Question: Our guys who are included in integral dissemination throughout the world encounter a contradiction between humility and activity. It follows that a person who is standing before a large number of people begins to block himself, “Why am I acting on such a large scale? I need to be more humble.” Do we need to shed this false modesty and realize ourselves in full swing?

Answer: First of all, it is not one person who goes out to give the training. Rather, it’s a small group of people. One person conducts half of the lecture and another person conducts the second half. The third asks questions, the fourth clarifies answers, the fifth gathers some materials from the participants, and so forth. In general, it is possible to find work for everyone.

It is very important to show that you are working together with some friends and that you are absolutely equal. You begin the talk, and after ten minutes pass, someone else continues it. After that, again, it is you and so on, and people see how you work in partnership without disturbing each other, that among you there is a complete whole. You transmit to them a general positive charge, and this is received very strongly.

Second, what obliges us to go to the people is the crisis that threatens our future, the needless suffering of the people, the lack of the ability to receive any decisions and solutions because they don’t exist, except for our integral solution, for with us there is truth, correctness, strength, and conviction, and the main thing is the necessity and urgency.

What is meant by, “I feel uncomfortable?” People are suffering and I feel uncomfortable that I have a remedy and that I am not bringing it to them? How can something like this be?

Therefore, a person must be in conflict with himself, yet not on the level that it is uncomfortable for me—on the contrary! How can I stop myself if I have a possibility of improving the lives of people, of making them smile? It is not a smile from some standup comedian. Rather, it’s a true smile, yes, from their beginning to see life in a new, pleasant light, and not because they escaped for a few minutes at some show. I need to feel my responsibility here.

Why must I feel some kind of embarrassment and shame? I don’t need to say that this is mine, that this is me. Rather, this message is found within me now and I want to pass it on to everyone. Therefore, from our side, there is always a place for a degree of solid appearance, to present ourselves as those who possess a unique knowledge and approach.

The community needs to respect you, to hear your voices, to look at you from below to above, like a small child at an adult. Otherwise, they will learn nothing.

As a start, according to the audience, you can say a little about yourselves: who you are, where you are from. Present yourselves as reputable experts, representatives of a solid organization and a solid method.

Going out to dissemination, we need to set a specific task as quickly as possible to achieve the most effective unity among us. In this case, it has to meet all the spiritual conditions Rabash wrote about: annulling oneself, connection between us above our egoism, renunciation of egoism, ascent in unity with friends, etc.

These conditions become more understandable with each day, either from a positive point of view of what we already carry out, or from a negative point of view, what we have not done yet. Seeing as this begins to be manifested between us in the positive or even negative form, we become aware of evil that does not allow us to unite between ourselves. We are ashamed of it because, on the one hand, we cannot deal with it, but on the other hand, we do not want to tolerate it. That is why we really need to go out, but this is only a means for us to connect internally.

If there is no such unity inside us, we will achieve nothing and going out will be useless. We will become like various spiritual, mystical, psychological organizations that make businesses of their teachings and are engaged in all kinds of trainings. Nothing will come out of this because the result will be the same as theirs, and perhaps even worse because we still belong to a spiritual movement and thus should feel our wrong behavior more strongly.

All the other organizations slowly lose their positions; they are losing strength and opportunities, their influence on the masses is disappearing because humanity is changing. It requires more and more unity for overcoming all kinds and forms of crises, and no training can provide it. We cannot give them anything either if our activities do not come from the center of the group, from our unity.

Even those individuals who work freelance (who disseminate independently) must get the support of the group. This is the form of their personal existence that gives them the opportunity to disseminate as a profession, earning their living. But everyone’s success depends only on how much the person is connected with the group and how much he seeks precisely the goal of unity in all his dissemination activities.

We are connected. We perform all kinds of dissemination actions throughout the world and in that we depend on each other. If some groups or individual people do not feel or do not understand that they do it for the sake of unity, then they cause great harm to the rest, like a part of the body that does not work in unison with all the other organs.

That is why we must all pursue the same goal: unity. The most important thing for us is our group. The crisis and external conditions are created so that we empathize with the suffering of the surrounding world, and this forces us to unite even more and reach the first degree of ascent.

Question: How is it possible to realize the potential of each one of our experts in the integral method?

Answer: Our experts need to be in a unique integral system within our organization that becomes an integral community in itself.

They need to constantly be involved with inner training between them, feeding from the shared desire and thought, from the singular image that they create among them and are included within together. This is the singular, human image into which all of us melt in a good mutual relationship with one another, with mutual support and even love.

