How To Get Rid Of Chronic Fatigue?

559Question: In recent decades, many have developed chronic fatigue syndrome even after long rest and sleep. The causes of the disease are still unknown, and accordingly, there is no effective treatment. A number of researchers believe that viruses are the triggers of this disease.

Chronic fatigue syndrome causes enormous damage to people and the economy. In Britain alone, it affects 250,000 people and costs the economy billions of pounds.

People are literally bedridden in their place of residence in bed, and do not know what to do about it. Where do they get the strength to live?

Answer: This problem arises on purpose, so that we find the real meaning of life and not waste it on trifles.

Therefore, we feel that we have no reason to live without a purpose. Everyone can have their own, but we must find it. Our evolution is to develop egoism in us, which requires fulfillment. And there is no filling, we must look for it ourselves. Therefore, it turns out that on one hand, we are so selfish, and on the other hand, so empty. Thus the problem appears.

Along with the growth of egoism, we need to constantly look for something to fill it with, and something creative, really respected. Therefore, we should not feed people with sedatives. Apathy, detachment, and all kinds of problems today are very common in the world precisely because of the growth of egoism, and we, people, cannot give it the right saturation.

Selfishness requires only one thing from us: Give me the meaning of life! Otherwise, why should I live? This is the problem. We must find the meaning of life and offer it to everyone. Let everyone find it, not in the little things that make us forget our troubles but do not fill us.

I think that humanity will find the meaning of life. I personally found it. But I cannot offer this to everyone. Whoever wishes, I invite you.

The Pursuit Of Excellence

592.01Question: Perfectionism, as a rule, manifests in three forms: when a person demands perfection only from himself, when he demands perfection in everything and from everyone around him, and when he feels pressure from society for him to be perfect. Experts note that in quarantine, in these new conditions, a person constantly makes mistakes, and perfectionism or an aspiration for it can, on the contrary, harm him, literally bring him to a nervous breakdown.

To be a perfectionist now, is it good or bad?

Answer: I believe that a person should not limit himself. If he has a desire for something, he needs to realize it. You should not try to make yourself simpler, thinking that then it will be supposedly better. No.

Find your favorite thing to do, occupy yourself with it, try to add some greater note of interest in your work, invest yourself, and you’ll see that life begins to acquire additional colors. You can raise yourself on a very different tonality of life. It all depends only on you.

So, don’t look at this pandemic. It pushes you toward something new and you have to figure out what it is, as if the Creator, nature, asks you a riddle and you solve it.

And you will see that there could not be anything bad in the world. Everything is going only increasingly up toward education, upbringing, development. This is how we will move forward. In every case that nature presents us, on the contrary, I see an opportunity for something new.

Question: And if I want the maximum in every moment, is that good?

Answer: Why not? It is a human desire contrary to an animal. I want to live to the maximum, and it doesn’t matter to me whether there is a pandemic or not. I want to realize myself as much as possible in any condition that I receive from nature, I don’t have another opportunity and will not have it.

I Am Used To Hugging Everyone

962.3Question: A resident of the UK wrote in one of the social networks, “I think people should always hug each other. I love hugging people but I have not been able to do it for seven weeks. Being stuck alone in a small enclosed space without even being able to go outside is terrible! I have to put a lot of effort into maintaining my mental balance. Until last Thursday, I somehow was holding on, but then it got really bad.”

He is one of nine million Brits who admit that even in normal life outside of quarantine, they constantly feel lonely. How can we be alone but not be lonely?

Answer: He should get married, have children, a family, or at least pets. This is everything that a person needs in general. I know that some people during the pandemic began to take care of flowers and grow greenery. Others, on the contrary, spend more time with animals and so on. What can I tell him? Get married so you have someone to hug.

Question: In principle, can the immediate environment that a person forms save him from such problems?

Answer: Of course. What does it mean that he is used to hugging everyone? Did he stand in the middle of the street and hug people, especially considering he is British? It does not look like it. You can’t go anywhere, so find a partner and hug him or her.

