The Sensitivity of Water

720Question: Why does water have a high sensitivity to various disturbances?

Answer: Because it is a carrier of basic information. Water is the general quality of bestowal, which connects everything with each other. This is the quality of life, it revives.

If all other elements of our world are egoistic, then water has altruistic qualities. It has this force originally in it. This is why water is a solvent, a connector. It exists around developing objects. Without water there is death, give water there is life.

But at the same time, water can also be a carrier of negative energy. For example, all kinds of tsunamis, hurricanes, and floods. It depends on what information it carries, and by what it is generated. It already depends on people, on their wrong influence on the world.

Basically, we emerged from an ocean of water because until a huge amount of water mass appeared on the planet, life was impossible. The transition happened from quantity to quality, when a huge amount of water information was gathered together and organic life began to emerge in it. From where? From the information that is embedded in the water.

Coincidence or Determinism?

738Question: Is the origin of man a consequence of some random changes in nature or a result of some evolutionary process?

Answer: Nothing happens accidentally in nature. If we don’t see something, don’t attribute it to chance. We need to attribute it to our ignorance, to our inability to attain some phenomenon yet. But the more we reveal nature, the more we see a clear deterministic path of development, endless connections, and their forms in it.

All of them are built on one single law of maximal benefit: to be in the state of the lowest energy expenditure and the greatest egoistic fulfillment at every moment of time.

The laws of nature are based on the fact that all the matter of nature is the desire to receive, which is constantly developing and constantly looking for new forms of development for itself.

The method of development of the desire is located inside matter itself, inside desire itself. At the same time, quantitative development leads to the qualitative development of the still, vegetative, and animal nature and man.

The Whole of Life Is Inside Water

703.04Question: What is the quality of water? Today, as a result of studying genes, scientists have come to the conclusion that 75% of genes are made up of water. What is this special quality water?

Answer: There is a lot of research on this topic.

According to Kabbalah, water is the quality of Bina, bestowal, and quality of life. And although this is not the force of life itself, life is impossible without it. That is, water is the universal filler, the solvent, the substrate, from which everything grows.

Earth without water is lifeless. Supply some water and there will be life. This life exists not in the water, but in the soil, but without water it is dead. Water is the means to start life.

In our prenatal development we are in water. We are 90% water. And so on.

In the wisdom of Kabbalah, the upper waters and the lower waters are enormous qualities of the worlds. All spiritual space is filled with water. We exist within it. We do not swim somewhere, but we exist inside it, like qualities that are opposite to water, but living precisely because we have received the correct contact with it. That is, our whole life is built inside water, the properties of bestowal.

See Myself In The Picture Of The Universe

707Our senses reveal only a part of what is around us. This part we call our world. There are still many more various objects and actions around us that we do not feel, do not understand, and do not recognize.

In fact, we exist in a vast world filled billions of times more than what we imagine today. We are connected with objects, actions, causes and consequences of everything that is happening.

However, in order to understand what we are for and where we belong, we must first reveal all this, and then, after getting acquainted with it, see ourselves in this entire picture. Then we will be able to draw some conclusions about who we are, what we are, for what, and how.

Worlds That Make Up The Universe

548.03Baal HaSulam, “The Essence of the Wisdom of Kabbalah“: Kabbalists have found that the form of the four worlds named Atzilut, Beria, Yetzira, and Assiya, beginning with the first, highest world, called Atzilut, down to this corporeal, tangible world, called Assiya, is exactly the same in every item and event.

This means that everything that eventuates and occurs in the first world is found unchanged in the next world, below it, too. It is likewise in all the worlds that follow it, down to this tangible world.

Kabbalists discovered that there is an upgraded state of creation, which is the upper level called the world of Ein Sof. According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, Ein Sof (infinity) and distances are not measured by kilometers or yards, so this measurement is not really relevant for them. Therefore, this world is called upper because the highest root is there and everything stems from it.

It is called the world of Ein Sof because we cannot attain it in its ultimate form.

The next world below it is called the world of Adam Kadmon (AK).

Adam is the prototype of the corrected state of creation, and Kadmon means primary or original. So the initial state of creation, the embryo, is called Adam Kadmon.

Then the world of Atzilut follows, stemming from the word “Etzlo” (in Him). Everything is contained in the world of Atzilut.

It includes the upper light coming from above and all the efforts and corrections that come from below. It is truly a serious spiritual object.

Atzilut is the upper world in which the Creator exists and operates on us from above downward.

Below this world are the worlds of Beria, Yetzira, and Assiya.

The world of Beria comes from the word “Bar” (emerging from the boundaries of the Creator, below His level).

Yetzira means that new, lower states are created in this world.

Assiya is the world of action.

Our world is below the world of Assiya and is sometimes perceived as its lowest level.

Question: What is the upper root and what is the branch?

Answer: Basically, the root is in the world of infinity. But it is not a root in itself yet, because it is too high. Our roots are actually in the world of Atzilut and our branches are in our world.

And in between, there are different states, combinations, and connections.

The Structure Of The Worlds—The Seal And The Imprint

548.02“There is no difference between them, but only a difference of degree perceived in the substance of the elements of reality in each and every world. The substance of the elements of reality in the first, uppermost world, is finer than in all the ones below it. And the substance of the elements of reality in the second world is thicker than in the first world, but finer than all that is of a lower degree.

This continues similarly down to this world before us, whose substance of the elements of its reality is coarser and darker than in all the worlds preceding it. However, the shapes and elements of reality and all their occurrences come unchanged and equal in every world, both in quantity and quality.” (Baal HaSulam, “The Essence of the Wisdom of Kabbalah”)

Question: What is “a fine world?”

