In the News (The Boston Globe): “Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the Boston-based publisher of Hitler’s notorious anti-Semitic manifesto “Mein Kampf,” has decided to donate the book’s proceeds — reportedly tens of thousands of dollars annually in past years — to a local organization that works directly with aging survivors of the Holocaust. …

“The decision marks a sharp shift for the publishing firm, which was criticized this spring after the Globe reported its plans to give royalties and profits from the book to Boston-area cultural organizations for projects to promote general themes of tolerance, not necessarily linked to Holocaust issues or combatting anti-Semitism.

The publishers of “Mein Kampf” in Boston have declared that all the sales profit will go to the Boston Fund which helps holocaust survivors. Having consulted the Boston Jewish Federation, the publishers have decided to transfer all the money to the Jewish fund which will help finance the medical and social needs of holocaust survivors.

“Andrew Russell, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt’s director of corporate social responsibility, said the publisher will give the funds in an ongoing multiyear grant to the Waltham-based Jewish Family & Children’s Service, which provides care to elderly Holocaust survivors through its Schechter Holocaust Services program. Russell said the publisher consulted with Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston before making the decision. …

“In the summer of 2015, however, the company switched course, asking Boston-area cultural organizations such as the Museum of Fine Arts and the Boston Children’s Museum to submit proposals for projects that would promote a more general message of tolerance. …

“But the plan backfired when the Children’s Museum, which had submitted a successful proposal, retreated from the deal, unsettled by the money’s association with the slaughter of some 6 million Jews.”

Answer: This news item turns my stomach and makes me gag. It smacks of a special fanaticism. The publishers want to show that they publish Mein Kampf for apparently educational purposes, while the Jews, as always, are willing to accept any money. The conclusion is that the publishers want to launder and justify themselves and even demonstrate publicly that they are taking the responsibility, which no one ever took. And they are seemingly doing so for no profit, with no benefit for themselves. This begs the title: “Hitler Helps Victims.”

Question: How can the Jews accept that!?

Answer: It doesn’t surprise me anymore, especially after their calm response to what is happening in America: supporting Obama for two terms while he lets millions of radical Muslims enter the US during his presidency! They have thus prepared themselves for the end. Now the same Jews will vote for Mrs. Clinton and then against Israel, against the only place where they can be saved in the not-so-distant future. Nothing surprises me anymore. It seems that they have totally lost any sense of reality. They think that they can be saved, just as the Jews in Europe thought that they could save themselves from Hitler.

The problem is that they don’t think about where the emergency exit is. They have no sense that they need a shelter and that the only safe place for them can be Israel. They don’t feel the need for such a safe place, and so they are digging a hole for themselves, since the future social and political movements will be Nazi movements, totally anti-Semitic!

Baal HaSulam, at the time, wanted to encourage the Jews to control their own destiny, but he did not succeed because no one wanted to listen to him. When I speak about controlling our fate, I am not talking about high ideas and corrections in the supreme governance, but only about what is actually in the hands of the Jews if they so wish. No one wanted to hear about it, not before WWII and not after the war.

Today, we are speaking about the same situation, but they still don’t want to listen to us, not in Israel and not in the world. The Jews are actually in a state of blindness once again. Maybe after the next Holocaust they will come to the correct decision.

Every person in this world complains about his life, and of course everyone is right to some degree and perhaps completely. After all, he isn’t the one who puts himself in troubles, his nature, his lack of understanding, and his inability to see the future, in an unpredictable world. So how can we blame a person?

If we look at the fate of every individual and at the way he behaves, we will discover that each of us was born, lives, and dies forcibly. And one’s actions are determined by our set circumstances and attributes, not by our will. So in all things, a person is not free.

And in this case, there is nothing we can demand of him!