Nature’s Reaction To Human Relationships

294.2Question: A norm becomes truly moral only when the requirement contained within it is realized by the person as an internal command to himself. Under what conditions does this happen?

Answer: In order for a person to reach such a level, he must be raised, shown that it works this way, and then from what actually exists around him, he will see that he cannot act otherwise. We must achieve this state.

Now, we are moving toward the realization that our interactions, whether good or evil, have tremendous impact on the whole of nature. It is not even necessary that our they are expressed in some kind of mechanical action since human thoughts also affect our states to a large extent.

Comment: Indeed, today, when we are in quarantine, we see how fragmented society is. There are the more selfish strata of society and the less so, the former observing the rules of quarantine and the latter not.

On the one hand, we understand that without mutual guarantee we will not be able to cope with the pandemic. On the other hand, nobody wants to give in. There is no general culture or general education.

My Response: Because we do not see an obvious interaction or an explicit reaction from nature to our bad relationships.

Comment: We do see! People are dying! This is already clearly visible.

My Response: But I do not see this in personal examples. I don’t see that if I scold someone then, the next day, I die, myself. Therefore, we must come to such a development that a person feels that his evil attitude toward another kills both himself and his opponent.

Useful Laziness

564Question: Scientists believe that laziness is one of the most useful qualities. They have proven that laziness improves health, makes us more productive, increases creativity, protects the brain from overload, improves concentration, boosts health, and prolongs life.

How do we fight laziness and should we fight it at all?

Answer: We are developing in an on-going technical and psychological evolution. As a result, with our technology and the latest means of communication, we are binding ourselves more and more and working non-stop.

This was not so before. On the contrary, most of the time people spent at home in their villages, engaged in many other activities. Even the common person did not work from dawn to dusk.

It all started in the nineteenth century with the development of steam engines and other technical innovations. It turns out that the more we can invent, the more we work, harnessing ourselves to a cart that we have to pull ourselves. This is wrong.

A person should work less. He should sit by the fire as in ancient times (figuratively speaking), dance in the meadow, visit friends and relatives, spend most of the time in all sorts of home or social events, and have time to relax. But in any case, do not devote all your time to work that no one needs, which is done only to add zeros to someone’s account.

Therefore, it is not bad to be lazy, it’s even beneficial.

Question: Is there such a thing as laziness in the spiritual development of a person?

Answer: Yes, we welcome it very much. Spiritual laziness helps a person not to do anything superfluous, otherwise it leads the whole world to destruction. Therefore it is said: “Sit instead of standing. Stand instead of walking,” and so on. That is, laziness is useful. Less movement leads to fewer problems.

“The Fountain Of Eternal Youth” (Medium)

My new article “The Fountain of Eternal Youth” appeared in Medium.

Throughout centuries, countless methods and treatments have been created that claim to stop or diminish the aging process, as people experience deep physiological, psychological, and social changes associated with growing older. Israeli scientists claim to have found the secret to looking and staying younger forever. Even if that turns out to be possible, it means nothing without exploring the subject from a deeper level, one that answers the most important question of all, “What do I live for?”

Scientific research from Tel Aviv University and Shamir Medical Center in Israel placed a group of healthy 64 year-old people in hyperbaric chambers and supplied them with sessions of high levels of oxygen for three months. Scientists responsible for the experiment claim that the therapy delayed the aging process, “reversed” it, and transformed those individuals’ performance to levels similar to people 25 years younger.

Aging scares and troubles most of humanity. Since the natural aging process relentlessly brings a person closer and closer to the end of life and to the unknown, it can also involve anguish. Old age and death are not necessarily a pleasant thing, but everything that happens in nature has a definite purpose and benefit that we may not realize. So it would be ill-advised to run to tamper with or change any natural state.

