Answer: I am not trying to scare anyone. I am talking about what we should expect if we don’t actively participate in our evolutionary process that develops under the influence of the ego, and therefore, we have to do something.

We are leading ourselves to doom and destruction, from bad situations to even worse situations. Everyone can see what is happening in the world. I am not a prophet, I am simply pointing out the current situation because I have a remedy for the harmful actions that lead to harmful outcomes. Take this remedy from me and everyone will be better off.

But if we close our eyes and wait for what may come, we will reach a state in which the earth will no bear us anymore and society will annihilate itself.

Question: Wouldn’t people understand what is going on if you didn’t tell us what the future holds and what we should do? Must you tell people what is going to happen?

Answer: When I was a kid and went to school my parents told me: “You should be a good student, don’t be lazy. If you study well, you will be a great man, everyone will respect you, you will make money and will be able to provide for your family. But if you don’t, things will be bad.”

If we don’t speak, nothing will affect people. This is the reason that I have to explain the situation.

Please forgive that if what I say may be a burden and that perhaps I am not saying it in a very polite and pleasant manner, but believe me that I am speaking out of my love for you. I want things to be good for you.

Question: Stephen Hawking continues to popularize himself. Now, he proposes to build colonies on the Moon and Mars where we would need to resettle as a result of climate change on Earth or the fall of a meteorite.

What do you think about these statements? Are we going somewhere?

Answer: I did not expect such a stretch of imagination from such a serious scientist who is the head of Newton’s department.

Of course, it is good to build laboratories on the Moon or on Mars to “saddle” some kind of a comet or a meteorite. The fact that he calls for resettlement elsewhere is no good at all. People do not know how much they are connected with the Earth.

We are connected with the Earth with all of our properties! We change even when we move from place to place on Earth. Facial features, character… everything changes. Compare, for example, the Jews who lived in Russia in the European part and those who lived in Central Asia. This is the power of the Earth! It is said that changing place changes fate and luck.

I believe that scientists do that to get good funding, create laboratories, and learn more about the universe. It is good. In fact, I do not think that someone thinks about moving somewhere else seriously.

If there is no life on Earth, will it be in another place? Here, we have excellent conditions, but we have already polluted the Earth so badly that we do not want to live on it anymore. And what will happen in another place? Is this how we will deal with all celestial bodies?

Comment: Once, you said that the garbage orbiting in space will be the monument to humanity.

Answer: And it is already so. If someone watched us from outer space, they would understand that they shouldn’t do business with us just by looking at the rubbish. They would say, “Look what they did to the nearest space!”

Question: I want to ask you as a Kabbalist: how can we master the Earth so that there will be no desire to move anywhere else?

Answer: People who have polluted the Earth must correct themselves. After all, the Earth can be heaven.

Question: So, will there be enough space and the ecology will be better?

Answer: This is not about that. The fact is that according to the parameters of inanimate, vegetative, and animate nature, the Earth is an ideal place for us because we grew and developed on it.

But when man on the Earth began to develop egoistically, he began to oppose himself to nature and the Earth, and as a result, systematically and consistently spoiled the environment. And here, we must correct ourselves.

Therefore, we need to take care of our own development along with financing scientific development.

Question: In the world there is a lot of corruption, deceit, unfairness, and inequality between those who have and have not—all of it stands in the way of normal life. Evidently, there are people who are more at fault for this than others, but what can be asked of a simple person?

Why do you insist that everyone has to correct themselves? Wouldn’t it be better to correct those in the position of power, so they would improve all our systems and make our lives better. What does a ordinary person have to do with this?

Answer: A simple person suffers without even knowing why. But the truth is that everyone is in charge of their egoism and will have to correct themselves.

Question: So why not correct only those who are the cause of the problem?

Answer: They are not the cause of the problem; the problem is the consequence of all of us. If we replace some people at the top, others who are no better will come to replace them. We need to correct the entire human society and then all the other levels: animal, vegetative, and inanimate will be corrected too because they all depend on man.

Question: What is so specific about each person that is detrimental to the whole system?

Answer: It is the human desire to build its success at the expense of another.

Question: But we try to help each other. There are so many humanitarian aid societies today and no one goes hungry. It looks like we care about each other and wish each other well?

Answer: The problem is that everyone judges according to their own opinion, and therefore is puzzled about why is it that we do so much good to each other, but the world keeps getting worse and worse? Apparently, we don’t know what it means to do good to each other, and what the system of nature requires of us. We don’t understand that we need to build a human society not based on our views, but according to the higher requirements, above the level of our egoistic mindsets, feelings, or philosophy.

Each person has his own understanding of what the ideal human society should look like. First, we must establish what the correct format of that society should be. We lack that understanding, and therefore we constantly enter into arguments, wars, and everyone thinks that they are in the right. Courts are overflowing with people trying to prove their convictions.

So who can give us the definition of the correct parameters of the world system for it to be an objective verdict, not someone’s opinion? After all, we all are corrupt egoists full of different stereotypes, and whether subconsciously or not, we always think only of ourselves and not of others.