But here the true culprit responsible for everything that happens is revealed, the one who has created everything and is also ready to be blamed and judged. Because in the Creator’s trial, with all our accusations and complaints, we will discover His attitude toward us, the reason He created us so small on purpose, and why we are punished by ourselves and by nature. We will learn the purpose of our creation and our fate, why we are born, live, and die in great pain. Eventually we will begin to understand that all our complaints are to our Creator, and it is actually He whom we want to put on trial!

The only wisdom in the world that can help us is the wisdom of Kabbalah. It clarifies the problem of the mutual relations between a person and the Creator and so it is the main wisdom in the world because there is nothing more important for a person than the clarification of these mutual relations, and actually nothing but that really matters. The reason is simply that there is nothing other than that in nature! The Creator does everything, but is a person is ready to forgive and then to thank Him for what He does to him in order to bring him to the complete state?

Question: There are those who believe that money lending is the invention of Kabbalists in Babylon. Is this true?

Answer: I don’t think so since there were no Kabbalists in Babylon. They came from the group that left Babylon and there were certainly no moneylenders in that group. Money lending began when the Jewish people fell from the spiritual world. Money lending and the interest that was charged were based on complicated mathematical calculations by which the moneylender stole from decent people.

Today every banker can explain this complicated calculation of interest rates. If I lend someone money, he has to repay me plus a certain percentage of interest, and if he doesn’t repay me the money on time, he has to pay more. That is, there is interest charged on interest, because it takes into account the damage that I have suffered from not having received the money I had counted on, and could not recirculate.

Let’s assume that there was no coup, but it was a staging of a play by Erdogan’s government in order to remain in power. Earlier this year he lost the election but he refused to leave, so he staged a “coup” as the story of his wretched opponents in order to remove them.

Already 2,836 soldiers have been arrested, including senior officers; 2,745 judges were removed from office. Erdogan ordered the media to make a false declaration of a coup in order to encourage people to go to the streets and support his government. He provoked the media to show to the world that people support him.

He wants to realize a radical policy in accordance with Islamic Sharia laws and to stay in power for life becoming a symbol of the new Turkey, like Ataturk, whose legacy and memory don’t give him peace.

Question: During recent weeks a whole chain of events occurred in the world and it is still unclear where they will lead us. It began with the exit of Britain from the European Union. Then major terrorist acts broke out one after another in European countries.

And yesterday a military coup attempt was made in Turkey that caused a terrible rift in the country. What can you say about the situation in Turkey?

Answer: Turkey is at the crossroad of Europe and Asia, both geographically and internally. On the one hand, it belongs to the Muslim world and, on the other hand, it is a member of NATO and seemingly belongs to Europe.

The border between Europe and Asia runs through Turkey’s capital Istanbul, or as it was formerly called Constantinople. And those there feel this split, an internal partition. There are many people in Turkey who want to be Europeans, but recently the part that belongs to radical-Islam intensified.

The gap between these two groups is steadily increasing, and therefore in the future we have yet to see a lot of turmoil in the country. The situation won’t calm down by itself, although the coup failed and President Erdogan now has an opportunity to bring his order to the country. But people don’t really welcome it.

Erdogan’s opponents have failed so far, but it doesn’t mean they have no power. We need to understand that the entire world is now at the similar crossroads of two different ways. Soon we will see the same opposition in European countries, when the European power will subside and the opposing Muslim power of radical Islam will intensify.

Question: So who will win? Will it be Islam?

Answer: No. None of them can win. Scales will swing from one direction to the other, but neither side will win.

The method of connection that the wisdom of Kabbalah offers should win, and then the entire world will unite and there will be no winners and losers. It doesn’t matter to what side each one belongs, left or right, all will feel that salvation is only in unity. The overall success is only in this; there can’t be anything else.

Question: And how will Turkey look then, like a Muslim country or Western European?

Answer: The country will be neither Muslim nor European but simply one in which there is a complete unity. And it will be the same way in the entire world. If the Light that returns to the source flows through the Kabbalists to the world, to all the nations, then everyone will understand and feel that unity is the only correct and possible state.

