Question: A gene is a unit of heredity in a living organism and a genome is the total collection of DNA that carries all the information about a living organism. What is the genome of the soul?

Answer: Our world consists of all kinds of physical forces working in such a way that each wants to dominate the other. The network of these forces, intertwined at the level of inanimate, vegetative, animate, and even human nature, these thoughts and feelings, are egoistic in that each wants to subjugate the others.

And there are forces that act in the opposite order, only we do not notice them and do not see nor feel them. They act in the opposite direction and do not want to compete with each other, but instead want to observe certain interactions to help each other. We usually call these forces spiritual because we do not observe such forces in the material world.

We see plus and minus, but these are material forces. The relationship between people can also be positive and negative.

Our world is a collection of negative forces because we perceive it that way. If we wanted to feel its second, positive half, meaning, the positive relationship of forces and thoughts in relation to each other, then we would have to change ourselves.

The wisdom of Kabbalah explains how we can change in order to begin to feel positive forces, the forces of goodness, the right attitude toward each other, and connection with each other; how we do it, study it, arrive at it, and develop in it is the purpose of the study of Kabbalah.

Question: It is very difficult for us to break through all the actions and external forms to the feeling of one inner heart, one soul. Physically, this is much more difficult to do than virtually. How can we enter into the feeling of one soul, one heart, and raise a prayer from it despite all external actions?

Answer: Only if everyone makes more and more efforts and asks the Creator to remove all the distances and barriers between us. This, in principle, is the prayer – the biggest, most correct, most clear, when we ask the Creator to return us to our original state after we fell into egoism. He purposely created the ego. That’s why He says: “I created egoism and gave you a method of correcting it.”

We need Him to teach us how to use the method of correction correctly so that we remove the egoism that He created on purpose and will be able to fully reveal the Creator between us! We will try.

Question: We should all ask for the same thing. We must have a general picture of this condition. What exactly should we ask for?

Answer: What each one depicts for himself, do not be afraid, ask, shout, demand, and pray. The Creator accepts everything. Because, as you will later feel, it is He who gives you the opportunity to turn this request to Him. The Creator puts the prayer in our mouths.

Comment: Scientists wonder how the instantaneous transmission of information is carried out. The concept of time in communication between cells disappears; therefore, researchers say that the paradigm of transmission by the nervous system is incorrect since the impulse rate of the nervous system is very small. Here everything happens instantly.

They face a problem that, in principle, they cannot explain, and tend to consider it a wave transmission of information.

My Response: There are many theories on this topic. But none of them will give an explanation anyway, even with the help of waves because waves are time, length, and frequency. We will not be able to get out of this problem.

But, as scientists guess, it looks like a holographic picture of the world when it is all in one volume. The system is absolutely closed, integral, and analog in which absolutely everything is connected to each other out of time, that is, time is zero.

There is practically no space between all the objects. And we feel them as existing at some distance from each other, as interacting in some kind of wave, time process. In fact, there is none of this. Distance, time, movement, interaction, all this is superimposed on one single integral picture of nature by our egoistic perception.

When I look at an object, I begin to divide it into parts with my egoism, to see the distance between these parts, to paint the connection between objects. That’s how I perceive it because that’s how I’m built.

And if I were arranged in the same way as this object, integral, global, and located outside of my egoism that divides everything and treats everything from the position of how much closer or further away from me the object is, and how much more useful or harmful this or that phenomenon is to me, then I would not share anything.

I would perceive these objects as one whole, and I would have no distance between them, no time, no movement, no transmission of information, and everything would be instantaneous, in one place.

That is, it all depends on the person. And until he corrects himself to an integral system, he will not be able to correctly perceive the system of nature, because it is integral.

Question: Let’s say it is written in our Reshimot that there should be a war or some other terrible state, how will I feel they depends on me? Is it possible to change it that there would be no war?

Answer: You can change it. This is not recorded in the Reshimot, it depends on the connection between people.

Question: How should we understand what is recorded and what is not?

Answer: The basic laws of nature are recorded and you can only change your attitude toward them, like in the example of school where for one child the years of study last endlessly, and for another they fly by very quickly.

But if you can change a person, it is a completely different state. Then you change his attitude to the perception of the world, and he already feels these ten school years as ten days.

Question: But still, if the war is recorded in the Reshimot, is this the state of humanity?

Answer: No. It is recorded once, and you can change everything. For example, I know that when I went to school for me this half a day was wasted. And when I ran outside after school and played with the guys, it was like five minutes for me. Why can it not be the other way around?

It all depends on the person. There is no time, it depends only on our perception.

Question: That is, in principle, the war is recorded, but how we will perceive it and how it will take place depends on us. Could it be some kind of internal human war?

Answer: It can be a flick and that’s it.

We will still have to go into another field of research when we ourselves, like Alice in Wonderland, have to build a completely different system: integral, global, interconnected, and based on total bestowing and dependence on each other.

Question: Man has invented photography and movie cameras that capture reality as we see it, meaning subjective reality. You say that if we change our senses, then reality will be perceived differently.

Why does the camera still capture everything in our sensors? If we had other sensors, would we see something different in the captured photo?

Answer: The fact is that nothing is actually fixed, it is all inside us. That is why it is hard for me to explain it.

Everything is inside a person and depends only on which Reshimot are triggered in him, what exactly they draw to him, and he now sees it from the outside.

Question: There are a lot of your recordings in the archive. I’m reviewing some of the videos that we recorded three years ago, and I’m surprised how much they contain information that was at that time imperceptible.

Answer: Of course, you didn’t feel it then, but you do now.

