Shechina—the Connection between Us

528.03The Shechina is the receiving Kelim, which a person transforms into bestowing Kelim.

In the work of the ten, this is what you can put you as mutual bestowal, wanting to be together in a single feeling, in a single aspiration.

Think about it more and more, and you will see that this state becomes more tangible and concrete, and then, so to speak, you will be able to manage it.

The Shechina is what binds you together, which you all belong to. There is you, there is the ten, and something that connects you; let’s say this is the Shechina.

And the unity of the Creator and the Shechina means that you want to give to the Creator the way He wants to give us.

Questions about Spiritual Work—107

228Question: What does the land of Israel mean for the entire world group?

Answer: Naturally we are not talking about the physical land of Israel. We mean the place in the world of Atzilut from which we receive the upper light.

Question: What does “purity” mean in spiritual work?

Answer: It means not including any egoistic desires in your request to the Creator.

Question: You mentioned the need to be cautious not to make mistakes. What does that mean, and what mistakes can we make?

Answer: When you feel the Creator or turn to Him, you must clearly direct yourself to the desire to be only in the quality of bestowal.

Question: What is the common deficiency of the ten and how can we awaken it?

Answer: The common deficiency is when friends collectively aim with the entire ten toward the quality of bestowal, toward the Creator.

Question: Does “the inheritance of the land” receive only those who have accumulated spiritual experience from previous reincarnations, or is it a privilege of the Creator to reward some and not others?

Answer: In the spiritual realm there are no privileges, favors, or connections. Everything is solely based on merit.

Question: Where does the need to strive for truth come from? Is it from the point in the heart or from the environment that is working on it?

Answer: Most likely it comes from the point in the heart. However, sometimes the point in the heart develops under the influence of the environment.

249.03Question: What gives the Creator greater pleasure: our advancement in faith above reason or the creation of a Kli for His revelation?

Answer: Both of these actions complement each other. One cannot be without the other.

Question: We must build an intention for every action, even in the material world. It constantly slips away during the day. How can we keep the intention without forgetting it?

Answer: Write a memo on your hand, paper, or phone, and you will gradually get used to it.

Question: The problem has been dragging on for many years when a person enjoys himself in the ten and then, unfortunately—shouts and pushes his opinion. How can we work with him? Or is it not worth working with him at all?

Answer: Those who do not have patience, who do not understand the importance of such a state, let them not work. But in general, this is a good condition, and those who patiently endure it will receive new large Kelim.

Question: The restriction of pleasure and simplification of life, minimalism in everything, happened to me as if by itself: in clothes, in food, in necessary furniture, even in the number of desires. What is this process?

Answer: This is universalization: a person is satisfied with little. That is his wealth. Therefore, it writes that the rich are the ones who are happy with their lot.

Question: Our daily activities are connection, reading articles, intention, and prayer. Is this enough to adhere to the Creator, or is there a need to add something else?

Answer: The connection between you is the most important thing for the Creator. He is waiting for this to manifest in the center of the ten. That is the first purpose of His attitude toward us.

Full Investment of Effort

624.07Question: What determines the ability to do everything you can from the heart without any limitation and with hope that the Creator will respond to our maximum efforts?

Answer: This happens when you are in complete despair and you have no other choice but to turn to Him. You have already asked many times, and you have always received a little, but it was clearly not enough.

And so you pray again and again until you are completely disappointed in your abilities, and you ask as if for the last time, as if you will no longer have any opportunity to reach the Creator, to get close to Him, or to force Him to answer you. You raise your voice to the Creator so that He hears it and finally helps, and then you get an answer.

Question: Should I be sure that I did everything I could, or should I still regret that I did not make the necessary efforts?

Answer: There should be regret too.

Question: What will help us synchronize correctly in the ten in order to imagine the potential of the next degree that we want to come to, and then proceed to action?

Answer: You need to see the present state as much as possible and imagine the future state, how you give everything of yourself in the ten in order to rise to the Creator together.

Live the Truth

222Question: Rabash writes in “Inheritance of the Land” that our material world is not true, but that there are two types of truth. What does it mean?

Answer: Our material world is not true because we perceive it in our egoistic desires, our intentions, and our egoistic attitude to everything that happens between us.

But as soon as we can rise above the condition of “for our own sake,” we will immediately begin to feel the spiritual world.

And then we will perceive the Creator and His actions, will pray to Him, and will thank Him.

To live the truth means to live by the laws of the Creator—bestowal and love.

To strive for the truth in your work in the ten means to connect with your friends and to ask the Creator to raise you a little higher to Himself. And then you will see the world in the light of bestowal.

Generate a Common Force

935Question: What happens when we come to the state of Lishma (for the sake of the Creator)?

Answer: Then we will be connected by the best ties. The Creator will be revealed between us, and we will wish to unite all the nations of the world to ourselves.

Now, with the help of our request to the Creator, we return ourselves to what we want to gain: Lishma. But so far we have very little strength.

It is possible to generate a common force only through combined efforts between all friends.

Include Everyone in Your Prayers

942Question: In prayer, is it better for us to focus on the ten, or can we place the hearts of the entire world Kli in it?

Answer: You can include everyone in your prayers, and I really encourage that. But remember that you must first pray for your ten so that it can unite everyone and thus rise to the Creator.

When everyone strives for unity, it is very easy to achieve. The main thing is that you are all directed toward Him.

The State of Shabbat in the Ten

528.01Question: What is the state of Shabbat (Sabbath) in a Kabbalistic ten?

Answer: This is a state where there is nothing to correct; everything is already corrected, everyone is in complete connection with each other as if you were suspended in the sky.

Question: You said that in our world on Shabbat people walk and talk differently. How can we come to such a state where we feel as if we were suspended from the sky? What needs to be done?

Answer: Indeed on Shabbat people walk slower, do not argue, do not rush anywhere, and do everything as if they were on vacation. But external, physical actions do not give anything.

Nonetheless, in the ten, you should also treat each other with kindness and consideration, you should be help each other and be in contact with each other, and you will gradually feel what kind of atmosphere it is.

After all, the feeling that you are suspended from the sky is a state where you do not want to be governed by earthly qualities.

Check Desires

49.01Question: Is it necessary to restrict all desires to the minimum, even those that do not interfere with connection with the ten?

Answer: There is no need to restrict anything. Try to understand which desires can bring you closer to the Creator and which draw you away from Him.

Check it out with your friends. If desires bring you closer to each other, they will bring you closer to the Creator.

Question: How do we determine the required minimum? After all, each person has their minimum.

Answer: If you do the right things, you will not have to think about how much you receive and how to receive less.

Our Strength Is In Unity

933We will succeed in destroying the Jews because they are separated from one another; hence, our power against them will certainly prevail (Shamati 144, “There is a Certain People).

Question: What is our power?

Answer: The thing is, egoistic forces want to enter our environment and divide us so that we are not united among us. In such a case, they distance us from the Creator and can do whatever they want with us.

But if we unite among ourselves and with the whole world, then our collective power will represent the spiritual force. We need nothing else beside that. Our strength lies only in unity.

Question: What do we lack for such unity to become an example for the world?

Answer: We lack coming closer to each other and attempts to eliminate all bad thoughts and desires that flow from one to the other. We must rapidly gain strength and speed of unity in order to dispel all opposing thoughts and actions.
