Comment: The holiday of Hanukkah is called the celebration of the victory of light over darkness, purity over conformism, spirituality over corporeality. And I think, clearly this is not only a Jewish holiday. The whole world is now on the threshold of victory or defeat of light over darkness.

My Response: There are actually no Jewish holidays. This is the interaction between the quality of bestowal, love, and the quality of reception, hatred, which always fight with each other.

Question: Was there a day in history when the forces of light defeated darkness?

Answer: Yes. The forces of connection.

Question: The forces of connection, of love, suddenly defeated the darkness in this egoistic, dark world of ours. Was there such a fragment in history?

Could you reveal it? How can we expand this fragment now and bring it to the present? Everyone is interested in the present time and only few people are interested in history. How can we bring light, the holiday of Hanukkah to this melancholy, to this despondency of humanity?

Answer: In general, this is a constant, ecumenical opposition between Rome and Jerusalem. Rome is power, it is strength, the conquest of Europe, the conquest of all the savage tribes that lived in Europe then. It is no secret that almost until the 10th century people there lived in trees, underground, and so on. There was barbarism in Europe, and they ate each other.

And Jerusalem wanted to bring to the world a completely different law: the law not of power, not of supremacy of authority, but of the spirit. This was the motto, the goal of Jerusalem. Of course, people were not ready for this.

Question: Is this the time when the Temple was built on the height of love for the neighbor?

Answer: Yes, for a thousand years from the 10th century before our era to year zero of our era, there was a struggle of what would overcome. Eventually, Judea fell. And at the end, when it was already crushed, during the fall, there was a great uprising. It was led by the Maccabees. It was the Maccabees who were carrying this light. This last surge in the fight for ideals marked Hanukkah.

Comment: In the current atmosphere, considering that the future is unclear, with mass layoffs and no work, an international group of scientists wrote a letter that has already been supported by hundreds of thousands of people.

WHO resists, saying that this is a provocative, immoral letter from scientists. But, in principle, the direction to end all quarantine measures and develop national, population-based immunity is very strong in the world now.

My Response: Is it proven that immunity can be developed?

Comment: Of course there is no proof. They say that the harm is much greater from being imprisoned, meaning from our sitting in an enclosed area.

My Response: Then let’s close some city and see what happens to it.

Question: Will this work or not? Is it possible to develop such immunity?

Answer: How? By just sitting there?

Comment: Those who should get sick will get sick.

My Response: No. The solution is not at the level of the disease, not at the level of the virus. The solution is at the next, higher level. Not at the level of the animalistic body, but at the level of relationships. If the relationships are correct, the virus disappears and does not spread. It just dies, evaporates, if there is a good relationship between people.

Question: You said, “Let’s try and make an experiment with some city.” Will immunity be developed during it or not?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Is it possible to conduct the experiment you are talking about, that is about such good relations between people that the virus will disappear?

Within a split second, our brain determines who is a stranger and who one of us is. Therefore, people who are not even racists may unknowingly display racist tendencies.

My Response: Yes, this is embedded in us very deeply, and we involuntarily evaluate a person precisely by his belonging to a race or even to a nation. We understand that the most important thing for us is the mentality of a person: how he looks at the world, how he thinks, and so on.

I do not think that Europeans by origin who were brought up in China or India and absorbed the local culture will be able to communicate with Europeans properly. They are closer to the people whom they grew up with, whom they understand.

Therefore, it cannot be said that the most important thing is nationality, race, etc. I think that the main thing is a deep inner, psychological understanding of each other.

Answer: Of course. In this way, we raise ourselves above others. It is always in the enjoyment of feeling superior to others that we experience our highest egoistic destiny. Therefore, racism is the highest form of egoism.

Question: As our desires grow, the hatred between people constantly increases. We see that the more developed the society, the more hatred there is between people. Can you explain what could cause some more or less adequate feelings between nations and who could make this happen?

Answer: I believe it can only be a science about creation and predetermination because it would raise everyone to the same root. Only by moving toward it, can we achieve unity between ourselves.

My Response: We have come to a state where we are beginning to see that all this is going on according to some rule.

