Israel: An Essential Unit Of The System

laitman_936Question: You say that if the people of Israel would only unite and create good relationships between themselves, then all the other peoples, especially our Arab neighbors, will take us as an example and also begin to relate to us well, but how is this possible if they don’t see and don’t look at us as an example at all but only search for how to destroy us?

Answer: All of this is correct, but the idea is that the forces that manage all of humanity move through a unit of the system called the “people of Israel” to the other part of the system called the “nations of the world.”

The greater the unity within the people of Israel, accordingly the forces that pass through it and influence all of humanity, are also harmonious and uniting. We don’t need to convince our Arab neighbors about anything. We only need to be engaged with ourselves because everything is resolved within us. Freedom of choice is given only to us.

None of the other people have any possibility of influence what is happening, now or throughout all of human history, except for the people of Israel and only regarding what is relevant to our relationships with each other.

So, we don’t need to go to other peoples and teach them how to behave. They automatically will receive the influence of the management that will unite all. First and foremost, this will lead them to a good attitude toward the Jews as a source of good.

A New Article On Ynet

“Hate Is The Terrorist Among Us”

The Israeli public is shocked time and again by the lies that the international media spread about the terror wave in Israel. Twenty-four hours after Abu Mazen’s false accusations regarding the “execution” of the 13 year-old terrorist Ahmed Mensara on the international media channels, the boy was seen being fed by the staff of Hadasa Hospital.

This didn’t stop the reporter of MSNBC from arguing on a live broadcast that the terrorist (in this case referring to another stabbing in Jerusalem) was an innocent passerby. Unfortunately, the terrorist was shown holding a knife on the split screen behind him and the reporter had to reluctantly change his version.

The question is: why should we expect a sympathetic response from the world? It has never happened! And if we want this to happen, we need to make some drastic changes. The hostility the world feels towards us is growing stronger from day to day. So it isn’t surprising that international organizations compete to see who will put the state of Israel on a more dubious public trial.

What Are They Actually Saying?

Instead of opening our eyes, we run around blindly insisting on pushing our uniqueness aside and assimilating among all nations, while the world treats us like a foreign body that has invaded human society and contaminates it. The world blames Israel for all the problems on this planet and there is no way we can escape this.

An ISIS activist who threatened us in Hebrew this week accurately described the enemy’s intentions “soon there will not be one Jew left in Jerusalem and all over Israel, and we will keep going until we eliminate this disease (the Jews) from the world.” It is a mistake to think that the media all over the world are lying. They express the great frustration they feel.  There is a clear message between the lines that we may not like to hear: Israel, you are responsible for the current situation!

Subconsciously they feel that there is something good and unique in the Jewish nation that they deprive the world of, and this is the reason that the whole world hates us.

What Do They All Want?

Goodness lies in the connection between us. When we unite, we are strong and invincible. So it is actually in the point where anti-Semites throughout history and leaders of terrorist organizations call for our destruction that we must close ranks and connect as one. Thanks to the hatred of the nations of the world towards us, we are forced to realize the one illness that is gnawing us—the lack of connection between us.

There is special power in the force of the connection between us that can stop the evil in the world and change the situation for the better. This stems from a spiritual root around which an ideological group called the “Nation of Israel” has gathered.

By using this force we will be able to stand as a firm rock against our blood thirsty external enemies that are flooding the Middle East. In the past, the wars in Israel and the threats it faced helped us unite in the face of a common enemy, while in the current wave of terror the enemy is among us, inside us. This is a new phase in the relations between us and it obliges us to reorganize them.

Hate Is the Terrorist Among Us

Instead of cutting each other off on the road or throwing Molotov cocktails in the Knesset; instead of “stabbing” each other endlessly on the social networks, we have to neutralize the “terrorists” who are revealed in the corrupt relations between us. The hatred directed toward our neighbor, friend, or family member is the terrorist among us.

The main message Abraham taught in ancient Babylon 3,500 years ago was that we should be connected. We were founded around this principle when we first gathered and united as a nation. We have an important role in teaching the method of connection to all of humanity. We have to be Light unto the nations—to offer an alternative of connection and unity to the dark and terrified world.

The wisdom of Kabbalah, including all our great spiritual leaders have been guiding us to fulfill this mission for ages. They pondered, dreamed, and wrote only about this idea and talked about it whenever they could. A united nation of Israel will be able to cope with the current intifada successfully and even put an end to it. Connection and unity are the key to real and sustainable peace.

