Question: What kind of influence do these events like conventions, where we try with all our power to attain greater unity, have over the actions of our friends in Israel or other friends who are now passing through difficult times?

Answer: All of us, really all of humanity, are linked together by billions of threads into one network. There are an infinite number of links that are measured not according to quantity but quality. Spirituality is measured by quality and not by quantity.

Our convention is built on mutual combination, understanding, and penetration, such that we can truly feel ourselves together. We want a single and warm whole to be created among us in which the upper force, the Upper Light will begin to be revealed; something that existed in a collective Kli before its shattering in the upper world. Therefore through our gathering in this congress, we are now providing a very great help to the Israeli group.

It is wonderful that this has happened because nobody would have planned for this. If I had known how hard we had to work on dissemination in Israel, I certainly wouldn’t have set the convention for this date.

But on the other hand, the Creator arranges everything for us in such a way that many people are ready to connect, to gather together, and this is a very great help. I am very pleased that this convention was arranged at this time when we are really smashing through the “iron wall” between Kabbalah and all of humanity. We are all participating in this!

Baal HaSulam writes that our main goal is to “blow up the iron wall” that separates the wisdom of Kabbalah and all of humanity because if we do not then humanity will continue to deteriorate.

I wrote many years ago that the crisis had arrived and something must be done, but nobody agreed with me. Then the crisis was revealed in full force and I continued to write that it would continue for years, decades, until humanity changes. But people thought conditions were improving, that the crisis was ending and that everything is already okay.

Humanity doesn’t understand what a desperate hopeless state it is in. It has no means of changing anything. It just moves along a predetermined path that is controlled by two forces: positive and negative.

Certainly people want to solve this mystery, but they cannot and do not know how to do this. After all, our world is underneath the “barrier” (Machsom), underneath the boundary that divides between the upper worlds and our world; now there is no force that could make it possible for a person to correct society, the family, politics, the economy, and the environment, nothing; rather, everything just deteriorates. Therefore, we who possess a very small amount of knowledge about this process and possess the ability of correction must bring this to the world.

The thing that obligates us is love of the other, which is the essential law of creation. It is not for our narrow and small artificial world within which we exist; rather, it is for all of the rest of the great world outside. This is why we are doing this.

Question: How can a person give pleasure to the Creator at every moment?

Answer: If he thinks about this all the time.

Every activity that you perform in life: working, learning, eating, bathing, in bed, even not alone, it makes no difference where and how, all of your thoughts must be directed towards the Creator. For the entire plan of nature, all of its forces are directed towards this, in order to work with bestowal.

If you act in this way, then an absolutely new field of emotion begins to be revealed in front of you, a new world. You begin to see the management system that now seems concealed because we don’t behave correctly in it. We don’t see it. We can see it only if we yearn for it for the sake of bestowal, and then we discover how it operates.

There exists a law of equivalence of form that acts in all the worlds, including our world. If I want to discover something, I construct a sensor that corresponds to that phenomenon that I want to discover. It is the same thing even here; if I want to discover the system of forces that manage the world, I must be found with this characteristic, and then it is revealed to me.

Therefore I must be locked on this all the time, that all that I do now, all my thoughts, desires and actions are intended only to give pleasure to the Creator, to give Him satisfaction.

What is the intention to give pleasure to the Creator? I don’t want to confuse you, but there is no Creator and there is nobody to whom to give pleasure. Through directing my thoughts and desires I apparently calibrate myself, aiming towards feeling the true creation. But what is ultimately revealed in me is that force that activates and manages everything, and it is called the “Creator.” This force can only be discovered within me, the Kabbalistic intention creates within me the possibility of feeling another reality which is parallel to our reality. If our reality exists only within the egoistic power of reception which is developed according to a plan that doesn’t depend on us, to which we are absolutely subservient, then when I enter into another reality, the possibilities of absolute freedom appear to me.

Question: Is it possible to alter the force that moves us (back and forth) in such a way that we enter a steep dive, fall intentionally, and then take off like a rocket all at once to the 125^th level?

Answer: You cannot immediately rise to the 125^th level, not because you lack the power, but because all of the levels are the complete opposites of each other and it is up to you to become familiar with every level in order to understand its characteristic, its taste.

Suppose you broke some apparatus and you took it apart. In order to put it back together, it is up to you to learn how to connect one part to another, why this part or another is needed, and how to combine them.

