Answer: Absolutely. Before a person begins to teach, he must learn and absorb our method, for he needs to be a certified expert, seriously prepared, and most importantly, the bearer of that universal energy that he wants to convey to his listeners.

He must be a member of an integral group in which he is constantly being recharged with energy. The idea is that our ego is developing all the time, society influences us all the time, exposing us to external and internal disturbances. But we don’t need to oppose them, but rather to hold ourselves above them all the time, which is to say, to elevate ourselves, to rise above all the internal egoistic exacerbations, and to be engaged in self-criticism and self-control.

To do this, the person requires very serious support from his small society, that is, our institute of integral information.

Question: The lecturer is in a process of constant development and shows an example to others all the time. Does this example influence those around him in that it conveys to them a fraction of the integral concept?

Answer: No. People simply see that he is relaxed, pleasant in communication, and ready for mutual cooperation, mutual help. Something like this could be in a human society but it could be that this is revealed in him more than in others. It could be that it is not revealed at all, for he doesn’t come in close contact with the others. His role is to teach and develop the integral method and realize it in all of humanity.

Question: In order to convey some information, a person must have a certain social position (a doctoral degree, etc.). Is this important in the teaching of the integral method? Or, on the contrary, do we cancel ourselves and highlight the method, while we remain in the background?

Answer: I think that in this case, the title is not so important because the opinion about us and the surprising results of our special method is spreading very quickly.

In everyday life, people don’t go to doctors as often, but go to a normal healer because his healing brings about a special result. Thus, a person does not need doctors who will give him injections, operate on him, etc.; he needs a healer that will give him some natural ingredients and this will make him feel better. The main thing is the result.

Moreover, today high titles (both those purchased or earned) do not mean much to us. We have come to a state where we do not know how to save a person, how to cure him, how to help him. Thus, high ranking titles lose their meaning. We cannot tell how effective a meeting with a professor will be even if he is a winner of various awards. I don’t think it is so important.

Question: What connection should there be between those who study the integral method and their instructor? Does he have to appear “great” in their eyes? What is this greatness about?

Answer: An instructor knows people’s nature. He is like a spiritual father for his students. They see him as a person who understands their inner part. This is the attitude that our instructor has to earn.

When a person comes to the class for the first time he doesn’t know what it is. However, right after the first class he begins to understand that this is a very interesting method that gives him the feeling of happiness and fulfillment (this is the most important thing for the person). After all, we are created in such a way that practically whatever we do is directed toward the sensation of fulfillment. We call this fulfillment, happiness.

In general, this is a completely faceless and objectless form. Simply a person feels good, easy, worry free , safe, etc. All of this is adds up into the category of happiness. If a person understands that he can reach this only together with the whole team, then his instructor can be called a “professor of happiness.” This means that you are an instructor of attaining happiness.

The external public are our external vessels, like the last two levels (the garments and palace) of the five levels of the soul “root, soul, body, garments, palace.” They require the “Light of Hochma” from us, although it seems that they ask for “bread and circuses,” as the crowds cried for in ancient Rome. But the “bread and entertainment” in their understanding, on our stage is transformed into Light.

We have neither bread nor entertainment for them and we will not provide it. We must educate the public so that they themselves will be able to bring the entire society to the form that will fulfill them. They will think that everyone got exactly what he had asked for: bread and entertainment, no matter what, the most important thing is that he feels good. It is like with a little child: He demands a toy but you take him to ride a merry-go-round and he forgets about the toy.

If we feel the desires of the public, we will obtain a huge incentive to connect with each other and draw the upper force because we have to pass it outside and fill the external desires. Then, we will have to work.

But without this external force putting pressure on us, only the path of suffering will be left for us. We will be able to switch to the path of the Torah only under the gradual pressure of the outside world that will oblige us to draw the Light.

Question: In our connection before going out for dissemination is there a place for concepts like jealousy and respect?

Answer: Certainly. You see we are involved with a person’s ego, we understand the foundation of his nature. Therefore there must be jealousy, control, respect, and appreciation, also a feeling of security, breakthrough, pleasure, and so forth. All of these characteristics must be at work.