I hope we will have better, more peaceful days.

Recently a new movement called the HaTovim [The Good Ones]—Mutual Guarantee from Kabbalah La’am was initiated. Hundreds of volunteers from all over Israel guard kindergartens every day. People who would like to join the protection project are invited to contact HaTovim headquarters. (Tel. 1700-509-209 and/or the Good Ones’ facebook page). Once you register, you will be scheduled to guard a kindergarten near your home.

Why Is The Blame On Us?

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: It isn’t enough that the whole world blames us Israelis for everything that is happening in Israel,  and even the wisdom of Kabbalah says that the Jews are to blame for everything. I would like to understand what exactly are we to blame for? You say that we are divided, but I am familiar with many good people who are friendly and help each other.

Answer: You are absolutely right, from your external point of view of the world. But if we go deeper into the system that connects all of humanity and manages all of nature, then it will be clear that the Jews are that very part through which the general force of nature influences and acts upon everything else. So if the Jews don’t behave correctly, all the rest suffer. Imagine yourself a small nation, a small group, that don’t unite well or correctly among themselves. So all the influences that pass through them to humanity go out negatively and lead to separation, opposition, and mutual hostility.

The wisdom of Kabbalah explains these laws, opens our eyes, and allows us to penetrate into the system and see the cause. From the point of view of your ordinary logic, you are right. But if we look further inside, we find justification for everything that is said in the Kabbalistic sources.

I relate to this like a scientist. My first profession was in biocybernetics, the second was in general philosophy and the wisdom of Kabbalah. in addition, I have a doctoral degree in ontology, the science of the general structure of the universe. When you study all these sciences, you begin to see how everything is organized such that all of the power of bestowal for the entire world moves through a group called the people of Israel.

This group determines everything: as much as it is connected, the whole world is also connected. If the Jews are divided and even hate each other, then the whole world will also be like this. The world justly blames Jews, because they instinctively feel that everything depends on us. Anti-Semitism and the negative attitude of the peoples of the world towards Israel indicate that they feel themselves dependent on the people of Israel. I understand that it is insulting to you to hear that they are blaming you for everything; I also used to think like you. But come, let’s not be short-sighted! The study of nature obligates us to agree with everything that is written in the Kabbalistic sources, the inner part of the Torah.

Question: Do you mean that we need to begin living in communes? Are you talking about unity like this?

Answer: No, we are not talking about creating communes. We only need to study the wisdom of Kabbalah and to begin to look at the world with different eyes, to see the internal system that manages all of humanity. Then your view changes and you will understand how much everything depends on you.

How Can We Change The Situation In Israel: Feeling The New World

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: Is it possible to bring the mission of the people of Israel to the attention of the ordinary Israeli who is preoccupied with day-to-day concerns?

Answer: An ordinary Israeli must simply know why we are in the center of the overall system. Ideally, we should, as much as possible, show a picture of the world, beginning from ancient Babylon where we were organized as an ideological group and began to be called the people of Israel.

In fact, the Jews are not a people but a group gathered by the priest Abraham who claimed that the unity of people awakens a positive influence on the conduct of the world.

3,500 years ago, a great crisis gripped ancient Babylon. People stopped understanding each other and fell into unfounded hatred symbolized by the Tower of Babel, a tower of evil.

It was precisely then that Abraham discovered the system by which the world is managed. He turned to the Babylonians with a call, “If we, humans, found on the summit of the pyramid, begin to connect and unite on the level of our world, we will begin to influence the internal forces of nature and their balance. Let’s unite! You shall love your neighbor as yourself is the key to our happiness. That is how wars and all problems will stop.”

Only a small group of people listened to him, and he created a people from them by uniting and educating them spiritually, and all the rest were scattered all over the world because they couldn’t find a common language between them. All the rest of the nations were formed from them.

Israel is the same ideological group that 3,000 years ago already lived according to the principle of unity—mutual responsibility (Arvut) and the love of others. To this very day, these Reshimot (spiritual genes) have been protected within us, and if unity doesn’t exist between us, we cannot be called a people.

The world is right when it condemns us, “You are to blame for everything because you haven’t brought humanity to a good state. You haven’t balanced the system of forces of the right and left,” and this system is found everywhere in our world: Plus and minus, attraction and repulsion, pressure and vacuum, cold and heat. Our lives depend on the balance between these systems.