What does it mean to record information? This is the Reshimot, their implementation. There is nothing else.

The Reshimo consists of two parts: from the power of the Reshimo, Aviut (that is, the power of desire) and the Reshimo de-Itlabshut (the power of attainment, the magnitude of attainment). Therefore, there is a record of absolutely everything, everything is included in the Reshimo. Question: What is the main function of Reshimot?

Answer: The main function of Reshimot is an informational record of all your future states. However, this is just a record. How it will be manifested within you depends on you.

When you begin to enter these states with your senses, the way you will feel this will depend on your attitude toward them. A person who wants to develop spiritually will feel this in one way, and a person who wants to develop differently will feel this in another way.

For example, a child is brought to school where he is given various tasks. One child shouts: “Why do I need this?! For how many years will it go on like this?!” He is told: “Ten years.” And he is ready to just jump out the window.

And the other kid comes to school, and he likes it, he is happy to complete tasks, for him ten years fly by very quickly.

Question: Are prophetic dreams a certain kind of attainment?

Answer: Prophetic dreams, which many people like to talk about, have nothing to do with Kabbalah. A person cannot fall asleep, wake up, and remember his dream, as it is said about the Pharaoh and other characters in the sagas of ancient Egypt.

In fact, none of this exists! There are other states that we can call that, but not what happened to Pharaoh or anyone else.

A person who is in contact with the Creator has a certain attainment of the Creator, which can be called a dream. But this is not a dream.

For example, in the Psalms of David it is written: “We were like them that dream” (Psalms 126:1). The point is that when we return to the full attainment of the Creator, we will realize that all our past attainments were like in a dream. It was not a full degree, but only six degrees out of ten.

Question: It may seem that way to us, but we are not in fact talking about our world?

Answer: No! What does our world have to do with it? It is generally considered imaginary by us.

Comment: It is interesting that all this is written about the spiritual, but nothing is said about our world. We live here and we want to know what’s going on here.

My Response: Nothing is happening here. If we want something to happen, we must become similar to the Creator. As we become like Him, we will begin to feel where we are and how this world is moving.

Question: But we exist in this world, in this body. I would like to know how much a person should sleep at all, even a Kabbalist since he also lives in a physiological body?

Answer: The minimum amount of sleep time should be equal to the horse’s sleep – 60 breaths. This is how a horse usually sleeps, then wakes up and sleeps again, and wakes up again. This is minimal sleep. In general, sleep should last six hours; not even in a row, but in general, during a day.

Question: People have long been interested in the nature of dreams and dreaming. What is a dream from a spiritual point of view?

Answer: I have been studying Kabbalah for many decades and have not seen anything that coincides with what ordinary people say and think about dreams.

A Kabbalist has spiritual states, which are called VAK—incomplete attainment of the spiritual world. They can be called a dream. But the dream of an ordinary person in our world has nothing to do with this.

Therefore, Kabbalah does not deal with dreams, nor does it interpret dreams. All sorts of things are attributed to it, but in fact, there is nothing of this in Kabbalah.

Question: How do you like this idea?

Answer: In principle, of course, controlling a person with pain is a thing as old as the world.

Question: But to create reality, meta reality, as if taking a person away from this pain into another pain? In pain again?

Answer: Naturally. We can’t do without it. Otherwise, we cannot define ourselves —where we are, who I am, and whether I exist at all. If you remove sensations of pain from a person, everything will disappear.

I’m sitting in an armchair right now. The armchair presses on me, I feel pain, pressure. And the pressure feels good to me. But this is, in principle, a small pain.

And if I pass a certain pain threshold, then I begin to feel that it is unpleasant for me. Then I have to move away from this object, from this source.

And so I am controlled everywhere and in everything: from cold and hunger, heat, pressure, everything! That’s how I’ve been led primitively from pain to non-pain in every dimension, in every relationship.

Question: So you think what they are doing is right? Is it necessary to introduce pain even into virtual reality?

Answer: Otherwise it will not be a reality, even virtual.

Question: You are always talking about the passage of a person into the spiritual spheres, into the spiritual world. Is there pain there?

Answer: Yes, of course. If there is a feeling of “plus and minus,” then there is pain and pleasure. The pain of being far from the Creator and the pleasure of being closer to Him. It’s very simple. But, in principle, the parameters are the same.

Question: Can we say that this is the root of all the pains in our world: my remoteness from the Creator or my closeness?

Answer: Yes, of course.

Question: And what we are going through here in this world is our withdrawal from the Creator?

Answer: Yes, it teaches us how we can approach Him.

Question: And all these crazy wars, are they all from the same sphere?

Answer: Yes, of course. Inevitably. This is the only way to teach a person.

Question: How can we make all this turn into different pain in our world?

Answer: In our world, we can do it very simply. Each of us has to put ourselves in a very clear direction. If I get closer to others, and through them to the Creator, then I have to imagine it as pleasure. If I move away from the connection with others and thus from the Creator, I feel pain. That’s the state I need to come to. This will be called the revelation of the spiritual relationship.

Question: In principle, is this a way of revealing the Creator, which means the gradual disappearance of wars, suffering, tragedies, so to say, from me, from this world?

Answer: I don’t even think about it. I think about how I can get closer to others and through them to the Creator, so that it will be my pleasure.

Question: Then reveal the secret, please, how to get pleasure from connection with others?

Answer: Ask the Creator, there is nothing else. There is no other action that will help you.

Question: There is only prayer in this world so that I can get closer to others and so get closer to the Creator. Maybe there is another way?

Answer: No, you can’t. It won’t do much here. You’ll be turning as if you’re in a frying pan but not going anywhere.