By receiving nourishment through an energetic, spiritual, integral recharge from this internal image, we can go to all kinds of organizations and arrange our training there, and, through us, the people will get that feeling, that spiritual recharge. But we need to nurture, uplift, and develop our community  and be involved  in our self-improvement all the time.

We can attain a state like this where our collective shared energy, our mutual integration, will become strong enough for them so that a few lessons will be enough for us to convey this to people, to educate them further, and to contribute to their advancement on condition that they will constantly be nourished through us.

We must be in the center of our group from which we get the integral power from everyone, and with its help, we succeed in transforming all the rest into being integral, then these circles will go and expand and become stronger. However, in any case, they need to be interconnected among them until all of humanity will transform and become one single system.

Then, all of us will transform into being similar to nature. Already, during the process of the work itself, we can see its positive results: a change in our relationship to the environment and our relationships with one another. In this way, we heal ourselves of the general crisis.

Question: People don’t understand what holds them in integral groups. They ask, “What is the catch?”

Answer: There is no trick, since, after all, we pull them into connection with the universe, with the world, with nature. Nature is united, harmonious, and we show them how to reach this harmony. When they reach harmonious connection between themselves and with the environment, they are included within its sphere, they begin to feel its breath. The whole “trick” is in this, that we suit them to the integrality with nature. And what next?

Next, we continue to develop until reaching the state when we begin to feel how everything around us breathes, how everything is saturated with one thought that is called the “plan of Creation.” This is what we will reach.

Nature is clever! Look at what a harmonious computer we exist in! There is no trap here, only the discovery of the meaning of humanity which is absolutely realistic, built solely so that we become correctly connected with others, which fills them in a mutual manner and supports the only law, “To become one single nature.” It is not an ecological game, of the “greens,” but a rise to the level of Adam (man – human).

In this way we will begin to grow more and more in that we are filled with the feeling of boundless happiness. We will no longer feel that we are bound by the framework of our body.

By our beginning to improve the body and even the soul, and by rising even higher, we begin to feel that we acquire completely different possibilities. It is specifically in the mutual connection between us that we discover within us spaces that are filled with the sensation of happiness.

The panelists also discussed simple, synergistic strategies that people can employ to promote long-lasting, meaningful happiness. …

Question: Can we tell people we want to attract to study the integral method that with its help they will balance stress?

Answer: You can call it whatever you want, but when people come, we must sit them down in groups of ten immediately and within five to ten minutes start asking them small questions so that a flow will begins between them. The questions will go around like a ball in a roulette wheel, and people will begin to feel that there is already something “moving” between them, some kind of a connection is created. I have faith only in this.

Let nature work! Emotions don’t perceive words. The ears grasp them with difficulty, the head processes almost nothing, and the heart doesn’t respond at all! The lecturer says something from the podium and let him say it.

Let the people not just be empathetic, but rather, let them give birth to all that you want to convey to them. You need to build the training, training in a form that they will reach the right conclusions by themselves, without even hearing a word from you.

Divide your lecture into parts. Give each part a title and move in such a form that they themselves will say what you wanted to say to them. Instead of using the phrase, “There is an opinion,” ask them a question so they will search for the answer together according to certain rules, and from what comes out, continue to work. Question: When we engage in dissemination to the public, we encounter situations where local needs far exceed our ability to provide. We discover hysterical pressure. How do we deal with it?

Answer: The main thing is that you have a heart-rending desire to help others. It should reach the intensity and the sharpness that will provide you with newer, higher discernments and you will begin to understand what MAN is, the request for correction, which is an inner clarification.

The precursor for this is that you want to be incorporated in the center of the group, since it is the only place where you can fulfill and raise your request. This is only if you discover the source of Light in the center of the group, the source of power of connection and unity. You can see and understand that you are already close to MAN according to your attraction to the center of the group. It is there that you discover that you can fulfill it.

Baal HaSulam, “One Commandment”: The prophetic abundance must be received in those combinations of letters completely suitable for the spirit of beginners.

If my teacher is a real teacher, he will try to give me explanations that are close to my reality. If I happen to hear what he says, I will benefit from it at my level and will see that the revelation he provided is accurately and correctly dressed in the shapes that my generation needs.

For example, today the world reveals acute symptoms of its material progress in all spheres. The difficult situation has existed for a long time, but today the world is finally allowing itself to talk about it and is realizing what a desperate and hopeless situation we are in. We are heading towards an overall collapse; a sudden upheaval can occur at any moment that won’t leave even the slightest trace of our current existence and that could stop the entire systems in economy, finance, and commerce, etc. to stop functioning.

