The feeling of your insignificance is a great and honorable feeling because a person bows his head before a higher power. And of course it is important for what purpose and by what means he does it.

On the other hand, it is written: “And his heart was high in the ways of the Lord.” That is, it seems one should be proud, increase one’s desires, opportunities, and the means to advance. How do these two directions fit together?

In fact, both of them guide us toward the same goal. There is not a single property in a person that would contradict the achievement of the goal. After all, we proceed from a perfect state, from merging with the Creator, where we were at the very first point of creation.

The Creator gave birth to us as a black point immersed in the infinite upper light. And from this point we began to develop due to the fact that the light entered this dark point opposite to the light, “created from nothing.”

All the properties inherent in us were formed from the collision between light and egoistic desire. And therefore, in all reality there is nothing but this opposition between egoism and bestowal, light and darkness, the properties of the Creator and the properties of creation.

Therefore we only need to correct our attitude to this and return to the previous state. And for this we figure out our fragmentation, the opposite of light, and feel distant and confused. But at the same time, we have all the data to collect this, like a child’s game of assembling a Lego set, and to put each part in its place.

And in addition, we have an upper force that influences us and all the Kabbalists of the past around us who help us, with what else we will reveal. And inside this circle is our world group Bnei Baruch, and inside it are our little tens. And all this is inside a system that works, heals, and restores itself.

A person enters the spiritual world and begins to feel the Creator after he crosses the point called zero. He works to subjugate his will to receive more and more, and thus he reaches the zero point. When he crosses this point, it means that he is born in the spiritual world, in the quality of bestowal.

Of course this is not an easy and simple path; this is the reality that we do not understand, and everything is reached by subjugating egoism with regard to all the obstacles that lie in our path.

This is why the beginning of the work is indicated by the zero point. It is as if a person does not exist and does not have his own desire, since he cancels it before his desire to be in spirituality, in bestowal.

We cannot imagine such a zero state where our desires are canceled as if they do not exist. In fact they exist and even grow, and appear more and more assertive to a person. He remembers his whole life, with different events he went through. All this is in order to reveal to him all the will to receive that he has.

He begins to examine his entire life from a new point of view. One by one, all kinds of pictures, images, and thoughts from his life appear before him, his attitude to others and others to him, and by analyzing them, he comes to the conclusion that he is an absolute zero in everything and with regard to everyone. In fact this is true: everyone is zero with regard to the others.

Only when a person goes through all this recognition does he turn into a spiritual embryo and begin to grow in spirituality, in a spiritual manner, with spiritual forces and thoughts. All this is due to the fact that he annuls his egoistic desire more and more.

The desire remains and grows, starting from this point of zero, but the upper light gives it the form of Adam, similar to the Creator. And in this way a person grows under the protection from above for nine months while in the womb of the mother.

Everything begins from zero, from complete annulment, when a person constantly turns to the Creator and increasingly attributes his success in annulment to Him.

It is said: “The Lord is high and the low will see.” This means that the main thing in our work is to annul our egoism in order to treat everyone in the form of bestowal, and in this way we will achieve the quality of the Creator.

The Creator’s quality is not His quality by itself, but the way He shows himself to us in our material, His expression. If there are two, then the relationship between them can be in the form of giving.

But when it comes to only one thing, it cannot be said that he has the quality of bestowal. This quality appears only if he shows his attitude toward his neighbor. Therefore we cannot say what we want to give. The question is: To whom do you want to give? How? In what quantity and quality?

Therefore the Creator breaks our Kli to give us the very Lego, the egoistic fragments, that need to be put together. But these parts seem to be magnetized, and it is impossible to randomly connect them to each other. Only on the condition that I influence them in a special way, with a special relation do these cubes come closer and stick together. If I don’t do it right, I won’t be able to glue them together.

Each cube has its own character, and there are many types of such characters. If we could see the whole soul of Adam HaRishon, we would be amazed that no fragment can be in any other place than its own. There all his qualities and forms will exactly make up for all the forms and qualities of his neighbors.

That’s why it takes such a lot of work to connect. We do not understand why it was necessary to create this huge world and bind us to it with so many different connections in this material life. What’s the point of that?

