Question: How would you describe the healthcare system in the future integral society?

Answer: I think that in the future integral society, medicine per se won’t exist.

The origin of all diseases is the breach of our social relationships. Once they are restored and corrected, a person automatically will become healthy. The moment that his time comes, he will lie down to sleep and not wake up in absolute serenity, without feeling any problem about this. Everything will be very smooth.

We need to understand that there is nothing destructive in our world except the ego. All other actions, influences, characteristics, negative events, everything that seems to us or that we witness, all of that are the manifestations of our the incongruity between our ego and the integral nature, which can be measured only relative to the integral link between us and nothing else.

If I now want to eat two lunches instead of one, I am not considered an egoist. Or if I want to sleep a couple hours more, this also is not the ego.

An egoist is someone who rejects his correct connection with others, and with this, rejects everyone from a correct connection with himself, thereby violating the natural map of interrelationships.

Question: In the integral society, each person’s individual pleasure develops into the general pleasure of the whole society. What is “social pleasure?”

Answer: Now, the general mutual connection is being revealed in the world. Studies talk about the fact that we are actually parts of one body and that its general functioning depends on everyone, and each one of its parts is responsible not only for itself, but also for the harm it causes to the entire body if it doesn’t function properly.

So, every individual, every separate part of humanity should understand this, and only integral education helps a person understand this correctly by explaining how the general mutual connection system works.

First, we must establish a society in which all its members feel united and, to the extent that the unity is revealed, the society will be able to create new integral connections among its members.

So, we cannot just establish a new health care system now, since people don’t understand what the integral society is. They still live by egoistic principles.

To the extent that they change and change the relationships between them, they will begin to feel what health care system they need. They will see that it is a totally different system.

They will begin to feel that they totally depend on the environment—on the still, the vegetative, the animate and the speaking—and will aspire accordingly for everything to be harmonious since breaking the harmony is the main source of every illness.

We must understand the part of integral health in the integral education that depends only on the right unity that prevents many problems. Thus, all the nervous and psychosomatic problems in people will disappear. We will discover that even heart disease and other illnesses which are seemingly independent of our nervous system are also caused by lack of unity.

So, only if we assimilate integral education will we understand what we must change; then, there will be a need for a new health care system.

Question: How is spiritual and inner work divided in the corrected world? Do inner differences between people receive external expression?

Answer: In the corrected world everyone will realize what he must carry out 100% in order to correct his desire. For everyone, this is according to his level and desire.

Some people will learn from morning to night and will realize the material that they have learned internally. This will be their function, similar to the creation of software. Others will be occupied most of their day with organization, dedicating only a small part of their time to learning. Some of the people will be the operators, some will realize themselves in service, and so forth.

Everyone will act according to the degree of his deficiency and its expression in this world. This is because a person expresses himself according to his inner desire, according to his level within the general system, divided into five levels of Aviut (the density of desire). Each one of us belongs to different parts, to different “organs.” It could be the “liver,” or the “brain,” or the “lungs”…. In a complete system everyone is important because every organ and every part has its function that establishes all of our external deeds.

Therefore, quantitatively and qualitatively, my corrections are derived from the spiritual source of my soul. Accordingly, being a corrected “cell” in the right place within the totality of souls, I need to receive the Light that Reforms.

It’s said: “There is no coercion in spirituality,” “a person learns where his heart desires.” According to its influence, the system itself establishes a person’s place, and it’s up to each one to take account of himself regarding the form of his chosen participation. Possibly, this “review” will make it possible for him to advance. And perhaps the person will understand that he is not ready for more than this; he will be satisfied in the outer circle, and this will be the place of his correction.

Not all of us need to strive inwards. The outer part of every level is found within the inner part of the lower level, and together they build a pyramid of “overlapping” parts of Galgalta ve Eynaim and AHP. This is a universal principle derived from spirituality.

Possibly, you dream about universal equality. All are equal in a sense that, from Above, each one is given all that is required according to their desire (vessel). And with everything else, all of us are different. Democracy from the side of the Creator is that all of us are loved to the same degree, and all of us comprise one circle of adhesion. Together with this, there is a hierarchy that characterizes the spiritual ladder up to the end of correction.

Therefore, decision makers are those who reach spiritual heights and desire more wisdom and adherence, not those who want more money and control. Such people were once called the “Sanhedrin” or “The Great Assembly” among the people of Israel.

On the other hand, the concept of “equality” in modern society is destructive. This vision of equality brings fascism. All the sociologists, the political scientists, and people of other professions know that a fascist regime is the most egalitarian: They always talk about the “common citizen,” about the “common worker” and so on. We know the results. Therefore, the right structure is a spiritual pyramid in which each has an equal opportunity for self-realization.

