Baal HaSulam, Letter 25: Initially every soul is already in a perfect state. It is encased in an EGO-shell only in order to be freed of the shame of gratuitous reception. By that it is liberated from the EGO, turning reception into bestowal.
And therein lies its reward—in adhesion.

The next stage of societal development is unification in societies above their internal egoism. And then—above societies. All the processes must occur in all societies-countries.
In the USSR, China and so forth, they thought they could skip capitalistic EGO-development.
But it’s inevitable!

Under developing #capitalism, any person can reach the greatest heights. But nature is founded on egoism, which has a peculiar character to its development. Accumulation of #wealth has halted the opportunities for growth for all.
Those who are successful have blocked the development of all. They became aristocrats. The period of growth is over.

Question: How can we scientifically explain, without mysticism or religious miracles, that reading the books written by Kabbalists helps correct our intention and change one’s inner state?

Answer: What does mysticism or religion have to do with it? Neither are part of Kabbalah.

Reading Kabbalistic books helps orient you internally toward a goal because they speak of how your soul should be aimed toward it. The same way we tune a musical instrument, we tune ourselves by reading Kabbalistic books.

This tuning fork comes through the books. Try reading them and you will feel it. In no way should you deafen it with any religious precepts, obligations, or various mystical bemusements.

Question: What is a true desire according to Kabbalah? Is it when all other desires disappear or become insignificant?

Answer: Nothing disappears, nothing is lost; only the importance of each desire rises or diminishes.

Question: Can a ten develop incorrectly?

Answer: Certainly. There are thousands of ways to develop incorrectly and only one way to develop correctly. The threat of the incorrect development of a ten is always present.

Question: Who or what is testing a person on the spiritual path?

Answer: It is the properties of the Creator to which one must adjust to a particular degree, in a particular style, in every step of one’s spiritual development. A person must constantly adapt him or herself while passing through the stages of development and adjust to the properties of the Creator.

Question: How is it possible to learn to hold onto two lines simultaneously and not fall into one of them?

Answer: Realize yourself in the group in a way that you will not harm the group with your egoism and then you will feel balance and will maintain this condition.

Question: If I finished an introductory course together with a friend and then entered a ten while my friend remained as a guest, how should I relate to him: as a friend or as a guest?

Answer: Relate to him as a guest. It is only to the degree that he participates in a group that he is your friend.

Question: Are there different correct scenarios for the development of events on the spiritual path? How do you want the same thing that the Creator wants from you?

Answer: The Creator wants only one thing from you: for you to get as close as possible to the group. Then He will be able to be revealed in it. Try, that is all that He is waiting for.

Question: Is it possible to combine creative activity with the wisdom of Kabbalah?

Answer: Activity is activity, and Kabbalah is Kabbalah. Do not mix one with the other. It will give you nothing. You will get confused in this and in that. Moreover, in the end, you will fail in both.

Question: How should one accept gratitude from friends?

Answer: Accept it as manifestation of their love for you, which means that you must relate to them in the same way. At the same time, thank the Creator because if He did not want this, it would not happen.

Sex, the natural element, became artificial and took over everything, leaving a technical act in place of emotional contact. The result was emptiness. It turns out that we lack an understanding of what sex, love, masculinity, and femininity are. We need to investigate and create new male – female relationships with a higher attachment, above sex, in the middle line, through a joint heart.
