Opinion (Central News Agency of New Russia): “Politics of the recent years tends to delay the arrival of fascism. But fascism will come everywhere, on the shoulders of liberalism, as a step towards fascism. Nationalism is the last brace of the people, fragmented, crushed by the market.

“Postulates of fascism:

“National pride, this is the only thing that the market leaves to the people; nationalism is developing everywhere, identifying itself with justice; nationalism is the ideology to which everyone resorts, after having been disappointed in others. In the beginning, national pride is called patriotism.

“Unity of the people and the state. From now, disagreeing with government policy, you will not agree with the people, with the entire nation. Unity of the will of millions of people with the will of the ruler is natural.

“Tradition, rejection of progress.

“Inequality. Fascist states are armies; they are characterised by inequality, but the inequality of the army fascism gets ready-made from the market. Fascism is constitutional inequality, embodied in the firm imperial hierarchy.

“Totality. Fascism will come everywhere, in all countries, in their versions of fascism. Today, nothing can be opposed to fascism.

“Paganism, a modification of the Christian religion to the needs of consciousness; division into pure-impure, the black-and-white picture of the world.”

My Comment: Baal HaSulam described all this at the beginning of the 20^th century. He warned that according to the law of social development, fascism arises after capitalism if it is not replaced by integral education and the “society of the last generation.” Therefore, we have no choice. We must spare no efforts in the dissemination of integral education and upbringing.

In the News (from GALLUP International): “WIN/Gallup International, the leading global association in market research and polling, has revealed that respondents of its global annual poll regard corruption as the most important problem facing the world today.

• Twenty-one percent (21%) of respondents globally identified corruption as the most important problem facing the world today – the highest response rate amongst the 17 categories;
• Economic problems in second place globally at 14%;
• Poverty (the gap between rich and poor) in third place globally at 12%;
• Biggest regional concerns: Asia (26%), Americas(19%) and MENA (15%) said corruption; Western Europe (24%) and Eastern Europe (20%) said poverty; Africa said economic problems (21%).
• The data was collected as part of WIN/Gallup International’s Annual 2013 poll that interviewed 66,806 people in 65 countries.
• Biggest concerns in Bulgaria: poverty/the gap between rich and poor – 23%, economic problems – 17%, unemployment – 15%, corruption – 9%, wars and conflicts – 7% and crime – 5%.”

My Comment: No one pointed out that the only problem in the world is overcoming the rejection between people, which by correcting,  we will help the world will change towards becoming beautiful. We see that this problem is not considered solvable. This means that we must make every effort to explain to people that the only solution is to create connections between people. Otherwise, no problem will be solved, and in the aggregate will bring us to war.

By virtue of these features of our consciousness, the existence of independent media and the Internet does not solve the problem.

“People perceive information that does not constitute a threat to their worldview and filter out all the rest. It is incredibly difficult for politicians and peoples to accept a dead end of the chosen path since changing a course undermines the worldview system.

“Having realized that the chosen political course does not lead to the expected results, the country often does not change, but on the contrary, intensifies the realization of the initial program, which worsens the economic situation in the country and leads to a tightening of the wrong political course. A mental trap brings a country into a vicious circle.”

My Comment: Although opposite to its course, the correct decision can be accepted only when it is viewed objectively. This is possible only in a workshop which is organized according to the principles of integral education, in a circle where people are equal and cancel themselves. They must be ready for full connection for the sake of revealing unity (the Upper Force) within it, adhering to the Upper Force through similarity of properties (mutual bestowal) in order to create contentment in it.

Opinion (Martin van Creveld, Ph.D., Professor of military history at Hebrew University, Jerusalem, author of seventeen books on military history and strategy): “[Martin van Creveld] argues that the state, since 1648 has become a creature different to any previous form of civil government. Before that time, government was identified with some person or group of persons. After 1648, the state lost that personal identification and became a juridical person, a corporation. ‘As a corporation, it has an independent persona.’ All previous governments failed to make this crucial distinction between the person ruling and the ruling organisation. Louis XIV could say with much truth, ‘I am the state.’ Louis Napoleon could not. 

“He defines the state by three characteristics.

“Sovereignty, by which claim the state ‘refuses to share any of [these] functions [waging war, making peace enacting laws, dispensing justice, raising revenue, determining the currency, and providing internal security] with others but concentrates all of them in its own hands.’

“Territoriality,  it exercises such powers over all the people who live within its borders and over them only.

“Abstractness, most importantly, it is an abstract organisation. Unlike any of its predecessors at any other time and place, it is not identical with either rulers nor ruled; it is neither a man nor a community, but an invisible being known as a corporation.