That is also how it is in this circumstance. It is impossible to control creation completely without understanding the mechanism of all its parts, without connecting them correctly. A man is called Adam because he resembles the Creator; rather than the Creator, he begins to control the whole machine.

Our world, although central, is the smallest in creation; around it exists an immense system of higher worlds. And it is up to you to become familiar with the entirety of the full system. You cannot imagine how much this perception is absolute and penetrates through all the smallest parts, both vertically and horizontally!

Question: I think that until there is a critical mass of people who have revealed the Creator, others like me will remain sitting quietly, and after that we will live and exist with them in a wonderful way.

Answer: I understand you perfectly, but we are living according to a particular program and we are not allowed to escape from it! We are found under the control of nature and don’t know what will happen tomorrow or in another minute.

Look at all of human history, at the whole world. Who can manage it? No one, starting the greatest and most powerful people and ending with the smallest people. There is a clear axis of development for every person and for all of humanity. We are managed. In creation there are two forces: One force pushes us from behind through suffering and the other force pulls us forward through pleasure. They control each one of us completely, as if we were small insects.

In order to rise above the physical (animal) developmental axis, we were given free choice. Through our elevation, we can change material life, because we will be equal to the Creator to some degree. We can look at the entire perspective; there will be two forces in our hands. And without them we would be subject to the upper management. Unfortunately, this understanding is turned off in us and so we behave like little children.

But today we have already become wiser, and we see that the world has transformed to be more and more unmanageable and chaotic; everything slips through our fingers. We need to do something about this. We cannot sit still!

Question: Our central group in Petach Tikva is currently engaged in a very serious dissemination effort. What can we do to strengthen them?

Answer: The central group is at the forefront of the struggle for truth in the world.

To carry the truth to the world means to reveal Kabbalah as the method of correcting humanity because there is no need to correct the world, but it is necessary to correct the human being. With each passing day, more and more people understand that if we continue to live within our egoistic nature, we will loss the possibility of further existence on Earth, that is, we will bury ourselves and will not be able to do anything.

It is written in The Book of Zohar that the angel of death (his egoistic desire) appears before a person holding a sword with a drop of poison on its end. And not being able to prevent himself from greed, the person opens his mouth, swallows the drop, which the angel of death puts into his mouth, and dies.

We cannot correct our world; we cannot correct ourselves by any other means but through attracting the Upper Light. To do this, the wisdom of Kabbalah has been given.

Moreover, we are not able to correct ourselves even with the help of the Upper Light, if we are not organized in a group, do not study the structure of the upper worlds, the correct state of matter, where the Upper Force comes from and seemingly radiates on us if we seek these states.

The time has come when we must reveal this to the world. Due to this, we ourselves will ascend.

As we move forward, there are all sorts of egoistic fears, uncertainty, and hesitations. Of course, we do not want take such dramatic steps. It seems that it would be better to soften everything, not to speak out openly against the powerful forces of this world.

This is similar to how Pharaoh goes against Moses. Who is Moses? He is no one and nothing because he is afraid all the time, in awe of Pharaoh. But the Creator pushes him forward and compels him to confront Pharaoh face to face, that is, to stand against the manifestation of all the egoism of our world.

Moshe (from the word “Limshoh” – to pull out in Hebrew) is the force that pulls us out of egoism.

Moshe is not free. He stands before Pharaoh, shaking with fear, but it is the Creator who puts him in these conditions, and therefore, if he accepts them, he wins.

Today, we are in a state, which we would never be able to plan ourselves, in a state of absolute uncertainty, with the threat of conflict. And I am incredibly happy about that. This joy is multiple, multi-layered.

First of all, this joy comes from the fact that we deserve such opponents. Baal HaSulam wrote that we wanted to blow up the wall between humanity and the wisdom of Kabbalah because it alone can save humanity. Today it is manifested. We deserve enormous publicity, which we could not create ourselves. Whether it is positive or negative, it does not matter. Publicity is publicity.

We are making strides in dissemination. This forces us to rise, to evaluate everything differently. We are going to fight. All this is not simple because it involves a huge risk, and indeed it is. But the payoff is huge, and there is no turning back.

The Creator sets these circumstances and does everything so that we cannot escape. This picture is completely clear to me, and our friends start seeing that there is no way out; the Creator puts us before Pharaoh, forcing to work.