The same thing happens within the human body. Bacteria, microbes, and fluids, and everything inside it must be in balance. Our health depends on this.

The same applies to our thoughts; both the positive and the negative must be in balance. Evil cannot be destroyed, we just have to balance it with good, otherwise the good will have no contrast upon which to be revealed.

We need this correct attitude to each with regard to the other. I think that the people have no other ideology, no other remedy for our present situation. So we must go out to people and explain this to them.

Question: Who are these “we?” Who can be considered a Jew?

Answer: In principle, it is all of those who belong to this spiritual direction. When Abraham gathered his group, there were no Jews at all. There were many tribes, families, and various clans. They formed Nimrod’s Mesopotamian Empire.

Only thanks to ascending above all the differences for the sake of attaining the next state of humanity was the group of Abraham formed.

Imagine you now are entering the level of the management of nature to balance everything that exists in the world: temperature, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, relationships between people, their personal situations, etc. That is how you release an immense amount of energy in nature. You don’t set one system against another, the right and left. They work together in harmony between them.

At the same time, you can move through expanses and attain the feeling of a new world. You are entering into a higher state, a balanced state. This is the feeling of the discovery of the upper world.

It means that “we” are those people who understand and perceive all of this to the very end, and we want to attain it. We must bring everyone to this state because all of today’s eight billion people constitute the same Babylon, which has expanded. The division of the population into numbers like this makes the perception of this task by each one of us easier. Imagine how difficult it would be if, instead of eight billion, there were, let’s say, eighty people, but mixed within them was the evil energy of all eight billion?!

In nature, everything happens according to quantity. It is a movement from quantity to quality, or the opposite, from quality to quantity. That is how the opportunity for correction appears.

Those who want to join this ideology, to unite with each other and manage the world’s equilibrium are called Jews, Yehudim (from the word “Yichud” – unity ) or Hebrews, Ivrim (from the word Avar”- crossing over), meaning those who move from an egoistic state to an altruistic state, while a person who lives according to the laws of our egoistic world is called a Goy, meaning not Jewish.

How We Can Change The Situation In Israel: The Point Of Universal Balance

laitman_933Question: The main role for which we were born is to reach the state of “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” It turns out that the terrorists who go out to the streets can be called “angels” who push us to fulfill our role.

Answer: Angels are not cherubim with wings, but forces that carry out orders from above, nature’s orders.

The force of gravity also can be called an angel, just like other forces in nature: electric, magnetic, etc. They stabalize the general balance in nature that constantly shifts and changes to the positive or negative sides of the common center.

This is the point that reveals these forces and others in every aspect. From the positive side, we can offer someone a helping hand, a hug, give a piece of bread, or help in other ways through culture, science, and so on.

It is the same from the negative side. One can kill, slaughter, humiliate, and harm others using the same science, art, and so forth. This means that these are all angels, forces through which the good and the evil are revealed in human society, and not only in society but in nature, too.

Israel is in the center between these two systems of forces and is the central point that can balance the whole system. We don’t destroy evil, but only balance the world and constantly keep this balance. This is the role of Israel and of the Jews.

Therefore, when anti-Semites say that we cause all the evil in the world, they are acknowledging the fact that they depend on us.
To be continued.

Under The Protection Of Nature

laitman_933Question: What determines a country’s strength—a large nuclear arsenal?

Answer: Weapons define nothing. Even belonging to military blocks or the protection of the strongest countries in the world doesn’t guarantee safety.

It’s the same as being in the pack of vicious dogs; you don’t know who they will bite the next moment. The only chance to defend ourselves is obtaining similarity with the upper force. Only Israel is capable of becoming the strongest nation in the world. The entire world depends on Israel.

The upper force is the general force of nature that supports all of its parts: inanimate, vegetative, animate, and human. We exist in the power network that governs us and stimulates our advancement.

First, on the face of Earth emerged inanimate nature, then appeared a vegetative layer, then animals, and the last was the human. Of course, it wasn’t accidental.

Our ignorance about the higher system of governance doesn’t release us from its impact. I have been studying this system for forty years now; I know its laws, formulas, methods of communication to ensure its positive response.

If Israel behaves correctly, the upper governance will organize the world in a way that nobody will ever hurt us or approach us with negative thoughts. Intifada, wars… will stop! All countries will be our best friends.