Question: Who will be the first to take a step toward reconciliation?

Answer: Nobody. Neither this one nor the other one.

Question: But how will this happen then?

Answer: The world must feel the necessity, more and more of such torments until people understand how they can exist. How can one build a country if half, exactly half, of the country is against him?!

Comment: Yes, this is totally incomprehensible. You are the president of half of the country. And the other half is plotting to throw you off next time. It cannot be like this all the time. That is, somewhere there must appear a cry: “Let us unite somehow!”

My Response: The state itself is amazing! Not the majority, the minority, and so on; that is what we have always studied in political economy.

Question: So you are saying that in this world of those born right or left, there is no truth?

Answer: Naturally, none of them holds the truth. It can exist only if they converge in the middle line.

And then, if they get together in order to find the truth, they will recognize the Creator in it. That is, the highest root from which both opposite states descend. And then they will find it there. And in it they will find a true, wonderful connection with each other.

Question: A couple of thousand years ago, the cyclical nature of civilizations was noticed. Tough times give birth to strong people. Strong people create good times. Good times breed weak people. Weak people create difficult times.

Now is a difficult time. Will it give birth to strong people? Will the cycle go the way it went before?

Answer: No. I will explain why. In those times, they understood the law of the egoistic development of mankind. So, if we are talking about growing egoism, then it has no choice but to develop up and down, like a wheel moving forward.

This world must understand that a new force must appear, a positive force, the force of good, that will counter the negative, egoistic force, the force of evil. And we can exist on the connection of these two forces, between them.

That is, we do not remove the evil force of nature, but we gradually use it in order to build the force of good against it. And then these two forces, like plus and minus, will lead us forward. It will not work out in any other way, I really hope.

Question: Is this called the time of the last generation, everything that Kabbalists have been talking about through the millennia? Time X has arrived?

Answer: Yes.

Question: And if we do not follow this path?

Answer: Nature will force us anyway.

Question: Do you think there is no way out?

Answer: No, by no means. These structures change and no one asks us.

Question: Should we attract a positive force from nature?

Hatred, rejection, disagreement, and misunderstanding are in essence the opposite form of the Creator, the opposite form of unity. From that, we gradually come to the attainment of the Creator.

The more we develop from generation to generation, the more we feel ourselves as individualists separated from others. Yet, if we cover all crimes with love, we will be able to connect above all differences.

The difference between rejection and connection, between hatred and love, gives the intensity of the revelation of the Creator. This difference remains as the depth of desire on top of which the connection arises: restriction, screen, and reflected light. Then between the minus and the plus, we feel the power of the revelation of the Creator who, like glue, connects all the opposites together.

This is why the Creator broke the common soul of Adam HaRishon, entered with all His force between its broken pieces, and stayed there in His opposite form so that we could reveal Him from His opposite to understand love from hatred, unity and connection from rejection and misunderstanding, until we come to complete adhesion.

Therefore, connecting the parts of Adam HaRishon into one system or revealing the Creator who is gluing us together is one and the same.

The work is simple: between me and my friends is the Creator in the opposite form, which , through my efforts, request, and prayer, I transform from the force of rejection into the force of connection, adhesion, so that the darkness will shine as light. In the place of endless hatred, the black abyss between us, the strongest light will appear, the connection and love of a great strength precisely because of the revealed darkness.

We understand that reality consists of good and evil, that one cannot be without the other and both are equally important because it is in the connection between them that the Creator is revealed. It is very difficult to keep hatred when love comes. We do not want to think about hatred, we are drawn to love with all our heart. It is a much harder job to hold on to hatred and not throw yourself into the ocean of love.

However, we must consist of both of them, and only then do we stand opposite the Creator. The Creator is a single force of absolute good. We, however, include two forces and build a middle line between them with the help of the Creator, who is there with us.

We have to get used to the fact that every person always includes two opinions, two forces, two opposite desires. In the correct creation, two forms of nature must be combined, and in the middle between them, we want to establish the Creator so that “He who makes peace above will make peace upon us and upon all Israel.” By understanding the difference between good and evil, light and darkness, we reveal the upper force upon the contrast of opposite states. If we try to reveal good and evil, hatred and love, separation and connection, rejection and attraction between friends, we will reveal the Creator between us and build a middle line.

