Understand Your Nature

962.6Comment: Kabbalah says that the universal law of nature deliberately spoils man’s life in order to force him to correct his relations with others.

My response: Of course. This eternal, wise law, full of bestowal and love, affects us in such a way that it makes our egoistic life, which is the opposite of it, unbearable in order to shake us thoroughly so we would see that we have nowhere to go.

We need to survive, somehow exist, and feed ourselves because we will soon not be able to breathe in this world. What do we do? It turns out that we will inevitably have to correct ourselves.

Question: On one hand, we must correct our attitude toward others. On the other hand, we say that doing charity work is bad. What should be changed then? After all, everyone thinks that he treats others very well and helps others in everything.

Answer: Nothing needs to be changed. You just need to understand your nature.

We must study ourselves and the world in which we exist—not our world but the upper world— the entire universe in which we are. We must understand it, rise to the level of the Creator, that is, to the level of the single law, feel it, and change ourselves to match it. And then we will really become creatures of the upper world.

Kabbalah explains how to do this.

Nature Is One

709Question: Any system known to us goes through four phases of development: birth, flourishing, withering, and death. Now we are at the beginning of the creation of the spiritual foundations of management based on the principles of Kabbalah. Is it possible to create some prerequisites or foundations for another system of development? Or is it a law of nature that we cannot escape?

Answer: The fact is that an integral system of complete interconnection, including people, mind, feelings, absolutely everything, exists in nature at the inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human degrees.

However, in relation to humans, we do not perceive nature as integral, eternal, infinite, and perfect because we perceive it in our egoistic sensory organs. Therefore, we see our world as disconnected and distant, and we judge everything that happens through our egoistic qualities.

As soon as we begin to connect, we will reveal nature in its true integral form, and it will appear to us in a completely different way. To the extent that we correct ourselves, we will also see nature corrected. But we do not need to correct it, we will simply discover it for ourselves corrected in our senses. After all, our states are absolutely subjective.

The only thing we need to change is the perception of reality, the perception of a person, and then we will see that outside of us nature is absolutely integral.

In fact, it is one! There is no need to divide it into different sciences and different approaches. We distinguish stages and formations in it only relatively to our limited understanding.

Why Do Good Intentions Not Lead To Anything Good?

273.02Comment: It has been said that a Kabbalist can make corrections to the world with his thoughts and desires and can have a positive impact on the general universe. And the rest of the people who do not understand only destroy everything with their good deeds and charity.

It is strange enough for a person to hear that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

My Response: Do we really not see that all these good intentions and impulses do not lead to anything good?

In principle, any of the actions we perform while uncorrected, no matter how beautiful, noble, with understanding, with love, giving to others, they seem, they are still selfish, they still imply some kind of benefit for ourselves.

Despite the fact that everything looks very positive from the outside: people go to hospitals, help the sick, pensioners, donate a lot of money to charity, fight for cleanliness, for the environment, even give their lives for their homeland, such actions do not lead to a better world.

The question is: Does our world deteriorate faster as we try to fix and improve it in this way or do our actions themselves simply not lead to any good?

Let’s say we help Africa and by this, according to statistics, hunger and unemployment increases there, and the number of people who no longer think about anything but sit, do nothing, and live on welfare increases.

First of all, man is satisfied with little and does not want to develop. Second, these seemingly good deeds actually spoil us. Because we are selfish! By developing such systems of public assistance, we actually are killing the desire to improve, the desire to act, in people.

Garbage Truck And No Politics

511.01Comment: Ann-Sofie Hermansson, formerly mayor of the Swedish city Gothenburg, retired from politics at the age of 56. She has connections everywhere and had a vast choice of positions, yet she choose to drive a garbage truck.

My Response: Well done! She is a smart woman!

Comment: Her dad once told her: “Daughter, you need to have a real profession in life.” Now she has an opportunity to use it. She says: “The responsibility is the same, just without meetings and phone calls.”

My Response: This is a Swedish character.

Comment: How do you like this decision of a person who was in politics, to suddenly leave everything behind?

My Response: This person understands that all this politics is such dirt and it needs to be washed away.

Question: Is this why she became a garbage truck driver?

