Man Feels Good When The Whole Universe Feels Good

744Question: Man understands what is good based on what it is good for him. How can we understand what is good based on the global law of the universe?

Answer: People can feel good only when the whole universe feels good because everything is one single organism. Even cosmologists and people who deal with global nature around us talk about this.

The academic Vernadsky came to his theory of noosphere in this way. Famous philosophers and physicists who have studied the universe, including Einstein, write that the whole universe is a huge, enclosed, multi-layered, composite, infinite thought in which all parts are interconnected and support each other.

It is a huge, perfect organism that includes absolutely everything. And we are a cancerous tumor in it because we think only about ourselves. This is the property of cancer. When a part of the body begins to think about itself and absorbs everything into itself, this disease appears.

The Problem Is In The Person

619Comment: Some scientists who studied the science of management believe that strategy development follows from the structure of management. But this postulate is not practically perceived by specific managers who implement certain social and industrial programs.

My Response: The fact is that we do not change people and that is why they cannot manage correctly. They cannot understand the task, solve it correctly, and pass it on to others.

The whole problem is in the person. A person must be integrated and only then will one correctly understand the task (at a new level) and be able to give an appropriate solution. The problem is only in this.

Beyond Limited Knowledge

537Our knowledge is very limited. In fact, its boundaries should be much greater than we can imagine.

But we are in an egoistic state and try to receive everything in ourselves, and therefore we are very limited and feel only our small world. The universe seems to us as infinite and in its inanimate matter.

The still, vegetative, animate, and human parts of the universe exist only on our small planet. All levels are arranged as a pyramid: a huge inanimate universe, then the vegetative nature on earth, a smaller part is the animate, and even smaller one is man.

Imagine how limited all this is and that it is only a meager perception of the general universe. Moreover, we perceive this small part in our egoistic properties, i.e., opposite to the huge law of love and bestowal that exists in the world.

It turns out that the perceived world feels negative, flawed, temporary, that it always leads to death and requires huge efforts on our part to at least get something, to be fulfilled by something, to exist somehow.

But in fact, this world, the whole of nature, the whole universe exists according to another law—the law of love and bestowal. There, on the contrary, there is absolute energy, information, and the exchange of forces and properties where you act and at the same time no energy is required from you, no effort.

You do not act against this force, against internal friction, against your properties, you do not have to overcome anything. On the contrary, you enter a state of bestowal and love when everything flows in you by itself.

We cannot even imagine such a property, such a state. This is the single common law that exists in the universe.

The Failure Of Modern Science

263Question: More than ten years ago I came to the conclusion that economics should be integrated with psychology and work with economic psychology. After all, there is a gap between them that really hinders consumer society. What do you think about this?

Answer: It is hard to say how to work with psychology nowadays because people are changing very rapidly and, in general, psychology is a reflection of what we understand, think, and feel. Economics is also tied to our egoistic desires: do we interpret them correctly and how do we connect all the parameters.

I think that the idea by itself is correct and the direction, naturally, correct. But I do not think that today economics and psychology can be tied because neither of them is a science, but are what a person imagines as it seems to him. It is impossible to build a third something on this to connect them together because these areas of knowledge are in a rather unstable state today.

I nonetheless come to the conclusion that without changing human nature, there is no escape, nothing can be done. All our sciences and management systems will gradually reveal their failure. Once in the time of Newton, this was all good and right. But we have passed this phase already.

Today, humanity is entering a completely different world, and we will have to feel it as a whole. Only in such a way, we will be able to manage it.

At The Level Of Integral Solutions

528.03Today, practically no person in the world feels that he exists in an integral system, which is a single organism. We need as if to take the parts of the body, arms, legs, and so on, connect them together, and revive them with a general life-giving force.

When this united collective begins to feel this way at least to a minimum extent, it will be able to really make completely new decisions at a new level: how to manage the world, the country, and all the decisions humanity must make. It will have a new level of perception of reality, a new level of problem-solving.

This will be an integral collective and an integral solution in accordance with the integral nature that is beginning to manifest itself in humanity today. Otherwise, we will not be able to handle any problems.

Individual solutions contradict the integral solution; therefore, we will not have any success in solving problems with our current attitude. We will make more and more mistakes, which will lead us to great suffering, and then to the need to come to the correct solution. But this is a very long and undesirable path that includes all sorts of problems and even perhaps wars.

At the same time, small integrated teams who unite into one single system, can correctly solve problems at a new level and already today give clear recommendations for proper management.

The only question is, whom to manage? Let us say there is an integral group that produces the correct algorithms. Who will implement them? After all, this requires people who will correctly perceive these tasks, unite with each other at the level of implementation, and also solve this in an integral way.

That is, here we already require suitable performers. As a result, we are faced with the task of creating small integral groups that can solve both managerial and executive tasks.

A New Approach To Management

271Question: Currently, there are hundreds of approaches in management. They can be grouped into three schools: administrative scientific management, human relations management, and management as art, politics, and technology.

We see that modern society does not cope very effectively with many processes related to production and social issues.

How do you think it is possible in the current situation to develop the direction that we have designated as spiritual management based on the principles of Kabbalah? It can also be called eco-adaptive management, which deeply affects the issues of nature and interaction with the surrounding universe.

Answer: I agree that it is necessary to develop a new approach to management. This is an organizational approach that runs throughout the organization of a management group that brings together completely different specialists, different people. But the most important thing is that an integral relationship should arise between them.

