Question: How can we recognize when to act and when to annul ourselves and accept?
Answer: It depends on you. Discuss these topics among yourselves, decide, and pray.
The most important thing is to ask for the force of connection from the Creator. Then everything should work out for you.
Ask the Creator how to use your desires correctly and whether you can direct your feelings and intentions to Him in these desires.
When you think about this together and want to relate everything to the Creator, that is the prayer.

Question: If I have a specific intention and effort in my work to bring contentment to the Creator and no other desires, is this a mistake? Am I deluded or on the right path?
Answer: I think these are still your small egoistic definitions. Does the Creator feel good because you are in this state?
Comment: I do not know. All my work is only for Him, so I hope He feels good.
My Response: Does He want to see you in this state?
Comment: No, He wants me to work even more.
My Response: What do you need for this?
Comment: To study the sources, unite in a group, and correct my desires towards bestowal.
My Response: Exactly. All this needs to be expressed in prayer, and try to convey this prayer to the Creator. I feel that you will succeed.

Question: How should I deal with my egoistic calculations regarding my contribution to the group when I feel indifferent to this contribution?
After all, egoism is like fuel for work. What if it is not there, what should I do?
Answer: If there is no egoism, that is very bad!
The worst thing is indifference. If you feel empty, if your eyes see nothing, your heart feels nothing, and the “gears” in your brain area not turning at all, that is very, very bad!
Nothing will help you until you come to the group, make a small meal for them, and say: “Friends, I am dead, you are now sitting at my memorial service. Let’s drink in memory of me.” You will see how much this will help you. It will help!

With What Can We Appeal To The Light?
Mishpat (law) establishes attainment, and it is forbidden to subtract from it but only add the opinion of the Torah.
And Chok (statute) is the level of concealment, which is faith above reason, and it is forbidden to add reasoning to it (Rabash, “And You, Israel“).
Question: What should we conceal in our work and what should we attain? What is considered law, and what is considered statute for us?
Answer: We must attain everything possible and conceal everything that hinders us, that impedes our spiritual advancement. As a result, we will see what yesterday or in the past concealed the path from us, today, on the contrary, becomes part of our path.
And so, we will gradually reveal all the paths of the Torah for ourselves.

Question: What do we actually bestow to the Creator?
Answer: Our desires and aspirations to get closer to Him, to become like Him, this is what we can bestow to Him.
We can use the desire to receive for the sake of bestowal only after restriction, when we can again open ourselves and say: “I want to receive this from You because it gives You pleasure.” Then the Creator bestows.
Question: How then can we receive correctly in the ten?
Answer: First you need to prepare the correct intention so that you can turn to the Creator. You must have the desire to do something for Him just as the Creator does for us.
When you position yourself against the Creator in this way and wish to receive from Him with the intention of bringing Him pleasure rather than yourself, then He gives, and you feel that He is filling you. From there, you will understand how to act.

Question: We go through certain states, but we do not understand at all what is happening to us. How do we know who we are talking to? In which Kli? How should we articulate our actions?
Answer: Suppose you are given some problem. Talk to your friends and describe this problem.
How do you establish a connection between each other and with the Creator? What desires do you include in the conversation between each other and with the Creator? What do you want to happen with these desires so that you can feel the Creator as you feel each other? Then everything will work out.

Question: How should we properly work with the impressions that the Creator sometimes gives in a dynamic way so that something becomes clearer to us? It seems that some fragment of His governance is revealed, but then everything is erased, and it is clear that it was just another stage, and a new degree is ahead.
Answer: So what? You need to work with what you receive and what is revealed to you.
Question: So should we trust such a state? Or should we somehow restrict it, doubt it?
Answer: No, in no case should you doubt it. Accept it from the Creator wholeheartedly and move forward to the new level.

Powerlessness And the Power of Egoism
Agreeing With All States
Question: What are the stages of recognizing the evil of our egoistic nature? Is it a cumulative process and recognition comes suddenly? Or is it happening gradually?
Answer: The recognition of our egoism occurs gradually. It is not present in newborn children. As they grow, we gradually teach children in kindergarten, at school, and further in life that egoism harms them both when in contact with other people, in mastering skills for some kind of work, and so on.
It turns out that on the other hand, egoism helps us. It corrects us and forces us to be better than we really are so that we do not show ourselves as complete egoists in relation to other people. After all, in that case they will treat us the same way.
Question: How does the recognition of the harmfulness of our egoism occur? Look how many wars, how much suffering is there. Where is this recognition? Do we see how the ego harms us?
Answer: We see it and slowly abandon it. People have no other choice. I cannot go out on the street and rob others.
Question: In principle, yes. For this reason, society has created such laws.
Answer: Society must continue to create all kinds of restrictions on human behavior. We see that each generation assumes other obligations—new, better ones. In this way, we gradually rise above our egoistic nature.
