Today, practically no person in the world feels that he exists in an integral system, which is a single organism. We need as if to take the parts of the body, arms, legs, and so on, connect them together, and revive them with a general life-giving force.

When this united collective begins to feel this way at least to a minimum extent, it will be able to really make completely new decisions at a new level: how to manage the world, the country, and all the decisions humanity must make. It will have a new level of perception of reality, a new level of problem-solving.

This will be an integral collective and an integral solution in accordance with the integral nature that is beginning to manifest itself in humanity today. Otherwise, we will not be able to handle any problems.

Individual solutions contradict the integral solution; therefore, we will not have any success in solving problems with our current attitude. We will make more and more mistakes, which will lead us to great suffering, and then to the need to come to the correct solution. But this is a very long and undesirable path that includes all sorts of problems and even perhaps wars.

At the same time, small integrated teams who unite into one single system, can correctly solve problems at a new level and already today give clear recommendations for proper management.

The only question is, whom to manage? Let us say there is an integral group that produces the correct algorithms. Who will implement them? After all, this requires people who will correctly perceive these tasks, unite with each other at the level of implementation, and also solve this in an integral way.

That is, here we already require suitable performers. As a result, we are faced with the task of creating small integral groups that can solve both managerial and executive tasks.

Comment: Our time, the time of the pandemic, has pushed the talents of Silicon Valley to accelerate the construction of a matrix. It is a simulation of reality. They want to build a reality into which they can practically usher all of humanity. Moreover, it should not be expensive so that the poorest people can get there also.

They say: “We cannot give you a private island, a sports car, but virtual reality can. And our task is to make it cheaper, to make poor people happy.”

My Response: That is, if I have a computer, I can live in my imaginary world. It is such a drug. An imaginary reality into which I can enter and enjoy.

Question: Is it good for people?

Answer: Of course! You save people from all suffering. Sedate and forget, like in Vysotsky.

Question: So you think it will not work?

Answer: First, it is not going to work because it is against the principles of nature. And it will take us out of this state anyway.

Second, someone is going to make huge profits from this, someone is going to lose, the competition will start again, etc.

This will not stand at all. We cannot get away from going straight to the goal of creation. This is the best way, the least painful in general. And these zigzags and going into some kind of drugs will not help us. I am against it.

Question: That is, one way or another, nature will bring us to this path?

Answer: Of course, it leads us to this. We are on this path.

Comment: But we are going through suffering.

My Response: It is because we do not agree with it and do not want to know about it. This is why we suffer. We constantly run away from something unpleasant to something more pleasant without realizing why it is unpleasant, how we can turn the unpleasant into pleasant, etc.

Question: That is, in theory, if I agree with nature that leads me to its goal, then I will have the feeling that I am as if on this island?

Answer: You don’t need any island. You have the whole universe.

Question: So one way or another are we all going against the decision of nature?

Answer: We are absolutely against. We will not get anything good from this. We only prolong our path of suffering.

Question: And tell me, please, does nature punish us for not following its path or not?

Answer: Of course it does. Not on purpose, but because we do not pay attention to its hints. It always wants to give us hints and lead us to the correct conclusion and to the goal of the creation. If we do not pay attention to it, then it will poke us a little and drop us somewhere so that we pay attention to the correct path.

Question: Will we ever hear the call of nature? Or will we need to make long zigzags, withdrawing all the time? Will this ever happen?

Answer: I think it is already coming to an end.

Question: I am asking in despair, to be honest. You and I have made many clips and movies and you say this all the time. But how can we break through to humanity?

Answer: It is very hard to break through. It will be broken through not by us, but by nature. That is, we do our work and reveal the goal, the path, as much as we can to humanity. But in the end, of course, nature itself, the program of creation will do it for us.

Question: You say all the time that we need to reach compliance with the laws of nature, to good relationships, love, connection, and so on. Is it possible to split it into small steps for a person? Could you name a few steps that will bring us closer to this?

