My Response: On whom does the world rest? Does the world rest on people? The world hardly tolerates these people; it suffers from them. They sit on it like flies and gnaw it from all sides. Why should I love such a picture? We just dig our teeth into this Earth, into this world, and we gnaw on it wherever possible and push others away.

And then we also want to fly to Mars to escape from here: “Apple trees will bloom also on Mars.” And we will chop them down in the same way.

Comment: “Then on whom does the world rest,” Alexey asks. After all, it does rest on something.

My Response: The world rests on the word, on the word of God. In the beginning there was the word, and the word was God, and God was eternity, and so on.

The world rests on the quality of good, on the quality of love. It all comes from the upper one, not from us. If it were from us, then this whole world would not exist for a second. We are the negative energy in the world.

The Creator holds us, holds the world. If not for this, nothing would exist. In the meantime, we are parasites on this world.

Question: What does the Creator hope for? What does He even want while holding us?

Answer: He does not hope. He governs so that a person eventually grows up to the realization of how to govern the world in general and takes the place of the Creator.

Question: Does it mean, according to your words, that people are created to govern this world? These, as you say, low creatures?

Answer: Yes. They were created to be the crown of creation, to govern the world, to convince the Creator to influence our world with the quality of good, which will be supported by all means by man, by people, and humanity.

They must allow the qualities of love and bestowal and kindness and compassion to be revealed in the world.

Therefore, they must go through this “bottom,” recognize their nature, suppress it in themselves, and come to the need for the opposite nature—the nature of the Creator.

Question: How does a person come to the conclusion that this is the path?

Answer: From suffering. There is no other way, but the recognition of the pettiness of one’s own powers, qualities, and capabilities. The Creator expects that we will turn to Him for help, ask Him for the force of the quality of good, bestowal, and love, and thereby rise to His level.

Comment: Scientists consider water to be a kind of force that transmits information and cultivates life.

They say that research about water encourages us to think about who we are, why we came here, and where we are headed. After all, there is a reason why a human body consists mainly of water. The effect of negative information leads to either health or sickness, to life or death. The scientists’ failure to grow a living cell in artificial conditions led to this conclusion.

My Response: No, the search for the force that gives life has nothing to do with water. Water is an animating force that transmits information and energy.

Life is breathed into inanimate matter so that it can multiply, develop, acquire new feelings, a new consciousness, and form itself on completely different levels of vegetative, animate, and human nature in a way that science cannot determine because this force comes from a higher state, from the upper world. This force created our world. It is involved from the very beginning in the development of the entire universe and all matter.

But we cannot control it. We cannot artificially transfer it or manipulate it at will.

This is the force of life. It is on a higher level than human. This is information and energy that are not yet attainable by us. We can reach it only when we rise to the level of absolute love and bestowal and break out of the level of our egoism.

Our entire universe, nature, human society, and in general everything that we observe and see in the universe is through an egoistic quality, a desire to receive, to enjoy, to take, and absorb into ourselves.

Meanwhile, giving, love, and life are the opposite of our quality because they expand outward but not in the inward direction. And only if we can break out of our egoism will we feel this force of life, expansion, multiplication, and development. Then we will be able to talk about something, to understand how vegetative matter emerged from inanimate matter, how animate matter emerged from vegetative, and so all the way to man.

It’s impossible to describe because you have to see it. To do this, we must acquire the same qualities of love and bestowal. I hope that someday humanity will come to this and will feel the force with which we were created, which gave birth to us. That is when we will discover the reason for life, its meaning, and its purpose.

Question: Does a person perceive only one percent of what surrounds us?

Answer: Even less than that. Imagine, there is an enormous number of waves around us and of these waves, I perceive, say, only green waves. From all the huge radio, ultra, infra, and no matter what waves, I perceive only the part that passes to me through the green part of the spectrum. And that’s it.

Also our egoism, from the vast number of objects, states, connections and everything that happens outside of us, comprehends only the part that it can perceive.

And it perceives only a small part. That is why, it is very difficult for us if we approach serious micro phenomena in physics and biology. We are faced with a condition where, based on this small part that enters our senses, we cannot understand and draw a conclusion about something completed, big.

