In the Ocean of the Creator’s Love

572.02We are all in a vast ocean filled with the love of the Creator. We only need to open ourselves to feel this love that fills the entire world with its infinite light.

Let us make at least a little effort and open our eyes, open all possible passages into our mind and heart. Especially before the upcoming convention, let us prepare ourselves so that everyone becomes a pipe that conducts the upper light to each friend. Then we will all be completely filled with this light.

Let us prepare for the convention in this form: become one man with one heart in a common embrace so that the Creator fills us more and more with His love.

Is this Playing Prophets?

961.1Comment: People who study Kabbalah seem to be playing like they are prophets all the time.

My Response: What today is prophetic, tomorrow is reality. After all, we are not predicting thousands of years ahead. We are talking about a crisis, about the fact that we are on the verge of depleting all natural resources, especially energy, and that we have polluted the earth so much that we are ruining all of nature and ourselves. Is this called a prophecy?

A prophet is a person who talks about what will happen tomorrow. But if we base this tomorrow on science—and not only on the wisdom of Kabbalah, but also on other sciences—then we are not prophets, we simply know the system of the world.

Of course, humanity will not disappear as a species on Earth and in the universe because we have a different purpose. Our world is just a small part of the entire universe from which we must rise.

The Hidden Power of Books

209Kabbalistic books consist of two parts. One part directs you to intention: what you should do when reading texts.

The second part is the texts themselves when, by reading them, you invite upon yourself the upper light, the hidden force that exists in the world that is called the Creator. Thus, this force of nature raises you and develops you.

In our world, when a small child plays with toys, this force develops him because he instinctively wants to be big. In the spiritual world, I myself have to want to create such a desire in me and play.

What am I playing with? With texts. I read about my future upper state, and then the same force that develops a child in our world will develop me. It is called “concealed light” or “the light that returns to the source,” “the reforming light.”

With Love for Others

519Comment: Very often people do not want to listen to Kabbalah students, who it would seem have answers to everything.

My Response: Whether we do have all the answers is a question. But if we do, then of course a person does not like to listen to us because allegedly the other is smarter than him. However, this does not mean anything.

In the media, in science, in art, in anything, everyone wants to express their opinion, especially people who see and feel in advance. Naturally, they have something to say to others.

So what if it annoys others? Egoism does not want to listen to anyone and allow them to be smarter.
When I talk to others, on the contrary, I try to be a little lower than them, I never push, but hint that it may be this way or that. Let them ponder whether they agree or disagree, let them debate and find out the truth.

We need to approach this as scientists, as researchers. We are all in the same world. We all have the same problem; we do not know where we are going and what is happening to us.

Therefore, a person should first come to you and ask: “Give us knowledge about where we are and how we should live.” You, for your part, will go down to them and give them what you can with love for them. It will not work any other way.

The World through Rabash’s Eyes

721.03I remember during our trips how Rabash, sitting next to me in the car, would comment on what he saw on the way.

Just like a native of Central Asia rides a donkey and sings about what he sees: “Here is a tree standing next to the road, and here is a village appearing in the distance,” and so on, so did he. And when he would see some animals, he would tell me that they were such and such angels, forces of such and such type, and in what interaction they were with each other.

He threw a few words here and there, but this conveyed the feeling of a different reality that is connected with you and influences you, and you influence it, and all this is a single sensation.

Question: Did he like to connect the two perceptions?

Answer: He was in it all the time. Therefore, when he talked to a person, for him it was his inner reality. He turned only to that part of a person through which he could influence his freewill so that a person himself would connect to him.

That is, when I am talking to you, I am talking to the part of me that has its own freewill that I have to convince to use it to connect to me and unite.

Question: Were there many people at that time with whom he could communicate with his inner part?

Answer: No! Absolutely not! He worked inside himself. This communication took place through the internal system. After all, everything is in him and in no one else. By correcting his attitude toward people inside himself, he was as if correcting them. He was preparing them to feel the possibility of correction.

Comment: But he was in a very rigid environment that was not suited to what he was doing.

My Response: He was passing by them. They did not exist for him as individuals. He saw as individuals only those who had some potential of freewill.

After all, everyone else is at the animate level. They need to come to the recognition of themselves as a person who needs to be developed. But they are still very far from it and they act instinctively like all the people in the world.

“How do you find a soul mate?” (Quora)

Dr. Michael LaitmanMichael Laitman, On Quora: How do you find a soul mate?

It depends on you and not on who you find.

If you like someone as a person and see that they are serious and responsive, then it all depends on you.

Try to treat them as gently as possible, and see if they understand you, and if you begin to feel and support each other. What matters most is mutual support and the need for each other.

You can understand whether or not you are with the right person if you try to be kind, helpful and supportive of them. Then, you will see how that person accordingly reacts, i.e., whether they sincerely and wholeheartedly wish to support and preserve such states or whether they take them for granted, as if they do not matter.
