Question: Once, you gave us the task of translating the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale into spiritual language…

Answer: There is nothing but spiritual forces in the universe. You can take any story you want and translate it into the language of spiritual actions.

Let’s say, in the story about Little Red Riding Hood, her (grand)mother denotes Bina. The wolf represents the ego (Klipa) that wants to take advantage of the grandmother. At the same time, the wolf helps Little Red Riding Hood find the way to her grandmother.

The little girl’s questions: “Why are the wolf’s eyes, ears, and teeth so big?” show a gradual, step-by-step appearance of the evil in us, which is impossible to clarify in advance.

The hunter represents the Surrounding Light that cuts the wolf’s stomach and releases the grandmother safe and unharmed.

You can take any story and convert it into the language of spiritual actions because all of them are just external clothing on the internal processes. Any imaginary story that comes to our mind, no matter how fantastic or improbable, still has a spiritual root that describes this phenomenon.

The exercise of “Little Red Riding Hood” is based on viewing the actions that exist in this world and trying to find their spiritual roots that control the materiality. I want everybody to recognize the spiritual forces that govern everything there is.

Question: On the other hand, you constantly reiterate that everything that happens to us in the present can only be explained after we attain the spiritual roots.

Answer: If we regard this world the way I mentioned earlier, we’ll attain the spiritual roots, trying to see the spiritual forces behind every action that happens to us.

But it is not that important. What really matters is that we should combine the aspiration to reveal the spiritual forces with our efforts to connect with each other. When we start sensing that we are getting closer to our friends, that we replenish each other, connect in our intentions and thoughts, and unite in mutual support, we’ll begin controlling our feelings and relationships. Accordingly, we’ll regard the actions that take place in this world at our level as mechanical.

In fact, this is what we call the revelation of the Creator, when we govern Him, as it is said: “My sons have defeated me.”

Question: Do you think that if we regarded this world as a place that is ruled by spiritual forces we’d penetrate deeper into these issues?

Answer: Once, we were returning from a walk with my teacher Rabash, and were close to his home. There was a garbage can with a lid that opened by pressing on a foot-pedal. A horse approached the can and pressed the pedal, the can opened and the horse started eating discarded food.

When I saw this picture, I froze, but my teacher said: “Do you see it? It’s an angel.” Rabash automatically recognized the spiritual forces that rule the protein, animal bodies.

My Comment: Today, the United States dominates the world, and that is why China, the EU, and Russia want so much to raise their currencies to the world level. But the US will not allow this to happen by any means. A great financial war is ahead. This will bring us to the awareness of globality, negative globality, from which we will have to move to positive globality, because we cannot change globality itself. There is no turning back in history and evolution.

Question: I look at the people to whom I disseminate and it seems that they are not prepared to perceive our ideas. What can I do if I have no desire to explain anything to them since it seems hopeless?

Answer: This is the wrong approach. You are not taking two things into account. First, there is a quantitative force in the public, a quantitative force that allows us to make a huge leap and to succeed.

A practical example for that is the computer. An expensive computer is different from a cheap computer not in size but in the capacity if its memory, which means in the number if memory cells it has. There is a hero in quantity who becomes a hero in quality.

When you disseminate to the public, you are not taking the matter of the great quantity that turns into a new quality into account. If there are a billion people and each one can lift only one gram, together they can lift a billion grams.

Besides, we should multiply this by the force of connection that they can consolidate among them by their connection. This multiplies the sum by 620 times. This is how we should see their power and not look at the negligible force of each individual.

We consider each of our friends according to his personal attributes, but when we look at the public we see that since they are all connected to one another, each individual is weighted like everyone together. Therefore, even one of them is greater than you.

The second point is that it is actually the public who are now the vessel for the Light and not you. This is the present need, according to “it is time to act.” So you cannot think lightly of people. They are actually the vessels that need to be corrected and filled. Now it is their time! All the upper Lights, the whole arrangement, is focused on them.

Your job is to faithfully take care of them and simply look at them and do what is good for them. Therefore you have no choice but to appreciate the public and work with them.

Question: Why do many people try to live only for today, the present moment, in that they center all of their thoughts in it and don’t make it possible for thoughts to escape to the past or the future?

Answer: That is how the genetic force of our body works when it directs us only towards pleasures. At every moment I want to enjoy optimally, meaning to invest minimal efforts and energy and receive maximal pleasure. We live according to this principle.

The problem is that as far as it seems in accord with our naturally installed software, we experience great problems through such an approach to life. If we only yearn for pleasure, then ultimately from all of our efforts to remain like this, we receive blows that oblige us to change our approach.

I cannot shut my eyes and not think about what will be with me, as it is said in Isaiah 22:13: “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we shall die.” That is because this “tomorrow we shall die” becomes so terrible that I can no longer enjoy today.

Here everything depends on the level of development of the person and all of humanity. We have reached such a development where the future has become very important to us no less than the present. We cannot flee from thoughts about it and take some drug in order to live only for today.

We will not succeed in hiding from tomorrow, so we must learn to become familiar with the origin of life and its goal. But in the meantime, we are still trying to slip away and we have not yet reached the awareness that this won’t help.

When we educate our children, we don’t tell them that the main thing is to squeeze maximal pleasure from the present moment and afterward there will be a deluge. We know that this way is impossible and will not lead to a happy life. They must open their eyes and know where they are going, what today and tomorrow promises. We must discover the same vision within ourselves, only more widespread.

Question: And what do the methods that teach living in the present moment give?

Answer: Methods like these lower the person to the level of a beast. For a beast indeed only looks for how to enjoy every moment in its life, and so it doesn’t really think about the future.