Question: What can motivate a doctor to change? It is clear for a patient that he wants to become healthy, but for a doctor? How can a doctor and a patient be encouraged to become closer to each other?

Answer: I was born and grew up in a family of doctors. My mother is a gynecologist, my father was a dentist, and my aunt and uncle were also doctors. If suddenly someone fell ill, at once there were a phonendoscope, medications; everyone knew what to do, you got treatment, and everything was fine, no problems. In this regard, the entire Department of Health was at my home.

The same feeling of one family should be between doctors and patients; otherwise, there is no trust towards a doctor. But today, a doctor cannot afford this. No matter how many gifts you give him, he is still swamped by patients.

So, it must be a completely different system, with the emphasis not on medications but on the attention to a person, as in ancient Chinese medicine.

That is, the health care system should include the entire life of a person. This is a technology of life: How you are born, what you breathe, what you eat, the impact of your environment, how your body reacts to all this (like a biological system to the surrounding system), and how you live your life—getting married, giving birth, getting old, and dying.

But all this should be viewed as a system that is in equilibrium with nature. And for this, a person has to be organically, integrally connected to nature, to abide by its laws, understanding what it required of him, and how he has to attune himself to a mutual interconnection.

Just as harmony and balance within us means the health of the body, the balance in nature means the health of the environment, so there should be homeostasis between us and the surrounding environment. We disrupt the balance of nature, upset the balance within ourselves, but most importantly, this disturbs the balance between us and the environment. Here, we do not correspond to it at all.

It is known that the surrounding nature acts according to the law of self-stabilization: You give as much as you receive. Thus, homeostasis is sustained and balance is preserved. But we are in absolute disparity with nature because we savagely consume all of it and give nothing in return, just pollute it.

It all depends on a person’s education, on his environmental education in the first place. But we call this integral education because, in order to change human attitude toward nature and society, it is necessary to change a human being himself.

We live in a society that constantly affects us in a negative way, and we do the same, being driven by our egoism: To consume, to suppress the other, to earn as much as possible—or better yet steal—without giving anything in return. Thus we have to correct both a human being and the entire society.

As a result, we come to a single conclusion: Man needs to be changed. The only source of all the problems in the universe is the human being. Unfortunately, no attention is paid to this issue.

So now we can see how, on the one hand, the crisis puts pressure on us—and it will cleanse everything, but by its firm hand. Nature knows no doubts, it puts pressure so that some species become extinct, and this is what could happen with humanity—everything is heading toward this. We will have to face the “Ice Age” and other environmental and social problems. We see that our imbalance with nature leads us to nothing good.

On the other hand, we have the method in hand that shows how we can nevertheless change the human being and make him an integral part of nature. Then we will be able to see the entire nature: still, vegetative, animal, and speaking like a single organism. By the way, this is also the view of Chinese medicine that treats a human being not as a separate part, but as being integrated into the general system of nature.

Question: Is it possible to separate the desire for wealth from the desire for money? According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the first desire is the desire for wealth, then the desire for control, and only then the desire for knowledge. Today, money is everything: If I have money, I have health, wealth, knowledge, and control. It follows that money is the highest expression of a person’s desire.

Answer: Actually, every phase in our evolution is expressed differently in the hierarchy of needs. In the past the primary desire was the desire for a family. A home, a family, and relatives were the basis for everything. This is why several generations of the extended family lived together.

Until then the provision of food as a basic source of energy was very important. But because our desires change all the time and are in constant movement and combination, the next desire was the desire for sex. Previously it had an important place in man’s evolution, but today we can say that this desire is being replaced by others.

The desire for wealth is also gradually disappearing. In the past people were ready to sacrifice themselves to attain wealth, but today it’s quite the opposite: The ego has become very lazy. A person prefers to know the reason and the meaning for something first. He doesn’t feel like working twenty hours a day in order to make money.

In the past people traveled to different places in search for wealth. They were ready to work hard all their life only to climb the ladder of success, from a simple man to a great manager. But today this idea doesn’t attract young people. The question about the meaning of life arises in a person first: “So, what’s next?”

Question: Young people may not be attracted to it, but for those who control the world, money is everything.

Answer: We have to understand that the world is built as a totally different system, where 90% of the population are  at the bottom. They are totally managed and they don’t even suspect it. They are being manipulated by various systems of control, mass media, and other means. They are in a system built from above.

