Question: How does Kabbalah relate to the feeling of guilt that arises in me for not dedicating enough time to its study today?
Answer: You should not engage in self-reproach. It is not good. You just need to make peace with the Creator. That is, thank Him for what He gives you, for uplifting you, correcting you, and leading you forward. That is all.
More positive thoughts. Complaining to the Creator will not help you. Later, you will see that you were wrong.

How Can We Ask The Creator For Anything?
Question: It is easy for us to love people who are close to us in their qualities. But how can we make ourselves love people who are not like us?
Answer: I do not think you should do this. You should strive for what is revealed in the ten and try to establish friendly relations in it.
Question: What is hatred of others?
Answer: Hatred of others is dislike, a desire to move away from them, to distance oneself.
Question: How can we love our neighbor as ourselves? Do we need to see ourselves in him and love him?
Answer: You can imagine it this way, or you can imagine that your neighbor, whom you want to love, is connected with the Creator, and through him you will love the Creator.

Question: What is the expression of the love of the Creator for us?
Answer: It is in Him moving us toward the goal of creation.
Question: We always want to please the Creator, but He is constantly moving away.
I am starting to feel disappointed in myself, but there are no answers. And then comes emptiness. What should I fill it with?

Question: Does paying Maaser (tithing) help in advancing toward holiness?
Answer: Paying Maaser is necessary; otherwise, you will not have entry into the spiritual realm. My teacher Rabash did not allow those who were late in paying Maaser to attend classes.
Maaser is a very serious thing: a tenth of our income. It is this that helps us climb up the spiritual ladder. So take this into account.
Question: If I start paying Maaser now, do I have to pay Maaser for the years that I was in Bnei Baruch and did not pay?
Answer: You will have to do this. Maaser is the most important thing in our connection because this money represents a spiritual tithe. Very often people ask me if it is possible to pay more. No, you must pay exactly ten percent, as it says in the Torah: a tenth and no more.
Question: Do I need to know if my friends in the ten are paying Maaser, or should I be sure by faith above reason that they are?
Answer: Everyone in the ten should know this because you are advancing both personally and in the ten. Therefore, your advancement depends on the general payment of Maaser.

Question: When fulfilling another person, how can I avoid overfilling them so as not to harm them or provoke hatred in return?
Answer: We do not actually fulfill someone else, but rather connect with them. They are fulfilled through us.
Question: How can I avoid provoking hatred in return?
Answer: If your intentions and actions are correct, he cannot hate you for this. He cannot.

We should understand the difference between Yenika [suction/nursing] to the Klipa [shell/peel] and Kedusha [holiness], which is the prohibition between the part that is given to the Sitra Achra [other side], which is permitted,… (Rabash, Notes 232 “Bribing the Sitra Achra”)
The Sitra Achra is the desire to receive and enjoy something material, which is opposite to the desire to give everything to others and the Creator. All our desires are not yet spiritual.
Question: What is the role of the Sitra Achra in spiritual work? You cannot live without it, but you must give something away so it does not interfere.
Answer: Yes, that is how it should be. When we have no choice and we have to give some of what we have to the Sitra Achra, then it does that, and we can do the work of moving toward holiness.
Question: How do we determine what can be given away and what cannot?
Answer: It depends on the person. One must decide which part he takes for himself and which part he leaves for the Sitra Ahra. He must know where he can think about the Creator. And the part that he cannot take for himself since he is sure that it is included in his receiving Kelim, he gives to the Sitra Achra.

Question: In the generally accepted understanding, love means indulging. How can we talk about loving one’s neighbor if I, in essence, am asking you to stop loving yourself, and this looks more like hatred? How do we get out of this paradox?
Answer: You do not have to stop loving yourself.
Question: But Rabash says that a person must come to self-hatred.
Answer: It will come gradually. After loving not only ten, but generally all people, you will find that you treat yourself with indifference.
Question: That is, you should not strive for hate?
Answer: Under no circumstances can there be any hatred at all.
Question: Some people initially dislike themselves. How should we approach them because they are right about something?
Answer: No, they are wrong. A person must love himself and love everyone else, compare his attitude toward himself with his attitude toward others, and try to make them similar.
Question: There is an approach that to love your neighbor as yourself, you must first love yourself. Is this right?
Answer: True, but the fact is that if you now reveal love for yourself, you will not have the strength to love your neighbor. Therefore, it is better to love your neighbor as yourself and then compare love for yourself with love for your neighbor.

Question: How can I understand that a soul has clothed itself in me?
Answer: Your current desire to understand why you exist is called the soul. You live to fulfill this desire and satisfy it.
Question: With the concept of “600,000 souls,” the number does not reflect the number of people or bodies, right? Is it a qualitative level related to the position of each spark relative to the worlds?
Answer: No, it is not. Each person carries a piece of the collective soul. Therefore, it is said that the collective soul is divided into parts, each of which is within us, and this is how we correct them.
Question: How should one work on oneself to avoid succumbing to the temptation of receiving for oneself? How can one feel this temptation?
Answer: This is a long process of correction. One must study and engage in this. It is a spiritual training mainly described in Rabash’s articles.
Question: Will moving to Israel affect spiritual advancement?
Answer: Undoubtedly.
Question: Why does spirituality not divide and separate into parts?
Answer: There are no different intentions and actions there because it is whole. Everything is aimed only at integration, to become similar to the Creator. Just as He is one, so must we be one single whole in our souls.
