Question: Should an integral manager be above any integral community, for example, a factory or office?

Answer: A higher hierarchical level should be above any integral community. After all, if we deal with the law, where does it come from? The law of integrality itself, which is manifested in the group, is their correspondence to the level of nature that they occupy. But just as the group was created by its supervisor who has already attained integrality, it’s the same now when they are at this degree; they will not be able to reach the next level by themselves.

They need an educator who gives them assignments, checks everything, guides, and corrects everywhere and in everything. Without a leader, they are unlikely to be able to remain at the achieved level because their egoism is growing all the time. They are constantly experiencing micro-explosions of egoism internally. That is why they constantly need someone who supervises them. After all, they do not feel: Suddenly, they are carried away from common integrality thinking that they are still within it.

A leader corrects their integrality because they do not feel when they “drift” since their egoism is working constantly and pulling them in different directions all the time. That is why such disagreements, misunderstandings, and differences of opinion emerge in the group and people do not know where to go.

Question: On the level of the beast, the “wisdom of the crowd” or the collective intelligence is revealed very beautifully: a school of fish, flocks of birds, and the like. Why is it not revealed like this on the human level?

Answer: On the animate level, the collective intelligence works instinctively according to the general law of the integral behavior of all of nature. We see how much this law is realized instinctively and egoistically because essentially it’s carried out for the preservation of the flocks of birds, the schools of fish, and the like. It’s derived from some great integral intelligence, yet acts on an instinctive, primitive, and egoistic level.

A different kind of behavior is required among humans, one which is not egoistic. Everyone needs to overcome his personal ego for the sake of the interests of the society while being concerned for the preservation of all the conditions of integral existence in the environment, including the still, vegetative, and animate nature, and human society. In this case, the ego creates a problem, something that doesn’t exist in the animal world.

Question: A child who wants to be a designer yearns for his goal and therefore plays at it. However, when we begin to work with a group in a factory—begin to learn, to imagine or to play—this group has no motivation. There is neither a need nor a necessity to become integral. There is no need for them to nullify themselves. Moreover, they explain that, “It is the world that is broken. I am good!”

Answer: This is not important. After all, this is because we are not conducting workshops for beginners. First, we have conversations with them including questions and answers. I don’t start by welcoming discussions and arguments because they must rely on people having serious knowledge. Therefore, our system is composed of learning and workshops.

In this way, the first part is informative where, by showing all kinds of clips and pictures, you can explain to the participants with specific examples about what is happening in nature, with us, toward what we are advancing, and  how mandatory and imperative all this is for our salvation.

Motivation is very simple here. Every day we are discovering greater and greater threats from the world around us, from nature, and so forth. If we don’t unite seriously and integrally, then there is a threat to our lives from ecological disaster coming from all around the world, not only from human society.

It also needs to be explained without threats. Rather, all kinds of experts must be invited or interviews with them must be shown in which they explain the necessity for mutual integral cooperation between humans and between them and nature.

We need to give them a general picture of what is happening.

I understand very well that the person is very far from this general picture. He is not concerned about anything other than what concerns him in the present moment. He doesn’t want to see beyond his nose, and he is right! That is how he was created! So, he sees before him a vast world that doesn’t seem to depend on him. Rather, he is included in it only because he needs to live his life and nothing more than this.

However, without threats—rather through education—we show that trouble is already knocking on his door, he then will begin to reflect and think about this.

Question: The revelation of the ego in our daily life, especially in the economy, is expressed by the increasing aggressiveness of people towards other people and countries towards other countries, as each side tries to swallow as much as possible, building pyramids in every area by which they minimize the number of players. Will this trend continue?

Answer: On the whole, it’s for the best because people will understand what is going on.

We will reach the state in which everything depends only on me in whatever I do, and I play the leading role which eliminates the redundant play in the competition. It’s valueless anyway, and in fact, it puts me in a position where I can clearly understand what I do and whether it’s necessary or not.

The problem is that even if I can dictate whatever I feel like to the market, people’s desires change. Suddenly the need for what I offer them disappears, which in turn forces me to act differently.

How is it possible to combine these things for someone who, for example, doesn’t study with you and has no possibility of receiving an explanation from you?

Answer: When we delve into the world from the viewpoint of high-level psychology and physics, we begin to see that it works quite differently.

On the Internet, there is a vast amount of material about this subject. Scientists, psychologists, and sociologists are already beginning to understand this. People understand that this world is not what we see in our minds, in our five senses, but it is something else. So what is it? It is possible to feel by changing our organs of perception, our program of thinking?

And, it is not necessary to be born anew for this. It is enough to stay the same person. Just as we can install a few programs in our computer, so is it also possible to install a few programs in us. For this, however, we need to study. If a person wants to come to me as a student and become included in our framework of studies, then he will gradually acquire this system.