They must become similar to integral nature we are now gradually discovering ourselves in, and therefore, we are entering a crisis with it, that is, in a contradiction. All nature is absolutely integral, like a small village. This is a fully interacting system, for example, like our body, if we consider it ideally where each cell and all together work to maintain it in the most optimal state.

We need to create such a collective of people who, in connection with each other, would be similar to this integral nature. And then they will be able to resolve any issues in a completely new form, first of all, managerial, but in principle, not only managerial. After all, such an interaction will appear between them that they represent a single organism and each of them and all together they suddenly feel themselves to be in an integral system.

Through The Borderline States Of Our World

226Question: The science of management is largely based on the principles of determinism developed by Newton. And what was discovered in the 20th century: quantum physics, the Heisenberg principle, and other discoveries, are followed with great difficulty, or to put it simply, are not followed at all. Do you think this is possible to overcome?

Answer: Only by re-educating a person. There is no other way!

After Newton, all the discoveries of Heisenberg, Hugh Everett, Einstein, etc., these are all borderline states of our world—still egoistic thinking. But scientists are already trying to break into another area where forces, space, time, and energy are combined into one single whole, and the division into separate parameters disappears.

This cannot be learned and mastered by people until they undergo personal transformation and start to perceive themselves, space, society, humanity, and the entire cosmos as one single whole. But all this can be done only if people in a small team decide to cancel themselves in relation to the team. This is the essence of the Kabbalistic practice.

If they try to do this, and we know that it does work, then they have a completely different perception of space, time, and events. They go beyond the egoistic, deterministic framework to the level of integrality, globalism, interconnectedness, one single nature. All the principles operate there, of course, in a different way.

So, the transition from Newton to not even a modern but the correct unified field and space theory is possible only if we recreate a person. After all, a person feels everything through himself.

We do not see what is actually happening around us, we depict this world inside us. It is felt inside of us. And what the world represents outside of us, we cannot say because we are able to explore it only from within.

In our International Kabbalah Academy, many people are trying to enter the system of self-transformation: from “I” to “we,” in order to feel the world. Not to express it mathematically, as Einstein tried to do, but to feel it in a form independent of man.

Rising above our egoistic nature, we feel the space that is not disturbed by us, we see a different system and different calculations. And here begins a completely different physics and connection with all of nature.

The Mission Of The Science Of Kabbalah

259.02Question: How can we bring Kabbalah as close as possible to people?

Answer: The fact is that our basic desires are for food, sex, family, money, honor, fame, knowledge. They occupy people in this world.

Kabbalah does not touch these desires in any way and does not intend to fulfill them.

Question: But the concept of man (Adam) comes from the word “Domeh”—similar to the Creator. How can Kabbalah be brought closer to such people?

Answer: This is another matter! Then we mean completely different people, people in whom what is called an Adam—similar to the Creator—begins to develop.

That is, the inner image of similarity to the Creator, which can manifest itself in both a man and a woman, in any person in the world, must eventually develop in each of us.

This is the mission of Kabbalah: to help a person become like the Creator.

The Ten Sefirot Are The Creator’s Attributes

610.1Baal HaSulam, “The Acting Mind”: His qualities are the holy Sefirot

These are the same ten Sefirot that we study about and in which we exist. To the extent that I develop, I attain these attributes and I thus begin to manage my attitude to the Creator, from Malchut to Keter, and the Creator’s attitude to me, from Keter to Malchut.

And this is the acting mind that guides His world and by which He allots them His bestowal and goodness.

There are ten Sefirot: Keter, Hochma, Bina, Hesed, Gevura, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, Yesod, and Malchut. Keter is the Creator and Malchut is me, and everything else between Keter and Malchut are my attributes.

We must understand why this is called “Dvekut with the Creator,” as it seems to be mere learning.

It isn’t simply about studying the material, because by working on it we summon unto us the upper Light from Keter, which descends on to us, on to Malchut, manages us, and changes our attributes. In this state we can guide ourselves back from Malchut to Keter, and then the right bilateral connection appears in us.

Integrality Of The Overall System

275Question: There are hundreds of management approaches, but if they are integrated, then four approaches can be distinguished: administrative, scientific, industrial, and human.

To what level can a parabola be applied in governance? Or is it possible to consider everything in a complex, starting from the upper level and ending with the lowest one?

Answer: It is better to consider approaches to management in a complex, because we live in one integral, interconnected nature. But since we are such selfish, scattered, individual personalities, we do not see the integral existence of the entire system.

The system is one, nature is one. As it arose from one design of creation, from the Big Bang, it develops from one source.

Nevertheless, we see nature in the form of scattered systems because we divide it according to our small mental, psychological capabilities because they are not interconnected.

But as soon as we start to unite into a common system, say, even in a ten, then we will have a completely different approach, a view of nature, and we will perceive it as an interconnected system in which there is no division into psychology, zoology, and everything else. It is one common whole.

Therefore, dividing management into people, machines, programs, resources, etc. is completely wrong. Now we do this in view of the weakness of our approach. But if we master the integral approach, we will see in it an absolutely complete interaction of the entire system.

It will be described by the same actions and equations, no matter what is meant by them: either a technological process, the flow of some resources, or the combination of society’s schedules. It does not matter. This is all one common whole, like in the body, one organ cannot stand out from the others, it is still tied to the others and works together with them.

Therefore, a real control system should include everything and not be the sum of various subsystems. I think we will reveal this as one whole.
