We feel that time “flies.” What causes this, and is there a possibility of changing our perception of time and our feeling about it and to learn to manage it?

Summary

We are going through a multitude of internal changes, so it seems that today time moves faster than in the past. The pace of life was once like riding on a donkey, and today it is like flying in an airplane. There are remote places in the world where people have no sense of time.

The more the desire for pleasure develops, the perception of time develops. We want pleasure every fraction of a second. I should learn to manage time, it shouldn’t manage me. We are stimulated by the program of desire for pleasure. If we rise above it, we will become masters over time.

There is an “I” and what is outside of me. According to nature, I am more important. If I succeed in reversing this, I will control time. Someone who learns how to control the definition of who is more important, whether it is him or something outside of him, gains control over reality.

Transforming the senses transforms desire – from a desire only for my own pleasure, to a desire to give pleasure to others.
Transitioning from being a receiver to giver gives you the ability to control time.

The Standard by Which to Evaluate a Wisdom

The value of any wisdom in the world is according to the purpose that it yields. This is the goal to which all the scrutinies aim. Therefore, a wisdom without some purpose is inconceivable except for infants playing games, since to pass the time they come and this is their purpose, according to their value. For this reason, a wisdom is not evaluated by keenness and proficiency, but according to the merit of the purpose that it yields.

You therefore find that any external wisdom is only for the purpose of corporeality, which is sure to be gone today or tomorrow. In that case, it is sufficient for the subject to be as the predicate.

And although the wisdom has many advantages over these subjects, for wherever it is, it is nonetheless a spiritual element, but we have already said that it is evaluated by the purpose, which is its persistence for eternity. And if the purpose is transitory and fleeting, it is lost along with it.

Naturally, our universe and its laws, which seem to us unshakeable, has its beginning and its end. There is a beginning, middle, climax, and then decline, reduction, and extinction in the development of any dynamic system.

Therefore, today we see that the laws we study and consider to be absolute exist only in the framework of our senses and only with regard to us. If our senses were different, we could attain totally different laws and connections.

Question: Does this means that you have to change internally in order to become a physicist? I study and explore how the world around me changes and create the necessary instruments.

Answer: On the whole, when I study something in any field I can freeze a certain parameter and keep studying with a fixed parameter.

It is the same here when we are subconsciously frozen in our egoistic senses and use them to explore the world. Therefore, it seems to us that there is nothing but the world that we see, but we forget that we perceive everything through our senses that are initially fixed by nature.

If we could change them, a totally different science would emerge based on our new senses. This variable dramatically changes all the laws as they turn from absolute laws to relative laws. It turns out that on every level and in every internal change a totally different science is created, a different state, a different world. This is what a person attains.

According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, when a person begins to change 125 fixed types of changes appear in him and accordingly 125 worlds, 125 levels or depths of attainment, which means 125 types of science.

But when you attain the uppermost level all your previous attainments merge into one single whole that is called the world of Ein Sof (Infinity). We cannot understand that yet, because we probably undergo a special transition there. This transition is still unattainable for us.

In the News (ibtimes.com.au): “Using single particles of light, scientists from the University of Queensland, Australia, have shown that a photon can pass through a wormhole to interact with its older self. The quantum experiment was aimed at simulation of time travel by quantum particles.

“The Collective Evolution, citing the Nature Communications, which published the findings of the quantum experiment, says the difficulty in time travel lies in the existence of ‘closed timelike curves’ (CTCs). A CTC refers to the line of a material particle in spacetime that is closed, enabling it to return to its starting point. The report says CTCs are used to simulate powerful gravitational fields of the kind produced by a spinning black hole. Based on Albert Einstein’s relativity theory, CTCs can theoretically warp or distort existence to bend space-time back on itself, enabling time travel.”

My Comment: If we assume that everything flows in time, the journey along the time axis is not possible. Whereas according to the wisdom of Kabbalah, everything exists within a single picture of the world. Past, present, and future can generate the existence of the world from the one and only state. It follows that time doesn’t exist but is only one parameter of subjective existence in our perception of reality.

Answer: It is very simple. A Kabbalist understands his deficiencies and the deficiencies of other people, he understands everything that is portrayed as a burden on them and on him; so he forgives people.

A Kabbalist sees his own reflection in everything that is found outside of him, which are the inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human. These are the four levels of his egoism, which are portrayed in front of him.

Question: When you encountered the wisdom of Kabbalah, did you immediately see deep meaning in it or did you first want to learn magic?

Answer: I never wanted to learn magic, that always repelled me. After all, I am a man of science, so I understood that this wasn’t serious. Magic tricks can only be in a circus.

What was the benefit from Nostradamus, Messing, or Wanga divining the future? Did they achieve something through this? They spoke about what they felt and nothing more.

I never aspired to be involved with it and I believe that it is completely unimportant. People who can predict the future exist, but it is up to us to develop realistically toward the true goal and purpose of creation. And in particular we must draw “a full wagon” of seven billion people after us.

Question: Many people know that if they want to realize themselves, their lives, then before every action it is very important to stop for a minute and think: “What do I really want to achieve from my actions?” and then proceed to implement it.

Is it true that tuning into something I want to achieve, an intention before the action has a power to influence the reality and help me to achieve the desired?

Does setting what I wish to achieve, the intention before the action, have the power to influence reality and help me achieve the desired?

Answer: The intention is called what I want to achieve in the end. And then all my actions along the way are directed to the same state I want to achieve.

