Question: Can a thought of one person change the entire world?

Answer: Unfortunately, no, because then that person would change our whole world. This cannot happen. All of us together must connect our desires, then we will have the right thoughts that will change the world. The main thing is the desire.

Question: Does intention drive desire and thought?

Answer: Yes. It manages both desires and thoughts. But the intention appears only after the appearance of the desire itself. When the desire is processed through thought, an intention appears, and thanks to it, the action takes place.

Question: Is there a connection between thoughts and the reforming light?

Answer: Certainly. The reforming light influences you and awakens particular thoughts in you. But everything depends on how you react to them.

Question: What do I gain if I attribute all of my thoughts and desires to the Creator? What should the right response to these thoughts and desires be?

Answer: You will gain a connection with the true source of all your thoughts and desires. First you connect yourself correctly to the source and then everything depends on what you want from it, how, what you are giving back, what you are asking, and what kind of desire you are raising.

Question: How does the thought that “there is none else besides Him” translate into sensation?

Answer: Only through your efforts, your aspirations constantly to try to feel that “there is none else besides Him,” that the Creator manages you completely, and that your connection with Him is absolute and complete, passing through all the cells of your body.

Question: How can we make sure we are giving the Creator pleasure?

Answer: It is very simple. If I give pleasure to the friends, it means that I am giving pleasure to the Creator.

Question: What if we were to see how our thoughts work immediately?

Answer: No, that will never happen. I must only think about the fact that I am working in the right group where everyone will merge together into one single mass and how this mass will become homogeneous, merged without any identification, where our desires and intentions are subject to one thing: to attain the Creator, the one and only power.

Remark: At first, my mind gladly perceives the Creator as an ideal of all the good, without any flaws. But then immediately there is the contact with the ugly realities of this life.

My Comment: Correct. However, I must be ready to perceive these ugly realities of life as being directed at me in order to correct them. They are nothing more than that.

Question: In order to reach the state of true love, one must observe the single law of the universe, the similarity of properties. Does this mean that I should become like the qualities of nature, with that root cause that created me?

Answer: Yes, we need to become similar to nature in which we indeed reside. But how do you know what this nature actually is? Therefore, we have been given a group, supposedly existing people, with whom I should interact, considering myself and them as one common whole. Thus, I reach the focus, as, for example, from two figures or lines that by adjusting the focus, I turn them into one.

Question: Kabbalah states that nature is altruistic and we people, creation, are egoistic, that means that we have egocentric thinking and we have to bring ourselves to similarity with nature.

Although we understand what altruism is in general, we do not see it evidently in nature. Is it the same matter? Is it egoistic as well?

Answer: When Kabbalah reveals the method of one’s correction to a person, it becomes a method of one’s education. It explains to you how you should change and, in accordance with the changes in yourself, you will see the world corrected. That is how it works.

A person must understand that in one’s field of vision is a double image of the world, and one must combine them. By combining oneself with others into one whole, into one object, you correct yourself and see the world corrected.

The nature of the Creator who created us is altruistic and we have to become similar to Him, meaning similar to the quality of absolute bestowal. The Creator created us opposite to Himself on purpose so that we could attain Him from the opposite state.

By combining absolutely negative and absolutely positive qualities in oneself, a person will be able to rise to the next level of feeling the world.

Remark: In The Book of Zohar it says that all the worlds, both, upper and lower and everything that exists in them, are created only for the sake of man, and everything lives and develops because of man. This was written 2,000 years ago.

My Comment: Everything is only for one person because nothing was created but Adam. Adam is the general system that we all are parts of.

The worlds are what we see in our still imperfect perception of reality because we reveal it in portions to the extent of our similarity with the highest governance, with the highest quality of bestowal. The upper worlds are our future states and the lower, the past ones.

Question: Is there a connection between desire and perception? In the Babylonian Talmud, written in the 3rd century AD, it says “everyone judges according to his flaw.” How can this be explained?

Answer: This means that we perceive reality not as it really is, but according to our vessel of perception, how corrected it is and how much it is uncorrected, so we partially feel the true reality and partly the false one. It is like when I put on my glasses, I see much better, but it is still not perfect vision.

Thus, if you see negative phenomena in the world, it is only because of your still-corrupted vessel of perception. There are people who see the opposite: what you see as negative, they see as positive.

Question: Does it mean that at a certain stage of evolutionary development it will be possible to reach a level where we look at the world and we will be able to say: “Everything in the world is perfect, there is nothing negative in it?”

Answer: In fact, yes. Everything depends only on our vessel of perception. If we correct it to a state of similarity to the light and love, then there will be no limit to our attainment, no feeling of corruption, or defects.

Question: We are given society in order to become similar to the Creator. Several billion people walk around me. Is the only thing I need to do is engage in altruism toward them? Will I then become similar to this higher being?

Answer: There is no higher being! There is a higher property of bestowal and love. This is the power of emanation, development, bestowal, and positive influence.