Question: Which force can defend us?

Answer: It’s the general force of nature that commands our thoughts and desires and defines our actions. Where do we get our thoughts and desires from? We obtain them from the network that governs the world.

We are inside a rigid and accurately organized system that rules us. Scientists confirm that every day a more intense connection among microbes, particles, waves, thoughts, desires, organisms… is discovered.

It only seems to us that each body lives its own life, but there is a cloud of numerous influences around us. The clouds “overlap.”

If we want to know how to provide strength and security, we must know the nature of the overall system. Otherwise, what makes us different from animals, they do not know what will happen to them in the next moment?

The Situation In Israel: The End Of The Infitada

Dr. Michael LaitmanQuestion: When will the Intifada stop?

Answer: It cannot stop by itself without our involvement; it is up to us to bring the positive force, the force of unity, among the people of Israel, and in this way, we will disseminate this good force throughout the world, since we influence everything.

If we don’t do this and assume that the situation will calm down, then after some time, a much worse negative force will be revealed to us. Clearly, we would like the Intifada to stop immediately. But we must understand that the situation will become more severe if we don’t help reveal the positive force in our world.

Question: What can the Israeli society do today to solve this problem at its root?

Answer: First of all, the Israeli society must know what its good future depends on. It depends only on us, not on any other people or any negotiations between politicians. We don’t depend on anyone, only on ourselves. It is apparently a very good thing that the ball is in our hands and we determine everything. But specifically because the ball is in our hands, the eyes of the whole world are turned towards us and other peoples are demanding us to bring good to the world, instead of bad. They talk about this very seriously, claiming that Israel determines the entire state of the world, and if it is bad, Israel is to blame.

According to the wisdom of Kabbalah, the people of Israel are found at the center of creation, and we possess a method that makes it possible to correctly organize connections in all of humanity, all of nature, and in an ideal way, calm down all levels of nature: the still, vegetative, animate and human. We have this knowledge and the ability to realize it. You don’t want there to be terrorist acts? Invest effort and do what depends on you! Don’t just sit at home in front of the television and count how many acts of terrorism there were today. If it depends upon each one of us, let’s begin to approach each other and ask, “How is this possible?  If we don’t do something, then this will continue.”

You ask, “Will the Intifada stop?” It won’t stop as long as the right connection between us hasn’t been found, especially among the people of Israel. And then everyone will understand how they need to organize themselves—all over the world, with everything that is happening in Europe, America, and in other nations. They will suddenly begin to understand how to establish relationships with each other.

What Is The Measure Of A Nation’s Strength?

Laitman_200_01Question: What helps a country to remain strong and stable in this chaotic world in terms of maintaining its economy and security?

Answer: There is nothing that helps—not army, wealth, industrial power, scientific potential, nor highly developed medicine or religion.

These things might support or slightly change to strengthen a country’s industrial, trade, and technological rating, but attaining real stability is unfeasible in this modern world. It seems to us that some countries are stable. But in fact, we cannot test their stability since it can be blown up in a moment. So far, nobody has attacked these countries and tried to destroy them.

That’s why it’s hard to evaluate how strong they really are since we can test their stability only under the condition that they oppose somebody’s hostility. South Africa is a vivid example of how easily  a strong and prosperous country can be destroyed.

Question: Is Israel in your opinion a strong country?

Answer: Israel is the weakest nation because there are too many factors that constantly undermine its stability. Israel can be destroyed by one explosion at an electric station or by poisoning the water supply in the lake Kinneret. Actually, it applies to any country, but Israel is much more prone to casualties and is vulnerable to numerous factors that can destroy its solidity.

Israel can be strong only on the condition that it uses its unique force—connection with the overall global system. The Israeli nation is a part of the upper governing network that can be influenced solely by the people of Israel.

Only unity among us will lead us to strength and sustainability. If the Jews connect with each other correctly, they will impact the entire world in a positive way. Our detachment unconsciously produces negative influence on humanity.

Question: Does it mean that Israel can become the strongest nation?

Answer: Yes, it’s possible, but only on condition that the Jews unite as one man with one heart. Our unity is the unit of measurement of our country’s strength. The power of the world is defined by Israel’s strength.

Israel is the only nation that can decide on its own whether it chooses to be strong or weak. Not a single country except Israel is capable of it; all other countries depend on Israel, on its decision.