And the further we proceed, the more we will lack data, even conceptually, not to mention the fact that we simply do not see 99% of the world that surrounds us.

As long as any researcher, be it a biochemist, physicist, researcher of human society or cosmos, no matter who, does not attune himself to a non-egoistic, independent of  self perception, and becomes an objective researcher, we will not perceive the rest of the vast part of nature that is in front of us, but is not comprehended by us.

Comment: In 1982, Alain Aspect conducted quantum mechanics experiments that led to validate quantum entanglement. Scientists have discovered that under certain conditions, elementary particles, for example, electrons, are able to communicate with each other instantly, regardless of the distance between them. It does not matter if it is 10 feet between them or 10 billion miles, each particle always knows what the other is doing.

This discovery violates Einstein’s postulate that the limiting value of propagation speed of interaction is equal to the speed of light, and therefore repels some scientists and inspires others to even more radical explanations.

For example, David Bohm, a physicist at the University of London, believes that this discovery suggests that objective reality does not exist, and despite the obvious density, the universe is basically a giant, luxuriously detailed hologram.

My Response: The universe is much more complex than a hologram. There is indeed an instantaneous connection between all its parts. We are in a volume that is absolutely rigidly connected between all its smallest particles, forces, and information fields. None of them is free from instantaneous impact on other particles and from their influence on it.

In fact, our universe is an analog system in which everything instantly connects to each other. Instantly! If something is done in one part, in another, in third and fourth, meaning there is some kind of shift, a change of one millimeter, one milligram, one unit, it instantly causes a change in the entire universe. This is how we are arranged. This is the world we live in.

However, people perceive information differently. With our lagging induction qualities, it takes a long time while all this spreads within us, is recognized, and passes a period of adaptation. Our perception of the universe is not what the universe itself is.

Therefore, here we can talk about two things: about what really exists, and about how a person perceives what is happening through his five corporeal sensory organs or with the help of tools that slightly expand the range of his sensations.

That is, we are talking about the fact that there is an objective reality and how subjectively it is perceived in us as it passes through our filters.

Comment: Allegedly, in the fall of 1943 a U.S. Navy destroyer was made invisible and teleported from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Norfolk, Virginia in an incident known as the Philadelphia Experiment. The US Military refute this incident. The urban legend holds that huge electromagnetic fields, which, if properly configured, would cause the light and radio waves to bypass the destroyer and the ship would disappear.

If we can trust some information, this experiment is based on Einstein’s “unified field theory.” According to his close friend and colleague Dr. Russell, Einstein nevertheless finished the “unified field theory,” but claimed that people were not ready for it and would mature only after the end of the Third World War.

Is it necessary to wait for the Third World War to reveal this law of the “unified field” to humanity?

My Response: Probably, yes. Maybe it will teach humanity something. But, of course, I am not a supporter of such a dramatic development of events and acute experiments.

Indeed, Einstein conducted experiments with the “Eldridge” and the light field, when objects disappear before our eyes. They themselves do not disappear, but disappear only from our sight. However, what does it mean “it disappears from the outside or not”? What do we have besides sight?

All these experiments are very strong, big, and great. Einstein, of course, revealed many things and still did not revealed many other things to us. This is clear from his statements.

From all this, we can say that humanity should receive a bludgeon or a slingshot in accordance with what level it is at. Of course, the methods of extermination that we have at our disposal today do not allow us to sleep peacefully. It would be better if our neighbors had bludgeons and slingshots. We would be able to stand against them. But with what we have today…

It is indeed possible that a third world war is ahead of us. Einstein was right that without a clear recognition of suffering, that is, without an understanding of where it stems from, humanity will not grow.

According to Kabbalah, not only a third, but also a fourth world war can happen. Imagine that even after the third one there will still be something left and the fourth one is also possible.

However, there is an opportunity to reach the correction in another way.

A world war itself will not give anything. If it passes over us like over animals, then animals suffer and die. Humanity, however, must realize that it is suffering because it has this egoistic quality, which in no way will allow it to exist normally either here or in any other conditions.

It is necessary to bring a person to such a state. We hope that we will be able to do this through the dissemination of the wisdom of Kabbalah.