Answer: It is a world in which we use the desire with the intention of in order to bestow. This is actually what makes it fine.

“They compared it to the conduct of a seal and its imprint: All the shapes in the seal are perfectly transferred in every detail and intricacy to its imprinted object. So it is with the worlds: Each lower world is an imprint of the world above it. Hence, all the forms in the higher world are meticulously copied, in both quantity and quality, to the lower world.”

This is how everything takes place. The world of Ein Sof and the world of Adam Kadmon are called Keter, the world of Atzilut is called Hochma, the world Beria is called Bina, the world of Yetzira is called Zeir Anpin, and the world of Assiya, which also includes our world, is called Malchut. This is the structure of the whole creation.

If we look at one of the worlds, let’s say Bina, it is also made of Keter, Hochma, Bina, Zeir Anpin, and Malchut, and so on.

This means that the structure must always be made of five or ten parts. Later we will see that it is the same thing. The whole creation starting from the world of Ein Sof all the way to our world includes ten Sefirot, no more no less. Every particle in it is also made of ten Sefirot and is similar in its structure to all the worlds.

If we assume that the universe is built in the form of an atom and is made of these atoms, we can imagine what a root and a branch are. It all descends into our world and everything that we see before us are the branches of what is above our world, according to the hierarchy of the spiritual attributes, which in the spiritual world are called roots.

The Four Attributes Of Upper Governance, Part 5

243.05Connecting to the Common Sefira of Love

Question: Why did Baal HaSulam chose only four categories: Hesed (mercy), Emet (truth), Tzedek (justice) and Shalom (peace) if there are many more? And where is the category of love? Why isn’t it part of the general list? Could it be that it has a special place?

Answer: Love is the goal.

Mercy, truth, justice, and peace exist only to bring us to complete connection. Complete connection is called love. So, it does exist here but only in a specific symbiosis of all these properties.

Question: Does this mean that we need to feel this attribute and reveal it in relation to these four categories?

Answer: When you balance all these four categories and use them not in a twisted manner but literally as one general whole, they connect into one common sphere, into the Sefira called love.

Question: So why do we still speak only about four categories?

Answer: It is because these are the four stages of the development of the desire by the light. There cannot be more or less. These are the same ten Sefirot, which must find the right combination between them.

Question: Do the ten Sefirot have to be correctly combined to reach love?

Answer: So that Malchut eventually connects to Keter and the crown of creation is formed.

Our World Is The Darkest Place

424.02Question: Does the mind change according to the material a person studies? Is the mind of a person who studies the wisdom of Kabbalah different from the mind of a person who studies astronomy for instance?

Answer: Yes. A person who studies the wisdom of Kabbalah studies about the actions of the Creator. He thinks differently.

There are five worlds, one inside the other. The upper light goes through all the worlds, all the way to the center. These worlds are called Adam Kadmon (early man), which means the prototype of man, Atzilut, Beriya, Yetzira, and Asiya. The smallest circle in the center is called our world, in which we live.

We live in the darkest place, while the upper light reaches us through all the worlds from the world of Ein Sof.

Question: There is so much light around us, but the section of our world remains in the dark.

Answer: A person has no need for this light, because we cannot stand the light of bestowal. It is death for us. We can only perceive the egoistic light and we live within it.

Small Bricks That The Worlds Are Built Of

117Question: By which methods, which means, and according to which order did the Creator create the world?

Answer: By desire! The Creator created desire and He fills it. A desire and a filling are the small bricks that all the worlds are built of. The whole world is made of these small bricks, small desires. When they come in contact with each other and connect, they create worlds, just like we build buildings from bricks.

Each brick is made of ten parts that are called ten Sefirot. When these ten Sefirot come together to a certain amount, they are called a Partzuf, which means a bigger unit.

When this Partzuf connects with other Partzufim it is called a world. The worlds connect to each other and create reality. This is how it works.

Five Parts Of Nature: The Root And Its Effects

548.03Comment: Rabbi Nachman wrote that he had a dream as if he had entered a cave where there were many different books. When he began to open them, they all opened in the same place and spoke about the same thing.

My Response: So it is, they all speak only about how to return to the state of spiritual fusion, union, ascent. In principle, all the primary sources are written for our time. We are now in the last, fourth exile from spirituality, and from it, we must come to complete unity with the King, with the Creator.

Question: But if all the primary sources say the same thing, why are there so many different books?

Answer: Because, first of all, there are four primary languages.

In our body, everything consists of five parts (the root and its four effects): five parts of the lungs, five parts of the mouth, five senses, five fingers on the hand, and so on.

The fact is that the light that builds the soul for itself is its root system, the so-called crown, the root. From the root come four stages, four emanations of the light that builds desire for itself. Only the last, fourth stage is the true desire that wants to rise to the light, to be the same as the light.

Thus, everything in nature is created in five stages, and therefore we have four types of language, that is, four types of perception of light by the creation.

In addition, there are four types of creation itself: inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human.

Kabbalah describes all the stages of our change, i.e., climbing the 125 stages of the five worlds, the last of which is the root one.

In each world, there are five so-called Partzufim (great stages), each of which is subdivided into five more sub-stages—Sefirot. It comes out to 225 steps. All of them turn into one single comprehension of the Creator, called “His unchangeable indelible four-letter name.”

The four-letter name of the Creator includes the outgoing root (point) and the four letters that represent this point. That is, in the form of these five representations of Him, five manifestations, we feel Him.
