Question: Should I feel the pleasure that a friend gives to the Creator in the heart?
Answer: Yes. We have to work hard to be strongly connected with the hearts of the friends, and we will be able to feel the Creator through their hearts.
Question: How much does a prayer contribute to the development of the feeling in the heart?
Answer: Prayer opens the heart. If you want to increase its sensitivity, then this is done through the prayer.

Question: Can friends in the ten do and say what they want? After all, it is our custom to justify a friend. Or do we need to demonstrate a good attitude to the ten before we can feel the other?
Answer: This is not simple. The question is why are you doing this. Is it in order to look good in the eyes of others so that you do not get beaten up and scolded?
Why do you want to behave well? This is the problem, because as soon as you have no restrictions and others do not see you, you will immediately change your behavior and start doing whatever you want.
Therefore a person’s education should be such that he constantly feels himself standing before others. It is not a matter of fear that they will see that he is bad and can punish him, but he just wants to be a different person.
In the ten we cannot do whatever we want. We must behave such that everyone feels good with us.

It also feels others and can therefore care for them and complement them by feeling and regretting with the public, and being able to rejoice in the comfort of the public (Baal HaSulam, Shamati 115, “Still, Vegetative, Animate, and Speaking”).
Question: How can we work with this correctly in order to rejoice in the comfort of the public?
Answer: If a person tries to put all his strength into being together with the friends as one, then everything that happens to him he feels as the correct progress.
Question: Can we feel the spiritual sufferings of the world and try to fulfill them?
Answer: No. Either we feel only our own spiritual suffering or that of those people with whom we are connected, or the suffering of the Creator, which is called the suffering of the Shechina.
Question: Can a person suppress the animal instincts of self-preservation and procreation in order to serve the Creator and the friends?
Answer: He does not have to do this, not in anway.
Question: What is this action of raising a friend to the level of the Creator?
Answer: So that he is as important to you as the Creator.
Question: Which egoism is worse and more destructive: animalistic or spiritual?
Answer: Spiritual. It is the most difficult, heavy, and harmful egoism.
Question: Is it possible to come to an identical feeling of what a friend feels and merge with his inner feelings?
Answer: You will be feeling your feelings, and your friend will be feeling his.

In item 18 of the “Preface to the Wisdom of Kabbalah” Baal HaSulam writes that two forces must always be distinguished in the screen: hardness and coarseness (Aviut).
Hardness is the reluctance of the screen to let the light pass through, i.e., the reflective force, the force of striking opposing the penetration of the light into itself.
Aviut is the ability of the screen to absorb the light and build systems inside itself similar to it. Thanks to this ability, the screen can calculate how much it can connect with the light, absorb it, and transform under the influence of the light.
The greater the coarseness of the screen—the reflectivity of not receiving the light—the more Aviut it can use to receive the light and transform it from bestowing to receiving.
Question: Can I give an example? If I can use several billion dollars for the sake of society, this means that I have a large Aviut, and naturally, a strong reflection, that is, hardness.
And if I use only a few million of these billions, it is only because I cannot use the rest since I will steal for myself.
Answer: Generally, yes.

Question: How can we harmoniously enter the symphony of hearts?
Answer: You should be connected with your friends in the ten and try to complement each other all the time so that you can feel and understand each other’s hearts. And then you will feel how mutually connected you are and that the Creator is playing on your common heart.
The Creator is like a bow of a violin, and we are like strings. Try to develop your connection so that the melody of the relationship between you and between you and the Creator is played all the time.
Question: If everyone’s heart is a musical instrument, do we play like an orchestra or are we all a single instrument?
Answer: We are either one instrument that includes absolutely everything or a multitude of instruments playing like an orchestra. But it does not matter. The main thing is that there should be consistency between us.
Over time, we will learn and feel how all nature plays—birds, animals, people, fish, no matter who and what—everyone is included in this game, and everyone eventually praises the Creator.
Question: How can we become a bow in the ten? Sometimes when I play, I feel that it causes rejection in others.
Answer: The main thing is to hold hands together and move forward. One word and another that you all understand together, and advance this way.

Question: How does our rational calculation around a gift turn into a feeling of love?
Answer: It is necessary to repeatedly give to a friend until you pierce his heart’s sac, in which the heart is located, and he will feel that you penetrate his inner feelings. By doing this, you will cause a reaction in your friend, even if he initially did not want it. And then you will see that he begins to treat you warmly.
This is the law, this is how we were created.
Question: There is a state when there is no strength to make a gift. Do we have to wait for the right moment, or can we make some effort?
Answer: Even if there are no such feelings, you need to try and give each other examples.