Ten percent of humanity are those who control all the systems. Then, according to the hierarchy, there are ten families (clans) that control everything. But it isn’t a question of wealth at all since hundreds of billions of dollars are in their hands. These are people who print money if they need to. They have a totally different standard of control.

This pyramid is very rigid. You cannot break into the system of control even if you are a very talented person. Reaching the top is practically impossible, unless you suddenly marry into one of these families.

Question: Can we say that a linear, individual problem solving method (for example, finding a solution for drug addiction) amounts to the further growth of this phenomenon?

Answer: Yes, we can. These problems will continue expanding since our egoism continues unfolding. If we don’t involve people into altruistic interaction, they won’t even know what to do with themselves and will feel as if they are being totally torn apart.

That’s why various problems such as drug addiction, terrorism, suicides, and so on will become regular phenomena. People have to do something with themselves, but they don’t know what exactly they should be doing. So, these problems will only grow. The only thing we can do is to teach everybody how to enter a new integral sphere of nature.

First, people have to learn how to organize themselves in a small integral environment. Then, they will feel that it makes them so much more comfortable when they are going through various unfortunate situations, such as family issues, social problems, and so on.

People will feel safer and more confident. They will even feel that the world they are connected with becomes much friendlier to them, not to others but to them particularly.

Individual self-regulation starts taking place, a homeostasis that fills us with completely different feelings, sensations, and potentials.

Question: Contemporary social sciences don’t provide suitable terms for defining our next state, when we all become connected. What’s the way of conveying this phenomenon through the scientific language?

Answer: You shouldn’t use old terms since they will be understood conventionally. Here, we have a chance to “shine” and develop a new language.

Question: What can be “new” except integrity? Scientists have a hard time understanding the terms “integrity” and “commonality” since they sound rather abstract to them.

Answer: Back in Soviet times, I used to constantly hear the word “commonality.” It’s a very adequate word! We gradually rise to benevolent good connection between us, reciprocal inclusion into each other, merging and establishing contacts that allow us to make one big picture (a mosaic) comprised of each of us. Every one in this mosaic is a separate part preoccupied with how to match with the “protrusions and concavities” of others, how to complete others correctly.

Perhaps “integrality” is too abstract of a notion. On other hand, “inter” and “enter” are prefixes that are used on a constant basis; we just have to get used to them. “Integrality” can be replaced by some other words. I am using it because it seems to me that it defines very well the upcoming state that the world will be in soon.

Question: The main disparagement brought up by the scientists is as follows: “How can a psychological state of mind lead to financial well-being or to the disappearance of diseases?”

Answer: Let’s refer to statistics. Where does financial instability come from? Isn’t it originated by our egoism? Aren’t all banks usurped by a small elite group that “gobbles up” everything and yet doesn’t take good advantage of what they have? All “greenery” that they collect just deteriorates.

Why is our healthcare the way it is? It’s because it’s much more profitable to sell medications and create diagnostic devices than to cure illnesses. It allows selling more medications, thus generating more profits. In other words, even the healthcare system is just about increasing somebody’s profits.

Should we even mention the education system? It’s a complete failure. The same applies to family values, upbringing children, arts, culture, etc.

When scientists study all spheres of our life and explore many social phenomena, they see that the cause of negativity is human egoism. It spoils everything. Have a look at our culture or science! It has nothing to do with science anymore; rather, it’s a source of finances. Nowadays, everything is for sale and purchase.

In other words, egoism consumes everything there is in all countries, all over the world.… Everything is subject to “cutting” and “sawing.” Isn’t it clear that we have to correct ourselves rather than the external world?

And what can be corrected in the surrounding world?Something that we’ve managed to distort? But then again, we don’t know how to approach these issues since we lack these sensations and don’t know how to fix things. Let’s try to “repair” ecology. It will take us forever since so much has been already destroyed. Where shall we start? Where shall we get money? Who will give it to us? Who will allow us to act? Who cares? “I’ll die tomorrow, but I am still alive today…”—this is how our egoism works.

We will never be able to correct what has been already damaged unless people start regarding themselves differently and see the entire world from a different angle: through integrity, reciprocity, harmony, consideration, and at least some elements of complicity. This explains why the world continues to roll downhill. That’s why integral education is our foremost and most urgent task.

Question: Today people feel the gap between real life and their psychological well-being. I remember our grandparents didn’t experience this discrepancy. Meanwhile, for a contemporary person (even if he has a family) a good psychological atmosphere is separated from the material well-being. Is there a way to demonstrate that these things are nevertheless connected?

Answer: It doesn’t matter if they are strangers to each other or a family. They still have to attend the same seminars, listen to the same explanations, thus rising above their egoism.

