Integral Education In American Colleges

A series of lessons of integral education, based on the two courses of the Intensive English Program of the English Language Institute was completed at Westchester Community College in New York. Both experimental classes attended by about forty students allowed them to build a semblance of a good environment.

These informal, non-credit courses are based on intensive teaching of the spoken language for students who came to the US to study business, engineering, and medical research, etc. Among them there were several future Catholic priests, a scuba diving instructor, tutors, and nannies, as well as young people, preparing themselves to a variety of occupations in the United States.

The average age of the group was 25 years; the level of previous education ranged from high school to graduate studies. Geographic demographics included: 30% – Asian (China, Korea, Japan), 40% – Latin and South American, 5% – Middle Eastern (Syria, Iran, United Arab Emirates), 2% – African, 3% – Haitian, 20% – European, North American, and Russian.

The advanced level of the language and students’ education allowed building a program based on the integral education training and “The New Life” interviews with Dr. Michael Laitman about life in the future world. The students were meeting with the teacher and each other at the class three hours a day, five days a week for three months, allowed the teacher to use the language more freely as a tool of presenting our material and giving the students a sense of interrelationship, the desire to be integrated, and an understanding of the new world and their role and potential for achieving happiness and good future together.

The students were given the training materials in disseminating integral education, articles, and videos for discussion. The students had fun playing games, constantly worked in groups, and created five team projects with visual presentations to demonstrate their understanding and perception of what they had learned and to share their feelings and impressions with the class.

The course contained more than ten topics, including: the difference between leadership and authority, a better way to success, whether competition is beneficial for children, how to find balance between us and nature, what a grownup person, is and others. The more they worked together, the closer to each other they became and the more deeply they felt how they are similar despite differences in ethnicity and what their common hopes for the future are.

Two weeks ago, the director of the program came to see the work in the classroom for an hour and half, and he happened to watch a team presentation on the topic of success. The students studied the success of various famous people and found that their success depended on the overall contribution of people connected to one goal, one vision, and loyally to the cause as a family.

What surprised the director, as well as the teacher, was that some of the participants completed their portion of the presentation by saying that schools teach them many things, but no one teaches them to live and love and that is what they would like to continue studying. Later, the program director said that he was impressed by the fact that the students had learned to work well together well, harmoniously on complex problems.

The session ended with screening of the movie Crossroads with group discussions in circles, sharing experiences and using games. The movie Crossroads was used as a visual, academic material, and the students loved the film. After coffee, watching a movie, and the activities, the students were asked to share their conclusions of what we need to survive in the world and to build a better future.

Almost everyone answered “to change oneself and to start to be integrated with other people.” Although during the entire term they were immersed in the topic of integral education, after seeing the movie, they found more accurate formulas of how to change the world through oneself – beginning with small actions in their immediate environment, in the classroom, at home, with friends, at work, and in their countries where they may soon return to.

It is hoped that a few months of training in integral education and a good environment gave these young people, but not such naïve representatives of the people of the world, useful information about life and feelings that will help them determine what they want from their future and what needs to be done to stop being afraid of it.

Currently, a few college teachers are working together to structure an official integral education course, possibly with credit in the new future, to include the course in the college, and then to make a proposal to the New York State Education Department and other states in the US in order to help launch a reform of the education system.

In Shackles

Dr. Michael LaitmanOur problem is that we are “in shackles,” captured in the network that links us, closes us and determines all our values. We just have to dress in a certain way, eat certain food, work as prescribed, behave as accepted, and to adhere to the standard way of thinking.

We do not have our own tastes, but we have those habits that society “spoon-feeds” us. It gives us our beliefs and our actions; it affects us now through its channels, some of which can be neither recognized nor traced. We cannot block them by any protective mechanism that blocks the thoughts and desires of a large environment.