Answer: Only good connection between people.

Of course, it is hard to do. But nevertheless, if we do it in some way, at least somewhat think about it, even in theory if not in practice, then we will shorten our path, mitigate suffering on our way, and get closer to the goal, the good goal of creation.

The goal is to unite with everyone without any conditions, to reveal the true goal, the picture of nature, which is infinite happiness filled with knowledge and goodness alone.

Comment: You repeat it so calmly over and over again!

My Response: And I relive it each time. And that is why it is not difficult for me. It is amazing! Because whenever someone asks me a question, he gives me his unfulfilled desire, his acuteness, his question. And I feel the question, I answer it. I absorb this question and fill it with my answer. And I get pleasure. There is no such thing as the same question.

For anyone who thought that Covid-19 left us along with the year 2020, the new strain, called Delta, has news: Covid isn’t going anywhere. As I have been saying since the beginning of the outbreak (check my posts from a year and a half ago), the coronavirus isn’t yet another bug; it is ushering in a new era, and it will change every aspect of our lives. The faster we learn the characteristics of this new era, the sooner we will be rid of the virus. So far, we have been reluctant students, so the virus keeps coming back, hence the Delta strain.

We have already been forced to change many things in our lives. We no longer fly frantically from place to place (perhaps except during holidays), and many more of us want to work more from home, or only from home. Nevertheless, these are only superficial changes. The real change has to take place within!

That change should be a complete overhaul of our relationships. Until today, we’ve treated humanity as if it were separate from nature. The virus shows us that we are subject to the same laws as the rest of creation. When we don’t follow them, we impact the system negatively, and when the system becomes dysfunctional, because of our negativity, we suffer the consequences.

Our relationships are subject to the same laws as the rest of reality. In all of reality, there is balance and harmony. This is what allows systems to become stable and sustainable. Day and night are harmonious and balance each other out. The same goes for birth and death, the seasons of the year, and depletion and rejuvenation; everything is cyclic, harmonious, and balanced.

The only thing that is not cyclic, balanced, or harmonious is human relations. Until now, we have engaged in constant struggles that seek to harm, ridicule, humiliate, and patronize others. This was not a struggle for survival, as with the rest of nature. It was a war that strove to achieve absolute power, and degrade and abuse everyone else.

This is why I am thankful to Covid. For all the pain it has wrought on us, it has saved us from much greater harm we would have caused ourselves had it not arrived.

That said, we can make things that much better if we choose to follow nature’s dictate instead of being forced into it.

If we let our ill-will toward each other keep contaminating our relationships, we will suffer worsening consequences. But if we change our approach toward each other, not only will we feel better with each other, but nature, too, will treat us well, as we will be as balanced and harmonious as nature itself, and for the first time, a positive element in our world.

Question: Some experts believe it is advisable to constantly change concepts in management to include the latest advancements of science. Is such an approach of constant transformation of the system possible from the point of view of Kabbalah?

Answer: It is necessary. But first, we must rise from the level of an individual approach toward the world, life, and solving problems to the level of an integral approach.

Now a transition phase must occur, from individualism to community. For that, first, a team should be created where, let us say, ten people, feel as one common whole.

A completely different view on nature, on tasks, on life, on everything, appears in them. They change the algorithm of perception within themselves and start to feel nature differently than we do, beyond any individual differences. A new level of thinking appears—integral, with completely new sensation and new way of solving problems.

When we rise to this level and begin to feel that all of nature, including us, is one common whole, we will relate to nature correctly and solve our problems correctly. Then we will begin to issue completely new management decisions, new instructions, and they will pursue a completely different goal. The goal is only to integrate even more.

At this cardinal new level, we unite more and more all the elements of nature in our consciousness so that it becomes more and more integral, including, as broadly as possible, all of nature and, as closely as possible, all of humanity. Thus, the increasingly manifested egoism does not divide us in any of its manifestations, but, on the contrary, forces us to unite above it.

