The Way the Creator Is Revealed to a Person

293Any name implies attainment, indicating that we have attained it as that name (Baal HaSulam, Study of the Ten Sefirot, Part 1, “Restriction and Line,” Inner Observation, Chapter 1, Item 5).

The name of the Creator is what we can attain in His manifestation relative to us. Therefore, we call Him by our attainment and not by His essence.

That is, there is something originally called the Creator, and we do not attain this. But we can attain His manifestations, thoughts, and qualities in relation to us. This is the purpose of the wisdom of Kabbalah, to attain the manifestations of the Creator in relation to us.

Question: It means that there is a body, which is my desire, and some kind of fulfillment is manifested in this desire. Once I give a name to this feeling, is this the name of the Creator?

Answer: Yes, what I feel as a manifestation of the Creator in relation to me, I call the name of the Creator. This is His manifestation, His attitude toward me.

Question: I have a great number of desires; can I call everything that I feel in them the name of the Creator?

Answer: Absolutely, even what you feel in your egoistic desires. Whatever you feel is the name of the Creator.

Question: Let’s say I have a desire to have a coffee now. What does it mean?

Answer: This is also a manifestation of the Creator. We are within Him all the time, we are connected to Him all the time, and we experience nothing else.

Less Talk, the Cleaner the World

549.02Question: If people were silent, would the world be a better place?

Answer: It would be cleaner. We litter the world with our chatter.

Question: Is it possible to say that conversations come from our imperfect connection?

Answer: They come from the fact that we treat our lives, our thoughts, and what others say blankly. We just talk all the time, and we need to be silent more.

It comes from our nature, from our egoism. The closer humanity gets to correction, to the revelation of the upper force, the fewer conversations will be needed.

How Can You Achieve Success?

549.02Question: When contacting people, how can you make calculations about the success of the action?

Answer: You don’t know what success is. It is quite possible that you will “get hit on the head” from the result of your work, and this will be a success. Success may not be according to the fact that everything would end successfully as you had planned.

How do you know what real success is, in what form it is, and how it should fall on you? It is possible that in reality, failure is a success, otherwise, you and your luck, according to your calculations, would have sailed away to who knows where and burned your life. Failure leads you to the next step, to the need for elevation, while luck, on the contrary, relaxes.

Question: Have you had any clear examples where you have seen such things in your own experience?

Answer: Sometimes my teacher Rabash quite strongly “flicked me on the nose.” It was very painful and insulting to me, but to this day I am grateful to him for it. He did not do enough of it, and it should have been more. He loved me too much.

Question: Is it really possible to achieve success only through blows?

Answer: And how else can you cope with selfishness? There is no other way. Our nature, whatever one may say, never works in a calm, pleasant state.

Of course, the blows can be sweet when you grind yourself inside the group and know that you are winning at the same time. That is how you should set yourself up.

Listen to What the Kabbalists Say!

269If people know the plan of nature, they understand that humanity must come to similarity with nature, which is reached by absolute, mutual complementation, not egoistically, but above-egoistic. We need to come to this. We cannot escape from this. But with a limited egoistic view of the world, the problem cannot be solved.

For years, elites have been implementing policies on annulling the institution of marriage, elevating all kinds of unnatural relationships (homosexual and others), and this is their business. But listen to what we Kabbalists say, what Kabbalah says.

The problem must be solved in a global form because if you do not go in accordance with nature, you will not succeed. You will not be able to simply reduce the number of people on the planet to two or even half a billion, which is considered optimal in order not to disturb the ecological balance of the Earth.

Even this will not work, although it seems to be reasonable. I understand you. If I did not have knowledge of the upper law of nature, its implementation, scheme, and structure, I would be with you.

But your plans will not come true. You will encounter obstacles in your plans that will lead to great problems because you are going against the law of nature.

Reduction in the population will occur not due to a decrease in the inhabitants of the planet but because you are going the wrong way, not uniting people, not turning them into one whole as a harmonious, single integral nature.