As a result, a person does not know who he is at all. After all, he is placed in the system, programmed and filled with messages that originally have no relationship with it. There is nothing you can do about it; you cannot eliminate or remove them from yourself. Even the desire to escape from these clutches is also implanted in us by this system. It turns out that I have accumulated thoughts and desires that are not mine, and I myself do not exist at all.

Even though I am not free and am “made” by the environment, only the point in the heart, if it emerges in me, gives me the opportunity to build in myself something that doesn’t depend on anything and anyone, something caused by another world.

In my world, I am already “finished,” “prepared.” Here, I will never reach my own feelings, reason, and independent actions. They initially cannot be mine because everything that I have, I have received from another, from the world.

Yet, this “ape” is able to take a different form – the form of the human (Adam), similar (Domeh), to the Creator. If the point has emerged in my heart, I can develop it by my own efforts in a special environment, I can build a completely different world. I create a “bubble” in the middle of our world and develop freely in it if only I realize my freedom of will.

However, I also obey—but obey on my own accord, according to my own decisions—surrendering myself before my new, unique environment with its unique values. This is the only way. I do not own anything.

Accordingly, by accepting the influence of the external environment, I am in “exile.” Conversely, placing myself under the influence of the special environment, I strive to get out of exile and ultimately get rid of the influence of the external “landlord’s” egoistic society.

It is understood from this that the exile for the people of Israel means retreat under the influence of the external wide world and the assimilation of foreign customs, external values, substituting for love of the other as oneself. On the other hand, trying to get out of exile, we build the environment that will be imbued with the values of love and bestowal. This is possible by means of the wisdom of Kabbalah or by means of integral education. Either way, there is only one means: the environment that puts unity above all.

Practical Work Makes Room For The Revelation

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: When we disseminate integral education and turn to the wide public we feel that we are on a mission of the upper force that manages us in concealment. How can we convey to the group our impressions, thoughts and feelings that we experience during the dissemination so that it will become everyone’s property in order to strengthen the group?

Answer: Disseminating integral education is a very important type of work that we now do in factories, offices, schools, prisons, and in organizing various courses. First of all, this type of work brings us closer to the Creator because through it we can feel how much we need His help. This happens as a result of our practical work.

A person who only sits and studies doesn’t advance. The Torah cannot exist without practical actions. If we just sit and do nothing practical, there will be no room for the revelation.

We should understand that in previous generations it was totally different and even a person who had a friend or two he studied with could reach spiritual attainment. But it was different in the past; the desires were different and more pure and so it was possible to reveal the upper force that way.

But today when the Creator gives us such opportunities, we will not be able to reveal anything if we don’t use them. So working in disseminating integral education has become very important and accordingly our whole factory has changed. We don’t even have to think about how to change it actually. The work itself changes people and they feel that they belong to these daily activities more.

It is a very big present from above because the wisdom of Kabbalah is the method of revealing the Creator in this world. This means that the Creator is revealed in the relationships between people: We have to discover the absolute love on the Creator’s part and His good attitude towards all of us on the level of this world. When we discover this attitude, it means that we add the upper world to the picture of this world. It is an ascent up the levels of the upper worlds, the revelation of the network that connects everyone.

The Creator is in the network and He manages everyone, the whole desire, with the force of the good and the benevolent, which is the only thing there is. It is called the true reality that we reach and where we receive answers to all our questions. The world changes and we understand why we feel bodies that are born, live, and die.

There is no other reality, there is nowhere else a person goes to after he dies. When we come closer to the upper providence and bring the Creator and the connection between us into this world, when the upper force becomes clear to us and is among us, all the worlds are revealed to us, all of creation, life and death, all the direct and opposite forms that we see before us now. All this is already revealed and only our perception changes; we change and not the world around us.

So our practical work is the most efficient means in establishing the right attitude to reality. We want to find salvation here, among all the people, which means revealing the Creator to the created beings in this world. This is what we work for; this is the practical wisdom of Kabbalah, and there isn’t a more important kind of work.