So, we clearly see that the world needs many corrections. The wisdom of Kabbalah is now revealing itself; it gives us a real answer: a solution that provides material benefits and is closer to our rational perception. Thus, we accept Baal HaSulam and Rabash’s methodology correctly.

Accordingly, our work with the wider audience also has to address their egoistic intention Lo Lishma first and only afterward should it turn to an altruistic intention Lishma. Our teachers gave us the opportunity to act in such a way that we ourselves and the society that we direct will eventually approach altruism. It won’t happen immediately; it will happen gradually, but it is inevitable.

Moreover, now our message will take the correct shape and society will understand that it is for its own good. And we will understand that it is to our benefit to care about others.

Question: But in the end, does everyone have to come to attainment?

Answer: By all means! It is said: “All shall know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them” and “all nations will come to Me.” We have to become one Kli, a spiritual vessel, in which the Light of Infinity dresses and fills everything. In the end, everyone will be included in Malchut of the world of Infinity and will reach the final correction. Everything will turn into one whole and will be filled with the Upper Light that permeates the entire reality. All individual vessels and the desire to receive created by the Light have to be corrected so that they become equivalent to the Light of Infinity and thus are fulfilled without any limitations.

Suppose a complete integral mutual inclusion takes place to the extent that the Light equally fulfills all vessels. So far, vessels are distributed in accordance with the ten Sefirot of the Direct Light along the line that goes from top to bottom; that is why there is a difference between Keter and Malchut; there also exists a reverse order of the Lights and vessels, etc. But then, when there will be one single screen (Masach), perhaps the differences among the vessels will disappear.

So today we have received a methodology from Baal HaSulam that is very close to our current needs, the needs of the entire world. Therefore, when addressing others, we should begin with their problems that are already known, are widely discussed, and for which solutions are not apparent.

But in fact, in a modern democracy we are moving to chaos. If each person has his or her own opinion and promotes it persistently, how can a constructive and creative process be instigated? Instead of peace and wellbeing, we will face endless wars, confusion, and chaos in the world. This is where democracy leads us. This is its true face.

Previously, under kings and queens (good or bad) the power was concentrated in one strong hand, whereas today everyone can do whatever they want. And so in the framework of the historic process, the further development of democracy lowers us into chaos, more turmoil, conflicts, and wars between one and all.

Policy experts don’t find any solutions and they recognize this. We offer a ready solution and program of action.

So the truth of the “prophets” and “prophecies” is tested—through the ability of the Kabbalistic methodology to help people. We have everything we need for success. After all, the only way to bring this world to order is to attract the Light that Reforms. There is no other way.

Our task today is to deliver the method of correction as close to the people as possible and show them that it, in fact, it meets all their material needs and that they won’t find any other solutions anywhere else.

Only by uniting can we build a society in which we will be able to resolve our current problems. By the Light that Reforms, the wisdom of Kabbalah helps us organize society correctly and build relationships that will allow us to achieve everything we need: safety, health, good education, etc. The Light itself is abstract; it fills all vessels, all the empty spaces that have to be filled. It satisfies all needs, even material ones.

The truth is that this method will trigger the Light that will implement all aspirations.

Question: If people feel good in their collective, then is it possible to enter there and say, “Friends, you have a lot of contradictions and differences?”

Answer: You don’t need to say anything “directly inside.” The people need to find the problem themselves and arrive at a diagnosis where contradictions and differences, lack of trust, and other shortcomings, exist among them.

In no way should you say anything negative to them. Rather, simply suggest they hold hands, sing a song, exchange opinions, and complete each other, not challenge each other, and then, through seemingly dealing with the question from the side, the people will ultimately connect among themselves. Specifically, from the point of connection, after you elevate them a bit, in this way, you cleanse them from all kinds of Klipot. They suddenly will begin to feel themselves to be defective, inferior. However, you don’t say this to them yourself.

When they independently reach particular conclusions, you express astonishment, “Are you really like this,” and, regarding what they say, “Look at what we clarified! Such relationships exist among us!” You answer, “This cannot be. You see, you said you were okay. Then, what happens?”

So, if you say something negative, then do so only with a very small hint and only after you previously explained everything that is positive, like a doctor says to someone who is ill, “Here is a remedy for a raging virus. We found this virus in you. Take a pill and be well.”

But it is still preferred that through receiving the remedy in a sweet wrapper, they will arrive at a diagnosis themselves and discover the bitterness of the illness through a sweet capsule—which is to say, to discover their shortcomings through love, through the good, new connection between them.