Should we choose to be strong, we will have to unite. Only our unity will provide safety. When we unite, other countries will follow our example and join us of their own free will.

On The Threshold Of A Third Intifada – Part 12 “Why Doesn’t Anything Help Stop The Terrorism?“

Laitman_049_01Question: Why don’t any measures from leadership to stop the terrorism [in Israel] help, but only worsen the condition?

Answer: Because it does not depend on leadership. Even if all the leaders of Islam and the leaders of all the major powers suddenly wanted to do something good for the people of Israel, and even if our Arab neighbors wanted to live in peace with us, it would not resolve the conflict.

After all, it doesn’t depend on people but on the failure to implement the law of nature. The people of Israel must bring all parts of nature to unity, so that through them they will disseminate this to all of the nations.

Question: Why does a paradox like this exist, that the more that acts of terrorism are directed against Jews in Israel, the more the media condemn Israel?

Answer: Because both are derived from the same source: the people of Israel haven’t attained unity to the degree that it was obliged to date. We already should have united the whole world into a single system.

And as long as we don’t, we get a negative reaction from our internal and external forces. One only has to look at what hostility appears in Israel among the Jews themselves, and likewise among the Jews and Arabs, and in the attitude of all the nations against Israel.

Question: How is it possible to confirm that “love of others” will help us solve all problems?

Answer: Love of others is the general law that unites all parts of nature. Just like the laws of physics, it cannot be changed. All of us came out of the Big Bang, and later everything began to extend from this single point, from a single spark of energy that fills the entire universe.

It follows that all of us are connected with each other, for we are connected to that tiny spark of energy that empowered the existence of the entire universe, all the stars and systems around the still, vegetative, animate, and speaking on the surface of our tiny planet in the vast space.

All of this is one single system. Let’s open our eyes a bit and we will understand that we exist within a vast system of nature and can influence it in a positive direction.

Abu Mazen, The Roots Of Hatred

laitman_272In the News (inosmi.ru): “At first glance, the thesis that Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas) defended in 1982 at the Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies, examines the relationship between the Zionists and the Nazis after the signing of the Agreement Haavara in 1933 between the Zionist movement and the Nazi regime. But a closer examination of this work shows that it contains a typical poisonous Nazi anti-Semitic propaganda.

“In his book The Other Side: The Secret Relationship Between the Nazis the Leadership of the Zionist Movement and Zionism published in 1984, based on the thesis (which any Palestinian can read online Abbas) he writes that the leaders of the Zionist movement, including David Ben-Gurion, Moshe Sharett, were ‘key partners’ and responsible for the Holocaust and the crimes committed during the Second World War. According to him, they are guilty of the murder of Jews, since they supported anti-Semitism and the persecution of the Jewish people in the hope of increasing the flow of immigrants. …

“Abu Mazen goes even further and states in his book that the Holocaust was Zionist conspiracy against the Jewish people and that its entire goal was to establish a national home in Palestine. And all those who aspired to expose that plot, especially after the establishment of the State of Israel, were killed by Israeli entities. And here Abu Mazen pointed to ‘poor’ Adolf Eichmann, who tried to expose the conspiracy between the Jews and the Nazis, and for this reason, according to Abu Mazen, the Israeli ‘Mossad’ kidnapped him from Argentina and had him killed. …

“Today, Abu Mazen’s book is on the table of the Israeli Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. The legislators and members of the committee would do well to initiate an urgent discussion of the Palestinian incitement, which is relevant today as ever. The incitement and blood libel contained in Abu Mazen’s book are stronger in its destructive impact than any terrorist attack. …

“Abbas seeks to falsify history, but its main task – to cover up the real accomplices of the Nazis, for example, the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini and his entourage, who lived in Germany from 1941 to 1945. This Mufti incited violence against Jews in Europe and the Arab countries, and is responsible for the deaths of thousands of people during the Holocaust.”

My Comment: It is unwise to wait for changes in the behavior of people; they are all managed. The only ones who have freedom of choice are the Jews who are prepared to unite with each other (through mutual guarantee – Arvut), and cause the appearance of the positive power (the Creator) in our world, and with this lead the world to goodness and happiness.

After all, due to the fall from mutual love to unfounded hatred, the Temple was destroyed 2,000 years ago. As long as we don’t restore that same love, we cannot be considered a people and a nation. Instead of anti-Semites, let’s engage ourselves, and then they will disappear!