Answer: Yes. Very good. What else do you need? You get up early, finish your working day early and you are free.

Question: What is it that attracts people to politics, to all this dirt?

Answer: This is petty egoism. Maybe it will be transformed into something somehow, but I cannot see this yet. Look how everyone tries to climb everywhere, and how much they fight and pay for it. Everything is around politics—money, the media, whatever you want!

Question: What do you think? Is it possible to compare: to give a person a role in politics and give him the opportunity to work somewhere for a year, and then decide where he will go? I wonder what he would choose.

Answer: There is nothing you can do, his egoism decides this.

Question: Are you saying that a person cannot escape from this?

Answer: No, you cannot escape from fate.

Question: What conclusion can we draw from this?

Answer: The conclusion is very simple. Make your way into politics, but think about the fact that it would be nice to work on a garbage truck and clean up the city.

A Person’s Greatest Motivation

962.2Question: What is motivation in spiritual management? After all, a person cannot work without motivation.

Answer: The motivation is very simple—maximum adhesion with the upper nature, with the quality of bestowal and love. Love means the connection of all parts of nature into one single system.

This is exactly what the motivation should be: the maximum connection with the upper nature; it is when a person reaches the degree of eternity, perfection, and understanding of the absolute laws in his understanding and feeling.

Absolute laws are the laws of commutation, the communication of all parts of nature when we attain it as one single whole. There is no difference between physics, chemistry, biology, and zoology, including even art and everything else. All of it are parts of the attainment of nature; it all exists in nature.

To fully reveal nature in its original, highest open form is the greatest motivation for a person. Moreover, this means not only an individual person, but a common system of all of humanity, which gradually connects into one single organism and to this extent attains the general nature.

When Will We Replace Lawmakers With Robots?

552.03In the News (CNBC): “More than half of Europeans want to replace lawmakers with AI, study says”

My Response: That’s the best. Let the robots run us.

Question: Indeed, the less competent, the more corrupt, the more robots and artificial intelligence they want. Install a chip, replace the oil, add some more, and that’s it. How do you like this idea, seriously?

Answer: I am in favor. Replace the corrupt so-called people’s representatives with a machine: I am for it.

But even there, of course, they will find all sorts of loopholes for how to get around. They will begin to bribe the people who serve this intelligence, the administrators.

Question: So you don’t think it will work?

Answer: No, egoism will find loopholes everywhere.

Comment: A robot does not need to build villas and homes, it cannot be bribed.

My Response: You will build villas and cottages for others. This is not going anywhere.

Question: You cannot get away from fixing it?

Answer: No. In principle, I, of course, would be in favor of this kind of change. But that’s not possible. Egoism is a cancer, a cancerous tumor, and the kind that can’t be compared to anything else. It lives everywhere and in everything.

Comment: It feels like you can’t beat it.

My Response: You can’t win. Egoism? No way! When we are convinced that we cannot defeat it, then we raise our hands up.

Question: When you explain the connections between us and talk about love, “love your neighbor…,” do you still somehow understand that all these efforts will lead to the fact that a person will reveal evil?

Answer: Yes. Let us strive for the good so that we can understand that we cannot achieve it. And then we’ll have to find a way out.

Question: So, in one way or another, is it impossible to achieve it in our earthly conditions?

Answer: In no way. In our methods, our forces, our nature, it is impossible.

Question: So, one way or another, we build everything with egoism?

Answer: No matter how you assemble and do it, you will always get a machine gun.

Question: So we will not replace the government officials with artificial intelligence, egoism cannot be defeated?

Answer: No, it can be replaced, and we will see what transformation will happen with this. You can run away in all directions, but you will still find that egoism will find a loophole, somewhere everyone is trying to bribe it, and thus, it continues to rule over us.

Question: And your conclusion?

Answer: Only to turn to its Creator, to the Creator of egoism, to the Creator, because the Creator created it! Egoism is the greatest force of nature, which controls everything, keeps everything within itself. Turn to the Creator, He will correct your egoism!

It depends only on our desire.

Question: Does it matter that we do not see the Creator and do not feel Him?

