The festive days of Purim are very good and beneficial. These are the days when, in our world, there are good forces, the forces of unity, that can help us connect and resolve the problems.

We have just one problem: to find the network of forces between us, such a connection in which the Creator would be revealed. We do not need anything else! The most important thing for us is to reveal the Creator. This is our main task, and it can be solved only in the connection between us.

Once we have established a network of connection between ourselves, at least in its minimum quality, we immediately will feel the Creator.

That is why it is very good that we are getting together these days. Try to do all this! You cannot imagine how much we need this! Once the general force begins to be manifested between us, we will get a powerful weapon in our hands, a powerful means for correcting the world, and then we will begin working with it.

After all, we do not know where to go without this, what to control, and what to press. The manifestation of the Creator opens our eyes fully, unties our hands, and shows the path.

All our work comes down to revealing a deficiency within us. It is because even before we begin to do something, the Creator has already prepared everything and is in a state of absolute rest. On His part there is always the readiness. He is only waiting for every opportunity a person gives Him, which means when he reveals an additional deficiency that is attained by his own powers, and not that which the Creator has evoked in him.

Therefore, there must be some addition to our response that is our own. But where can this response come from if we exist in the Godly system that the Creator has arranged for us? Where can I add something of my own in response? How?

The only way I can add something of my own is to exert myself on my level—not on a level above me—by connecting and by somehow spurring one another. Only due to the fact that I can awaken the others by physical actions and they awaken me can we create an additional awakening towards the upper on our part. By that we are actually correcting the shattering, correcting the gaps between us, by influencing the spiritual level from the corporeal level.

On the spiritual level, the Creator performs the correction, but we only have to start the work of connection and then the Creator completes it. In the corrected, connected vessel, we begin to discover Him.

Thus we rise, each time requiring a stronger connection under conditions that become more special, more difficult, and toward a higher sense of unity. Therefore, it says that all our freewill is in choosing the environment. By such actions a person is evoked and evokes internally more qualitative passion and desire towards the attribute of bestowal. Each time he discovers a clarion from Above that comes from the Creator calling him and summoning him to connect and to ascend. Therefore, by building a collective vessel, a person is rewarded with the revelation of the attribute of bestowal in this vessel, which is called the revelation of the Creator that is dressed and revealed in the created being.

We always have to be connected and try to see the Torah in the connection between us and how we fulfill it. What does a certain connection stand for, where between us is Haman, where is Mordecai, where is Esther, who is Ahasuerus, what happened to the ten sons of Haman and his wife?

If we ignore the physical characters of ourselves and the friends and speak about forces, about attributes, about discernments and not about bodies that are perceived by the five senses, if we raise ourselves to the level of the network of the forces of creation, then it means that we are fulfilling the Torah in the relations between us. Then we already begin to see them and to learn this. This is called implementation, getting closer to correction, and building the image of Adam, man. Then you will see how necessary each of the friends is and that even all the negative forces have to exist so that you will not agree with such behavior, will keep away from them, and decide not to use them internally.

We don’t apply enough constant efforts to get closer and to connect on the level of the forces, intentions, and not on the level of the physical bodies. We have to penetrate a bit deeper and to begin to draw away from the usual corporeal picture in order to see the network that we are building between us, or more accurately, to discover it.

Everyone has to try to imagine that he is in the system of forces and not between physical bodies of this world and all its trash. We have to finally see and imagine this world correctly. It’s impossible to mention this all the time. A person has to change his thoughts. In order to do that, we have to support one another and we need mutual guarantee when everyone thinks in the same way.

Then you begin to notice and to identify that all the friends are in such inner relations, in such an intention, in such actions, that you realize that they are not performing external actions, but that everyone is trying to build and put this puzzle together to connect everyone. Everyone will feel that his efforts determine whether this puzzle will be put together, whether everyone will connect and how in the picture that is gradually being completed, that  reveals the general force of bestowal called the Creator with all its details and special features.