We will change according to these demands and the world will look different. I can see it by how much great opportunities have opened up recently for conveying our message. Lately I can say much more. To the extent that we change, our factory will change and our whole attitude to the wisdom of Kabbalah will be more concrete. This means that we have to clarify: Where do we actually reveal the Creator, in which connections between us and in which connections between us and the world?

How can we draw the upper providence into this world? How can we correct a person? How can we overcome the crisis that surrounds us? Then we will discover the world of Ein Sof (Infinity), and discover that we are all under the domination of the good and the benevolent that is revealed, under the domination of love. Thus we implement everything that Kabbalists write about.

If we continue this way you will see that this type of work will help us reveal the upper force

The Great Inner Shattering

Dr. Michael LaitmanBaal HaSulam, “Peace in the World”: The contradiction from reception for oneself to bestowal upon others is nothing but a psychological matter.

Question: So what is a psychological barrier?

Answer: It is multi-faceted and stems from the principle that we don’t understand that we have to give up everything in order to receive everything. It is this comprehensive concession that will allow me to open all the doors widely. However, it is impossible to reveal a little in order to receive the power to concede, since it would already be an egoistic concession (in order to receive).

There is an inner shattering here that requires unconditional concession. I have nothing and will have nothing, do whatever you want with me, I don’t belong to myself anymore; I leave and escape myself.

It is very difficult. It takes a long time and a person has to go through many states. It is hard to exit our nature and penetrate the nature of the other, of the Creator.

This is the psychological barrier. It is psychological since afterwards there is pleasure. I actually give up something that is worthless: this world and its temporary existence, the daily troubles that only occasional rays of consolation break through. In fact there is no way we can enjoy, but we can suffer less.

This isn’t life and it isn’t pleasure. I have to constantly calculate where I will suffer less, and nothing more than that. What is more, my calculations become more and more confusing each day.

This is a miserable life full of pain that pressures us that were given to us on purpose as help from above so that we will prefer another way of developing instead. Still we cannot…

But today we disseminate the integral education method, which means the chance to receive pleasure by connection. We hope that people will discover this opportunity. There is no psychological crisis here, since they don’t have to leave this world. Let’s just try to connect, let’s try the workshops; we don’t have to leave anything or to give up anything but our preconceptions about connection.

After all, we have suffered enough to agree to try this, but this is also difficult. Even under the threat of terrible afflictions we will not be able to agree to make a small innocent attempt, to sit in a group of people in a nice atmosphere and have a talk over a cup of coffee. The crisis is so serious that a person is not even willing to hear about this.

However, I suppose that the general inclination is positive. Our groups around the world manage to come up with great results in disseminating the integral method and the process is gradually advancing.

On the whole, we have to look for any chance to speak to people about connection. It should be on any level, even the simplest level as long as we don’t create any obstacles. According to this approach, we choose the way to present it to different people. The workshops are good for some and the roundtables for others; others still prefer the games in the park or a TV series, or computer games, etc.

On the whole it is the same subject—connection, but the connection is on a different basis. It can be medicine, education, relations in the family, at work, etc. We design the right attitude that suits a certain sector based on any problem area.

Our neighborhood may have a lot of litter and there may be a shortage of parking spaces, so this is exactly what we talk about in the workshop. The main thing is to evoke as little resistance as possible so that people will see that there is a real chance here to improve their lives.

On our part, we use this in order to show them that connection eventually brings them to something much greater. Besides, when they find a solution, we spur the Light that Reforms and it raises them to another level where they see something that is greater and more sublime.

An Attractive Cover Or A Never Ending Story?

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: When trying to understand a little more deeply one’s relationships with the opposite sex, a person discovers that he is not familiar with himself, with whole layers of himself. He needs guidance, coaching…

Answer: Human development has reached the point of the “recognition of evil” in the current situation. Without the “recognition of evil” it is impossible to turn into an Adam. And on the other hand, the crisis in the realm of love still hasn’t caused people to abandon the search for their “other half” and they move en masse to artificial substitutes for sex, drugs, and other sources that distort the original subject matter.