Question: Is it a force similar to gravity that acts on everyone whether we want it or not?

Answer: There is no such force in our nature like the one we are talking about. The spiritual nature is a desire to do something just for the sake of someone, for the other’s complete good, without any connection to yourself. I perform a spiritual act when I detach from myself (this state is called “Tzimtzum”—the reduction of my desire) and I want to give everything to others for their good, without any connection to me.

Question: So, do I need to give something to the people around me? Why? I have nothing.

Answer: You have nothing to give and they have nothing to receive. We should just direct our desires. If I direct all my desires to others, I will turn into a transmitter, into a pipe through which the highest abundance, light, will pass through. But my direction to them should be absolutely selfless.

Question: So is it about intention, not about action?

Answer: Of course.

Question: Now I am imprisoned within myself; I automatically think about how to improve my state every second at all levels. So will a person take care of others the same way?

Answer: Yes. In this case, one will be called being in the spiritual world and in spiritual action, and then the person will see the whole world in a completely different way.

Question: There are some waves outside us that pass through our five sensory organs. They become processed by the brain, and inside us, as Baal HaSulam writes, that there is some kind of lens that scrolls this reality on a screen and I see it as particles of matter.

Is he saying that if a person looks at these waves, he sees them as particles, and if he does not observe them, then they behave as waves?

Answer: This is about the wave and particle nature of the light. A few thousand years ago, Kabbalists already knew from their attainment that these were simultaneously waves and particles. If we are dealing with the receiving light, then we quantize it, and if we are talking about general fulfillment, then we measure it in waves, in properties.

There are three components in perception of reality: the Creator, the friends, and me. The Creator is dressed in the friends and I want to relate myself to them. This is called: “Israel, the Torah, and the Creator are one.”

It all depends on what is considered illusory and what is reality. A child listens to how I tell him or her a fairy tale and perceives everything as the real reality, imagining how Little Red Riding Hood walks in the woods and meets the wolf. The child can cry or laugh, he lives it. For me, this is just fiction, a fairy tale. Everything depends on the level that we perceive what is happening.

We exist in an illusory, imaginary world. It is obvious that our feelings are the reactions of our five senses, which cannot be considered objective. If we received other senses, we would perceive a different reality and live in it. It is all a matter of conventions, consensuses between us. There is no truth in this world because there is no indicator against which it could be evaluated.

We must tune each other to a more truthful perception of the world, living according to the law of love for one’s neighbor and constantly improving. We can then gradually enter it. In this work there is a preparatory period when a person does not realize how he passes from degree to degree. Later he must start working consciously. I think it is already possible to do this in order to finish the holiday of Shavuot by taking a real half-step forward.

There is a network of connections between us that we do not feel. Yet, we must tune into them with the help of the principle “Love your neighbor as yourself.” This is the law of a new reality, a new way of thinking, a new desire, and new relationships.

A Kabbalist lives in two worlds, in two states simultaneously. Now I decide that together with the friends I will enter such a system of relations. There is nothing else, and only through this system I now look at the world, at reality, beginning to adapt to this new world through these new senses called “ten Sefirot.”

This world is an illusion we are born into. We seem to live in this world as if in a dream. Soon it will be revealed to us that all past life was a dream, a complete fantasy. Every time we move from our egoistic perception to bestowal, a new reality is revealed to us, such major changes that it seems to us that there can be no more than that.

In bestowal, such spaces open up that we could not even dream of. I become included in my friends and through merging with them I enter a new reality, as if in a magical dream.¹

We cannot look back—this is the law. A new reality is opening up based on our inclusion in the friends, and there is nothing more. We have to aspire only toward it. The world is revealed through connection—these are new senses, a new reality, before which you must annul yourself, and then you will enter it.

Each of us was born and educated with an egoistic perception of reality. This is how we were calibrated, like a tool with many regulators. Now I myself, thanks to the internal awakening I have received, want to calibrate myself to a different perception of reality, which can only be done with the help of my efforts, the group, the teacher, and the Creator.²

Question: Is desire the foundation of nature?

Answer: Yes. There is only one substance called desire and nothing else.

Question: According to Kabbalah, there are different levels of desires. We are built so that we see the desires of the inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human levels outside of ourselves. Therefore, as a result, we see inanimate and vegetative nature, animals, and people. If we were built differently, would we see a completely different picture of the world?

Answer: Yes, it depends on our desires. If we were at a lower level of desires, we would find ourselves chasing mammoths, etc. It all depends on the evolution of desires.

Question: How many levels of desires do animals have?

Answer: They operate according to the same system we do because these are our desires, only on lower levels.

Remark: But they sense us even though they do not have human desires.

My Comment: Here again we have a question: do they exist by themselves or only in our imagination? After all, everything exists only with respect to one person; there is nothing else beside him. Everything else is what exists inside of him and what he sees outside of himself.

Question: What is the reason that we do not feel this?