Before, our egoism was not as big as it is now! Once upon a time there lived “a husband and wife”; they had a “hen” (meaning a household, a home, a vegetable garden, etc). A husband worked, his wife took care of the home. It was an old-fashioned household arrangement. The family life revolved around the home, community, children, and so on.

Today, it’s nothing like that. At this time, we all work for somebody else, for some society, for something unintelligible. In the morning, we take our kids to kindergartens, then we rush to our jobs, and after we are done for the day, we head to supermarkets…. From there, we run back home, quickly warm food, feed everybody as soon as possible, wash the kids, and go to bed. The next day, we repeat the same pattern.

Is it similar in any way to the previous way that family life was set up? Before, people used to have a home, a household. Today, we only call it a household. Everybody has individual possessions; even spouses have separate bank accounts.

So, we have to teach people at our seminars to rise above their egoism and unite beyond it. Otherwise, family will cease to exist since our egoism cuts us off from others, pushes us aside, while we take no action in response. And the state officials cannot do anything here. Two egoists cannot be forced to stay in one territory.

Why do I need a family? I go to work and earn my own money; I don’t need anyone! If I need to, in the evening I can bring home whoever I want. I can go to a supermarket, buy ready-made foods, warm them in microwave, and eat them for dinner. The whole arrangement serves the purpose of allowing everybody to live separately. Manufacturers of consumer goods get maximum benefits if there is only one person in the household since two single people will buy more of everything: refrigerators, TV sets, and washing machines.…

Question: We encounter a phenomenon whereby people systematically participate in the program of integral education and happily come to workshops, but in their spare time, they disconnect until the next workshop. They pass their time in front of a television or on the Internet, and so on. What is this phenomenon? How can we work with it?

Answer: One can understand these people. The issue is that a person doesn’t feel the need at each moment to look at his life via the feeling of integrality with the entire nature. After all, he isn’t connected to nature. He lies on the sofa and watches television. It’s simply the beastly state.

By no means do I want to humiliate people; I’m simply talking about what is natural to our bodies. A person wants to relax: to sit on the sofa, to drink beer. The body pulls a person to this.

If during this time he was in some society, then various associations with what he feels now or felt during the workshop would appear to him there. But since this is his individual state, and he now disconnects from the world (watches pictures on the screen), then he simply rests from everything, disconnects, enters the beastly state. It will slowly pass.

I hope that at some stage the workshops will appear on television. They will be more interesting, attractive, and sharp, akin to all kinds of television series. Perhaps they will be arranged and structured so that the viewers will be able to take an active part in them: to sing together with the workshop participants, to act with them in all kinds of theatrical scenes, and so on.

All of that can become a special kind of art where there is a clear direction: to create a harmonious society from all of these situation. And all of this will happen in front of the viewers and will draw them inside, within the mutual activity. We are just beginning this work, and I hope that if not us, then those who will come after us will enrich it with manifestations of inter-relationships that are more and more integral.

Question: Despite the fact that today a doctor earns a lot of money, he is not happy. He attends to many patients and all this is done mechanically. At the end of the day, he is comes home worn out, drinks, smokes, and does everything to calm down.

A patient also is not happy because he cannot get the proper attention and health treatment. No one is satisfied like it was, for instance, in ancient China, where a doctor was pleased by seeing a healthy person in front of him.

But if we can show the doctor that integral education is aimed at changing the health care system, that this may help make his work more pleasant, and he will be able to enjoy it, then perhaps, he might be interested.

Answer: I do not think it’s a strong argument to change the entire health care system, especially since there are influential people who have created this system on purpose, and they are satisfied with it.

This is why the crisis must be manifested here. It will break them and force them to change the system, to change their ways of thinking, their view of reality; otherwise, nothing will work. It is possible to try to change the system from below, but to do this, you need to change a human being.

You refer to Chinese medicine, but they are different people on a different level of egoistic development.

To make a person interconnect with society and help the medical staff connect between themselves in order to get rid of unnecessary harmful drugs and totally useless checkups and research, in order to let a doctor be involved with a patient, think about him instead of how to attend to forty patients per shift like a multi-machine operator, to do that we need completely different relations between people. For this you need to change a person!

You cannot put a modern egoistic person in these conditions; he just doesn’t see other people. After all, when you see a doctor, he does not even look at you. He looks in the computer, checks blood pressure, and that is all.

Chinese medicine is a relationship with a person. And here, it is a “relationship” with blood pressure, pulse, and a couple of tests that can be entered into a computer, which then will give the doctor a solution of what to do with the patient. It turns out that the doctor is practically not needed here.