If we look at the problem from a historical, systemic point of view, we now have the opportunity to join in the process of the correction of the human species, including and through relationships between the two sexes.

Question: But today it is very difficult for people to find a compatible partner for themselves…

Answer: Basically there are no more compatible partners. Today nobody declares his love before knowing the name of his partner. But that is exactly the way it was in the past when people felt that they were made for each other at first sight.

Today we have learned that we need to adjust to each other through work on mutual rapprochement. In order truly to connect between us, we must work together at least a number of months and sometimes a year or two. And only then do we begin to adjust to each other and there is an inner link between us that makes it possible to “diffuse,” to penetrate into each other, like coffee and water that mix together no longer remain as they were, but together create something new. Only after we penetrate at least a little into each other mentally can we understand how to continue this process of mutual integration. This mutual penetration is true mating, mating between souls. And then we are ready to get married, be linked together for many years. For we have already acquired a program of mutual mental interpenetration, we understand how we do this and are ready to sustain this mutually.

That’s why my teacher Rabash said that in the beginning there should be no external rejection between the people and all the rest depends upon collective efforts through which the family will flourish, not resting on its laurels, but developing the relationship more and more.

Question: But how can a person decide to begin this work even before starting the “diffusion”? After all, it is driven by love, that is, feelings, not reason.

Answer: It is necessary to get rid of all the dirty “clothing” from the soul in which it is dressed: the egoistic preferences, the “Hollywood” standards, and the various stereotypes the majority establishes.

We judge the opposite sex according to artificial external signs. So if we talk about true change, then first of all we must work with a crowd of singles so that they will understand their nature and why they don’t succeed in building stable relationships. A person requires a healthy approach towards himself and towards others: a little less of the Hollywood and Internet standards, fewer chats sprinkled with emoticons.

We speak through emoticons, we look at life through the prism of templates. But in fact, I need to be like a child who can fall in love without reserve, like in the days when external props didn’t interest me. I don’t really see my lover because she dissolves in a fog of emotional outpourings, as if someone pressed on an invisible button and I am “on fire” about her. I must return to a state like this.

And for this we need to get rid of all the “clothing” that we have pinned ourselves under through the pressure of society, whether it is the influence of the Internet, books, movies, social contracts, or just someone else’s assessments of what is good and what is bad. I have to become more natural, closer to nature, even if this is more simple and egoistic, it doesn’t matter. I don’t want to depend on everyone anymore.

It is possible to reach this only in a large society of people like me, of singles, where all of us together are learning to recognize ourselves: who and what we are, what our nature is, how to relate to ourselves, to a partner, to the world and so on. For gradually we stop being dependent on all the external standards that come to us from across the ocean.

Everything depends on social agreement. If it changes, then we look at those things absolutely differently. The modern pictures are groundless, imaginary. First of all, we need to take them off the “pedestal” and at the same time, not later, but specifically in parallel, raise completely different values so that I will not be attracted to external connection but to an inner connection. After all, external connection is fragile and fleeting, often it is already over by the next morning, while we can develop the inner connection infinitely.

In any case, we need to learn together, with mutual cooperation within the group. To make shared workshops and other means that make it possible to build a different relationship between us. Only then will I feel which woman is truly closer to me in the deeper and truer sense. And it is possible to rely on this feeling, for I will stop seeing the externalities but will concentrate only on the essence, on the internality. The woman will no longer be just a “cover” for me, but will be like a valuable “book” in which a new depth of emotion and mental intimacy is discovered. And expectation of this connection will immediately reach the hidden chord within me. And after that I then add the external component to this spark.

In this way we build the right order of priorities and mutual approach, a completely opposite approach compared to what is happening today. This is because I am not searching for a wife for myself, rather specifically inner connection in the mind and feelings. I want it to fill the space that was left empty since my first love.