That is why, the first thing we need to do is to determine the correct, objective form of the world system. And for that reason we need to turn to the science of Kabbalah, which explains what the upper force and the system of nature are and how can we become similar to it. For that is the only way we can come to a good life.

The upper force of nature is beyond us, and we cannot change it. However, we can change ourselves and bring us to harmony with it. The more we begin resembling its qualities, the better our lives will be.

Question: There are a lot of different ideas of how the world should be corrected. Everything comes down to this being a very important and exalted goal. Religious people expect the Messiah to come and for all the people to become religious.

“Green” people understand the correction of the world as improved ecology. The British National Committee on Environmental Protection recently published a report that lists 50 most urgent measures to “save the world.”

Here are a few of them: radically improve electricity consumption, introduce worldwide use of solar energy, and raise public awareness to reduce the waste of energy. All these measures are from the side of the Greens.

What does the correction of the world mean from the standpoint of a Kabbalist?

Answer: Kabbalah is a very extensive science that touches on the foundations of the world and extends through the whole depth of nature. Therefore, before talking about the correction of the world, we need to find out what in it is spoiled.

Everyone has their own opinion of what needs to be fixed because their major concern is for their own life. If you ask an old person versus a young one, a man versus a woman, married or single, everyone will give you a different answer.

So first we need to gain insight, whether the world is actually imperfect, and exactly how. Is this imperfection dependent on a person or not? And if it is, it follows that it is the person that needs to change, and not the world.

According to the science of Kabbalah, the world is so bad because it was corrupt from the beginning. Everyone is familiar with the story of Adam and Eve who lived in the Garden of Eden; everything was perfect until they violated the prohibition and sinned by eating the apple of the Tree of Knowledge. After that, the snake, or our egoism, started ruling the world. Since then, we began wishing evil to one another, and evidently remain this way to this day.

Apparently, the world would have been much better off if not for the sin of Adam. If people were kinder to each other, then surely our world, our society, would have been better.

If you look at the quality of the whole of nature: inanimate, vegetative, and animate, even there you will see that one consumes the other and lives at the expense of it. So it comes down to it also being in need of correction. There is no species that exists on its own; it is always at the expense of others. Especially man who always builds his own wellbeing to another’s detriment.

It follows that in order to correct the world, we need to correct general nature. And Kabbalah states that if the human nature is corrected, then the entire world would be corrected—everything will unite into one cohesive system, and even wolves and sheep will leave peacefully side by side, and a small child will lead them, as written by the prophets.

Writings of Baal HaSulam, “Building the Future Society”: There is an allegory about friends who were lost in the desert, hungry and thirsty. One of them had found a settlement filled abundantly with every delight. He remembered his poor brothers, but he had already drawn far off from them and did not know their place. What did he do? He began to shout out loud and blow the horn; perhaps his poor hungry friends would hear his voice, approach and come to that abundant settlement filled with every delight.

Question: How do we build such a path so people will feel that it leads to this “settlement filled with every delight”?

Answer: This transition is very difficult and far from popular. The fact is that not many people can move to the new state with their mind, powers, thoughts, and spiritual work.

“With their mind” means with the help of study and practical application of the wisdom of Kabbalah. Only a small fraction of people can do this. All the others will come to the same state precisely because of the influence of the group. The masses won’t have a choice; they will feel miserable, useless, and jobless.

And their suffering will become more internal rather than external. If once a person had no clothes and food, today he doesn’t have internal fulfillment, and this is much worse than hunger or cold. We see how people suffer from depression.

Therefore, the most important thing for us is to assemble a group of people that really can master the new stage of development, and then they will be able to pull the rest of humanity after them.

Comment: It is written that he “began to shout out loud and blow the horn; perhaps his poor hungry friends would hear his voice.”

My Comment: It doesn’t mean that he addressed the broad masses; they can’t hear the spiritual appeal.

They will be able to hear his cry if they feel miserable and hungry; otherwise, they will continue to play with their “toys,” especially since governments are interested in filling their lives with them.

Therefore, the spiritual appeal is directed to a few, and the rest will browse the Internet filled with entertainment and services created especially for them. It is possible to control the masses through the Internet without problems. They will give them free computers, only to keep everyone in an inter-tension.

Question: Is it only in order for them to not feel hunger and start to shout?

Answer: They won’t be able to. After all, the manifestation of hunger for the next state, for the meaning of life, is a fate of the high souls.

Comment: We have said repeatedly that robots will replace people. In fact they are already doing so where ever possible: they cook eggs, make cocktails, pour coffee, and work in industrial assembly lines.

My Comment: I am looking forward to the day that robots will be dentists. I will be the first to make an appointment.

Question: Would you let a robot dentist treat you?

Answer: Of course, today robots perform surgery in a meticulous mathematical manner according to an algorithm.

Comment: This means that they don’t feel anger and are under no pressure that can affect the quality of their work, like quarrels between a husband and a wife.

My Comment: Nothing affects them. It is amazing what we have come to. Now all we have to do is free man to actually engage in being a human being. Robots will work instead of us and we will engage in what a human being can and needs to engage in.

