Today, many people already want to hear about the method of integral education. Just in the last year or two, many people are willing to listen because they are becoming aware that they are like lost children. A lost child is standing and crying, not knowing what to do. They imagine themselves in this form already today and clearly so.

That is why we have to master the method of integral interaction, to understand what it is, how to implement it, and try to realize it between us as much as possible. We do not have common economic, cultural, political and other relations, there is just human relationship. And it opens the way for us.

In addition, as you know, we are trying to access various structures and organizations: schools, educational institutions, businesses, colleges, universities, etc., where the need for it is felt. After all, the crisis in relations between adults, between children is manifested, and it is already obvious how big this problem is. For example, the family institution is disintegrating, divorces and the number of single people are on the rise, and so on. We can already gradually introduce the integral methodology here and there. Moreover, it turns out that our method starts to live from the very first class, from the first presentation. People immediately begin to realize that it has some special power, a special “miracle” even. It is manifested so much that they see that here they can really achieve miraculous changes.

We notice this especially in the groups in the European part of Russia, we see this partially in the United States, we see this in Israel. But of course, it is not enough. We need to expand and try to further this integral methodology into life wherever possible. Gradually, we will learn and will be able to show others that with its help it is possible to save regions, countries, and the whole world from a serious crisis.

We live with this today, trying very much to accelerate the pace of our development in integral education and upbringing to include various regions, countries, even civilizations in this work, for example, Western, Eastern, and Asian. Each region has its own problems. On the one hand, the “heaviest” one is Eastern Europe—really, to this day, it is very difficult to talk to them. It is a bit easier in America; the Americans respect news, business suggestions, all kinds of coaching and training. They are happy to do this, and it might be easier there.

Russians are also used to all kinds of innovations, and in general people are prepared for them. It is easier here, although egoism is serious here as well. Perhaps, due to this increased egoism, which is manifested sooner, it will be easier for us to talk to people. After all, business managers see that the relationships between employees lowers productivity so much that there is nothing they can do. In addition, social issues are bigger here, in the European part.

In general, I think that the situation is a bit different here in this region, Krasnoyarsk, and the whole of Siberia, Russia’s territory beyond the Ural is less egoistic. It is very different from the western part of Russia, and especially from Western Europe and North America. Nature acts in different ways here, and that is why it could be opposite: On the one hand, people do not feel so egoistic yet as to discover that their egoism is to blame for everything, and on the other hand, they may be inclined towards getting closer with each other, and it makes our task easier.

In any case, no matter how it manifests itself, it is important that this region, I think, is favorable for implementing the method of integral education and upbringing. There is a different atmosphere, different relations between people, they are more trusting, it seems to me, more peaceful. So if we do this here together, we will succeed in spite of vast distances.

But first of course, we need to have a good course of integral education and upbringing, and then organize a demonstration classes, and workshops for businesses, in schools, in other institutions, in various forms. Thus, serious work in the entire region is required to do that.

Overall, we are pioneers. We have to develop this method to apply to modern humanity. You know what Baal HaSulam wrote; you know what Rabash wrote. And the rest we have developed over the last decade, especially in the last few years. Kabbalah can be described more clearly every time

The interaction between us, the applicability of this science to the connection between us in every way, it does not exist anywhere else, it was not described earlier. Just knowing the method of my teachers, I develop it further. In principle, I speak of nothing new. What seems like something new is actually the application of their ideas to the current state of humanity.

So, we will have to develop this method together with regard to your region.

In other words we need many ‘experts’ who do more of the same, instead of rethinking the foundations. Yet it is indispensable to find the few thousands of intellectuals all around the globe who will rethink the world, discipline by discipline and problem area by problem area.”

My Comment: Intellectuals who are able to rethink our world are the Kabbalists and no one else! After all, we for the first time in history have reached the insolubility of accumulated problems. And problems are in everything we are engaged with in our world. They cannot be solved through external changes and mechanisms (new technologies, economic or social reforms, wars and revolutions) but through demanding inner changes—the changes of the human himself—changing his attitude towards himself, others, the world, instead of devouring our world (himself, society, nature) to taking care of everyone and everything.

In this case, people will come to the rational use of resources and consumption and to kind communication. This change is possible in a person only by means of Integral Education. The solution to the crisis is in the realization of the project of the implementation of Integral Education.

Question: We say that the principle of love for the other as for oneself is the law of Nature, but can we learn this from it?

Answer: If we could learn this from nature, we would not need integral education.

However, it is possible to learn from nature how to build integral systems. We see from their example that we are not able to integrate into nature and we are unable to identify ourselves with it.