The only thing is that the person must remember what he is doing this for. The most essential task is to bring the world to an integral state. In a form like this we raise it to a higher energy, to a higher goal; the essential difference between our dissemination campaign and others is in this. We are realizing it from this point; it is the first and the last. It is the first because we are beginning the internal preparation from it, and it is the last because with it we are going out to people and want to plant it in the hearts of our listeners. Therefore it is always conveyed within the stream of our workshops, discussions, answers, questions, and songs, no matter what we are doing.

This is a clear direction for transforming the masses into one complete unit because in a form like this they will combine and become balanced with all of nature. The higher goal is the main task that determines the whole method from the beginning of the action; it is the desired end result.

Besides this, it becomes the essential motivation for the workers in the enterprise of disseminating the integral method. By participating in the integral connection, through them, they convey the higher energy and feel how it fills them; they live this.

So far, throughout the history of humankind, only those with a point in the heart established a connection with the upper force. And for mankind in general this relationship is not required: All of them had their own gods, their beliefs, that originated in pagan Babylon.

However, in this modern era, deities are being cast down from their pedestals. People are giving up their religions and ceasing to believe in science and are immersed in crises, not knowing where to turn for help and how to rebuild their lives.

The human world is collapsing. Previously, the belief in a higher power strengthened people in the face of adversity, and even death left a hope for a future world. However, today these arguments do not work, so now is the time to speak to the people. We can be their loving parents.

Of course, we must bear his message carefully and put it in specific explanations that are appropriate for a particular audience. Meanwhile, day by day, from election to election, people are increasingly aware that no one will help them. Gradually, they are forming a distinct, clear sense: Nothing will move toward the future.

This allows us to declare our message because our solution is completely different from the others and our voice continues to ring out when the others die down, when all the gates are shut except the “gate of tears.” This decision comes to a person only when he is desperate and sees no way out. Then, he is suddenly ready to hear us and receive our words: here lies the opening, the “eye of the needle,” through which to escape from disasters.

In fact, one feels that here lies a relationship with a higher power and the opportunity to use it. We offer him a chance, a special technique, that allows him to awaken contact with the “upper energy” that can fix us, fix our world. We, ourselves, do not do anything; we only open this tiny door slightly, and everything else carries a huge “energy” of a higher order. So, let’s make a seminar in the right interaction between us.

People are ready to hear us.

Question: Unfortunately, we hear only the oppressed, those who work from morning to night, from which there is no exit, no escape from the modern “slavery.” And it’s scary: Can they really hear us only when everyone will be in a position of absolute hopelessness?

Answer: No, it’s just that one hears according to his current state. Do not think that the “great world” turns a deaf ear to our promise. The current arrangement does not relieve them from worrying.

After all, global trends are a great concern. In fact, we have lost control over what’s happening. It is like we are in a car with no brakes on downward slope, with no end in sight. We cannot get out and cannot do anything. The steering wheel barely holds us on the road, the speed is increasing, and we already can see that soon we will not be able to control the car.

Once on the road, in a similar situation, I clearly saw two possibilities: either crash into rocks or turn into a bus in front of me to mitigate the blow a little bit. I was on a long descent downhill, I had to do it, and I used the opportunity since otherwise we were heading for disaster.

So, I think that those in power, too, feel like this today, but still do not hear us about a decision. We have not tried to really get through to them.

Besides, there always are people that are not sufficiently developed that are ready to settle for today’s benefits, not thinking about tomorrow. As it is written about them, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”

Anyway, we must continue to disseminate widely, without despair. Perhaps, we will be heard in ten years. So what? The global crisis, in any case, will not end until we connect to humanity with the right intention. It will only increase, coming in waves, falling back time and time again, attacking the various spheres of life. The same disease enters the body, and while hidden affects the tissues and organs until the next paroxysm.

The current crisis has not been overcome. It is just cyclical, and ahead of us are the hardest stages. It will be “cleaned” before the end of humanity. It “will squeeze all the juice out of us,” clueless with no opportunity to escape. Nothing will help: not religion, not riches, nor hope for loved ones. Children will betray you, your family will throw you out of your house, and you will not find a home anywhere else: All of this if you’re not ready to accept the method of correction.

Of course, the goal is not to do away with humanity; it is only to summon you to the right intention. Do you want to change, to gain equivalence of form, and rise to the level of the Creator who sends you this trouble?