Hatred and love support each other like oil and a wick, which together light up a candle. There must always be resistance (a wick), an inability to connect, and, at the same time, oil and light. This is how we build the correct attitude to reality.

Therefore, all the attempts of the world to come to good will only lead to even greater revelation of evil until we realize that we need a different method for our existence. We cannot destroy each other by eliminating all opposites, as egoism would like. On the contrary, it is by using all the opposites that we can construct the middle line. This will now become evident everywhere in the world, especially in the most developed countries.

Opposites remain, but all transgressions are covered with love. If we do not follow this path, we will not be able to create and maintain a family, raise children, or achieve peace between parties within the country and between countries. We will become a destructive force in nature. Inanimate matter, plants, and animals can exist because they are controlled by nature and instinctively act correctly. Humans, however, can only exist if they find the middle line.

“The postponed Tokyo Olympic Games will go ahead next year ‘with or without Covid’, the vice-president of the International Olympic Committee says.

Question: What do you think about his claims?

Answer: What should he say? He needs to show everyone that they are inspiring and moving toward this cause, building,  and so on. Forward!

Question: Does this mean that they don’t feel the reason for the virus?

Answer: They don’t even feel how weak they are.

Comment: They feel that they are strong.

My Response: They will stand and weep like small kids who are looking for their mom.

Question: Is this where COVID-19 is leading us?

Answer: Yes, and much more.

Question: So that we will all feel like rags?

Answer: Yes, how else? Only then will we begin to listen.

Comment: But what we see is the opposite reaction everywhere: We will defeat the virus; we will find a vaccine…

My Response: Look at how you bring up kids. You bring them to a state in which they understand that they need you! Then you tell them what to do, and without a choice, they listen to you. A child cries but still does what needs to be done because he understands that he has no other choice. This is what the generation of selfishness is built on.

Question: Does this mean that we are constantly living in a state in which the Creator is above us and we are inside Him, and He leads us from one place to another?

Answer: Yes.

Question: This is how we have been living throughout history and this is how we continue to live now. So will the Olympic Games take place or not, what do you think?

Answer: If we behave, they will take place, and if we misbehave they will not.

Question: What appeal would you write to the upper force on behalf of the IOC? We would very much like the games to take place, what should we write?

Answer: I would write, “Touch the fans so that they will understand that they need to grow wiser, to understand the conditions under which the games can take place.”

The true Olympic Games are when at least during the games we cease the mutual hatred and the rejection we feel toward each other.

Question: And do we have to feel so before the games can start?

Answer: Yes, let’s prepare for this during the coming year.

Question: So will this be the preparation for the Olympic Games?

Question: Can you imagine that the IOC would write such an appeal to the Creator?

My Response: We know that the true Olympic Games will take place only when humanity will want to put an end, at least for some time, to all the wars, conflicts, and struggles, and will want to participate in the right struggle, not with all kinds of viruses and forbidden stimulants, but by expressing its concern directly, openly, rationally, and honestly.

This could be amazing! But in order to do that we need to totally change our attitude to the games, to the world, to war, to everything.

What kind of games could there be today without stimulants? Who would compete today without such drugs? Today entire labs and institutions operate in order to provide an athlete with a pill that on the one hand will not be traceable, and on the other hand will help him break forward, even if he may later die as a result. Are these games? This is disgusting.

Question: So is this the reason that we are not allowed to get near the games since these are no longer games and no longer Olympic Games?

Answer: Yes, and even the declaration of John Coates, that “will go ahead next year ‘with or without Covid’…these will be the Games that conquered Covid”! how can that be? Who are you dealing with!? You are not even aware of the greatness of the games themselves, not of the games that should be, not of the fact that they are actually above human nature.

The Olympic Games were given to us in order to raise man above his competitive inclination, so that friendship and the right attitude toward each other will actually win. The main question that should trouble us is how to restore and rebuild the general vessel of the soul that was shattered by the egoism that entered it. Just as water flows from a mountainous area and fills the valleys between the mountains, the egoism that was revealed filled the voids in the connection between us and began to divide us and draw us further away from each other. Since then, the problem of how we can build bridges above our egoism arose.