Kabbalah explains to humanity the meaning of life, the meaning of nature, a clear law of global interconnection. It follows from them that we need only one thing: to reach an absolute balance between us and nature. This is the basic law of nature—the law of homeostasis. Only then will we live comfortably and safely.

When we reach such a balance, we begin to feel the inner power of nature, an exit to another level of it, and to see that our life is perfect and eternal. Eternal!

That is, the ascent above the level of time and death is what Einstein assumed in his experiment, but did not want to show it to humanity because people would use these forces completely from the other, egoistic side.

In order to come to the correct use of the forces that he engaged in the Philadelphia Experiment, it is necessary to mature. Therefore, he said that after the Third World War it would be possible to reveal something to shallow egoistic people, but not before that.

We hope that first we will present them with general knowledge about nature, about what we can actually reveal if we unite with each other, and then humanity will have a perspective, which is, eternity, perfection, harmony, and knowledge of how to come to this through connection with each other.

Nowadays, we are already very close to beginning to understand this.

I hope that, after all without a Third World War, we will bring humanity to a state where we can give it the idea of existing above time and space, something that Einstein wanted to confirm with the Philadelphia Experiment.

A person who teaches Kabbalah has states when he can express his thought technically quickly and correctly, and there are states when he needs to express something emotionally without a special technique of speech, and then these emotions are conveyed even better. After all, he has to strain himself emotionally and send an invisible charge from himself to others.

This often works better than beautiful words. There is contact between the internal systems of the one who wants to convey and the one who wants to receive.

This is more effective than words because it enters directly without clothing in phrases that should pass into some meaning, and then the meaning in some way should pass into feelings, and the feelings should be felt and absorbed. This whole mechanical chain does not exist because the message goes straight from heart to heart.

It depends on the contact between the student and the teacher. It either exists or does not exist. However, it mainly depends on the student. If he wants to connect with his teacher and be as connected with him as possible, to drown in him, to be absorbed by the teacher, and asks for it, then it happens.

Question: You are talking about an internal request. How can we build it so that it really comes from the heart?

Answer: Gradually, by elevating the teacher in your eyes, above all your opinions, above all possible corporeal conditions. By understanding that you are given a great, unique opportunity to receive something from the teacher, and it is necessary to take advantage of it, to not neglect it, to not postpone it for later, to not accept it as something ordinary, and to not transfer it to some corporeal relations and corporeal benefits.

This is a very big problem of the interaction with the teacher because a person is given difficult conditions here. Yet, if he observes them more or less, he can obtain contact with the Creator through his teacher. At the same time, they should build such a chain when the lower one is completely immersed in the upper one.

We study this from the system of building blocks of the upper system where each degree enters the higher degree, and that one enters an even higher one, and so on. Therefore, if the lower degree enters the upper one and exists there as an embryo inside its mother, then it can develop with this upper degree, at least in the first nine degrees. This is called nine months of fetal development.

Then it goes outside and gets its own external model of development, which also depends on the upper one, like a baby who was born and develops next to its mother. The nursing period lasts two years, growing up six years, childhood and adolescence twenty years, until full maturity.

Question: Where do desires come from to a person?

Answer: Our desires are embedded in the informational gene, the so-called Reshimo, which develops in each of us. This internal informational record came to us from that small spark from which the entire universe was born fifteen billion years ago.

Question: Why do all people have different desires?

Answer: Because the initial desire, which began to develop from a spark of light, first generated a desire around itself at the level of inanimate nature; this is our entire universe. Then vegetative and animate nature, and man. This desire continues to develop in us and in the rest of nature. The universe is changing a little, the plant and animal world much more, but man is changing the most.

In other words, the desire that arose from the spark that gave birth to the universe continues to live and change in us. It passes through inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human nature and pulls everyone along with it like a ray of light to the next dimension, back to its root.

That is, this spark came from above, from its root, created our universe, and carries us all back there.

The only thing we can do is to consciously strive for the same goal. And then we will begin to understand why, how, and what; i.e., we will begin to consciously participate in this process and thus reach the level of the Creator.

By incorporating in the program of creation, which is in the spark that brought about evolution, we will realize this program faster than it would have been realized by itself. We can do this.