It is far wiser for us to go hand in hand with the natural aging process and learn to adjust comfortably to our situation, instead of artificially fighting the natural phenomena of getting older. People age; it happens naturally. The question is whether we as a society behave properly with people throughout the entire lifecycle process. We must scrutinize, “Are the elderly busy and feel that society needs them?” Indeed, a healthy society should consider their contributions as important!

If I did not have my daily teaching schedule, I would happily go out and clean the street. I would gather friends who live in my neighborhood and offer them to clean with me around the buildings. Why not? It’s healthy to move outside, breath fresh air, make a physical effort and in the process be in the company of others. Upon finishing this joint activity I would sit down together with my friends on the neighborhood’s bench and drink coffee. Any self-respecting community leader can offer such a social enterprise and many others to its elderly residents. Our senior citizens have a lifetime of experience and wisdom to share as mentors and help those just beginning their path.

And if the example of cleaning seems to someone as not worthy or dignifying, the problem is within the person himself. It is important to train all members of society to take care of the environment and serve the community. From this principle it is clearer that society must be properly educated in order to respect and appreciate old age, to give it a place, to devote thought to it. Society’s right attitude should be to discover how much it needs its senior citizens. Ask the children, they understand this well because this premise is naturally built in them.

Grandparents, parents, and children should maintain bonds of connection that flow from generation to generation, giving birth to a spirit of youth within the elderly among the family. The elderly already understand that one should accept life as it comes and have learned how to strive to be above all worries and project such attitudes to grandchildren. The youngest ones receive so many invaluable gifts from grandparents, an example of love that is unconditional, simple warmth without calculations.

In a nutshell, aging should not be a scary prospect. Instead of thinking that we have nothing else to contribute, the golden years should open a plethora of opportunities for new attainment when we realize that the most important aspect of a rich and meaningful life is found in human connection. Precisely the questions: “What is the meaning of life” and “Why do I live” are the gateways to a boundlessly better world.

With the knowledge that the answers to those questions can be found in our human relations, in our connection, and in actions that have lasting benefit to others, we transcend our corporeal life. We understand that there is a colossal mechanism surrounding our life and our world that surpasses existence in our temporary physical body. This reckoning prepares us in great depth to enter the wide, eternal world, a higher level of existence beyond the limits of time and space.

The One Inside Me

293Comment: There is pain in the world. As you keep saying, this pandemic is not the end of it. The UN has already accepted that we have lost this fight with more than a million dead and more than 30 million infected, and that we need to unite. But how? How can we unite? Suddenly Karabakh! Nation on nation! Such hatred is spilled out that did not exist before. What’s going on in Belarus?! What’s happening in America?!

My Response: The world, of course, has descended…

Question: What about Israel? The government can’t make basic decisions. It seems that we were not put in apartments, in rooms, the virus didn’t scare us.

Answer: Mutual pretensions are the strongest.

Question: This is staggering! What kind of nature is this?! How can we work with it?

Answer: This is the next state of egoism. The fact that I pay less and less attention to the consequences that are allegedly threatening. I am threatened, others are threatened, it doesn’t matter, I don’t feel it. What can I do?

Question: A person has no responsibility. Should there be a change of mind or a change of heart?

Answer: “What the mind doesn’t do, time does,” the Bible says.

We are trying to speed up this process of the revelation of evil. For what? For humanity to tell its ego: “That’s it! You don’t rule me anymore! I’m separating myself from you! This is you, and this is me.”

What can I do to realize that it is guiding me all the time? I get up in the morning and feel that it is guiding me: “Get up, go there, do that, sit down this way, that way…” It commands me all the time.

Question: Should I admit that I am its slave?

Answer: I don’t admit it. I begin to understand this and begin to rebel against it because I see that, in principle, it does not prepare anything good for me.

We need to rise above this so our earthly nature does not guide us. We can’t go on living this way anymore.

Question: We can talk about egoism and man, about the fact that egoism turns us, pushes us, spins us, and, in principle, pushes us into the abyss. Can an ordinary person reason like that or not?