In the new perception of reality, there are 125 steps of increasingly integral interactions.

Question: Currently, there are hundreds of approaches in management. They can be grouped into three schools: administrative scientific management, human relations management, and management as art, politics, and technology.

We see that modern society does not cope very effectively with many processes related to production and social issues.

How do you think it is possible in the current situation to develop the direction that we have designated as spiritual management based on the principles of Kabbalah? It can also be called eco-adaptive management, which deeply affects the issues of nature and interaction with the surrounding universe.

Answer: I agree that it is necessary to develop a new approach to management. This is an organizational approach that runs throughout the organization of a management group that brings together completely different specialists, different people. But the most important thing is that an integral relationship should arise between them.

They must become similar to integral nature we are now gradually discovering ourselves in, and therefore, we are entering a crisis with it, that is, in a contradiction. All nature is absolutely integral, like a small village. This is a fully interacting system, for example, like our body, if we consider it ideally where each cell and all together work to maintain it in the most optimal state.

We need to create such a collective of people who, in connection with each other, would be similar to this integral nature. And then they will be able to resolve any issues in a completely new form, first of all, managerial, but in principle, not only managerial. After all, such an interaction will appear between them that they represent a single organism and each of them and all together they suddenly feel themselves to be in an integral system.

As America celebrates its 245th Independence Day, the United States faces two serious threats: the Covid-19 pandemic and its recent Delta variant and record-breaking extreme heat waves in North America. On this important occasion I wish for America to overcome its challenges by building a safer nation that is resistant to all the phenomena from nature and the polarization within society. They need to properly realize their power and make good changes within the country if they want to thrive.

North America is boiling, literally. The traditional 4th of July fireworks displays have been postponed or canceled in certain locales due to heat indices and drought conditions. There are also recommendations to stay indoors. In Portland and Seattle, temperatures reached a record high of 116 degrees Fahrenheit. Health authorities in British Columbia, Canada also reported unbearable temperatures that caused the deaths of at least 700 Canadians.

We should not conceive these blows in North America as punishment. For instance, I do not see Americans as the worst people that have made terrible mistakes or committed some injustices that made them deserve this. It is natural for the whole continent and, actually, the whole world to experience extreme weather.

The world has been evolving and has now reached a new stage of development, a completely different level; humanity must fully recognize the unity of nature as a holistic system, one whole. We need to comprehend that the state of nature depends on the relationships between human beings, the highest level in the pyramid of nature, which influences the rest of the system: inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human itself.

Therefore, if we try to build a balanced system of human relations, all of nature will calm down. The comprehensive solution to the ecological and social dangers we face lies in efforts toward global connection in which we will feel how dependent we are on everyone. Therefore, we will think twice before engaging in any ill-treatment of anyone else.

So how do blows help us advance? Americans are so proud of their independence, more than and above all other countries, and now they are entering the process of testing their own independence, their values, what they are independent from, and what is worth dreaming of. I think it is the beginning of a long and extraordinarily special learning process that will be accelerated by the current political scenario in America where the heat waves are burning the social cohesion.

America has built a strong and prosperous country with a good infrastructure and know-how on how to use money well. But can they still use everything they have built rationally? I am not quite sure, I am very worried about their future. They need to do more to abstain from political divisions and to think about how to build a stable society otherwise they will not be able to successfully face the threats from natural phenomena and internal explosions from various factions within their society. There are many countries in the world waiting for America to reach an internal boiling point and explodes. This sounds like bad news, but it is actually good news because America now has an opportunity to revive with a new awakening, and real chance to reach a true Independence! I wish you success!

Question: Some scientists say that when we are bored, the brain goes into a mode of operation where it can connect events or ideas that would never have come together if we were not bored, and that this fosters creativity.

If Newton hadn’t been locked up by the plague, if he hadn’t been so bored, he probably would not have had time to watch an apple fall and create his own law of universal gravitation. Out of boredom, Einstein tied together the concepts of time and space. And so on.

