friends’ desires that ignite envy and ambition, we can attract the reforming light.

The light will come even if our intentions, desires, aspirations, and questions are not selfless yet. It is similar to a mother who understands her baby who still does not know how to speak and ask questions, but the mother feels what the baby wants. Therefore, it is enough for us to shout and ask from within our egoism and ask for help. Although we strive for the greatness of the Creator because of egoistic motives, they are accepted from above as inevitable on our part.

If we turn to the Creator through the group, that is, if everyone annuls himself a little bit, then we awaken the reforming light that changes us. Little by little, we begin to feel the need for the Creator’s greatness and also His greatness. If it shines upon us a little, then we can already appreciate that this is a complete remedy. We feel that this is the only thing missing.

When with the help of the group I replace the importance of my egoism, which forces me to constantly take care and think about myself, with the greatness of the Creator and worry about Him, I move from the material to the spiritual world, from reception to bestowal. The greatness of the ten and the greatness of the Creator within it is the leverage with the help of which I lift myself from the material to the spiritual world.

I need to check whether I care about the importance of the greatness of the Creator as the main thing that I need. And everything else that can be of help, I will accept with joy. To the extent of the greatness of the Creator, the greatness of the host, I will be able to bestow to Him and advance in spirituality. Therefore, this subject will be with us until the very end of correction because the greatness of the Creator has no limits and it is the only thing that raises us.1

The Creator is not only the quality of bestowal. Bestowal is a force that exists in nature, but it is inanimate and we cannot approach it. The Creator is not only a force, but also the desire, plan, program, and purpose of creation and of life. The Creator builds my whole life and me. Therefore, I appeal to Him and not to one of His qualities or manifestations.2

Infallible Kabbalists?

laitman_961.2Question: Is there a personality cult in Kabbalah? Do you believe in the infallibility of some authors or should everything be treated with a certain degree of skepticism?

Answer: Frankly speaking, I, with my little spiritual attainment, cannot afford to rate Kabbalists. Indeed, despite the fact that I feel, comprehend, attain, and dwell in some spiritual space, I am in it at the level of a fifteen-year-old boy in our world.

What can I say about it? In the spiritual world when you comprehend even at such a level, it gives you the feeling that you are just a young person, you still don’t know much, and therefore, you cannot open your mouth, criticize, or give any assessment.

Can I criticize such great Kabbalists like my teacher Rabash and his father Baal HaSulam or those who preceded them: Baal Shem Tov and the Ari? They are all in absolute attainment of the Creator. Therefore, I have nothing to say in this matter.

I accept their books as absolute knowledge. Those are people who made no mistakes in rising to their level, and their level is practically in the Final Correction (Gmar Tikkun).

The only difference between them is that each attained it from the root of his soul, so there is a difference in the presentation. But for me, it is actually good. I read from one angle about the attainment of the upper world, then from another, from a third, and it develops me.

New Life 1129 – Coping With Crises

New Life 1129 – Coping With Crises
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Crisis is birth, change, and new opportunity. Even death is a part of life and not the end. Each person has a certain fate and must develop according to the root of his soul. People may feel imprisoned when they become parents or become critical of their lives around the age of forty; however, instead of being disappointed when previous hopes break down, these crises should be viewed as opportunities for correction that come to me from nature.