Answer: Kabbalists gradually discover the reality we are talking about now and they describe it. Other people do not feel it because they have not reached this level. The development of a person with the help of Kabbalah leads to the fact that he begins to see the true reality in which nothing except him exists in the general white Light.

Question: That means that no one is better or worse. There is just evolution, a program set by nature. There are people who began to attain this reality a few thousand years ago and explained that there is no world outside of us. Are there those who are still in this process and will attain this in another thousand years?

Answer: Yes. This indicates that there are desires in a person that have reached their correction and the correct revelation of reality and there are desires that have not been revealed yet and have not reached the correct sensation of reality, and therefore, they present themselves to a person in the form of external people who do not yet understand this and do not agree with this.

Remark: I understand that a desire operates according to two principles: the first is the preservation of the current form, the second is attaching to itself everything that is presented to it.

My Comment: Any desire is initially egoistic; it wants to preserve itself and as much as possible bring everything it considers useful closer to itself.

Remark: Therefore, as Kabbalah says, our whole life is a search for fulfillment. Nature created desires in us and we are searching for where their fulfillment is because we cannot really fill ourselves.

My Comment: We are filled and will be filled in the form of reason, in the form of impressions, and in the form of changes, until our impressions and changes lead us to the vision of the true reality where there is nothing but our desire in which all these fluctuations occur.

We will work only to expand this desire as much as possible and thus feel in it an absolutely complete filling called the world of infinity.

Question: There are several theories about the perception of reality: what reality is, what its connection with people is, and whether it exists outside of a person.

Newton, for example, believed that the world exists without any connection with humanity. Whether humanity exists or not, the world has always existed and will exist without it.

The theory of relativity says that perception is relative and depends on the location of the observer and on the speed with which he is moving.

Quantum physics came to the conclusion that this world is an illusion and depends on the observer, that is, we create this world.

What does Kabbalah say about the reality we feel?

Answer: Kabbalah says that there is only a person who perceives just what he has within himself. That is, the entire world is within me. There is no world outside of me. I feel myself, and all the changes within me seem to me as changes in the world around me.

I as if project all my internal feelings, experiences, and opinions outward, and this is depicted to me in the form of pictures of the world. The world is my inner state.

Baal HaSulam writes in the “Introduction to The Book of Zohar”: “We see a wide world before us, wondrously filled. But in fact, we see all that only in our own interior. In other words, there is a sort of a photographic machine in our hindbrain, which portrays everything that appears to us and nothing outside of us.”

That is, everything that appears to me as external, I actually see in my brain. There are various pictures of reality whirling inside it that allegedly exist around me, but they are nothing more than a projection of my changing desires, thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I feel them in the form of a picture of the world.

If I did not see this picture in a form of an immense world with many planets, people, flowers, animals, and so on, I would feel it inside of me in such a small micro dose that I could not develop at all. And this way, everything within me is enlarged by billions of times and unfolds around me. Therefore, the world is a projection of myself.

Question: You wrote on Instagram: “If you change, the world will change. And do not demand changes from the world if you do not change yourself. Improve yourself and everything will change.

“The world depends only on a person’s change, not on the change of others. You will find that they should not change. The whole world is in complete correction.”

While these processes are taking place, what is stronger: time or patience?

Answer: Time is like something that does not depend on us. Patience is something that depends on us. But we can, with the help of our patience, change time, speed it up or slow it down. Therefore, I believe that the most important thing is our attitude toward the world, that we change as quickly as possible, and then we will see the world rapidly changing in a good direction.

Question: In the end, it turns out that time will be subject to us?

Answer: Time will be subject to us and changing the world will be subject to us, depending on our own changes.

Question: What does it have to do with patience?

Answer: Patience means that we do not have to endure anything, we do not have to wait for something to change. We must change ourselves.

Question: If the Creator includes all reality, then is He fully responsible for all the troubles at the lower level in our world?

Answer: No one bears any responsibility except the Creator. The Creator starts and performs everything, makes all decisions, and gets results. It is the same force.

It leads us through all the trivialities and problems of life, pushes us in all directions, and leads us into all sorts of conflicts.

We are lost inside this life, and it is precisely because of these circumstances, this “roller coaster,” along which we constantly turn up and down, to come to a state where we need to relax, surrender to the stream carrying us, and wish to be merged with this force that governs everything.

Can I achieve this or not? If I can, I do not need anything else because everything suddenly becomes static, calm, and serene. There is only one thought—the purpose of creation, and this purpose is embodied in us.

This thought draws all sorts of changes in my perception in me, and this inner movie that is spinning in me, I perceive as a world outside of me. But in fact, it does not exist, everything happens inside me.

I need to gradually adapt to this picture, to live in it so that it does not interfere with me, and my incorrect perception does not prevent me from living in this world too. It will turn out that I exist in two worlds: the upper world, which the Creator shows me, and the world that represents my distorted consciousness.