It is up to me to reach the foundation of all the corrections. If the void had not been left in me after the first feeling, I would have nothing for which to live. All the rest of the feelings are transient and shallow compared to this feeling. The basic desire for inner connection forces me to search for fulfillment, even though I don’t know myself what I truly want to fill.

Only this void accompanied me throughout my life, pushing me to find and attain. It is my soul that I can fill only through connecting with the other. And its essential part is the connection called “family,” “husband” or “wife.” And gradually this is added to the foundation of my development, covering my love, gradually covering the entire world. This is the beginning of the human soul, its two foundations, the male and the female, that are connected together and in their development they include everything.

Jobless G20

Dr. Michael LaitmanIn the News (from OECD): “We, the Heads of the International Labour Organisation and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, call upon the Ministers of Labour and Employment of the G20 countries to reinforce their cooperation with a view to enhancing the design and scale of their employment, labour market and social protection policies in order to achieve higher levels of productive and rewarding employment and to contribute to a strengthening of the world economy.

“Even though six years have elapsed since the start of the global financial crisis, the rate of employment growth remains weak in most G20 countries, preventing a significant decline in high levels of unemployment and under-employment.

“As reported in the background documents prepared jointly by the ILO and the OECD for the G20 Labour and Employment Ministers meeting, there is considerable diversity across countries in labour market conditions. Over the last 12 months, unemployment has dropped marginally in half of the G20 countries while it has risen in the other half. Unemployment is above 25 per cent in South Africa and Spain; 11 per cent or above in France and Italy and for the EU as a whole; above 7 per cent in Canada, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States; and below 6 per cent in Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russian Federation and Saudi Arabia.

“Across all G20 countries, the total number of unemployed reached 93 million in early 2013, some 30 per cent of which on average have been unemployed for over one year. …

“The employment situation in G20 countries would improve considerably with a more supportive external environment dependent on what G20 countries do for their own economy. This requires the collective effort of all countries working towards the shared objective of strong, sustainable and balanced growth.”

My Comment: The desire to reduce the number of unemployed and public anger and pressure is clear, but these efforts will lead to nothing because no one needs overproduction and the environment does not put up with it. It is necessary to rebuild the entire attitude towards work, labor, home economics, etc., which is possible only with an overall re-education of the human being.

It is not a difficult task, not too complicated, costly, or burdensome at all. But its effect is noticed immediately and clearly. The only problem is the psychological barrier that must be overcome by those, on whom the decision to introduce universal “Integral Education and Upbringing depends.

True Conditions For Integral Development

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: For a person to be included in an integral network, at least two conditions must exist. On the one hand, it is necessary to annul ourselves in relationship to societal opinion in order to absorb everything from it. On the other hand, we need to place ourselves in such a state where my opinion is also useful to society. Are there additional conditions?

Answer: In order to create correct, equal relationships with society, we really should use many various conditions. But for now we are in pretty complicated interactions within society that are constantly changing.

First of all, when we talk to people about the creation of an integral society, it is preferable to take some narrow group. This could be a group organized within some company or in the framework of group activities, clubs, and so forth. That is, it is better to take a limited number of people, a few groups of ten, and manage the work of integral education among them.

To do this, we must put together an entire list of forms of behavior for the person in regard to society and the society in regard to the person.

We already know that if a person diminishes himself in regard to society, this helps him listen to the society’s views. On the other hand, he must add something from himself. This is to say, he needs to present himself as a very important component of the society and be prepared to give something to it.

Every member of a group must understand that in order for people to have some kind of motivation and incentive, we need to talk to them about the importance of the goal that they will attain.

Besides this, they must support each other with a good spirit and exalted attitude. Special means, like songs and shared meals, are imperative for this, something that will connect them so that they don’t just sit and talk.

They must always organize events like talks around a roundtable and workshops where they exchange opinions and learn how to converse. It very well could be that they need to invite actors who will speak with them and guide them as to how to speak to each other.