This is already a sign that the Torah is being revealed to us, that the upper Light is starting to illuminate and to explain its rules, its nature. Thus we begin to live on that level.

Question: Many European countries are in a state of growing separation. What can our European groups do to stop this trend?

Answer: The fact is that separation will continue. Europe will continue on the path of protectionism since problems and unemployment will continue to grow.

The growing mutual separation is a quality of Haman, egoistic qualities, which need to be presented with an opposite quality, the quality of the connection between us.

Also, you will see how people suddenly begin to understand that if they were to follow the path of separation and alienation, they would hurt themselves in a horrible way.

Europe would cease to be a civilized part of the world. These countries need to come closer despite the mutual repulsion. There is no other salvation. This needs to be explained everywhere and discussed during seminars.

All the European groups need to unite into a single group to do this.

Imagine the enormous power that will come from the unity of all the groups from all the countries and the lone students from the different corners of Europe!

You will see that everyone else will speak your words. They suddenly will begin to understand you, and they will advance your ideas independently without even knowing you. They will get this through a common net that you will create between you. Thus, everything depends on us.

This is a wonderful time! Despite all the past problems, try rising above them. Embrace as if nothing ever happened! Leave all the problems below, and you, above them. You must forget everything, get together and start a new life on a blank page.

This is a special state of the higher atmosphere to which we must connect and begin our new life. You will see that this year you will rise. You will gain respect and be valued. The world will regard you as the guide on their journey to the good and right state.

Question: What is the role of the Israeli Jews in the formation of the spiritual forces today?

Answer: Every element, even the smallest one, is made of ten Sefirot. The Israeli nation that has been through spiritual ups and downs is also made of several parts.

There is a part called “Israel” according to its spiritual essence, and it is aimed straight at the Creator (Yashar—El). Those who feel attracted to it belong to this part.

Generally speaking, we are starting the ascent today from the same state that was in ancient Babylon in the time of Abraham when everything was shattered and he gathered people who were attracted to the Creator. Such people belong to GE and the point in the heart (•) is already burning in them.

Then there is the part that is also called “Israel,” but in which the point in the heart is locked (⊙). Although it existed in these people in the past, it is not expressed as a result of the general incorporation.

The next part is the “nations of the world,” people who are ready to join Israel. They understand and feel the message of connection. They have a natural inclination for it, but their “point in the heart” is concealed. We can call them “righteous.”

Then there is the part of the “nations of the world” who are called “sinners” and in which there is a lot of negativity (-), and their point in the heart is hidden too deeply.

This is the general structure, but we don’t separate anything and we take an example from Abraham who spread the wisdom to everyone.

However, we also emphasize several things in our work today; first we have to empower the first part, our group, those who are ready, who can and do understand the importance of the way to the Creator.

Then we have to work with the representatives of the second part since the same point is hidden in them too, whether they like it or not, they have the same stimulation. We have to reach a certain connection with them.

In addition to that, let’s hope that many of “the nations of the world” will join us when they see that we offer them an effective, rational approach.

At the same time, we have to understand that the three lower parts participate in the process without an intention. There is no way they can yearn for bestowal. After all, the intention is only above, in all our friends throughout the world.

A new vessel is actually formed today, a new “Israel” that is born after the shattering and the mixing, after the many reincarnations. Whoever awakens to the Creator stands at the top pulling all the others after him.

The same thing happened in Babylon: People in different places joined the group of Abraham and later they were among the leaders. Another example is Rabbi Akiva, whose parents were not Jewish (they were converts who belonged to the “nations of the world) who joined the nation of Israel. This was his destiny; from the general level of those times, he rose to the spiritual level and surpassed everyone. So it is certainly not a matter of genetics or nationality.

As for the nation of Israel today, we have to make greater efforts than in other parts of the world. We have to first make efforts in our group and among the Israeli nation that is dispersed among the nations of the world. It is very difficult, but we have no other choice, we have to do it since it is the order of priorities in the general system.

