Question: What should I demand from the ten?
Answer: You can only demand one thing from the ten—that they support you in your connection to them and, through this, in your connection to the Creator. The Creator reveals Himself within the ten, so the way you relate to the ten is how you relate to the Creator.
We may not yet fully understand this; we do not yet feel it. Our attitude toward friends and toward the Creator does not yet feel identical to us even though we have read about it many times in the articles of Rabash. But ultimately, we will reach this understanding.
The main thing is to constantly direct ourselves through the ten toward the Creator so that we pray for the ten. After all, the ten is our vessel, our soul, where He will be revealed.

Question: What is the most important thing in studying Kabbalah? How can we achieve our goal faster?
Answer: Only by connection. The fact is that the initially created single desire was shattered into many parts, and we need to put all these parts together. As soon as we begin to collect them, we will begin to feel a completely new phenomenon—the upper world.
Question: How can we accelerate this connection?
Answer: Only by working together. The spiritual world is felt in the ten. The ten is a template, the skeleton of the spiritual Kli. We must connect our desires, and when they are correctly connected to each other, the spiritual world, the Creator, will be immediately manifested in them.
Question: Will everyone in the ten experience the same feelings?
Answer: No, each will feel it based on the root of his or her soul and how much he or she is connected with others.
Question: Does this mean that our most important work is to annul ourselves before each other?
Answer: Yes, this is where it all begins. In Kabbalah, this is called restriction (Tzimtzum).

Question: The third stage of governance is reward and punishment. But man is still not perfectly righteous because he lacks the commandment of love. So what will help him come to the third stage? Why is he striving for this?
Answer: It is to please the Creator.
Question: This is without wanting to love the Creator? Does he not consider the commandment of love at all? Is he trying to, but has not achieved it yet?
Answer: No, he has no need to love the Creator yet.
Question: Then why should I want to please Him?
Answer: Such a desire is born in you before the need to love Him appears.

Question: What polar opposite states must a person reach to justify the Creator in them so as to remain in the state of “the earth is filled with His glory” and not return back? What are these critical states?
Answer: If you are in complete connection with the Creator and elevate Him above everything around you, above this world and the future spiritual world, that is when you become close to the Creator.
We need to be more sensitive in our perceptions, and then we will move through all this quickly.

Question: If a person feels suffering, but does not see a place where he can get pleasure, what should he do, where can one go, and how can one avoid evil do good?
Answer: Let him distance himself from evil as much as he can and get closer to good, and then he will see where the Creator wants to lead him.
Question: Most of all I feel the need for a good connection with people, but at the same time I feel resistant and unable to connect. These are two completely polar sensations. Do I need to overcome this distance and come to a unified state when I want, can, and need it?
Answer: You want to find the right point and rush into it instantly. That will not work. You need to do it gradually.
Question: What will help us withstand this amplitude of polar sensations, this distance that is only increasing?
Answer: The fact that you try to be in a state of inner balance. This indicates growth of the soul.

Question: What determines that some people suffer from depression from an early age and never seem to find what brings them joy, while others live their whole lives in joy without feeling that something is missing?
Answer: This depends on the root of their soul. This can only be corrected through systematic work on oneself.
Question: If a person no longer feels pleasure in this world and material things do not bring them joy, what should they do? Can we somehow awaken ourselves?
Answer: You must use all your strength to awaken joy within yourself. Rabash would often close the door to his room and start singing and dancing. In this way, a negative mood would shift into a good, positive state.
Question: Dancing and thereby purifying oneself from negativity, transitioning into joy—is this state also given by the Creator, or is this my choice?
Answer: This is indeed your choice. Dance every day, it’s not bad.

Question: Sometimes when you suffer you come to the conclusion that the solution is to increase the faith in the Creator, that He does everything for the good. Does this conclusion come from desires to bestow?
Answer: No, Kabbalah has said more than once that the most beneficial state for us is when we try to find the truth. And then we grab onto it. There is no other more advantageous state.
Understand that you cannot have a permanent connection with the Creator until you correct all your egoism for the sake of bestowal.

Precisely when one works in the form of “And you shall take for you,” meaning the work during the acceptance of the burden of the kingdom of heaven, when the body resists this work, then there is room for the joy of adornment (Baal HaSulam, Shamati, 19, “What Is ‘The Creator Hates the Bodies,’ in the Work?”).
We take upon ourselves the burden of the kingdom of heaven “like an ox to the burden and a donkey to the load,” meaning without any limitations or conditions. Then, we feel joy in being able to accept this upon ourselves.
Question: Why is the quality of joy especially important to the Creator?
Answer: It is a sign that you are working for the Creator with approval and enthusiasm, and you rush to Him with all your heart.