Egoism will not disappear. It is impossible to fight it, and there is no need to do so. It is a force that was created by the Creator that governs us. It is impossible to do anything with it,  to erase or destroy it in any way. The only thing we can do is to balance it.

It is due to the fact that egoism divides us that we will begin to ascend above it more and more and build large bridges that will enable us to connect the “valleys” that separate us, so that the water, the sea, the ocean, will remain below and we will be able to build a second floor.

When we build these bridges above the water in order to connect with each other, we will feel a totally new integration in each other. We will need to take our egoism into account, because on one hand, we will not be able to build these bridges without it, and on the other hand, we need to raise the connection between us to the next level.

This is a very interesting level. We are all different and opposite from each other. We don’t understand each other and cannot agree with and join with each other so much so that we draw further away from each other and become strangers more and more.

See how young people today cannot connect anymore in order to marry, to raise children together, and maintain a home. Consequently, the foundations of many institutions in the world are being destroyed: villages, traditions, whatever, are actually disintegrating and crumbling.

Egoism grows continuously and the distances between us are filled with more and more water and bring us to a state where we can no longer exist in this world, especially today.

There is no longer a global integral world in which everyone is connected to each other to some extent, at least by egoistic forces. The 20th century was typified by unity between people in order to reach mutual gains in the fields of banking, commerce, politics, and international relations. But this era has passed and the state of estrangement is here again.

This is the reason that we have to learn to build the right bridges between us on top of the previous states, above the divisiveness we feel today, as it says: “love will cover all crimes,” which means the intentions against others, and thus, we should build bridges of love.

We will have to realize and understand how we can do that. What kind of connections can there be between us if each one sticks to his own views? If each one can switch his view to the view of another, what will happen then? A dictator will emerge and everyone will begin to obey him? This also cannot happen.

On the whole, the correction of the world is about taking all the gaps and the attributes each one has into account so that we can unite correctly. But how is that possible if each of us has a different view? What is more, the more developed we are, the greater the polarization between our different views, desires, understanding, and concepts.

The wisdom of Kabbalah, on the other hand, calls us to connect above our attributes, our understanding, and our concepts. How is it possible for two individuals to fulfill their needs, their goals, and operate in mutual understanding? This is a problem.

There is nothing we can do about this. We cannot understand the world that operates on two totally opposite dimensions at the same time.

On the lower level each of us is within himself, and we understand that we can come in contact with each other only above something distant and external, like different countries that maintain a relationship of “you are for me and I am for you,” and nothing more than that. But the plan of creation pushes us forward toward absolute connection.

Here we are in an increasingly growing contrast to the Creator who wants to connect us at any cost and thus pushes us toward each other in an egoistic manner. But the closer we get to each other, the more we feel like sworn enemies and that we cannot get closer. This means that the Creator constantly invokes and summons wars, conflicts, competitiveness, rivalry, etc. between us.

We see that even in our childhood and our youth, and also as adults and in old age, we cannot reach agreement on any level. Egoism grows and we become increasingly opposite from each other. Even the nations of the world feel this estrangement today and disperse in every direction.

A person doesn’t feel that he has to live among his nation, in his state, on his land, because compared to his ego, the nation, the state, and the land are lower levels. So the personal ego overcomes.

Statistically, today masses immigrate in search of new places to live. They don’t care if they live in their homeland or not, as long as the language barrier is not too great, and so they try to change their home place every way they can.

However, we are under the influence of the general force of nature, the Creator, who crushes us together no matter what, and pushes us closer and closer to each other by a force field. This is the reason that we feel increasingly worse and scared to be with each other.

Of course, we cannot connect on this level since it will bring us to another explosion. What can we do? According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, we need to build another level of bridges between us, but we need to know how to build them.

This is an attribute of Bina, which does not exist in our world. We must therefore begin to engage in creating tens in order to build within the tens the connections between us on the second floor, on the second level.