Yes, it is He. Rise to the next step and look at what His intentions are. Grow up, be with Him in mind, and suddenly you will see that it is not trouble, but the expression of love. This feeling suddenly is born into your new vessels, desires. Moreover, you will find that in the past there was never any trouble and He did not send anyone suffering. Now, you will get a clear understandable view.

Question: Will we, at least, be able to cope with the problems?

Answer: Under the current approach, no one will be able to cope with the problems of the world. Day by day, year by year, we only weaken under their yoke, plunging into despair, feeling helpless, and not wishing to make any effort.

Conversely, if we have the right approach, if people would correct themselves, they will not have to confront the issues. Adversity will become merit, pleasure, and the world a vessel full of all good things.

Yakovets, Academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences at the UN General Assembly): “In the end of the 20^th century, mankind entered a lasting period of unstable development and global crises (energo-ecological, demographic, technological, geopolitical, and socio-cultural). All components of the present civilization seem to require thorough innovative updating. Why? It is because the world civilization had run its historical course and needs to be replaced with a progressive society of higher consciousness-integral world civilization.

“So far, the predominant strategy is adapting the outgrown system to the new setting and prolonging its agony and intensifying global conflicts thereby. Yet, it is essential, after having defined the contours of future society, to develop and implement a strategy designated to form an integral circuit of civilization, the basis for which is emerging before our eyes—and this will relieve the travails of transitioning to a new phase in the development of our civilization.

“An international team of scientists supports the second position: they provide theoretical ground and propose practical steps toward implementation of strategic breakthrough to the new society. My Comment: There is a clearly visible problem: Scientists do not care as long as those in power can ensure their safe future. Where scientists are concerned, they don’t share a single view and even less so do they understand the cause and the purpose of crisis, and therefore, they have no plan of action. They offer a lot of buzzwords, nothing more.

This will continue until the wisdom of Kabbalah receives their acknowledgement and ties them together in a unified understanding of the goal and the means. And then, possibly by cooperative effort, directly influencing authorities and the general public via the Internet, we can raise public opinion so that the “rulers” would start to seriously consider transforming society, that is, by forming media designed to nurture society toward the new integral world civilization.

Basically, this is where Kabbalists come in since it is they who must exert every effort in revealing the method of correction of man and the new integral civilization.

Explaining to the external audience that a good life is only possible if the law of mutual guarantee is observed, we cannot be limited only by appeals. It will leave people untouched, like a school teacher’s instruction that students pay no attention to.

In order to really affect people, we must act not by means of our own strength, but we need to attract the Light. After you bring them the knowledge of what does not exist in our nature, they need to trust you and feel that there is truth in your words; that is the real opportunity to realize what was said.

Due to what force can it be realized? People will not believe us and will consider us naive dreamers. How can we explain the method of integral education in a few words so that they feel the real force behind it in and don’t consider us to be kibbutz members or communists?

Otherwise, you would just lecture that we should love one another and you would be asked, “What? Did you fall from the moon? Don’t you see what world you live in?” You yourself do not care about others in the way you preach. You are talking about completely unrealistic things that no one will accept but a few thousand people like you.

The Creator awakens these thousands of special people around the world and gives them the force to unite. But there is no merit of yours in this at al; it’s all done by the upper force that keeps us. And in what way can we explain to the rest of people how to achieve the good life?

We realize that the Creator is revealed only in this world, in its desires, in this area; there is no other place of revelation. Our relations must improve and then we will feel that the power of love expands between us. It is the Creator. We will reveal Him, but we will reveal here, as taught by the wisdom of Kabbalah, the method of revealing the Creator to the created beings in this world! Indeed, all the spiritual worlds are more sophisticated connections that are revealed between us. They have no separate place, only here.

So, we can go to the outside public only if we have the force that can change a person. When I explained to the people who understand what I was going to do, they immediately said, “So, you want to change nature? Well, go and try!” Smart people, scientists—biologists, politicians, and sociologists—familiar with the human nature of this world understand that it is absolutely impossible like as if to replace a minus with a plus, to cancel the force of gravity. And if that is not possible, what can we talk about?