Answer: I am sure that the future of Israel and its fate has no connection with technologies, science, industry, banking business, army, weapons, or the relationship between us and our neighbors.

I am sure that everything depends only on the ability of Israel’s society to restructure itself according to the new requirements for humanity. Everything depends on the degree of its unity, equality, harmony, and how much people will be able to connect into one integral system. Then they will start living in harmony with the surrounding nature. Practically, the whole goodness which can manifest in humanity and society depends on this.

Question: If a person has a health problem and goes to the doctor, he is given a prescription for a certain medicine and, then for another, then another, and so on. The principle of integrality is based on the fact that illness is the body’s wise, natural response to a person’s wrong doings; if a person changes, he will not have to depend on medication. This principle was used by ancient Chinese medicine that cared about the balance of a person’s body, between a person and nature, between him and other people, and between a person and himself. So how can we come to balance between a person and nature?

Answer: First, people must be taught the principles of integral education. They should know what man, nature, and the balance between man and nature are, what a society is, what the balance between a person and his social environment that surrounds him is, and about the balance with the society, with the family, and with himself.

All this is integral education, and it includes great knowledge. It is enough, however, to teach a person the basis for understanding these categories without going into great depth, so that he will understand what he should do.

After that, we should conduct workshops and training courses in which people will learn what balance with the environment really is. This balance is built on the simple principle of communicating vessels (connected vessels)—in every society, there is mutual penetration when people connect—so, if in one area there is excess temperature, pressure, or other parameters, they penetrate the places where there is a lack of it, according to size, volume, force, and intensity. These processes of mutual penetration take place until absolute balance in every area of society is achieved.

This happens on all levels of nature: mental, psychological, physical, intellectual, and others.

So, all our training is based on the notion of enabling people to come in contact with the world around them in this manner, but first, not with the still matter, the vegetative, and the animate, but with other people.

If a person enters the level of the right balance between himself and others like him, then it naturally automatically balances him individually and in his relationship with his environment. It is because a person’s communication with others is the best and most efficient means for self-correction, for self-change, for self-control with regard to others, and so forth.

Thus, we get the  most accurate picture and the options one has in order to bestow most efficiently on others. So, all our integral education programs are based on mutual cooperation between people and not on a person’s cooperation with nature or with himself in front of the mirror as some kind of inner psychoanalysis. It is attained only between people.

Question: At this time, the entire healthcare system in many countries is being transferred to government rails and pretty much reminds one of a conveyor belt. Physicians strive to see as many patients as possible and spend as little time with them as they can. In order to get additional attention from their doctors, patients have to pay extra money.

Throughout the entire era of medical field development, doctors have never been rich. They were famous, knowledgeable, but never wealthy. In accordance with the advancement of desires, the aspiration to be rich comes first. After that, there comes a desire to be respected and famous, whereas an aspiration to become knowledgeable follows all of them. In medicine, it works the other way around. Why has our medical system fallen so low? Why does it value money before respect, knowledge, and even before the desire to help others?

Answer: This phenomenon is going on not only in the field of medicine, but in all spheres of human activities. People (as opposed to inanimate, animate, and vegetative matter) constantly grow due to their egoism, the basis of human nature. Our desires become more egoistic; they increasingly control us, thus detaching us from each other.

At some point, we lived in big families, but now we reject having even a small family. Everybody wants to live separately nowadays; the number of divorces increases, people don’t want to marry, have children, etc. Our egoism has grown to a level where it separates us much more strongly than before and instead of elevating our desire to obtain knowledge, attain, and achieve, it brings money forward and makes our lives very pragmatic. The entire world depends on money; everything is subject to money. Money is power.

Previously, respect, glory, and power were not contingent upon money. Honor was above everything. During the last one hundred years, our egoism grew to the extent that we can see nothing except dollar signs. All spheres of human activity such as science, arts, or any kind of creativity that continue to attract many people previously were considered noble; things like poetry or scientific research made many artists and scientists sacrifice their lives. Nobody considers them worthy any more.

Today, things like arts and science are fully controlled and completely suppressed by money. Artists and scientists simply have to comply with this level. Sometimes they still experience self-sacrificing tendencies, but they have to suppress them right away. Artists and scientists are kept in narrow frames because they understand that their success directly depends on their sponsors’ support and on the size of their bank account.

Nowadays, spheres of life that are extremely dear to us directly depend on money because prevailing financial systems buy them out, thus taking them under their direct governance. All of the above also applies to mass media that completely depends on those who pay them.

