Question: The Merriam Webster dictionary has named “gaslighting” as the word of the year. It means the psychological manipulation of a person that makes him doubt the accuracy of his own thoughts or perception of reality and leads to a loss of confidence and to dependence on the manipulator.

They say that in our age of fake news, conspiracy theories, and propaganda, gaslighting has become the main thing. Can we dodge gaslighting, or will it reach us everywhere?

Answer: It depends on the kind of person one is. It depends on the individual. One should have his own serious defense against this, his personal basic worldview.

Question: So one cannot be pushed from this worldview?

Answer: There are, of course, different stages in this matter. But the one who has serious preparation in this can’t be pushed.

Question: What could it be? After all, propaganda and all this gaslighting penetrate into all holes.

Answer: This gaslighting wants to explain to a person that he is controlled. And a person should feel that he controls himself. And here arises the single combat of a person with those who encroach on his independence.

Question: Is this really an encroachment?

Answer: Yes! Big time! This is enslavement. But what will you do? That is the world.

Comment: In principle, we see that almost 90 percent are subject to enslavement.

My Response: And they want it, too!

Question: So a person should resist this, to the point where it is either death or resistance?

Answer: Not to that extent! A person just needs to understand that he can be subjected to such a mental, psychic attack, and that after that he will no longer have freewill. And to avoid this he must build himself.

Question: What kind of core in a person is it that he has to build in himself?

Answer: To do with oneself what others want to do with him. That is, others want to impose on him some kind of their point of view, worldview, or attitude to the world, and he builds it all himself!

Question: So he is ahead of them and builds himself?

Answer: Yes. Moreover, he is so ahead of them that he can fight them. He can put a wall between himself and them. That is what we need to understand.

Question: What does this wall consist of?

Answer: This wall consists of confidence in my own method of building the world in myself the way I want it to be. And that is it.

Question: What kind of wall will hold? What kind of world should I build that can withstand?

Answer: As materialistic as possible, which will resist any attempts to hack this inner world of a person.

Question: Is it possible only for strong people, or is almost everyone capable of this?

Answer: No, I don’t think everyone is capable of this. But in principle, this can be taught and people can be pulled out of dependence, from such a sub-level, slavish state.

Today, absolutely everyone is in a state where they are controlled; thoughts, pictures, points of view, and so on are imposed on them. Humanity is crawling back into the caves.

Comment: There is a very interesting observation. There are millions of views on the Internet about those who have gone somewhere, to some kind of isolated community. Someone has gone to the taiga and has been living there alone for 20 or 30 years. A person leaves on his own, and that’s it, he leaves other people behind. And people watch and write comments like “I wish I could do that.”

My Response: Yes, but it’s not easy.

Comment: This is the wall that one has built. And you propose to do it in the active world.

My Response: Absolutely active, without changing anything—only inside yourself.

Question: How do you do it? Give us some practical advice.

Answer: I built such a wall in myself, as if I shut myself off from the world, from everyone. I live inside myself quietly and alone. No one suspects that I live like this.

My Response: The secret is very simple. Question: When Nelson Mandela passed away, the whole world started talking about how much he had done for humanity. This man spent 27 years in prison and did not change his views even under the pressure. He is counted among the ranks of the greatest people.

To what extent is such a person internally sincere?

Answer: Human nature is absolute egoism, shallow, and petty, even among so-called altruists and good citizens.

I think that Nelson Mandela did not spend all these years in prison in vain and that he realized what was happening in his country. His main task was the future of the country. He knew that if there would not be the right combination between different layers of the population and different races, it would be bad for everyone. Therefore, when he was released, he first engaged in balancing these parts of the population, and not by raising hatred of one against the other. This was his merit.

Having reasonably weighed all the pros and cons, he set a course for the unification of society. He did not allow a civil war to develop and hatred to plunge the country into all kinds of problems, provocations, and so on.

This was his great contribution and example for all humanity: it is necessary to rise above everything that was in the past, to cross out everything, and develop only together. I do not idealize his actions, but what happened is indeed rare.

The same had happened in Israel. This is a well-known story. When Israel was recognized as a state, the Arabs immediately invaded its territory. The Israelis had no weapons, one rifle for several people. And then the ship Altalena was sent to help with weapons and reinforcement.

But since there were two parties here, the socialist-communist and another, opposite to it, the party that was stronger then sank this ship with weapons right off the shore. As a result, several people died, but the rest were rescued.

This could have served as a justification for a civil war. But Menachem Begin, the leader of one of the parties, said: “No, we will not take revenge on anyone. We will leave everything as is and we will fight against the common enemy.”

There are such examples in history when a great leader takes a step above his I, above egoism, above taking revenge or putting himself on top.

