Today, practically no person in the world feels that he exists in an integral system, which is a single organism. We need as if to take the parts of the body, arms, legs, and so on, connect them together, and revive them with a general life-giving force.

When this united collective begins to feel this way at least to a minimum extent, it will be able to really make completely new decisions at a new level: how to manage the world, the country, and all the decisions humanity must make. It will have a new level of perception of reality, a new level of problem-solving.

This will be an integral collective and an integral solution in accordance with the integral nature that is beginning to manifest itself in humanity today. Otherwise, we will not be able to handle any problems.

Individual solutions contradict the integral solution; therefore, we will not have any success in solving problems with our current attitude. We will make more and more mistakes, which will lead us to great suffering, and then to the need to come to the correct solution. But this is a very long and undesirable path that includes all sorts of problems and even perhaps wars.

At the same time, small integrated teams who unite into one single system, can correctly solve problems at a new level and already today give clear recommendations for proper management.

The only question is, whom to manage? Let us say there is an integral group that produces the correct algorithms. Who will implement them? After all, this requires people who will correctly perceive these tasks, unite with each other at the level of implementation, and also solve this in an integral way.

That is, here we already require suitable performers. As a result, we are faced with the task of creating small integral groups that can solve both managerial and executive tasks.

Question: The science of management is largely based on the principles of determinism developed by Newton. And what was discovered in the 20th century: quantum physics, the Heisenberg principle, and other discoveries, are followed with great difficulty, or to put it simply, are not followed at all. Do you think this is possible to overcome?

Answer: Only by re-educating a person. There is no other way!

After Newton, all the discoveries of Heisenberg, Hugh Everett, Einstein, etc., these are all borderline states of our world—still egoistic thinking. But scientists are already trying to break into another area where forces, space, time, and energy are combined into one single whole, and the division into separate parameters disappears.

This cannot be learned and mastered by people until they undergo personal transformation and start to perceive themselves, space, society, humanity, and the entire cosmos as one single whole. But all this can be done only if people in a small team decide to cancel themselves in relation to the team. This is the essence of the Kabbalistic practice.

If they try to do this, and we know that it does work, then they have a completely different perception of space, time, and events. They go beyond the egoistic, deterministic framework to the level of integrality, globalism, interconnectedness, one single nature. All the principles operate there, of course, in a different way.

So, the transition from Newton to not even a modern but the correct unified field and space theory is possible only if we recreate a person. After all, a person feels everything through himself.

We do not see what is actually happening around us, we depict this world inside us. It is felt inside of us. And what the world represents outside of us, we cannot say because we are able to explore it only from within.

In our International Kabbalah Academy, many people are trying to enter the system of self-transformation: from “I” to “we,” in order to feel the world. Not to express it mathematically, as Einstein tried to do, but to feel it in a form independent of man.

Rising above our egoistic nature, we feel the space that is not disturbed by us, we see a different system and different calculations. And here begins a completely different physics and connection with all of nature.

Question: There are hundreds of management approaches, but if they are integrated, then four approaches can be distinguished: administrative, scientific, industrial, and human.

To what level can a parabola be applied in governance? Or is it possible to consider everything in a complex, starting from the upper level and ending with the lowest one?

Answer: It is better to consider approaches to management in a complex, because we live in one integral, interconnected nature. But since we are such selfish, scattered, individual personalities, we do not see the integral existence of the entire system.

The system is one, nature is one. As it arose from one design of creation, from the Big Bang, it develops from one source.

Nevertheless, we see nature in the form of scattered systems because we divide it according to our small mental, psychological capabilities because they are not interconnected.

But as soon as we start to unite into a common system, say, even in a ten, then we will have a completely different approach, a view of nature, and we will perceive it as an interconnected system in which there is no division into psychology, zoology, and everything else. It is one common whole.

Therefore, dividing management into people, machines, programs, resources, etc. is completely wrong. Now we do this in view of the weakness of our approach. But if we master the integral approach, we will see in it an absolutely complete interaction of the entire system.

It will be described by the same actions and equations, no matter what is meant by them: either a technological process, the flow of some resources, or the combination of society’s schedules. It does not matter. This is all one common whole, like in the body, one organ cannot stand out from the others, it is still tied to the others and works together with them.

Therefore, a real control system should include everything and not be the sum of various subsystems. I think we will reveal this as one whole.

Question: In one treatise I came across a postulate: “The highest form of competition is cooperation.” Do you think it is viable for implementation?

Answer: This certainly is an amazing Kabbalistic idea because the competition takes place within a person. A person must rise above oneself, above one’s egoism, in order to connect with others into one common whole.

Then we will discover a great common force between us, which gives us completely new opportunities for implementation, for attainment. We will see a different space, different possibilities, because, for example, ten people connecting with each other feel like one common whole.

They psychologically have a completely different sense of their state, space, and interaction. They feel not as individuals, but as one. But all this is based on the opposition to egoism.

It turns out that at the bottom we have ten separate egoistic desires, and above them there is one general positive, altruistic desire. And with the help of this system, we begin to feel a completely different space.

We see nature as global and integral, in all its connections. Through space, we can see everything that connects all the parts of nature.

