The Mission Of A Kabbalist

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: If the Kabbalists are so great, why do they come again into the world and suffer some more?

Answer: Kabbalists have their mission. They come into this world to serve humanity.

Question: Do you want to say that they have no life of their own?

Answer: No. Suppose that even though I am not a great Kabbalist, I sit like a monk, go out only for photographs and television programs, to a lesson or sit in front of my computer working on material and that’s it.

In what way am I different from a hermit? In nothing. What do I have besides? In principle, nothing. So what am I in this world for?

The life of a Kabbalist is to transfer knowledge to others, and that is how the chain continues until all of us reach the goal of creation, perfection and eternity.
