In the News (from National Geographic): “Cows With Names Yield More Milk, British Study Finds”  “By giving a cow a name and treating her as an individual, farmers can increase their annual milk yield by almost 500 pints,” scientists at Newcastle University in the UK say. “Just as people respond better to the personal touch, cows also feel happier and more relaxed if they are given a bit more one-to-one attention,” explains C. Douglas, who works in the School of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development at Newcastle University. “Calling a cow by her name or interacting with the animal more as it grows up, we can not only improve the animal’s welfare and her perception of humans, but also increase milk production.”

My Comment: You can achieve more through love and relaxation than through hatred and force. Maybe it’s time we tried the same approach with people?

In the News (from Times Online): “Hitler returns to front page as Nazi era papers hit the streets” The headlines leaping out from German newsstands yesterday were shocking… “Hitler Chancellor of the Reich!” was the lead story… Masterminded by a British publisher, facsimiles of original Nazi-era newspapers are being reproduced… kiosks in Berlin are reporting brisk sales… Mr. McGee has been given special dispensation to reproduce the Nazi propaganda with all its insignia for its historical value.

My Comment: Kabbalah explains that there are two ways out of the crisis:

• “The Path of Suffering” – Nazism in the developed countries and terrorism in the third-world countries;

• “The Path of Light” – correcting ourselves to become similar to nature.

Actually, the path of suffering isn’t really a path, but a brief period until we realize that this path leads to a dead end. It may also include the third and fourth nuclear world wars, which will last until we realize that it’s necessary to correct ourselves.

My Comment: People are no longer making predictions that the crisis will be over in “a few months” or “a few years,” but are starting to understand that the world is becoming different forever! They are gaining a qualitatively new understanding of what’s happening!

Now we have to wait for more people to start thinking this way. They will then look for a way to exist and interact in the new world. And if they’ll be able to hear Kabbalah’s solution, they will reduce the period of searching and suffering.

His only condition is that they stop all weather broadcasts for the period of the month in which he will be doing his work [because when millions of people watch these forecasts daily, they influence nature with the power of their thoughts].

My Comment: We influence Nature (the Creator) with the power of our thoughts. This is how we intervene in the Plan of our development, and in return we receive the same influence we caused and altered.

If all of us together direct our thoughts toward goodness, we will change our fate. Right now every person thinks in his own favor, against others; therefore, our thoughts don’t converge into one, good thought, but evoke mutually destructive consequences.

In other words, Nature’s (the Creator’s) Plan for our development is neutral in and of itself. It’s us who improve and accelerate, or, on the contrary, delay and worsen Its influence on us with our desires, thoughts, and intentions. Our entire choice lies in choosing which path to take: the short and good path, or the lengthy and evil one.