If we get involved in this process and with the help of a special environment, books, and teachers we ourselves rush forward, then we will get ahead of this force of development. We will develop independently and purposefully and will acquire knowledge, strength, and everything that is necessary.

Thus, we will realize the entire program of creation, the whole knowledge of the Creator and all His qualities, and become equal to Him. This is the purpose of our existence. So, go ahead! In any case, we will have to come to this.

Kabbalists have always been interested in science and cultures of nations. Even Baal HaSulam and Rav Kook visited libraries, sat there, and studied everything.

We can see from the works of Baal HaSulam how well he knew economics, political science, political economy, and how he spoke of Marx’s political economy, of what is happening here in Israel between parties, and so on. Meaning, he was a person who knew subjects perfectly and often mentioned great scientists and famous people of the past.

It is a natural desire of a Kabbalist to study the upper world from the lower world and the lower from the upper because everything that happens is still interconnected between the two worlds and everything comes from only one source—the upper one. When studying our world, you feel the upper source manifested through it.

Therefore, I am happy to absorb everything that is in this world. I am already over 70 years old, but I feel like a young boy eager to see everything, to learn everything, both the upper and this world. I have a thirst for everything.

Question: When musicians learn to play a composition together, they understand why they are doing it. But at first there is a kind of overcoming between them in order to find contact with each other. Through making great efforts, they begin to work together, and only then is an amazing piece born in which the contribution of each person is felt.

Then, as if a switch takes place and they again need to make efforts to act together. There is no pleasure, even if they have experienced a sense of a special unity between them.

Why is it that if, say, they need to record three compositions, and they know that everything will turn out fine, it becomes more and more difficult for them to do every step?

Answer: It is because they want to achieve greater skills. They begin to see new flaws even in their past excellent performance, as they enter deeper and deeper into the understanding of the work and start seeing some small inconsistencies.

This is a process of professional growth. The Kabbalists have the same thing when we begin to unite with each other.

Comment: People who are inside our system know how difficult every next action that will lead to a certain result is. However, these actions must be performed anew, gather together, and unite common efforts. The problem is precisely in the connection of one person with the other person. Then you overcome this bar and see that it has some special energy.

My Response: It is all the same, both in the spiritual and in our world, the processes of spiritual growth.

Question: Why is it in Kabbalah that this is felt especially strongly?

Answer: Because every next degree is completely new. The musicians add something, they get something new, it goes in, goes out, and comes back again. Their creative process takes place at the same level.

Kabbalists, however, have a new level every time. That is, all ten Sefirot are completely new; it is a new degree and you start all over again, completely. You get some kind of experience, but you still have to start over.

Question: Why doesn’t the previous experience remain that a person could rely on?

Answer: Because this is a new degree. The previous experience can only hurt you.

Question: In 1946, the remarkable neuropsychologist Carl Lashley conducted a series of experiments on rats in which he taught them to perform a series of tasks, such as race for the shortest path in a maze, etc.

He then removed various parts of the rats’ brains and retested them. His goal was to remove the part of the brain in which the memory of the ability to run through the maze was stored.

To his surprise, he found that regardless of which parts of the brain were removed, the memory as a whole could not be eliminated. Usually, only the motor skills of the rats were disturbed as they were barely able to hobble through the maze. But even with the removal of a significant part of the brain, their memory remained intact.

How can it be that surgery does not affect memory?

Answer: We are just detectors, recipients, of the vast amount of information that exists outside of us. And it’s all outside of us. All our feelings and thoughts are not held within us.

The heart is not a sense organ, but a pump that reacts very sharply to all kinds of pressure drops, innervations, etc. The brain is the same. The repository of all our desires and thoughts is outside of us. Around us is an information field and we can say that by connecting to it, we manifest this field in our various actions.

The brain is a tool with which we seem to connect to an external information field and within itself conceals a record of all information.

Question: And then where is all the information stored, all the memories?

Answer: Outside of us! Memory is not at the intersection of synapses. There is none of this. It is arranged this way only in order to transform information coming from an external degree that is inaccessible to our perception into something that we can work with.

Meaning, the brain is like a computer, let’s say in the same way that you connect your computer to the Internet. The Internet is like a worldwide virtual mass memory and a computer is something that can extract something from it and present it to us for use.