Baal HaSulam, “Shamati,” Article 144 “There Is a Certain People”: There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples.” Haman said that in his view, we will succeed in destroying the Jews because they are separated from one another; hence, our force against them will certainly prevail, as it causes separation between man and God. And the Creator will not help them anyway, since they are separated from Him. This is why Mordecai went to correct that flaw, as it is explained in the verse, “the Jews gathered,” etc., “to gather themselves together, and to stand for their life.”

There is no other means by which we can be saved from all the troubles, whether we are in physical exile or in a spiritual exile. It is the same thing; there is no other type. We are either under the domination of the evil forces that are foreign to Holiness, which means the force of separation and dispersion, or we unite despite all the evil forces and then we win by taking the opportunity we were given and rising to the level of connection.

In this connection we begin to discover the upper state, the upper world, the upper force. This is what we are about to do now. The world is advancing very quickly towards this clarification. We also have to clarify our status in order to become the force that takes this world from one world to another and be ready for this mission.

Very soon we will see how all these things are actually fulfilled and start to work. Everyone will be ready to connect, but whether we will be ready to connect them depends on if we can become one people. Our success depends on this.

Otherwise all the forces of evil in the world will rise against us and it will be justified because instinctively they feel that we are responsible for all of their problems. It will be impossible to blame them for the hatred they feel towards us because there is none else beside Him; there is a program, there is the upper force that operates and there is a system that works accordingly. We have to balance it, to bring the good force against the evil force and by that bring everything to the middle line.

Question: Is it true what people say that when we look at the letters of The Book of Zohar written in Aramaic it automatically connects us to the Light although we don’t understand the language?

Answer: Nothing happens automatically. It can be compared to a baby who is born and lives in this world and who grows because he is taken care of since he annuls himself before the grownups. It is an innate attribute, and, by that, he enables the parents to take care of him. They take care of him, and he grows.

If a person annuls himself during the study while reading The Book of Zohar, he is under the influence and the caretaking of the friends, even if he doesn’t understand and doesn’t feel anything but wants to place himself under the influence of the Lights, the friends, and the major society that deals with it. However, he needs to have that intention. Even if he forgets about it, he still needs to feel that he belongs.

Question: How can we follow the text while reading The Book of Zohar and keep the right intention at the same time?

Answer: The main thing is the intention, and the text is important to the extent that a person can attribute it to the right intention. Gradually, he begins to see the right meaning of the words in it: a “child,” “sages,” Sefirot, Malchut, and Bina. He will see it. Under the influence of the Light that Reforms that operates very slowly, gradually, bit by bit, a person will begin to feel different impressions. He will feel a connection to what he reads.

Question: What should our approach be while reading The Book of Zohar or what should change in it so that the Light will influence us and change us?

Answer: We must connect. A person should feel that he is in a united group like a commando squad, like in one whole that is made of separate parts. He needs to feel it naturally. Otherwise, his intentions are not the right intentions.

So, as he feels the whole reality connected in him, he wants to belong to the Creator together with it, to connect and to adhere to Him. He understands that it happens as a result of his inner change and looks forward to it.

Question: Will there come a time when wages will be linked not just to results but to the needs of the worker as with Marx, “To everyone according to his needs”?

Answer: This is the way it will be. However, it will happen when a person is satisfied with normal material needs only, without luxuries. This will be when he no longer receives satisfaction from the thought that he owns factories and businesses. This desire will disappear from within him.

We need to reach this kind of state. Thus, either we have to wait for it or we educate the nation. With the help of integral education, we accelerate the movement and quickly pass through these stages, although we don’t delete them as Russia tried to do by moving from serfdom to socialism bypassing capitalism. That is why Russia is now experiencing a reversal.

The next state of humanity is to provide the normal level of the material and all the rest is spiritual development only.