Answer: If you explain all this to him all the time, he will eventually be able to see, on the one hand, the explanation, and on the other hand, the blows of fate.

Explanations must always be before his eyes. And he would not see them, read them, or anything. But the time comes, he gets blows, and then he suddenly sees. Or begins to search frantically: “What should I do?! How do I get rid of the problem?!” And then he begins to see, to listen.

How To Overcome Fear?

600.01Comment: Scientists have identified at least five of the most common fears: fear of epidemics, fear of social isolation, fear of complete virtualization of life, fear of having children, and fear of interference with the human genome.

My Response: All these types of fears occur today. Moreover, thanks to the pandemic, they have opened up even more. I think that this moves us forward.

Question: How can I overcome fear or ease this transition?

Answer: Only by our connection above all problems—not physical connection, but in mutual assistance, benevolence, and understanding each other. Then we will be able to create such channels of balance, connection, and communication between us, which will make our life good.

And the fact that we still have to distance ourselves from each other is also for our benefit because with our current relationships, we can only harm each other.

Covidophobia —A New Type Of Fear

961.2Question: Psychologists argue about the emergence of a new type of fear: Covidophobia. Some say that this is simply an exacerbation of a person’s past fears about their health. Others say that this is a special kind of fear that is being formed now. But they agree on one thing: the longer the pandemic and quarantine continue, the more such cases will appear.

How can a person stop being afraid in this coronavirus era?

Answer: I believe that this virus will continue to spread and ultimately lead us to a state where on one hand, we will all be afraid of it, and on the other hand, we will somehow get used to the fact that this is a given and we have to live with it. But one does not interfere with the other.

Despite the fact that we are surrounded by all sorts of threats to our life, we still exist. We will also live with this virus. Let’s become a little smarter, learn to adhere to some rules, and quietly continue to live with it. After all, other viruses will come, and there will be more problems. So gradually, we will get used to a different way of life.

We will see that this virus is actually even good. It educates us, brings us closer, and positions us correctly in relation to each other. In general, it removes completely unnecessary elements of communication or even elements of culture from our life. Obviously, this is necessary and we can do without them.

They say that whatever happens is for the best. On one hand, this is true. On the other hand, every problem continuously moves us forward. And therefore, one must be able to live with it.

And fighting against viruses will not help us. We already see it. It was never actually a fight. Viruses are impossible to fight. They are within us. We are all made up of billions of viruses—our entire body. Therefore, the point is not in the struggle, as if you are fighting with your own body, but in how to adapt yourself so as to exist along with it. And then life will seem a little more joyful and benevolent to us.

Learn To Love Yourself

600.04Question: It is not a secret that people are tired. There is a new discovery almost every day: the virus lives up to 28 days on smartphones, credit cards, visas, and money; people can be re-infected by the coronavirus and that the re-infection is much stronger than the original one.

The virus has been discovered in water. Animals also can be infected. You can get infected even without having contact with the sick. Another virus is emerging, which is more “evil.”

I have listed only 1% of what is spread by the media, by anyone at all. In this situation, where can man go? What is he being driven to? Is this how one should live—within one square meter and not move?

Answer: There is nothing one can do.

Remark: In this case, the reaction of an ordinary person is the opposite. He says: “Since that is the case, I am leaving the house. Well, can’t I continue living?” And he goes out. We ourselves drive him to this decision.

My Comment: No. I think this is still wrong. We must understand that a person should not act in accordance with his nerves or beliefs. He must act in the way he has to act.

Question: What do you mean “must”? What is it?

Answer: We must, because this virus has come to educate us. Educate! And we kind of ignore it and say: “We will be doing this anyway!” Like a small child stomping his foot.

Remark: But man does not think about education. He thinks: “I have to clean my credit card all the time, I have to wipe the space around me all the time, and not let anyone near me. He does not think that the virus has come to educate us.

My Comment: And we have to explain this to him. This is our problem. It is our problem—the problem of those of us who understand where the virus came from and why.