So, first of all, you must be sure that you possess the power to realize what was said. And when you turn to someone, you should be able to give him the feeling that you are talking about real, feasible things. Without this, you will get not explanations, but sweet dreams. We must give the other party a feeling that we are in mutual guarantee, that there is unity between us, mutual connection, something beyond our nature.

A person does not understand what his nature is but he feels that he is approached by a superman, possessing new abilities, new outlook, perception, extraordinary power, having the tools to realize his words. And this is possible only under the condition that you are armed with mutual guarantee, otherwise the Upper Light will not come with you, will not act through you. The Light is revealed through the vessel of mutual guarantee and then starts to work.

And without mutual guarantee only your selfish, egoistic motives act in you. Therefore, if a person does not feel some special power in you, he will just laugh at you. That is, he will make you understand by this path of suffering that you have to change. He has to see in you Moses coming down from Mount Sinai with the commandments of the covenant in his hand, surrounded by rays of light, with a radiant face!

He has to see in you this inner strength, higher than earthly. After all, you show him an example of social behavior at a level that is above this world. And then the person will agree; he will also want to be able to become like this and will accept your offer.

The dissemination of the integral method to the masses consists of information and education. These are two great parallel issues.

It is very difficult to go out to people with information since they need to listen, understand, and internalize what happens with their minds. But there are few who can do this. Why and what for?

Therefore, it is preferable to go out to them with education, which is to say to convey to them the simplest workshops on various subjects for an hour or forty minutes. The main thing is that they should feel that they are found in a discussion circle and not an argument, rather they all only complete each other. We guide them, we explain to them the conditions for our workshop: It is forbidden to argue with anyone; we adapt to each other to find commonality within our circle that we call a “raspberry ball.”

They will feel this after half an hour and will understand us without words, we have already seen this more than once. So they will be convinced that if they work according to the integral system, they can solve all problems at work, at home with the children, and with neighbors precisely in a form like this.

The moment that we present this framework to them, it will be easier for us to talk with them. They will feel that in our engagement some kind of inner power appears in us as a result of the connection between us that can influence us, correct and change us, and bring us closer; in other words, this is something serious that truly exists, and not some kind of fantasy or nice words.

After they feel this power, they will begin to ask what this is. And then we begin to explain to them that in our world this phenomenon is called the “wisdom of crowd.”

But essentially this is the discovery of the Creator, the discovery of the power of connection. When people come closer and rise a little above their ego, connecting above it, conceding to each other, then there is equivalence of form with the Creator. When we rise to a particular level, we awaken the influence of the Surrounding Light (Ohr Makif) on us and we feel that we have received some kind of new power. This is a physical power of equivalence of form: action and reaction.

It is logical that if we continue to rise, we awaken greater Ohr Makif, rising even further; we awaken an even greater Light and so on. It will continue to influence us more and more strongly all the time.

In a form like this, thanks to our original ego, we rise above it more and more. We transform all of its density into ascension.

Suppose that I descend to some level within my ego, and after this I rise to that level (love), transform the negative power (-) into a positive (+) one, into bestowal, into love, into connection between us. I descend to an even lower level, and after that rise above it again, and so forth. That is how I act. The ego was created for this; it gives us the opportunity to rise above it.

The greater the ego, the more I can rise above it until I descend completely to its last “fourth level” and will rise to the highest “fourth level” which is called Gmar Tikkun (full correction).

Therefore in principle we can simply explain to people what the secret is here, what the mysteries are.

There are no mysteries here. It is necessary to work correctly with two natural forces. And since we are found only within the ego, we need a second force against it, the power of Light.

So we have something with which to go out to the masses, it is only necessary to teach, to explain, to approach people correctly, and to check from the start what they are suffering from. There is one remedy! But so it will be clear to a person, we need to speak with him about what hurts him.

Imagine that there are thousands of different “invalids” among the people who complain about everything in life: physical, mental, moral, and material problems. And for us there is one universal remedy. And it works! But in order to build a connection with people, it is up to us to know from the start from what it is that they are suffering. This is the method of integral education and information.

For educating, we create various films, videos, books, brochures, and media production that explain to people how to act and how to conduct workshops that bring a connection between people.

There is no choice! We have no other tool for connecting to the Upper Light. We can attract it to us only if we are found in some circle. This is what we must teach people. To do this, I have a conversation series “A New Life,” presenting to everyone that this is the only single remedy.