Question: Robots are replacing people today. Do you see the upper plan in that?

Answer: Certainly. Humanity began to replace man with animals, donkeys, horses, decades ago. Why shouldn’t we continue to replace people with machines, with metal? Man can be free to perform his major work, which only he can and must perform, his own correction, and through that, the correction of the whole world. A person should understand that he is transcending the framework of the beast and the framework of the robot and ascends above them to the human level.

Question: As a Kabbalist, can you describe the future?

Answer: In the future man will not do anything physical in our world. Machines will totally serve him, while man will engage only in developing connections between people from heart to heart. Thus, he will build the general soul in which he will feel increasingly upper worlds and will transcend to a totally different world. This is man’s work. Machines will provide everything else.

Question: Can we conclude, based on what you say, that as robots enter our life, the preparation phase of humanity ends and the transition to the next level begins?

Answer: Yes. We are nearing the reality in which man will not have to do anything. You cannot imagine that robots will begin to do everything in this world, like composing music, theater, and everything that you know. Everything that used to be done by man will be a poor version of what robots will do.

Question: Does this mean that all our feelings will be focused on becoming human?

Answer: Yes. This includes science, art, and literature. All of man’s current activities will be done by robots. Man will only enjoy what he creates in the upper world, because this is the only thing that is given to him.

Good luck! I hope all of you will have a good robot that can create everything you need and free you to perform your spiritual work. This is what the future holds for us.

The collective unconscious unites all of humanity and unconsciously transforms our civilization into a single body. The development of human society has gradually reached a blind alley, and a process of withdrawal and degeneration has begun.

In general, a new stage in the development of society happens on a more instinctive and unconscious level during revolutions and crises. This is because the higher force that drives humanity toward development is beyond our reach—it is the Creator above, and from us to Him—there has been the power of the collective unconscious.

The world is tired of despicable and alienated attitudes. In a time of turmoil, a dead end, or crisis, a powerful force always arrives and, which through suffering, forces humanity to take a step forward into the unknown. In our day, after the transition to the new situation, the collective unconscious will be replaced by a collective consciousness that strives and aims toward resembling the Creator, the higher level.

Question from Facebook: You have often called for the creation of a single European nation in the European Union. Does this mean that each nation must give up its traditions?

Answer: Traditions can be intermixed. Does anyone know any traditions today? All of this gradually changes, transforms, and evaporates.

Traditions can remain only if we clothe them in correct and good attitudes toward one another, and then they will not interfere. We will happily accept the traditions of one another because they will only help us to cooperate mutually and get closer to each other.

In contrast to this, today the traditions separate us. Therefore, Europe, which is supposedly united, is in fact divided and split into parts, and with each passing day the situation is becoming worse and worse in this union.

The most useful thing would be a joint movement toward the general rule “And you shall love your friend as yourself” (Leviticus 19:18), while everything else combines within this general rule and falls under it. If the principle “And you shall love your friend” includes all the rest of the principles, the traditions will actually help people unite more after all.

All of the traditions and cultures are not going to be lost. We will accept each other’s habits and in this way we will enrich our lives more. We will feel closer and better. But this will happen only if the goal is correct: becoming a single nation under the principle of “love of others.”

Question: Is this even possible?

Answer: We will be obliged to do this! The higher forces of nature are aiming toward this, forcing us to reach this state.

Our time in history is distinct because now the ulcers that exist in the entire system are being revealed. And the problem is that humanity doesn’t know how to cure them. It is this specific cause that is shattering society.

One of its parts, especially the governing level, is interested in hiding these defects, as if they do not exist. Another part acknowledges that defects exist, but they are inevitable. And just a small part is ready to correct them.

In most recent times, evil is being revealed much more forcefully than before. The election of Donald Trump served as a litmus test demonstrating the defects of modern society. The dishonesty and corruption of mass media, the ruling parties, democracy, and liberalism became very clear.

But on the other hand, so far there is no alternative. And the main thing is that there is a lack of understanding of the fact that neither the right nor the left forces are able to govern, but only the middle line. The middle line must be higher than the other two. Both right and left are wrong, because both are egoists. We can’t say which of them is bad and which is good—they are both bad.

But if they unite and rise above their differences, above their egoism, covering all transgressions with love, then between them will be born a new world of the future. This world will appear as something midway between the left, which has already revealed all the defects of its liberal politics, and the right, who will begin to reveal them in Europe and in America now.

Attempts to institute guaranteed basic income without attaching mandatory integral education to it, will very quickly ignite huge problems in society. People will just go crazy about it.

A person feels very uncomfortable when his material life is not organized. On the animal level, he is built in such a way that he needs to exert energy, work, and earn his money for his bread. And if he does not work for his own food, it is very bad.

For example, look at the kind of upbringing the royal family of England gives their children. It would seem that a king’s son could simply do nothing. Nonetheless, he is sent to study on the same level as others. He cannot be left with nothing to do, he must work, he must study.

That is why simply giving welfare for poverty destroys the individual and brings on heavy consequences. But maybe this way of revealing evil will bring awareness of the need to adopt the program of integral education, which is offered by Kabbalah.