When we are bored, we dream. We are, as it were, cut off from the real rational world and this allows us to connect things that seemed impossible to connect. What do you think about this paradox?

Answer: It is good to be bored, I have no doubt. In general, the world moves thanks to lazy people. That is what is paradoxical.

Lazy people move the world ahead. Because they have nothing to do, they are not burdened with anything, they are not pressured, and if they are pressured, there is little sense. And that is why they are very good at coming up with such ideas and generally doing everything the way they want for the sake of boredom.

Question: Thus, boredom makes us actually build a brighter world?

Answer: Yes, because we are building it not based on our egoistic needs, but really just out of boredom.

If we did everything like that, can you imagine what would have happened? We would never invent any bombs or anything that would harm us.

Because out of boredom you would do something easy that would support humanity.

Question: And would there be enough food for humanity?

Answer: Of course!

Question: That is, in principle, do you think that a lazy person could invent such means of production that everything would be enough for everyone?

Answer: Lie on the sofa (be a couch potato) and everything is fine.

Question: Do you know how many people disagree with you?

Answer: They will not agree because they drove themselves into such a physical world where everything depends on rigid egoistic connections with each other. Where everything is built not on helping each other, but on interfering with each other. And these frictions, impossibilities, and misunderstandings create such hindrances in relations between us that we probably spend 99% of our efforts overcoming frictions. And this process makes no sense.

Question: Is that why there is hard work, hard labor?

Answer: Of course. Therefore, there is a curse in the Torah: “In the sweat of your brow you will earn your bread.” Why? Because you will wade through selfishness.

And if you had not awakened this power, it was said to the so-called first man, then you would have lived in paradise.

Therefore, I very much welcome the new generation, because this is indeed a generation of lazy people. They don’t want anything! “You give me a slice of pizza, a glass of cola, and my phone.” And that’s all. How much does a person need? See how easy it is? And everything else is inside, in it.

Question: Is there a whole world in it? And really worthy of respect?

Answer: This is a world built on connections. Of course, the connections are shallow. But still, they will provide an opportunity to be connected at high levels. I’m sure it will.

Comment: Millennials are those who were born from 1982 to 2004. These are strong guys who are now under 40. They have already experienced the crisis of 2008, they are now experiencing a pandemic, and it is not yet known what they will experience next.

Demographers compare them to the Great Generation. The great generation is the generation that lived in the 20s and 30s, survived the great depression and, most importantly, survived the Spanish flu. And this generation managed to build America, restore Europe.

Now they say that the millennial generation can be similar to the previous one and that it will be able to build a new economy and turn the world around in a new way.

What do you think of this generation, these strong forty-year-olds?

My Response: I don’t see that they are in a quest, in struggle, in eagerness. They have a very pragmatic view. They don’t look like revolutionaries to me. And why should they rush, do something, make some kind of revolution? What’s the matter?

Comment: They survived the 2008 crisis…

My Response: They lived through it while sitting at their computers. Nothing else.

Question: And a pandemic that stopped entire industries, destroyed entire industries?

Answer: I don’t think it’s that important or alarming for them.

Question: So what will turn the situation around? It can’t go on like that, can it?

Answer: No. There must be an awareness much deeper than a crisis —a dead end.

What did that generation do? It has practically revived industry, trade, and so on. It won’t do any good now. It won’t do anything. There is a huge trade turnover, industry, whatever you want.

Question: What does nature want from us?

Answer: Nature wants us to radically change, reflect on our life, on its meaning.

Question: So there should be a deeper understanding for this generation?

Answer: Yes. Why are we here, what are we doing? What will this pandemic bring us? Why does it come from the depths of nature? What pluses and minuses should it point out to us? None of it is there. I don’t see this anywhere: not among philosophers, psychologists, or politicians, no one has serious research or just thoughts on this topic.