In the integral workshops it is up to us to teach young couples to cooperate correctly between them, parents how to connect with their children, and children to connect with one another. It is necessary to teach all of them in plants, factories, institutions, and offices, no matter where.

The use of integral education in schools points toward progress: a decline in the phenomenon of pregnancies, reduced gang violence, and children beginning to relate differently to each other. We are doing activities like these in prisons and we get letters from the prisoners and prison managers that they are grateful to Bnei Baruch for the amazing results from integral education.

It is possible to heal with this! It is possible to raise people up with this. With the help of this, it is possible to work wonders!

Therefore, to date we have in our hands a most serious too—connection. Since our entire world was created as a result of the shattering of the one and only soul, it is up to us to gather this shattered soul, this shattered desire, like a puzzle. Then we get the feeling of the coming level, for in fact nothing is changed around us; rather, only the perception of our reality is changed.

Even while under the domination of the egoistic forces, the shells (Klipot), we can awaken the upper. Only those in whom the point in the heart has awakened have the potential of connecting with the Creator, but with an intention that is still for oneself. A person turns to the Creator with intentions that are still for himself and therefore is considered to be at the mercy of the impure forces.

The greater the strength one has to turn to the Creator yet while doing it for himself, the greater the egoism (Klipa). Therefore, as it is written, “He who is greater than his friend, his desire is greater than his.” The great wicked, the enormous forces of egoism, that the Torah speaks about—Balaam, Balak, Pharaoh (the general shell), Haman, Ahaseurus, and the seven nations that occupy the Land of Israel before the arrival of the Jews—all these attributes are awakened in a person according to his level. The greater the shell a person is in, the greater Holiness he is awarded in contrast to it.

The ascent begins when the point in the heart awakens in a person while it is in the captivity of the egoistic force, Klipot, and in the intention to receive for oneself. Despite the egoistic intention of in order to receive in which the point in the heart is, not by choice, it raises a prayer (MAN). Although the prayer is egoistic, in order to receive, it is still a prayer of the lower, of the shell that awakens the upper level to act. Then, the upper begins to work on this prayer and raises it from one level to another until Ein Sof (infinity). However, we learn only about three levels: the lower, the upper, and the uppermost. All the other levels operate in the same way.

This trio constantly operates: the lower, the upper, and the uppermost. The lower is in egoism, and the upper, which feels the sorrow of the lower and knows how to properly translate it, processes the lower’s corrupt prayer to a corrected prayer and raises it to the upper upper that is in holiness, disconnected from the corrupt lower. So, in the upper upper, there is already all the Light and power necessary to take care of the lower.

The upper raises itself to the upper upper with a double prayer: the prayer of the lower and its response to it. So, the upper upper gives it double the greatness that it needs in order to take care of the lower. When it reaches greatness, it can already take care of the corrupt lower. Thus, it turns out that the “first born” that is called the upper Partzuf receives double from the uppermost, its part and the part for the corrupt lower. This is how the chain operates.

This is the only action in our correction and it takes us out of the Klipot. So, the first condition is the prayer. All our spiritual work, all the reality that we feel, is arranged and ready to help raise a prayer to the upper. There is nothing but our request. This is because we cannot perform any actions except for the chance to ask. This is actually what we forget.

We eventually will understand that there is none else besides Him and that the Creator is good and benevolent, that there is one force that operates in reality, about which it is written: “I am the first, and I am the last.” All this is meant to help us discover our request at any given moment.

The request of the lower must be arranged correctly in order to bestow. If we ask for ourselves, we are in the Klipot under the domination of impure, egoistic forces. If we continue to ask for ourselves, we find ourselves more deeply in this egoism.

All of our requests, all the deficiencies—even from the most disgraceful states—still rise upward. The only question is in which form. If the requests are not in equivalence of form with the upper, they still are accepted and still influence the system and its development. But in this case, the forces compel us to torture ourselves and see the world growing more strongly evil and dark. We advance but by the path of suffering, in its time.

If our requests are according to the desire of the upper, they awaken all the levels of correction to rise up to Ein Sof and bring us down the new Light that will clarify, correct, and fill our vessels in order to bestow. Then, we will advance by the path of “I shall hasten it.”