Oddly enough, it came to bring us closer. But to bring us closer internally, not externally. So that we do not wipe off the space after each other but “wipe off” ourselves so that we do not infect each other, so that we worry: “Will I infect the other”—and not that I will get infected from the other. When we think of others instead of ourselves, everything will go away and the virus will disappear, melt away like smoke.

Question: Is the entire problem that I am as if locked in on myself, on the fact of what I should do, where I should go?

Answer: No, I must do both. But I have to do it not to protect myself from others, but as if I am the only sick person in the world, and I want to protect others from myself.

Question: So, not “what will happen to me” but “what will happen to others?”

Answer: “What will happen to all of us.” The virus brings us, at last, the recognition of our mutual connection, which is bad, egoistic, and harmful. This virus and the other viruses that are coming after it will bring us to a state where we will think about others and not about ourselves because that is the only way we can keep everyone safe.

We have entered a state where we have no other choice. In the end, we must understand that the world must come to its corrected state, and we must follow not the path of our egoism, but in spite of it, the path toward our connection.

Question: Based on your words, medical science will not be able to create a vaccine, or it will, but another virus will come?

Answer: Yes, of course.

Question: Is it better not to work in this direction?

Answer: No. We have entered the twenty-first century. This is a new age, this is a new state of humanity. These are new viruses, spiritual, or one might say psychological, viruses that indicate to us that our connection is a crucial factor. If it is good, it is good for all of us. If it is bad, it will be bad for all of us.

Question: What should the healing thoughts of a person be?

Answer: It is when I think about others: how not to infect them, how to make sure that they are alive and well. It is simple. That’s it. I think not about myself, but about others. And this is how I save myself and decontaminate myself. I do not push others away from me in order not to get infected, I push them away from me so that I do not infect them.

Remark: But I am not sick…

My Comment: We are all sick. We all have viruses in us. Egoistic, wild viruses, when we think only about ourselves and not about others. Nature now, in the twenty-first century, will be changing us. And this is very, very unpleasant, incomprehensible, and somewhat unexpected.

Question: Is there such an awareness of my being an evil virus?

Answer: Yes. It is the only one in the entire world looking for someone to hurt—and it is me.

Question: I am the virus that can infect others, and I do not want to do that. I need to be isolated from people. Should I be stopped from approaching them and so on?

Answer: Yes. All my thoughts, my plans, my various ideas, they are all egoistic. I have to do something about them. How do I lock them inside myself? How to hide them within me? This is called restriction.

Question: In practice, do I ask: “Restrict me, separate me from people because I kill them, I infect them”?

Answer: Yes. If I do not do this, then an external virus comes along and it restricts me with these side effects. But in fact, the virus is not Covid-19 or other viruses that we are fighting today. No, the virus is precisely our egoistic thoughts about others.

Question: Will a person accept this?

Answer: He will have no choice. Nature will gradually force us. It has created us this way, and it is leading us to change so that we would ask nature itself to change what it has created in us. It will be beautiful. In general, I expect an interesting transformation of humanity in the coming years.

Question: So, are you expecting this request: “Change us”?

Answer: Yes. And we need to write books, make movies, everything we can on this topic about how this can happen, how nature will be changing us.

Question: Nature will force us and we will change anyway, so is it better not to resist?

Answer: Of course. Who are you going to resist? How can you? You yourself are nature. Nature does within you all that needs to be done.

Question: Why did nature then inscribe in us: “the king of nature” with “power over nature”?

Answer: In order for you, at the degree of human, which exists within you, to realize that you can change your animalistic nature. That’s it.

Question: Is this what we call “the king of nature”? The fact that I can ask to change my nature?

Answer: Yes, to rise above your animalistic egoistic nature and climb to the peak of an altruistic nature. We must help each other in this, do everything we can. If not, we will still come to this but, of course, with great suffering, loss, over a long period of time and painfully. I hope that people will hear. And we must talk about this all the time.