Such people understand that it is necessary to act for the sake of the higher goal. But this is a rarity in history.

It will be the energy of the spiritual level, which appears simply from zero. This energy will give us light, heat, and it will work between us. We will be able to generate this energy with the power of thought alone.

We are talking about extracting from matter the concealed internal energy contained in it, which was placed there by the thought of creation. Then we will no longer need to build any power plants, we will receive energy without any auxiliary means, rather just in thought. It will be such energy that can be used for any purpose.

Even today we do not really understand what electricity is, we just learned how to use it. But here we are talking about the energy of a completely different level. However, the upper governance will not give us access to such super-energy until humanity corrects itself. We can come closer to it only if we want to use it only for the benefit of people.

To the extent that a person can act for the benefit of the other, for the sake of uniting people, he will receive permission to use the energy concealed inside matter. To do this, we need to short-circuit two forces on each other: the upper force of the Creator and the lower force of creation

The year 2022 was marked by difficult events: war, climate change, protest demonstrations around the world, and much more.

This year has been difficult for humanity, and we enter 2023 with a feeling of complete uncertainty about the future. The one thing that is clear is that we are facing a very difficult period accompanied by high inflation and unrest in different countries.

People do not want to understand each other; countries cannot make peace and stop wars. There are many problems: climate change, epidemics, fires, water and electricity outages. Humanity does not behave correctly, and therefore, with every year our life is falling apart more and more. And in this new year 2023 we will have to realize this.

Unfortunately, humanity has not learned any lessons from the past year; it has not made any attempts to improve and change, but simply continues to sail with the flow of life to where this stream carries it.

I look at the future of humanity very skeptically because we don’t have enough intelligence to work on our mistakes, as at school we worked on mistakes so as not to repeat them again. And therefore, there is concern about how we will move forward. Everyone looks to the future with great uncertainty and does not know what to do with our lives and how to resist our egoism.

It is unclear where to put radioactive waste from nuclear power plants and from weapons, from nuclear bombs. The problem has grown so much that it is already out of our control. Who knows how it might end.

We see that two countries, Russia and Ukraine, are waging a war that has no end in sight. The confrontation is only intensifying; the last thing left is for it to turn into a nuclear war. China demands to expand its zone of influence in the world, and conflicts are growing in other countries. I don’t see a good future for the world ahead.

It looks like we will have to go through the realization of the evil of our nature and answer for all the mistakes made in the past and the ones we are committing today. And after that, we may have hope to come to a good life.

And the main thing that we lack is the heart! We do not have a cordial attitude toward each other, and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot feel someone else’s pain, and we cannot unite to help each other. We burn and destroy natural resources, destroy the globe, and at the same time we cannot have a good life.

To fix everything, we need to change a person, and we do not want to learn this and do not even believe that this is possible. We have not yet come to the realization of evil and do not know what the true cause of such a comprehensive crisis around the world is. The true enemy of man is his egoism. And even if we sometimes admit it, we don’t know how to resist our ego.

Therefore, we still lack a genuine recognition of evil.

We need to rethink our past and draw the right conclusions from it for the future. Everyone already understands that by continuing in the old way, we are burying ourselves. After all, we have neither mind nor heart, our only acquisition is a weapon with which we can destroy the entire globe. And with all this, we are not able to stop and turn to a new path.

Even the upper governance cannot say exactly what our future will be because a person is given freedom of choice. Humanity can determine for itself the way it wants to move forward. Whether he will be good or bad depends on our choice, both today and tomorrow.

Judging by what is happening with humanity regarding the overall process of development, which is bound to lead us to the intended goal, we are facing a difficult period in the coming year 2023.

I hope that we will not reach a world nuclear war, and it seems unlikely to me. But nevertheless, difficult challenges are waiting for us all over the world. And in the end they will lead us to find a true solution and agree to change the relationships between us for the better.

These problems are already visible on the horizon: poor ecology, food shortages, and all kinds of natural disasters. All these problems will be very severe and will manifest themselves on a global scale; therefore, I am not greeting the new year with joy.

It is not just about war, but about the relationships between people. After all, a war can be ended somehow, but to correct human relations requires long study, clarity, the right approach, and a sense of pain that is exacerbated in every person and in all nations and countries.

Only if it becomes obvious to everyone that we have no hope for a better future if we do not get closer to each other, only under this condition will we embark on the path to a good future.

In the new year all the old problems that we already had in 2022 will intensify. After all, we have done nothing to eliminate them. First of all we need to survive this winter of 2022 – 2023, and only then will we see what happens next. There are big problems with drinking water, with food, and with wheat. I really hope that humanity will not destroy products, but will rather come to such a distribution between countries that there is enough for everyone to exist. But so far there is no solution to this.