We are speaking here about our inner nature that wants to exploit everyone only for its own sake. That is, I know that I am an egoist and I am ready to shoot everyone. We understand that this is our essence. Yet, beyond this, outside it, is up to us to play at being good people, to play with myself and with others without pretense but seriously, precisely in order to see and build such a society. Like little children who play at being adults, we gather in small groups of three to four people.

In order for the action of the game to be effective, we require actors and even directors and producers who will explain to us, “Now, we are playing at being in a future society that we want to attain. Therefore, first of all, we need to discuss in a workshop what we want to attain, fantasize a little, and then implement it.

In a form like this, we awaken the integral forces that are concealed in nature and that connect all of us. The truth is that we already are found in this network, yet we still want to cause the developmental forces to influence us, which will direct us forward.

If a child plays at something, with this he arouses a developmental force on himself and grows in this direction. One child collects stamps, a second wants to design and build, and a third wants to be an athlete. He wants to! The main thing is that he yearns! The idea is that it is not through training, rather through desire. This desire attracts the integral force to the person that attaches him to this model. It is in this way that the person approaches it.

The same thing happens here. We need to play as much as possible at being in the new integral society. We must describe it to ourselves, imagine it, speak together about its future form, and together with our teachers, even with directors and actors who organize our system of change, training, and the correction. It is not important what we call this; we need to play at this.

Together with this, the game will remain a game. We will not be ready to get carried away and play so much so that, suddenly, we pretend that we already are living life in a wonderful form, for example in some kind of utopian “Sun City.” Our ego will not allow this. It grows all the time and will carry each one into his own particular egoistic niche.

This game is very effective. It shows us how we describe our future to ourselves, how we imagine ourselves as different and corrected, our interactions, connections, and society as a whole.

We can discuss and decide how we will organize the social development network, the system of public education for our children, the life of the family in the integral society, everything that is possible. How, for example, can we work in the healthcare system and the financial, economic, and business systems, and so forth. What will we say what will be in this society and what will not. Which problems are liable to be created and how will we solve them. All these need to be topics of workshops. All of us must discuss this.

In this form, we rise and come closer to integral conditions. We can see what we lack, how it will be possible to materialize this, and we try to realize this partially in the connection between us and a little in imagination, and meanwhile, this fantasy will remain in the realm of a dream. Yet, it will develop more and more, and approach some kind of real picture.

“ECB Cannot Solve Euro Zone Crisis”

Dr. Michael LaitmanOpinion (Jens Weidmann, German economist, president of the Deutsche Bundesbank): “The European Central Bank cannot solve the euro zone crisis, Bundesbank chief Jens Weidmann told economists on Sunday, pressing the bloc’s governments to get their economies in shape and tighten their fiscal rules. …

“’Monetary policy has already done a lot to absorb the economic consequences of the crisis, but it cannot solve the crisis,”’ Weidmann said in his speech.

“’This is the consensus of the Governing Council. The crisis has laid bare structural shortcomings. As such, they require structural solutions.’”

My Comment: No one sees the end of this. And this awareness of the helplessness to regulate the economy is the best state of humanity. It should lead us, by the path of suffering and the realization of our egoism as evil, towards the need to change our nature by the method of integral education. It is gratifying to see how quickly the process of realizing the unknown is taking place… Suffering will force us to pay attention!

The Society As The Parental Home For The Whole Family

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: In my opinion, it is very important that we clarify that the true “self” is specifically within the group, for there are many times that we may try to clarify our true desires alone by ourselves, and we deceive ourselves. We discover tomorrow that we already want something different than what we wanted yesterday.

Answer: It is impossible to clarify this alone. Only a shared discussion can supply us with the correct, advanced values.

Question: Then, what? Will there be a single standard for everyone?

Answer: Each one will find one’s own standard, for there are no two people who feel the same world. It is as if we see one world; but each one comprehends it differently.