A maximum of 10% of humanity will work to supply all that is needed: food, clothing, building houses, etc. And the rest can be called, in modern language, unemployed. They will be closely involved with the integral law of nature and together with this will constantly feel a vast emptiness and great, new fulfillments inside. They will gradually cross over to the integral connection between them, will feel the Noosphere (the sphere of human thought),  will develop within them completely new habits, new inner feelings and emotions. They won’t have a need for telephones, cell phones, modems and other computer connections. They will be connected internally.

It is not telepathy that we imagine to ourselves as something supernatural. This is an extra sense that will develop in us under the influence of the integral mutual cooperation between us.

This is so because we constitute a single integral system. Only we don’t feel it. In nature everything is necessarily mutually connected to everything, but these laws are obligatory at the levels of inanimate, vegetative, and animate. And at our level they need to be recognized. And then we will feel the entire universe from one end to the other; we will feel internally how it breathes and lives.

Question: How can I check if my work is real?

Answer: Real work is when I use the environment, the group, as much as I can, wanting to discover our strong mutual connection. I have to discover a good honest attitude on the part of the group towards me and to accept it as the Creator’s attitude towards me, who dressed in the group. On my part, I have to express the same attitude towards the group: honest, warm, and good in perfect connection according to my level.

There is no other place we can meet and fulfill the relations among us except for the group. A group does not mean establishing personal connections with everyone, but treating everyone equally, by wanting to discover the Creator in the connection among us.

We are all different and each one brings along his uniqueness and his differences, all his complaints and his problems, and all the negative states he goes through. We come to the group with all these differences, with our minuses (-), but we work in the opposite manner so that everyone will turn it into a plus (+). All our pluses connect into one big “plus,” and thus we build the Creator since this plus was created above all our minuses.

In the minus I achieve my independence and remain my own self, the “self” is not erased. In our plus we reach a “void” since it is there that a person wants to dissolve and disappear in the group. Thus we go through a complete change: from one end to another and include the two forces within us. What we have is called “reason,” but above that there is “faith,” which is “above reason.” This means that we constantly prefer bestowal by placing it above receiving.

This is all of our work that can only be fulfilled in the group. The gap (∆) between the “self” and the “void” always determines the height of my level in which I feel my Light of NRNHY.

Question: Why are all the thoughts of employers reduced to profit? They are not stupid people and understand that if you do useful things for people, profit will not disappear. It will still remain. Why can they not set a goal to do something for people?

Answer: Our society does not support this idea. A person, especially in Russia, is considered tougher and stronger the more he takes advantage of others, subjecting them to himself. If I brazenly earn at the expense of others and if they even know about this, then I feel even more a hero, the manager, suppressing others.

This “cult of personality” lives in every person, and, if I want, I can use it. To do this, I must show myself as a despot in spite of everything else. As written in ancient codices, “What kind of a king is he who has not executed hundreds of his subjects every year?” Otherwise, where can he get respect? Where is the sense that he decides the fate of people?

So, if I want to put my company in serious order, I have no choice but to fire a couple of employees. I introduce the policy of the carrot and the stick. One should be reprimanded, the other patted on the back. Otherwise, how can people understand me?

That is still a common practice that operates in many places. Movies, commercials, and the news show that managers still rely on this rigid hierarchy of fear and pressure.

However, if we want to keep pace with natural development, we must be engaged in education, changing the human being according to nature, that is, with those desires and properties that are developing in us today.

Development is leading us to an integral, interdependent world, to companies with a voluntary, friendly connection between people where everything is decided collectively—as they say, with the collective mind—and is based on advice, support, and so on. In other words, the general, collective mind is developing, which ultimately leads to correct decisions. Indeed, attracting an intelligent person brought up in a collective spirit to management can provide many new ideas for the structure of enterprises, and for decision making and output: for all the issues. Today, we have come to this state.

However, still, many companies and organizations are regulated by force. We will have to switch to a completely different integral method.