Even education in schools doesn’t get due attention because its goal is to promote a herd instinct in students and suppress their individuality so that they don’t cultivate a benevolent, non-financial, unselfish attitude. By doing so, it makes it very easy to determine how much one is worth, how much one can buy, and who is in control.

The last half-century demonstrates the same tendency in the healthcare system all over the world. The principal reason for it is the fact that this field is extremely sought after. Almost everybody uses it: We are born into this system; we continue our development in it, we have to constantly use it, and we end our lives within the same system too. So, the field of medicine is extremely “fertile” and brings enormous remunerations, thus making doctors rich and allowing them to take advantage of the system.

Moreover, our reliance on numerous medications (most of the time not even needed) prescribed by doctors no matter whether they are really necessary, obligates us to take them; it translates into enormous profits. Even if medications don’t cost much, their sales still turn the healthcare system into a monopoly that constantly drains resources from the population. That’s why numerous rumors are being spread about “terrible diseases,” various threats, etc.

This explains why there is great competition among drug manufacturers. Moreover, a lot of unnecessary “diagnostic” equipment is produced. The circles that financially take advantage of this state of affairs pressure their governments to include medical-related expenses into a basket of “free” and “mandatory” health care. In other words, we are tied up with a system that exploits us at our own expense; we all are completely defenseless here.

Alongside the mandatory, state healthcare system, there is also a private sector that is much more expensive and even more unexplainable. Of course, it justifies itself to a certain point, since private doctors simply have to cure their patients; otherwise, they won’t have clientele. On the other hand, people have to pay very high costs to receive proper treatments. So, humanity has already received all sorts of proofs that egoism is the main cause of the devastation of our health and that it prevents us from the correct way of life.

These doctrines apply not only to healthcare, since health starts with pure air, balanced food, good ecology, and a caring attitude toward each other. That’s why all of life requires correction in order to build a good basis for maintaining human health.

The big question is if today this task coincides with doctors, pharmaceutical and medical equipment manufacturers health care interests. One thing is very obvious: common people suffer from the way it’s currently arranged.

Question: Why does the desire to resemble the Creator appear in a person?

Answer: That is called a gradual approach to confronting Mount Sinai when I have prepared myself for a new system of values to be formed within me, when the attribute of bestowal becomes for me the highest and most important quality, and although I have no previous conditions for this, I am ready to part with everything for it.

This desire penetrates through the point in the heart that from the beginning exists in each person. But if it is still asleep, lost within the depths of a person’s ego, then there is nothing to be done. One needs to bring it out though gradual influence in a suitable environment that will awaken this point through all kinds of egoistic actions and influences perceived correctly by the person, and a person will feel that it’s worthwhile to do this since the environment confirms it.

This means that we wash and cleanse these layers in order to reach the point in the heart, and when it begins to come forward, a person is willing to give everything in order to realize it.

This is because the questions are unable to receive an answer in the egoistic dimension. This is the result of the previous steps of the influence of the Light on it. Concerning all the questions about his ego, a person gives one answer: “Because that is what I want!” After all, there is no other way to answer the ego. He is not able to justify this unacceptable act from his viewpoint.

However, one needs to approach this gradually. Thus, we need to understand that our dissemination of this system to the world should be done to the same extent that the world agrees and is ready to listen. And on the other hand, the general crisis operates in such a way that people are already able to listen to it.

Question: We encounter a phenomenon whereby people systematically participate in the program of integral education and happily come to workshops, but in their spare time, they disconnect until the next workshop. They pass their time in front of a television or on the Internet, and so on. What is this phenomenon? How can we work with it?

Answer: One can understand these people. The issue is that a person doesn’t feel the need at each moment to look at his life via the feeling of integrality with the entire nature. After all, he isn’t connected to nature. He lies on the sofa and watches television. It’s simply the beastly state.

By no means do I want to humiliate people; I’m simply talking about what is natural to our bodies. A person wants to relax: to sit on the sofa, to drink beer. The body pulls a person to this.

If during this time he was in some society, then various associations with what he feels now or felt during the workshop would appear to him there. But since this is his individual state, and he now disconnects from the world (watches pictures on the screen), then he simply rests from everything, disconnects, enters the beastly state. It will slowly pass.

I hope that at some stage the workshops will appear on television. They will be more interesting, attractive, and sharp, akin to all kinds of television series. Perhaps they will be arranged and structured so that the viewers will be able to take an active part in them: to sing together with the workshop participants, to act with them in all kinds of theatrical scenes, and so on.

All of that can become a special kind of art where there is a clear direction: to create a harmonious society from all of these situation. And all of this will happen in front of the viewers and will draw them inside, within the mutual activity. We are just beginning this work, and I hope that if not us, then those who will come after us will enrich it with manifestations of inter-relationships that are more and more integral.