But nothing is created in vain. The whole creation develops from a single point of energy, as a result of the Big Bang. Everything embedded in this point is then embodied in matter in an infinite number of elements. And now we need to combine all these elements back into the same original form, not mechanically, physically, in the material, but again to gather all the internal forces into one united force, beside which there is nothing.

As soon as I discover that I have disconnected from the Creator, from bestowal, from the group, from everything that relates to spirituality, I need to divide this state into two parts: the state of the body and the state of the soul.

All corporeal principles that exist in our world belong to the body: health, mood, material environment, and family. And on the other hand, I have to look at how all this creates interference and affects my connection with the ten and with the Creator.

This is how we connect all affecting factors to one source and establish that everything comes from the Creator. The flood comes from Him, both the external and the internal flood. If I understand that everything comes from the Creator, then all I have to do is decide: Do I also belong to the Creator or not?

Only one checking point does not belong to the Creator, the point in the heart. When the Creator created the desire to receive, He disconnected it from Himself, and that is why we feel separated from Him.

I must try to attribute my mind and heart to the Creator too. Then I will find out that I do not have any thoughts and feelings of my own and that it is the Creator who causes all these feelings in me so that will I rise above them to Him as their source.

My feelings and thoughts throw me into completely opposite and confusing states, but I perceive them as the flood arranged by the Creator. He had to send me the flood to purify my desires, the same as the earth washed by a torrential stream is cleaned of litter and can give birth to new life.

And although this purification is carried out by the waters of the flood, that is, not only by the property of Bina but by Bina together with Malchut, this is how they are united, and this leads to correction. We can now use this force and advance. This is the beginning of creation; that is, there was an opportunity within a person to rise above his egoistic desire and attribute everything that happens to the upper force, to Bina, to bestowal.

A person understands that the external saboteur, corporeal disturbances, and internal spiritual disturbances that do not allow him to rise to the level of Bina, the level of faith, all come from the Creator. If he can attribute both saboteurs, both great obstacles only to the Creator, then he is freed from foreign thoughts at the degree of Malchut and at the degree of Bina, and he attains faith above reason.

This means that I do not take into account these two saboteurs—corporeal and spiritual—but stick only to bestowal, to the Creator. This is the first point in the force of faith, in the force of Bina above the force of Malchut.

Therefore, it is necessary to separate these two levels, corporeal and spiritual disturbances. Corporeal disturbances manifest themselves in the form of fatigue, loss of strength, illness, problems in the family, at work, etc. And within all these disturbances we need to uncover the spiritual disturbance: that I do not want connection, I do not have the strength, the mood, and I cannot fight my laziness. This is the second, more internal saboteur against which we mainly need to fight.

Both saboteurs lead us to reveal their cause, the Creator, because it was He who sent the flood to the earth. And due to this, we come to the degree of faith above reason. I establish that both saboteurs come from the upper force, I hold on to my friends and with them to the Creator.

This is how we are saved from the flood! Our connection with the Creator brings us to dry land, we leave the ark and begin to settle on earth. In that desire to receive, which can already reach the degree of Bina, we lay our new settlement; faith is higher than reason.

If I do not feel resistance to spirituality, then I am not in spirituality. It is the same as when I get into a car, I must start the engine and burn fuel, energy, in order to move.

The same is true in spirituality; I cannot just lie there and wait to be lifted up to final correction (Gmar Tikkun) along with my bed.

It doesn’t happen that way. Correction occurs only through our efforts, and efforts are measured by the feeling of suffering, the force of resistance. So, we are talking about two destroyers, corporeal obstacles and spiritual obstacles, that interfere with our progress.

Corporeal obstacles are problems of this world: in the family, at work, with health. And spiritual obstacles are hidden inside them. We cannot dig deeply into obstacles, but we must clarify both of them in order to see how much they direct us toward the goal.

And if I focus more precisely on the goal internally, then I will see how obstacles begin to change because they come from the Creator. And if before I felt corporeal obstacles and it seemed that I could not do anything about them, now, due to my attitude to the goal, I can eliminate them. Problems in the family, with children, and at work will disappear; everything will turn into spiritual problems.