A person becomes completely different. A person is no longer some small individual egoistic particle, now a person has a different sensor of perception. Now one sees the world as one unified system. Naturally, he or she begins to study it and to find out for himself completely new laws of commutation, laws of governance.

Kabbalah says that all the crises we feel are necessary precisely for us to realize the viciousness and finiteness of our egoistic development. In our communication, we lack a second, positive force. You cannot live only on one of these forces. Our world is simply devoid of positive influences. Everything moves only in obtaining the benefit and enjoyment of each individual.

All of this should lead to a reassessment of our paradigm. We need to get very serious about bringing positive forces into the management of our world, including disintegrating families, disintegrating states, all of humanity, and exist between the two forces, just like all of nature.

The existence of all nature is based on two forces: plus, and minus. In our relationships, everyone drags the blanket over themselves. This is the problem of humanity, on one hand.

Question: In Russian psychiatry, patients with mental disorders have always been called “soul sickness,” meaning their condition is associated with the soul. Western directions call it a mental illness (mentally ill), associated with the brain. Where is this soul and what is it?

Answer: I do not know what a soul is in terms of mental, psychiatric, and psychological formulations. From their point of view, this is the highest nervous activity of a person that we can study.

In fact, the soul is a much higher structure, one might even say, the highest, which we cannot realize and perceive to the extent, in those volumes, in that knowledge, or in those feelings in which we are currently. But we can study it in ourselves, only in ourselves, if we undergo special psychological training.

Such training is determined by Kabbalah very simply. We must begin to act above our nature. It turns out that this is quite simple because if our whole nature is nothing more than an egoistic desire to receive pleasure, then we must begin to apply certain exercises on ourselves that would help us rise above this natural desire to bring enjoyment to ourselves to a different kind of impressions from ourselves and from the world, that is to work in the opposite direction, to bring enjoyment to others, moreover, above yourself, in spite of yourself.

This requires a certain environment that will push a person to this, organize him or her. Then one would begin to feel completely different inner impulses, thoughts, feelings, and attitudes toward others absolutely opposite to what one experienced before.

And these are not just kind, good relationships, because in the end they are transformed into a very interesting structure where a person feels themselves rising above their nature. Since we define the world as something that is given to us in our sensations, we rise above our world.

It turns out that such psychological training allows us to rise above ourselves, to see everything around us in a different way.

And then a person begins to feel oneself divided into two parts: into such a paradigm where one treats everyone with their usual egoistic nature in which we were born and develop under the influence of the environment to that new attitude to the world that was born as a result of Kabbalistic trainings where one has an attitude to the world different from the past attitude, an altruistic attitude. Only this should not be confused with the concept of altruism to which we are accustomed to in our world.

A person feels that they consist, as it were, of two parts: from the perception of the world in bestowal and love, in going out of oneself, let’s call this the “higher perception,” and then the attitude that one feels in oneself to the world and back from the world to yourself, is called the soul. And one’s past attitude to the world and the attitude of the world to it in the usual mutual egoistic flow will be called the body.

Thus, according to our methodology, we begin to divide a person into an egoistic attitude to the world, a bodily one, and an altruistic attitude to the world, a spiritual one.

Answer: First of all, we must set the goal that we want to achieve. If the goal is to raise the overall level of the entire system and its components so that it feels like an integral whole, then Kabbalah believes that such a system can be applied because it works on raising the individual egoistic objects above egoism to work for the common goal so much that it becomes primary. In this case, the personal egoistic goal is suppressed.

When people unite in groups where their community is their goal and the quelling of egoistic individuality, their own benefit, is the means to achieve a common goal, then Kabbalah gives us the right method of implementing these ideas.

The application of this technique leads to the fact that we begin to feel as a single organism, as one common whole, in which we no longer distinguish the separate individual traits of the people that make up this organism.

We are talking about its common essence, that is, about the new quality of bestowal that we have acquired together, annulling our egoistic qualities, reducing ourselves relative to others, only to achieve one common force, one common idea, one common goal.

Question: I have looked at a lot of literature on governance, but I have not found a single work that includes the scientific foundations of Kabbalah. Maybe it makes sense to take at least the first step?

Answer: Kabbalah is the science of government, but the science of managing the world, society, states, etc. with the help of the positive force, the property of bestowal, the property of complete connection with each other. Therefore, for modern society with more than seven billion people, it cannot become a practical method of management and implementation.

I think that Kabbalah will have to be gradually introduced only in small groups that strive to reach the perfect level of management. They will really achieve the vision of a common system. In this case, they will be able to make the right decisions, verdicts about their behavior, the behavior of these systems, and so on.

But if, at the same time they turned to society, society would not understand them because it cannot implement the laws of the altruistic world, perfect communication, when everyone acts as in a single system, in addition to each other, when everyone does not feel like a single unit individually, but feels like a single link in the whole system and acts only in accordance with the whole system.

I do not know how ants feel in their family, but this is life within society. In the same way, a person no longer has his own life, but the life of all mankind, or at least of his country, or of his collective. Therefore, even if Kabbalah wrote a management manual about this, it would be a guide to managing an ideal team.

Question: Did I understand correctly that Kabbalah, in general, is the science of management?

Answer: Yes. But the science of governing by the positive force of nature, which is hidden from us by our own egoistic being.