In the News (The Uptake): In American President Barak Obama’s statement following the police shooting of black men in Minnesota and Louisiana, President Obama said “These are not isolated incidents. They’re symptomatic of a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system. And I just want to give people a few statistics to try to put in context why emotions are so raw around these issues. …

“Last year African Americans were shot by police at more than twice the rate of whites. …

“African Americans are arrested at twice the rate of whites; African Americans defendants are 75 percent more likely to be charged with offenses carrying mandatory minimums. They receive sentences that are almost ten percent longer than comparable whites arrested for the same crime.

“So that if you add it all up, the African American and Hispanic population, who make up only 30 percent of the general population, make up more than half of the incarcerated population.

“These are facts. And when incidents like this occur, there’s a big chunk of our fellow citizenry that feels as if because of the color of their skin they are not being treated the same.

“… there are problems across our criminal justice system. There are biases, some conscious and unconscious that have to be rooted out. That’s not an attack on law enforcement. That is reflective of the values that the vast majority of law enforcement bring to the job.

Answer: There were no cardinal changes as a result of the fact that an African-American is the president of the US. His gentle attitude toward Islam will have a much greater impact. The issue is not a person’s skin color or his origin but the person himself.

America is abandoning the Anglo-Saxon basis it was founded upon and has no other foundation yet. It is essential since life demands changes, but this requires the education of the people. Obama, instead of educating the people, has brought them to poverty and has recreated all the former (racial differences) and new (anti-Islamic) contradictions during the two terms of his presidency.

The climate is the biggest mystery in the modern world. It is hidden from all and classified in secrecy in government offices and among scientists involved in this research and statistics collection.

Nature is preparing us for a future surprise that people are better off not knowing about it. We can’t be saved from the influence of the climate on us, not as in the case of a nuclear bomb in which it’s possible to wait until the danger has passed. And it is not like a brief turbulence in the weather: a storm, hurricane, tempests, or earthquakes. Instead, the climate will be going to a completely different level for which we are not suitable. For example, the temperatures will reach 70 degrees centigrade (158 degrees Fahrenheit) accompanied by a huge lack of oxygen in the atmosphere. As a result, there will suddenly be a huge, rapid multiplication of hordes of insects, rats, cockroaches, and internal bacteria and we will have no ability to deal with them.

Question: So what can be done?

Answer: There is nothing for us to do except for one thing: to rise above the forces of nature. This is possible if we take it upon ourselves to awaken the forces that are found above nature. If nature is going out of balance on this level, it is only possible to restore it from the next level!

Einstein said that it is necessary to rise to the next level. From there it will be possible to bring the previous levels to a state of stability and balance and then manage it.

Question: Does this mean that nature is pushing us to the next level?

Answer: Certainly! Our refuge is only through rising to the next level. The imbalance in nature is due to a laxity in the connection between us. This has resulted in our neglect to the opportunity to control it, the possibility of bringing ourselves and all of nature into balance. In fact, we are contributing to this imbalance. But we can also correct it on our own only if we exit to the next level.

And if we don’t choose to do this, we will continue on the path of suffering where natural disasters and war will erupt. Only a minimal number of people in the world are capable of understanding the situation and will begin to change themselves. But this number is sufficient to overcome the situation. Even this small amount of people must awaken, ascend, and get closer to each other, making them into a serious system.

We in the Bnei Baruch organization through our Kabbalah Education Centers are trying to gather all the true Kabbalists of the world. But we are still not able to bring all of these people to a level in which they feel a tremendous responsibility toward themselves and all people, and mainly towards the highest power of nature. This is very important.

There are no other ways of reaching this other than compelling people who can unite and create the correct system of mutual connection between them to carry out such an operation! If we don’t do this internally, then through the peoples of the world, through all of humanity, nature will begin to push us and it will be terrible! So we are working in this direction and I hope we will succeed.