Question: How can I preserve my individuality if I work within the group and hear the desires of all the rest?

Answer: Other people show me the stages through which I must advance in order to discover my nature, discover my true space. Specifically, thanks to all that, I hear from others. I ultimately clarify what my space is.

Now, we want to build a relationship with a partner, but afterward, our couple will need to work on wider relationships with couples, with all of humanity. The group is a model of all of humanity and helps me to discover my inner space. This space requires not only connection with a partner, but, ultimately, it also requires development and connection with all of humanity as one family, transforming us into a single person.

Without the group, it is impossible to get along since the external Kli, vessel, the external force, must help me to open the internal Kli, my inner system of connection with someone. There must be an additional, higher level with whose help I can clarify my level, as a father and mother do for a child.

The entire group speaks of and clarifies the inner need of the person to be in contact with others. Contact with the others begins with those people who are naturally closest to us, like a partner, but we cannot build true connection between spouses if we are not found within a society. The society helps us to discover this deficiency in the right way—if I want to look at my partner correctly, to see her from the inside, and she wants to see me so that we both really will connect with each other.

If we want to peel all of the Klipot from ourselves and truly be connected this way where I fulfill her and she fulfills me, we need an environment that supports us and will help us to find all the spaces and clarify how to fill them. All this is possible only with the help of the environment.

The friends in a group help me to see what I want. They reveal this in me so that I begin to see this, but they don’t see this. I feel myself; no one can feel another person.

The Mechanism Of The Collective Intellect

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: How does the mechanism of the collective group intellect work? It seems that, in corrected integral connections, collective emotions appear, and their output is the collective intellect. What place do the individual feelings of a person have within this?

Answer: I think that, at the level of the general network, according to how analog integral systems operate, everything is interconnected, the feeling of individuality disappears, and each one feels a collective shared network. It is found on a higher order of magnitude. It is not just the sum of all the individual parts, but rather the revelation of the integral, when people rise above themselves so as to exist together within this shared collective network. Ultimately, each person inserts himself into everyone and all are included in all. However, this is not the main thing. The main thing is the next level where people specifically begin to feel this integrality. They live within it.

There is something in common: a higher integral association, where there is no single individual, but all create a cohesive whole, and it is a single image of a group or society. It is felt by all who were once individual and rose above the other so as to unite with everyone. In this state, people experience an entirely different reality.

This is something we can assume and this already has been talked about in quantum physics, that is, events that are felt outside of the human body, outside of one’s limitations, events that are outside of time, movement, and location. This is our next level.

This is because when we speak about our world we are simply speaking about the the still, vegetative, and animate nature. We don’t include the Adam (human being) in this because we suppose that he is found above all the other levels. However, in what way is the Adam higher? Is it that he has the ability to act above his instincts? No, he exists within his instincts and desires.

The more that we develop egoistically, the more we discover how much our instincts, egoistic pressures, and internal genes manage us.

Therefore, to date, we cannot exclude the person from the animate world. On the contrary, we see that no matter how much we would like to regard the human being as higher, nevertheless, he returns to this world. Only from a level where it is possible to perceive by means of unity will we rise to the level of the next new and more qualitative existence, and as far as it seems, the thought of creation is designed specifically to take a person to this.

Lately, in the border areas of science we have discovered the limitations of our feelings, our research capabilities, and even our understanding of processes, and this limitation is very serious. We cannot advance forward. We encounter something, and we are not prepared to discover anything further. We can talk about something only speculatively. Later, nature closes before us because we feel it only as individuals.

However, if we go out to an integral level, then we can see it directly in the form in which it exists, and not in the form that the individual, the researcher, feels it, for when I go outside of myself in mutual integral cooperation with others, I exit “from myself,” from my limitations of time, movement, and place, from all that is found within my body, within my five senses. It is as if I enter a new integral sense. I exist within it, and then all of my psychology already is found above my limitations. There, we finally will be able to understand the new physics of the world.