The problem is that no one knows how to establish balance with nature, how to achieve similarity, unity with it. Humanity cannot find the answer to this question by its own power. Here, we are needed, the carrier of the Light that Reforms. We explain to people that the world is integral, that it represents an analog system similar to our body, all the parts of which interact harmoniously with each other, while a person is like a cancerous tumor devouring everything around.

Modern scientists conduct remarkable studies on this topic. The disease is clearly marked and it is clear that it progresses threatening to destroy the entire human race. What if we die out like mammoths? What if it happens in my generation or my children’s generation? What can we do?

It is becoming clear that there is no remedy. After all, it also has to be received from Nature. However, researchers learn from it only in the negative. They state our oppositeness to it and do not know how to become integral.

An indifferent conclusion follows: “Whatever.” Everyone finds his niche, his argument, his justification. Economists say one thing, sociologists say another, politicians, a third, and there is still no solution. They see the negative of our world (–), opposite to perfect nature (+), but cannot figure out how to achieve a balanced state, how to come to equilibrium. This cannot be learned from nature.

That is why the world needs the method of correction, the wisdom of Kabbalah. It teaches how to develop in three lines when the Light is opposed to our ego, and we know how to form the middle line between them, how to balance them.

People without the point in the heart (●) cannot know that because the human ego is manifested in them, while in us, the higher ego resists love. We try to come to love and discover hatred, one that is unknown. It is possible to get along with their hatred and that is why they do not have vessels, the tools for the solution. They are like helpless children and only we can solve today’s problems.

Thus, it is our duty to reveal the difference of potentials to humanity, the entire gap between plus and minus. It, itself, will not clarify the problem to the end because it does not have a solution. Why do we need to reopen the wound? Similarly, spouses avoid problem areas in order not to quarrel for nothing.

Only we can understand the disease and establish its final diagnosis because we have a cure for it.

My Comment: There is no need to induce artificial recession; we need to change society gradually and gently by introducing integral education where individual and social changes will bring about changes in all the structures (political, economic, etc.) in a natural (optimal) way.

Question: The wisdom of Kabbalah has used four languages throughout history: the language of the Bible, the language of Halacha (Jewish Law), the language of the Haggadah, and the language of Kabbalah. Can we say that the language of integral education is the fifth new language that we use in order to communicate with the world?

Answer: No. It’s more like the language of Kabbalah, adapted for “babies.”  It’s because we speak to people about love, connection, submission, about the collective force of bestowal that is revealed in the connection between us. This force is revealed from a higher level and dwells among us just like wisdom for the masses. We explain the psychology of integral education using today’s terminology behind which there is no other but the wisdom of Kabbalah: the Sefirot, Partzufim, the worlds, ascents and descents, mutual connection, Reshimot (reminiscences), etc.

Question: If in the past it used to be enough for me to study the wisdom of Kabbalah and to connect with the friends and the group, do I also have to study this style of Kabbalistic language today?

Answer: Yes. It is the uniqueness of integral education. Similarly, we explain to children and adults the same things in different ways. The connection with the world goes through a different level of communication and we have to learn it.

It’s the Light that Reforms that corrects everyone. It doesn’t come to the masses if we don’t participate in the process. If the world starts connecting independently, it will speed up the pace of advancing along the path of suffering.

For example, if Europe begins to strengthen the union that it needs so badly today, it will lead to Nazi regimes, and local communes that abuse others. But if we work on the unity of Europe, then it will take on a spiritual form, according to the rule of “love thy friend as thyself.” Therefore, we mustn’t give the world time to start the egoistic connection. Only if we initiate the process of connection among them will it lead to a positive result.

Question: How can we do that?

Answer: By using the media, through our groups, and mainly through the general network that connects all of us “below the surface.” Through it, we will influence people and they will begin to understand that we have the right method of correction and no one else.

In fact, accepting integral education is the criterion that a person is ready to be corrected. This is the fulfillment of the wisdom of Kabbalah, as it says in the articles “Matan Torah” (The Giving of the Torah) and “The Arvut” (Mutual Guarantee). So our role is to become teachers, a “kingdom of priests and a holy nation” with regards to the nations of the world. This is actually the field where we perform our external actions—”a field blessed by the Creator.”

Question: What can humanity, individual countries, or local companies do to simulate a more successful future?

Answer: In any case, the future will be successful. The problem is how to reach it. It’s better to do this in the kind, gentle, correct way. To do this, there are integral workshops and the method of integral education forming a successful future.

Our future is clearly defined. We cannot build it in a different way. We can only reveal it sooner so it will be friendly, gentle, kind, and quick  for us instead of reaching it the hard, long way, full of suffering.