Answer: No, it doesn’t matter. You ask Him to take it away.

Question: So the main task is to hate egoism?

Answer: Yes.

Man Feels Good When The Whole Universe Feels Good

744Question: Man understands what is good based on what it is good for him. How can we understand what is good based on the global law of the universe?

Answer: People can feel good only when the whole universe feels good because everything is one single organism. Even cosmologists and people who deal with global nature around us talk about this.

The academic Vernadsky came to his theory of noosphere in this way. Famous philosophers and physicists who have studied the universe, including Einstein, write that the whole universe is a huge, enclosed, multi-layered, composite, infinite thought in which all parts are interconnected and support each other.

It is a huge, perfect organism that includes absolutely everything. And we are a cancerous tumor in it because we think only about ourselves. This is the property of cancer. When a part of the body begins to think about itself and absorbs everything into itself, this disease appears.

The Problem Is In The Person

619Comment: Some scientists who studied the science of management believe that strategy development follows from the structure of management. But this postulate is not practically perceived by specific managers who implement certain social and industrial programs.

My Response: The fact is that we do not change people and that is why they cannot manage correctly. They cannot understand the task, solve it correctly, and pass it on to others.

The whole problem is in the person. A person must be integrated and only then will one correctly understand the task (at a new level) and be able to give an appropriate solution. The problem is only in this.

When There Is No Support Of The Society

559Question: How can you raise a person to be simply good? At school, they tried to instill ethics and morality in us, but we can see that this does not work.

Answer: Our social and educational systems do not work because they do not have the support of society. As society becomes more open, people move further away from each other. Let’s take the very vivid example of China. It was a closed society that lived according to its own laws, different from the whole world.

Now that Chinese society is opening, it is starting to spread. There is no connection. No matter how much they try, they cannot stay together for long. Even more so, it is such a diverse, multifaceted set of people.

You cannot associate yourself with a huge number of people who are so different, incomprehensible, and inconceivable to your feelings. When it is millions, it is impossible.

From Suffering To Happiness

510.01Comment: “Logic will get you from point A to point B. Imagination and hard work will take you everywhere else,” is quotation attributed to Einstein.

My Response: True.

Question: Today, logic has led us from point A to point B. And what do we see? How can you use your imagination to leap over this impasse?

Answer: If we come from one point to another with the help of logic, then we come to the same point, only we dig even bury ourselves in it even more with the help of our logic.

Question: And imagination? How do we jump out of this state?

Answer: Imagine the state opposite to the one we are in.

Comment: Now we are in some kind of confusion, in suffering.

My Response: Imagine a state of clarity and joy. And try to create it. Not based on your past state but just out of the blue.

Question: Just create happiness out of nowhere? Is it possible?

Answer: If it is not possible, then why do we exist? And if it is possible, then only in that way. You cannot create happiness out of misery. Out of misery, you only have to understand that you need to achieve happiness.

Question: So you are saying that only the effort to achieve happiness is required of us? We need to build this happy state and try to achieve it?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Utopians once aspired to this. What is the difference between what you propose and those utopians and The City of the Sun?

Answer: Utopians did not rely on the real nature we are in, on the egoism we exist in. They believed that they can just take it, pick it up, and simply want to do it.

Question: Just take and place a person in The City of the Sun?

Answer: And you must build this city of the Sun yourself! It does not grow out of our fantasies.

Question: When you say that you need to imagine happiness, what stages do you need to go through?

Answer: I mean that we must realize through standing on all the sufferings there are and relying on them, that we can do something opposite to them only if we change our relationship to each other. And so we need to start looking into our upbringing—personal, social, group, family—at all levels.

Question: And this is what you call building a happy society?

Answer: Of course. It depends only on the attitude of people toward each other. Nothing more.

Question: To sum it up: you say that if I am now suffering, in pain, at a dead end, then to get out of it I need to imagine, visualize…?

Answer: The opposite state. The reason for suffering is in my “I,” in the fact that we are opposite to each other, we hate, dislike, repel, and want to profit from each other. If we want happiness, we must free ourselves from self-interest and raise public interest instead.

I must wish happiness for everyone and then I will also exist in all this happiness.