The coronavirus epidemic is no longer so acute, but other problems will come that are even greater: new epidemics in the world in different forms. After all, if we don’t fix our relationships, then we let all these problems out and let them blow up human society.

It is hard to talk about it, but it looks like we have reached a critical point for our survival. We do not understand how weak man is and that we are in conflict with forces of nature that we cannot resist. Nature will come down on us with even greater force, with such floods and earthquakes that it will be impossible to live on this planet.

The main problems will be from the climate, and this is a difficulty because we cannot stop nature. Relations between warring countries can still be settled somehow. But it is impossible to resist the forces of nature and eliminate natural disasters.

There is only one way to do this—through the correction of relations between people, and we are very far from that. After all, human relationships require the consent of hearts to become closer to each other.

What is required here is not material acquisition, like the purchase of gas or oil, but rather a cordial attitude of one to the other. But we are absolutely not capable of this yet. That is why I look forward with anxiety to the future, which depends entirely on good relations between all people.

We are not able to open our hearts to each other. Everyone’s heart is locked with many locks and does not want to understand that the opening and rapprochement of hearts is the solution to all our troubles. And yet humanity has been given the opportunity to correct itself. We still have a chance. It is not hopeless.

And it moves not only spontaneously, but also intentionally, with the help of all kinds of technologies. We know that. The world is moving toward a state where problems will be everywhere.

Through them, people will begin to understand each other more. And then it will nevertheless be easier for them to make decisions; everyone has the same disaster, the same problems. Each, based on what he feels inside himself, will understand the other better; otherwise, “the one who is full does not understand the hungry.”

By suffering from the same problems, we will no longer look down on each other, but from on our common problem. And although it is not common, but simply the same for everyone, based on this, we will think of it as a common problem, and this will unite us.

Answer: I think the world is beginning to see the light. The world is beginning to realize where it has driven itself or where it has allowed itself to be driven. And I think next year will be a year of real epiphany. The turning point. When even America and especially Europe will change.

Comment: Everyone is awaiting the next year with horror, with great fear.

My Response: On the contrary, I believe that this will be the year of awakening, the realization that there definitely cannot be a nuclear war. And there can be no war at all. We have already seen this, and we are seeing it now. In general, we have reached a good finale.

Question: But Alexander asks about empathy: will we lose it or will we not lose it? What will happen to it, to empathy?

Answer: No empathy is needed. We must just understand that we have to do everything to give the world the right idea of what is good and what is bad. Everyone should realize that no one has the right to raise their hand against each other. No one has the right to threaten with force. That is when we will see the real world.

Question: What feelings will prevail in humanity, in men, in this new world to which you are going? What will a person think about?

Answer: A person will think only about one thing: how to develop in the direction of good, how he can show kindness to everyone.

Comment: I want it so much! And it seems that it is so far away.

My Response: No. They will come to this, of course. We have nowhere to go. But we need to talk about it more. And try to make it come true faster.

Question: But this point of goodness, connection, and so on, can it awaken in a person in whom it did not exist? He, on the contrary, was completely different, he was a hawk. Can this point manifest itself in him?

Answer: He will get this feeling that this is the way humanity should live.

Question: Where does it come from to him—to such a person?

Answer: From the environment. Through the air.

Question: He will wake up one day, there will be a snap, and he will say: “How did I live?”

Answer: Yes. That there is no other way to live. That you can only live by giving, as it is no longer possible to prove to people that you will not achieve anything by “With a stick to happiness.”

Humanity is in such period in history when we are revealing even more clearly that our development was wrong. After all, it was dictated by evil egoistic forces, and therefore was constantly accompanied by wars, conflicts, problems, and fears. Eventually we need to join the force of good.

We have no idea how different such a life is from our current existence. This is the entire essence of the wisdom of Kabbalah; it speaks about the collection of forces available in nature, how we can reveal them, bring them closer to us, come closer to each other through them, and begin to assemble the system as it existed before the shattering of the system of the common soul Adam HaRishon.

In this system, everyone was connected together and understood each other as if they belonged to one body, one mind, and with common desire and intention as one single whole. This is the way the organs in a healthy body exist,  each organ knows what it must do to maintain the life of all other organs.

Therefore, Kabbalists advise us to work in a group in order to gradually feel how mutual support helps us uncover a system called Adam, that is, similar (Domeh) to the Creator, the force of bestowal. We will really feel together as one force with one mind and one feeling in love and unity.

For this purpose we organize Kabbalistic groups through which we try to learn how to exist according to the laws of connection and climb to the second floor of reality.

Then we will reveal the universe in its true form and find out that the universe is much broader and more interconnected than we thought. We get to know the forces of nature by seeing how they permeate this world from end to end. It means, to attain the Creator, the upper force, by rising to His level.