Comment: It turns out that a person has a clear favorable line of development of events and his fate and if he uses the integral methodology correctly, then he immediately rises from one degree to another.

Answer: Yes. He anticipates in advance the events that must occur because being in connection with others and participating in integral workshops, he is ahead of these events, he forms and builds his future himself. Time will force him to do it.

Question: Is it possible to realize integral unity not just among the workers in the factories, but within companies on the managerial level?

Answer: Yes. We have already tried to institute the integral method among school teachers, factory directors, mayors, and all kinds of political parties who are in an adversarial relationship with each other, not to mention school students, college students, and so forth. And we have always achieved success. Always! Which is to say, the right presentation of questions, the discussion in which incidentally two or three of our representatives take part, wonderfully elevate the person and he becomes completely different.

Therefore it’s necessary to arrange workshops for company managers also, for in spite of it all, they belong to a single collective body, and then we must begin to create an internal, mutual understanding between them. They will see how much easier and more pleasant it will be for them to solve problems after the workshop, for credibility is created among them.

It’s as if we are organizing a single mind, a single heart, a single feeling, that is already operating on the next level. Certainly they will get results and reach decisions that they didn’t even consider before.

They will understand how it’s possible to achieve an optimal variant so that every one of them will also benefit without having to annoy each other. Life becomes simple and easy.

Primakov, Russian politician and diplomat, academician, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, served as the Russian Foreign Minister, Prime Minister of Russia): “Europe shows that no integration can exist without supranational structures. Now in the EU as a whole, things are bad, but I do not think it will lead to the end of the EU. There is a greater need for supranational structures, in which countries pass some sovereignty.

“These national structures manage the banking environment, the budget process of all the members of this union. If this does not exist, the integration will not deepen. It is important that all the EU countries understand that we need supranational structures. But the EU has expanded too fast – you cannot accept many countries in the integration process at once; they sink the union.”

My Comment: The problem is not in the speed of entering the supranational union but in the readiness of its potential members for integration, and this is possible only after implementing the course of integral education for the masses in these countries. Any union will break without changing relationships between nations.

Question: How can we acquire the integral approach with regard to the whole world to all of reality?

Answer: Imagine that you tell someone about your work place, about the place where you live, and about the world in general. You are not required to make any special efforts since it’s your life, and you feel that the world is yours. You “breathe” it and so you can wander around in this inner picture mentally and describe it in words.

We should also see the inner picture of the integral world in which we discern all the details and the connection between them. The same rules operate here too. There are states in which I can follow the general connection between certain phenomena, but the details of the mutual cooperation are still unclear since I have not yet entered this area. I see certain parts in general lines and they are relatively understood, but when it comes to individual parts, there are problems and I am not sure about what is going on.

This is the process in which I gradually penetrate more deeply and discover more subtleties. It’s as if I fly in a spaceship towards earth or check the scale of a map on the Internet until I “land” in a certain part.

But there are also exceptions: In our world we see bigger areas but fewer details, and when we get closer, we see more details but a smaller area. In spirituality, however, it’s not so, there both the characteristics of quantity and of quality of the picture of the world gradually increase. I encompass the whole system at the same time including its separate attributes; it’s because in this system every detail includes all the other details.

By this wonderful spiritual “patent” I see the general picture and each of its details as one, exactly the same.

Question: How can I become more integral? How can I increase the sensitivity of this perception in me?

Answer: Ask for it. There is no other means. No matter what you do, add a request to it that is as clear as possible and you will see how it works.

They have much more opportunities today to immerse into the virtual space, in the TV world, computer games; between the ages 5 to 15, they see approximately 20,000 murders, horror movies, thrillers, a huge amount of blood, and treachery. They conclude that he who is successful is a rapist, a murderer, one who views others as stepping stones, steals, and take bribes.

“A child needs to see an example of a good behavior towards others. Otherwise, as a biological creature, he sees how he should compete and, of course, he will choose this path of crime, violence, and social dominance.

“If we don’t resolve this issue, our society will turn not just into beasts but into a population that will not be able to reproduce because for reproduction even animals and birds require an element of altruism, an element of social cooperation for the common good, and not for the benefit of just oneself through the misery of others. If no attention is given to this, we will be faced with social collapse and the collapse of individuals.”

My Comment: This is the path of the realization of the evil of our nature, and only after recognizing it as evil will we be able to begin our correction as the only inevitable, sensible, and desirable action. The realization of evil can be long and cruel if we persist in remaining in egoism, or it can be fast and easy if we study it as a tendency to realize it as evil in order to rise above it by means of integral education, and then replace it with kindness and love with the help of integral upbringing.