I am not talking about earthly intentions. Kabbalist works with the upper force that rules all of reality, and he is constantly in connection with it. He sees all of reality as emanating from this force that draws reality, both internally, the way he feels, and externally, which he perceives in his five senses.

Therefore, I take into account only this force because this is the only force that forms the reality. And my intention is directed only to this force—how I lock myself on it all the time, how I get closer to it, in every situation in my life associated with good or bad people, or with my internal states, or with animals, or plants, and inanimate objects—everything I feel I relate to the same upper force that creates this reality for me.

I seemingly exist in some movie that this force creates for me. Part of this movie I feel as if it scrolls around me and part is inside me in the form of my reaction to the actual movie. The upper force does all this both inside and outside of me.

The extent I need, in every minute of my life, to recognize and be adhered with the upper force that forms my reality around me and inside me, that is my intention.

Then I begin to learn what the upper force does to me by carrying me through all kinds of states, both external and internal, that is, my reactions to them.

On the basis of each state, the external and internal together, I need to declare that there is no one else besides this force and that it is good and does good, because it does everything, even the most frightening and unpleasant, only in order for me to turn to it as creating every state, because it is the first and the last. Only the upper force does everything occurring in the past, in the present, or in the future, all of this.

I start reaching such a state that I live inside this intention and my goal is to live in it all the time, together with the fact that I have to carry out various actions that the same force forms in me in both the spiritual and corporeal world.

In essence, this is my life. I gain by recognizing inside the same force what it wants from me, how it forms me, how it creates the upper world, how I attain it, etc. I advance in two planes: I need to treat this world as coming from above, and to the upper world, as rising to it from below.

I always live this way. Then my attitude toward my reality is called intention. There are many intentions described in the books of Kabbalists: how I need to relate to every step on my way, in my life.

Through the intention I form my reality. If I connect everything with the upper force that creates my whole life, both corporeal and spiritual, then I already live in one world and not in two because everything comes from this upper force and there is no one else besides it.

Then I influence my reality favorably; I build it because, in fact, the reality does not exist and everything depends on the way I construct it.

Question: There are scientists today who say that we exist unconsciously. Can we say that the difference between the spiritual world and the corporeal world is in existing consciously or unconsciously?

Answer: We automatically exist in a totally unconscious manner and don’t understand who we are at all. We don’t understand what we are and why we are living. All the organs and the cells in our body, everything that surrounds us, plays on us and we feel the moment we live in.

Therefore, we have no opportunity to change anything. There is no freewill whatsoever. Everything is predetermined and we are operated in different situations so that at a certain point in our development we will be disappointed with our existence as it is and recognize its worthlessness, pointlessness, and emptiness and will begin to yearn to find the meaning of life.

The meaning of our world is to enable us to ascend consciously above it to the next spiritual dimension.

Question: What does consciously mean? Different desires constantly arise in me and I run to fill them with pleasure. Will I have to make up these desires by myself in spirituality?

Answer: At some point, a person grows tired of chasing the fulfillment of his desires and doesn’t identify with them anymore. He realizes that these are the intentions of his desires and that he constantly has to fill them. Although he feels pleasure in that, he doesn’t want it to control him anymore; he wants to independent and not addicted to these pleasant feelings.

Then he begins to think: “How can I rise above this? Why do I constantly have to chase various pleasures? Why do I always sell myself to these pleasures? Is this enough for my life? Does this satisfy me? Should I think about whether I need all this for? These are fleeting pleasures that change every second so my whole life comes down to chasing pleasure and minimizing pain.”

Question: What is the alternative for that in the spiritual world?

Answer: In spirituality a person begins to attain the meaning of his existence and this attainment fills him with an inexplicable feeling, an indescribable feeling, of attaining harmony, the upper existence, the truth, the real goal, everything that does not exist in the corporeal world.

If a person feels bad in our world, he has to change it immediately to a good feeling, and thus over and over again, and this becomes the goal of his life. In the spiritual world a person who attains the meaning of everything that happens and what is beyond him, creates a feeling of wholeness harmony, balance and eternity within him.

Question: In the corporeal world there are colors, shades and sounds and we can describe and draw. How can we picture the spiritual world? Are there corporeal objects there like houses and trees?

Answer: No, and neither are there in our world. Houses, trees, colors, shades, and sounds exist only in our perceptions. Objectively there is nothing beyond our senses.

All of reality is depicted in our brain and is then fixed in our senses. This is how we feel our inner attributes, which depict inside us what seems to be our environment.

The spiritual world is objective and external to us, and so we begin to feel the perfect eternal nature there, the upper nature that is in perfect harmony, and not our own nature.

We are chained so tightly to the frameworks of our world that we cannot imagine what the perception of the true reality is. When we get rid of our body, of the feeling of existing in the current dimension, everything will be clear, as it says: “Taste and see that the Lord is good.”

Question: We say that everything is opposite. Does that mean that the worse I am in the corporeal world, the better I am in the spiritual world?

Answer: One thing has nothing to do with the other. We have to create the spiritual world since it doesn’t exist. To the extent that we create the attribute of love and bestowal inside us, we begin to feel a new dimension that is created inside us called the upper world.

Question: How can we imagine the revelation of the upper world and the appearance of the Creator to man?

Answer: When we are born, we are on the animal level of our development. We feel what is around us in our egoistic properties, and Kabbalists call what is depicted in them as our world or this world.

If we manage to create altruistic qualities (love of others) by implementing the wisdom of Kabbalah, we will discover an additional world in them.

In that additional world, everything will be depicted and presented to us in the form of forces that manage the objects in our world. This is how we actually will discover the system of leadership of this world called the upper world or the Creator.