I am very happy about this first because we have earned such a strong, dramatic attitude of the Creator. Secondly, because the entire world group understands this state, this critical battle, and we are giving our last effort; we agree to withstand the onslaught and correctly respond to it; on one hand, we do so calmly, and on the other hand, without fear, without hesitation, without doubt.

The current period gives me confidence that we really are before the Egyptian exile. These are already serious battles against our egoism, which is now revealed to us in this way, especially, in the last stage of our fight against certain circles.

It is said that when the people of Israel were going out of Egypt, there was a chase. Moreover, it is not said that the Egyptians chased them, but Erev Rav (the mixed multitude). Who were they? There was no one to go after the Israelites because the Pharaoh’s army was defeated, and all the servants, etc. allegedly died of the ten plagues.

Who stayed behind in Egypt? Those who clung to it; those who were afraid of the Creator, who worked for Pharaoh. We are at war with them now. If we have reached this state, we are really close to the exit from Egypt. I congratulate all of us with this.

Question: Why do I feel such terrible heaviness during the lesson and a desire to sleep? I don’t usually feel that way. Is there a connection between my descent and the coming convention?

Answer: Very strong Lights are revealed, are ready, and are about to enter you. You, however, feel them as darkness because you are not ready for them. So you have a feeling of heaviness and you fall asleep and may sleep during the lessons until the convention is over. This is how the response of the defensive force of your ego is revealed. Your angel of death wants to kill you.

I, on the contrary, am actually very impressed by our work and by what we are doing with regard to integral education and the fact that the upper Providence enables us to do so and is even guiding and pushing us. Of course we feel constant difficulty and heaviness, but at the same time I understand and feel how the efforts that I make help me advance efficiently.

We have to check and clarify the source of the sleepiness that you feel and the reason for it. It happens because you don’t feel the importance of the work and this is shown to you from above. Why don’t you feel the importance of the work? Because you have been shown a bit more of your egoistic desire now, and of course you don’t find dissemination important in any way, neither in your own country, in Bulgaria, or anywhere else.

A person’s state is not a matter of chance in any way. Nothing happens without a reason. Only small children say that the glass broke because it fell and broke by itself. They simply don’t connect the two events. You are doing the same thing, thinking that you fell by yourself, but there is no such thing since there is none else besides Him. The Creator makes us feel this general fogginess now so that we will rise to a higher level. A person who participates and is incorporated in this work will rise, and those who are not won’t rise but instead will sleep until the end of the convention and as usual miss everything.

Question: How far are we from the first spiritual degree? Can we measure this?

Answer: The fact is that our world group is not quite homogeneous. The concept of “we” is very vague, as a cloud.

I think that the central part of the world group that systematically, as far as the external circumstances allow, engages in the studies, internal work in the group, and dissemination, has now come to the state where within a year it will begin to reveal a clear interaction with the upper force.

In line with this, we will have ups and downs. The higher we rise, the stronger descents we will have, and to the extent we can overcome them, we will succeed.

You asked me a question, which is not in my power to answer. This is the freedom of will; moreover, the freedom of will of a great number of people. Precisely, your conscious collective decision in mutual support, in mutual responsibility, will decide when you are able to reveal the upper world. Everything depends only on you!

Indeed, it is not a date on the calendar. When you create the required tension between yourselves, then you will succeed. But I think that at the pace in which we are growing today, this should happen within six to twelve months, or maybe even sooner. However, the revelation relates only to those who are engaged in serious internal work, and the rest will join as they become included into it.

The group that will feel the upper world (and some people are already there), increasingly more strongly, entering into communication with the upper force, feeling a new dimension, rising above the level of their material existence, and will start seeing themselves and this world the way we see pets that live next to us. This is the way people will look at their animal component relative to their spiritual component that is being born in them. I think this will happen quickly.

But I repeat once again, it all depends on how much a person under the influence of the internal force, the so-called Upper Light, will develop spiritual sensory organs in himself.

Question: How can we move from a person’s egoistic care for others to care, independent of egoism? How can one get rid of the egoistic desire that pushes him to take care of others?

Answer: It is a very high level when you already feel the Creator and are in the state of connection with this positive force of bestowal and love.

Then you begin to feel the need to give and love absolutely unconditionally, not as we imagine this today, but without any regard for oneself, without receiving any reward in any form; this is only from the state of feeling eternity, perfection, infinity.

It is impossible to put into words because it is a completely different feeling and understanding of the world, which comes to the extent of the realization and absorption of the altruistic quality of bestowal and love in oneself.