A person should say: “It is wonderful that such an opportunity has arisen to change myself, the system, humanity, the direction of industry, trade, education, and upbringing! We will reconsider everything that is in the world today!” In general, the questions: “What do we live for? Where are we going?” We need to understand what we are today and what we should be tomorrow.

Why should we cry today?! What have we freed ourselves from? We just need to take advantage of this moment and do something about ourselves—all people! Because we are all in a crisis; it is universal. The crisis is global. This crisis is a crisis of human development, of egoistic human development.

Question: Can a person understand this? Turn the thinking around just like that, can he?

Answer: Explain to him what is happening globally with humanity, and I think that everyone will agree with this except for those who do not benefit from it.

Question: Why is there no understanding of it yet?

Answer: Humanity has no way of seeing ahead. Because what is available today, always suits it.

Question: You contradict yourself. Then who will push this situation forward? Who will say first: “Look,” and have people look? Everything has its own “father.” In Singapore, there was a “father” who turned everything around. In America, they began to turn around during the Depression. And so on.

Everywhere there are their own presidents, their own revolutionaries. Who’s going to say the whole thing now? To whom is your appeal? Who are you talking to?

Answer: I do not know to whom to appeal. We don’t have anyone like Einstein or Marx. I personally say what I can. He who hears, hears.

Question: If someone hears, you are ready to sit down and for days, as long as necessary, to talk to him, to explain?

Answer: I am ready not only to talk to such a person, but to work with him in general.

Question: And work as much as necessary, explaining to him the whole system, the whole nature, and where it leads us?

Answer: Yes.

Question: There are hundreds of management approaches, but if they are integrated, then four approaches can be distinguished: administrative, scientific, industrial, and human.

To what level can a parabola be applied in governance? Or is it possible to consider everything in a complex, starting from the upper level and ending with the lowest one?

Answer: It is better to consider approaches to management in a complex, because we live in one integral, interconnected nature. But since we are such selfish, scattered, individual personalities, we do not see the integral existence of the entire system.

The system is one, nature is one. As it arose from one design of creation, from the Big Bang, it develops from one source.

Nevertheless, we see nature in the form of scattered systems because we divide it according to our small mental, psychological capabilities because they are not interconnected.

But as soon as we start to unite into a common system, say, even in a ten, then we will have a completely different approach, a view of nature, and we will perceive it as an interconnected system in which there is no division into psychology, zoology, and everything else. It is one common whole.

Therefore, dividing management into people, machines, programs, resources, etc. is completely wrong. Now we do this in view of the weakness of our approach. But if we master the integral approach, we will see in it an absolutely complete interaction of the entire system.

It will be described by the same actions and equations, no matter what is meant by them: either a technological process, the flow of some resources, or the combination of society’s schedules. It does not matter. This is all one common whole, like in the body, one organ cannot stand out from the others, it is still tied to the others and works together with them.

Therefore, a real control system should include everything and not be the sum of various subsystems. I think we will reveal this as one whole.

Question: In one treatise I came across a postulate: “The highest form of competition is cooperation.” Do you think it is viable for implementation?

Answer: This certainly is an amazing Kabbalistic idea because the competition takes place within a person. A person must rise above oneself, above one’s egoism, in order to connect with others into one common whole.

Then we will discover a great common force between us, which gives us completely new opportunities for implementation, for attainment. We will see a different space, different possibilities, because, for example, ten people connecting with each other feel like one common whole.

They psychologically have a completely different sense of their state, space, and interaction. They feel not as individuals, but as one. But all this is based on the opposition to egoism.

It turns out that at the bottom we have ten separate egoistic desires, and above them there is one general positive, altruistic desire. And with the help of this system, we begin to feel a completely different space.

We see nature as global and integral, in all its connections. Through space, we can see everything that connects all the parts of nature.

A person becomes completely different. A person is no longer some small individual egoistic particle, now a person has a different sensor of perception. Now one sees the world as one unified system. Naturally, he or she begins to study it and to find out for himself completely new laws of commutation, laws of governance.