This is what I would like to say to the elites and to people in general. That is, I do not see anything wrong with what is being done, but this is all irrational. Here there are laws of nature, which still need to be taken into account.

Like a Bug in a Pie

629.4Comment: When a person with an inclination for spiritual growth encounters Kabbalah for the first time, one simply feels this is what one needs. Then he gradually accumulates analysis of what is right and what is wrong.

My Response: What kind of analysis can there be, correct or not, for one who evaluates everything from his stomach or pocket? How can we objectively define something if we are completely inside our desires? All inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human matter is the desire to enjoy. Moreover, it is also selfish and wishes to constantly consume over and above itself and keep growing this way.

Inanimate, vegetative and animal matter are not self–developing as, for example, computers that do not develop independently, they just work. But there are such artificial programs that keep developing, improving themselves, and growing.

That is how we are as people, while the rest of the world, including animals, is not like that, it doesn’t need anything. The monkey lived in a tree five or fifty thousand years ago, and so it does now, and everything is fine. But the human generation differs from the prior generation so drastically that you can’t even put them next to each other.

This is a desire that is aimed not only at an independent evolution, but at development and, as it were, self-development. In fact, this is an inner program, but the desire is still looking for the best ways to grow: “Which directions should I develop in?” Thus, how can we, bugs living inside a pie, even think of anything other than the pie?! We don’t know anything else.

Comment: Precisely based on sensations. This truth is felt from the beginning.

My Response: Yes, you feel what you sense in your qualities, in your mind, which was formed out of your qualities. But where are the other qualities? Where are the other forms of sensation that are not yours? Where, naturally, is another reasoning, not the one you have today? You don’t know that.

You exist inside this pie like an insect or worm inside an apple. This is your world, in accordance to which you have been organized and developed, and this is what you feel. Your mind is created precisely this way.

Become Similar to the Kabbalist Author

528.02Question: Can the same text or book be perceived and felt differently with each repeated reading? If so, why?

Answer: It depends only on the person. After all, two people reading the same book are in completely different states.

A book was written by a Kabbalist who felt the spiritual world and depicted the impressions of the higher state in the form of some words, sentences, and symbols. Therefore, while reading this book, we should become as similar as possible to that Kabbalist in order to at least partially enter into his state.

At the same time, we do everything that depends on us, we do what is written by our teacher as advice to students of Kabbalah: We get together, read Kabbalist sources, and then discuss these topics.

Our whole life is concentrated around Kabbalistic sources, and we strive to become as close as possible in our relations to spiritual Kelim (vessels) in full connection with each other so that we, ten people who are going to study this source together, try to reach the spiritual root, meaning the height of the person who wrote it.

We must connect with each other and become like a spiritual state in anticipation of the impact of the light on us that he revealed and described in his work.

“What does Jordan B. Peterson think about Israel?” (Quora)

Dr. Michael LaitmanMichael Laitman, On Quora: What does Jordan B. Peterson think about Israel?

Jordan Peterson stated on his visit to Jerusalem that Israeli people “have a tremendous moral responsibility,” and continued…

“like you have, perhaps, for your entire history, for reasons that are very difficult to understand, and I think it is true, in some real sense, that the fate of the world depends on the decisions of the people of Israel.”

He is right. We have the ability to change ourselves, and by doing so, we change the world.

The change that we need to realize in Israel so that others will think that Israel is handling itself correctly is for us to start treating each other as members of a single family. It is as simple as that: to love others here just because they are the people of Israel.

We think that if the world were different, then we would also be different, but it is not the case. On the contrary, if we change, then the world will change in the same direction.

The world depends on the connections among the people of Israel. If we create positive connections among ourselves, then we will accordingly impact positive connections throughout humanity. In short, positive connection and world peace depend on positive connection and inner peace among the people of Israel, and the lack of positive connection and all the wars, conflicts and other forms of suffering in the world are due to the lack of positive connection among the people of Israel.