Beasts have natural abilities for sensing the future. They feel an approaching tsunami, the eruption of volcanoes, earthquakes. They have a subtle sensitivity to nature and changes in climate. But these are very limited instincts. The human sees much more, and we need to use this so as not to decree a life of suffering for ourselves, and likewise not to leave for our children, for the next generation, a world like this in which they will suffer.

If we look at life with more mature and ripe views, then we have no choice; we must discover the program of creation and develop in ourselves the ability to perceive the future.

In general, the future frightens a person because he doesn’t know it and  is not ready to deal with it. But this is not just talking about perceiving the future but about obtaining the tools through which we can manage the future like the present. We will become the masters of our future.

When we go out to the public, we always need to keep a link with the Elyon (upper one) within us. Through detachment from the Elyon we cannot work with a lower level. Indeed we don’t come to people as performers or as agitators of the crowds, rather we are bringing them the higher power, a connection with the Creator.

So through connection with the friends we must attain contact with the Elyon. If we don’t have a connection like this, we cannot be considered a higher level in relation to the Tachtonim  (lower ones) and work with them.

If a girl takes care of her little brother, she doesn’t consider him as a lower level. They are on the same level as brother and sister. Whereas the mother who takes care of yhe baby is the upper one because she gave birth to him and she has the power. So we cannot go out and take care of the community without maintaining a permanent link with the Elyon.

I am only a point, the middle third of Tifferet (splendor). My entire upper half is with the Elyon; my entire lower half is with the Tachton (lower one). So I must be connected with the Elyon and the Tachton and work simultaneously with both.

When I work with the Tachtonim, the Elyon is within me, otherwise I can’t do anything. And when I turn to the Elyon, the Tachtonim are within me. Otherwise I don’t have anything with which to turn towards them. When a mother goes to the store to buy milk for her baby, it is as if she is carrying him with her.

The only way to awaken the AHP (vessels of receiving) of the upper is by asking Him for the power of bestowal. Then the upper will raise His AHP and convey the Light of AB-SAG to you, which will correct your vessels so that by the corrected vessels, you will be able to bestow unto others.

How can you ask the upper for that? If you annul your vessels of receiving (your AHP) and want to connect with the vessels of bestowal (with GE), with others, it is the proof, the conclusion, which you bring to the upper and demand that He give it to you. I want to annul my AHP and I want to connect to everyone by my GE ( vessels of bestowal). Thus you influence the AHP of the upper and oblige Him to rise as much as necessary to fulfill your request.

If you manage to raise a certain part of the AHP of the upper, it means that you have raised a prayer, MAN (female waters). It is the same thing.

Question: What about all the demands, the requests, and the prayers that I have been raising for years?

Answer: I don’t know if you have raised even one prayer during this whole time. What you ask for has to be compatible with what the upper is ready to hear from you. You are asking for a needle to prick your eye or for things that can harm you and so the upper certainly doesn’t answer you.

You may cry and ask, but the upper will wait for you to grow wise. All the prayers are accepted Above and are added to the work, but it still doesn’t lead to the raising of the AHP of the upper, since it isn’t MAN yet.

You cry out, but the upper doesn’t answer. But still, He performs certain actions so that you will understand that it is impossible to ask this way and for Him to give you what you are asking for. It is just the way we behave with children. In our world, time brings about changes, while in the upper world, our actions actually determine time.

If your take the deficiencies of the public and ask the upper to fill them, you are performing actions of bestowal. You want what is good for them but not for yourself, and so you are treated differently. You become the upper’s partner in taking care of the lower, and thus rise to a different level. By that you resemble the Creator and this is why this work is so beneficial for our advancement.

Question: Why is the power of connection very successful sometimes and sometimes not? For example, in the United States, the unity of many states led to the creation of a very strong nation, whereas unity in Europe didn’t bring success.

Answer: In Europe the destructive power of Babylon, the confusion and mixture of various languages, is active.

Question: How can we be sure that the power of connection that we are creating will not make the situation worse?

Answer: This depends upon whether we are in a period in which it is possible to freely disseminate the wisdom of Kabbalah and the knowledge about the correction of the world . Have we reached this time or not? For us this question does not exist because  this was written by a great Kabbalist.

Question: Has the whole world, in all of its strata, in all of its forms, already become ripe for accepting this method and realizing it effectively?

Answer: The world is ready to the extent it feels the crisis: either in children’s education, in the family, in unemployment and in work, in social relationships, or the general economic crisis.

Question: The crisis in Europe has already been felt and they are trying to stop it. These attempts have already continued for a number of years but without any success.

Answer: They will never be ready to do it themselves. Somehow it seems to us that if we wait, then people will be able to get the correct knowledge from their lives and suddenly become wiser, receive the desire, and understand it themselves. But this will never happen. They won’t understand anything by themselves.

From their receiving a few more blows, they will not become better and wiser; on the contrary, they will be more stubborn and worse off. Only through our joint activities with them and through our method will it be possible to correct the situation.

Question: You explained that through a connection between two, a third completely new thing is born, and those two things disappear. But why doesn’t this happen in our world? A father and mother produce a child together, but they continue to live along with the child.

Answer: Connection is not a link between physical bodies but a union of desires. The physical bodies don’t connect because it is possible to take gametes from a father and mother and make a child in vitro.

But this is not called connection; connection happens with desires. Each one works with his desire, and then from two opposite desires, a third is born that includes both of them within it.

Connection is a shared existence of both desires on a higher level. Concession and nullification of the self within the connection doesn’t cause harm, rather the opposite, it adds fulfillment and makes it possible to rise even higher.

The desire to receive itself doesn’t ever disappear; this is the substance of creation. In the meantime, we temporarily nullify those desires that cannot be used for the sake of bestowal. With the desires that can be used in order to bestow, we combine in such a way that they create a third body called Adam (man/human), which includes both male and female within it.
