Question: There is a sense of very strong unity in our ten, but, at the same time, there is a feeling as if the heart is covered with a crust, and nothing can shake it up. What do we do with this?

Answer: Kiss this state the way one kisses the stick that hits him.

It is better to forget, erase everything, press some button inside yourself, and end up in a land far, far away.

Such states will keep taking hold of you over and over. This continues beyond the exodus from Egypt because you need to attach all these egoistic desires to yourself during the forty years of wandering in the desert and the ascent to Bina, and in conquering the land of Israel, which is the work with the vessels (Kelim) of reception. You will always have these descents, and each time they will be deeper and deeper.

What can we do? In such cases we immediately begin to read from our sources. If possible, one should immediately run to the group. It is the most effective thing possible. One can engage in any form of dissemination, but the best of all is physical contact. If you are alone and there are no other options, then try to listen or read, but do it very clearly and intensely. We need to plow our egoism.

Question: What does it mean to be Moses with respect to the friends in the ten?

Answer: Moses (Moshe in Hebrew) is the one common point of the entire ten. You collect your points together and feel as one single point. This is your Moses which draws you out of egoism. The concept of Moshiach, that is, one who draws, pulls out, comes from the verb “Lishmoh,” to pull, to draw out.

Question: If one of the friends is in a descent, does it mean that the others are Moese for him?

Answer: They pull him out, yes. But this action is not called Moses.

Moses is specifically the sum of all aspirations of the points in the heart aimed at attaining the Creator. Question: A strange feeling of pride for the group of ten is appearing within me. Previously, I thought that I was better than anyone. And now something appears in me that has made it possible for me to feel this group of ten. This amazed me. What is this?

Answer: We begin to feel that the group of ten is like a body in which we truly feel the upper world, specifically within it a new life is revealed, new characteristics and connections that will be called the world of Infinity.

Everything is only within it! Within it are found good and evil, we and the Creator. Within it we discover the whole world; through it we can see the world correctly. Question: How can I transfer criticism that is directed to different parts of the world to love and care for these parts?

Answer: What criticism could be in relation to the world? The Creator does everything! Who can you criticize? People? They are all run by the Upper Light that works in them. Do they have any freewill? Do they control their own destiny?

Look at what is happening around us. Every day we hear news and watch the latest news. You can see what the Creator does to people to teach them to finally discern that nothing depends on them.

He wants to bring them to the realization of the evil of their own nature so that they would begin to understand that something must be done with this, that they are not in control of themselves, and they should turn to the upper source.

We cannot say whether any person in the world is good or bad. They are puppets controlled by the Light and have just a small animal desire, and a micro-dose of the Light in all Its metamorphoses directs them to perform various actions.

How can you blame or approve of them? There is not a single movement in a person that is not controlled by the Light, and only to the extent that he wishes to associate himself with the Light does he begin to feel that the Light controls him.

Our highest purpose is to try to acquire the properties that will allow us to predict the plan of the Creator and do our actions independently. They will be correct, corresponding to those that the Light wants to make them.

I will perform them as if going forward before the Light. However, still these actions will be fully consistent with the program of development for creation until its full correction.

Question: You spoke about a mutual connection between the groups of ten and all of us. What is this connection?

Question: How should one work correctly with foreign desires since the more that you advance, the more they are revealed?

Which is better: to prohibit my weak points so that I won’t fall into egoistic fulfillments, or placate my “beast” when it says, “Get this for me,” thinking that I am doing this to get closer to spirituality?

Answer: You can never placate your beast! You cannot fulfill it in any form! No matter how much freedom you give it, no matter how much you fulfill it with all kinds of pleasures, it will not calm down. On the other hand, putting limits on it will not help.

Feed it, and it will want to double in size. Limit it, and it will still want twice as much. It will seem to you that there are inexhaustible possibilities for pleasure to be found.

How is it possible to overcome this? You don’t need to be involved with your beast. Don’t hit it, and don’t placate it. Be involved with the soul instead. Shut your eyes as if the beast didn’t exist, and be involved with spiritual work. Join a group to take functions and responsibilities upon yourself and drag them without deviating toward the beast because playing with the ego doesn’t bring anything good.

Question: How does one transform from being a mother concerned only about her children to a mother who is concerned about the entire world?

Answer: It depends on how she feels the entire world. If she feels all of humanity as her children, then for her this is a natural state. Everything depends upon the influence of the Upper Light, how much it illuminates that circle that she accepts as hers.

Either this circle is locked only upon the family—meaning that the Light influences only the beastly state of the person, and then he feels himself as found only in this world—or the Light has a wider illumination, and, accordingly, the person begins to feel that he depends upon others and that all of the others depend upon him.

The Upper Light reveals everything. However, in principle, the whole world is a part of my soul. There is nothing that is not included in it. Ultimately, I discover it within me.

This is the condition of inclusive love. There is no person in the world that is not part of my interior. Everything is within me, and what I see outside of me, I see with my distorted vision, which on the first spiritual level is discovered as completely different, in a truly correct form.

Suppose that you have a leaky faucet. Put a cup or bowl under the faucet and fill it as much as you want. You will find, however, if your cup is broken or there is a hole in the bowl, then what can you do? After all, you aren’t even taking the trouble to glue the broken vessel together. What will you fill with water? With what will you discover the Light?

You are in an ocean of Light, but you don’t feel it because you don’t even have the tiniest capacity to contain, discern, measure, and feel this Light.

Question: Suppose that I am not ready for revelation, but everyone else in the group of ten are ready. How should I work?

Answer: Ask to be connected with the other nine friends of the circle such that a minimal level of spirituality will be revealed in you, and it doesn’t matter that you are still not ready. You ask until your request will become real, and then you will feel immediately that everything is realized.

Question: So why are we stopping? Why don’t we continue the discussion in a circle to attain this level?

Question: If during the workshop someone becomes disengaged from the common direction, how is it possible to influence this friend gently?
Answer: First of all, if someone from the group of ten suddenly “floats off” somewhere, then the entire group of ten is to blame for it. That is what you must feel.

You must converge among yourselves strongly and try to influence him such that he will again enter into your connection and unity. First of all, it is possible to do this even without words through an exercise: Suggest everyone sing something together or change the subject to something closer to this person. In brief, it is necessary to wake him up somehow, join him to the discussion more and to connect the group of ten more.

If you have a serious group of ten, then this person, even with the most harmful habits, cannot leave it. You hold him as if with the help of a magnet.
