Question: Why do we believe that there are reincarnations of souls?

I am often asked: why does a person need a body, why can he not just live inside thoughts? Indeed, the body belongs to the animalistic degree and we want to rise to the human degree that is similar to the Creator. In that case, of course, we will not need this body.

Thoughts alone are not enough.