“In the main, the threat to the state does not come either from individuals or from groups of the kind which exercised the functions of government in various communities at various times and places before 1648. Instead it comes from other corporations: in other words, from such ‘artificial men’ as share its own nature but differ from it both in respect to their control over territory and in regard to the exercise of sovereignty. A few of the corporations in question are of a territorial nature, but the majority are not. Some are regional and larger than states, others smaller and merely local. Some are intergovernmental, others nongovernmental. Some are primarily political by nature, others dedicated to different ends such as making money, protecting the environment, spreading some religious message, or propagating some special cause which may range from reducing pollution to animal rights. [Though] all have in common that they are more attuned to modern technology, communication and transportation in particular, than the state. As a result, some of them are able to grow much richer than most states; or take over some of the latter’s functions; or evade its control by establishing colonies and moving their resources outside its borders; or influence the opinions of its citizens more than governments can; or (as in the case of numerous guerrilla and terrorist organisations) successfully resist it weapon in hand; or, not seldom, some combination of all these things.”

My Comment: All of human development leads to the extinction of the state and the establishment of a unified, global social system.

Opinion (Alina Savelyeva, assistant to the Dean at the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, Higher School of Economics, Moscow): “In 2008 the Head of the IMF Dominique Strauss-Kahn warned of the grave consequences – of governments being overthrown and wars – that could arise from the sudden increase in food prices on world markets.

“The ability to provide enough food for yourself, and have a surfeit to sell for export, is becoming a way for states to influence world politics and the economy, says Alina Savelyeva. It was the rise in food prices that triggered the revolutions in Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco and elsewhere.

“Arab governments were unable to keep food prices down and soon there were mass street protests, demonstrations followed by serious political unrest. An article in The Daily Telegraph suggested that the upheavals in Egypt and Tunisia signaled the beginning of an era of ‘food revolutions.’

“The idea of food as a weapon was formulated by Earl Butz, US Minister of Agriculture in Richard Nixon’s government back in 1974. These days, approaching agriculture as an industrial supplier of an ‘alternative weapon’ is common both in developed and developing countries. The term ‘food power’ has been coined in English. But any power or force (even military) is not only an instrument of attack or destruction, but also for containing one’s enemies, in the ‘carrot and stick’ model.

“The World Bank report on International Development in 2011 named three types of threat to food security that could lead to military conflict: 1) natural (drought and flooding), 2) economic (major price changes for basic food products) and 3) political, i.e., a ban on access to land resources or social support programmes.”

My Comment: Natural disasters and the accumulation of arms will bring the world to a threatening state. We are able to affect the first type of threat naturally and indirectly by striving to eliminate the second and third threats.

“Italy intends to show Europe a new perspective of more intensive unification, which should result in a pan-European state, with uniform bodies of supreme power – “only a strong and united Europe is a solution in the light of the challenges of our time.”

“We need a lighter Europe – with simple rules that everyone will recognize, according to the principle of ancient Rome “E Pluribus Unum” (“One out of many” is also a phrase on the Seal of the United States).

“The idea of ​​a powerful new Europe will remain at the level of rhetoric, but this is what all the Europeans need now. Sociological studies show that in connection with the events in Ukraine, the residents of united Europe were somewhat demoralized. As it turned out, an economically powerful association with a population of over 500 million people had nothing to counter Russia. Many fear that in the event of a more serious conflict, Europe would be powerless.”

My Comment: This is, of course, an egoistic intention to gain an advantage over the other, possibly at their expense, and also against other countries, because the unification of the EU is not for the sake of further unity around the world. So, this unification might give the EU some temporary advantage, but in the longer term, it will return like a boomerang and destroy the EU.

Since the beginning of the 21^st century, at Western academic crossroads, there were talks about the need for the Second Enlightenment, which would give a new impetus to European civilization – just as the classical Enlightenment did.

“The cultural elite falls into the mass like in the quagmire, and humanity not only became mature, about what the intellectuals of the Enlightenment were dreaming, but fell back into childhood: it is interested only in the body, comfort, well-being, the power of material things … the infantile humanity of the 21^st century demonstrates the flaws inherent in children: gullibility, immorality, cowardice, ignorance, propensity for violence, the spirit of a herd.

“The confidence of Enlightenment that the human being is able to take the world’s fate in his hands is completely lost. We need not ideology but worldview – it is a much broader concept, and it has been always determined by geniuses.”

My Comment: There will be no Second Enlightenment as the masters of academic Europe envision. Egoism bloomed only once and gave its fruit, and today we are reaping it! The Second Enlightenment should be altruistic, and it will be given to the world not by egoists but by those who have mastered the way out of it, that is, Kabbalists. The Second Enlightenment is called “Integral Education of the World” or the “wisdom of connection.”

But what is happening now, it’s not just the collapse of the geopolitical system but much deeper.

“Disabling Visa services, banking instruments, is actually an undermining of the whole economic system that was created by the West, but enjoyed by the whole world, which is now economically greater than the West. Apparently, we’ll have huge tectonic shifts for decades.”

My Comment: The collapse of this system occurs at all levels, otherwise it can not be replaced by the next system. And the next system is integral, fully interconnected, and completely opposite to the existing system. Thus, the collapse of the existing system is gradual, but global.

We will be able to replace the old egoistic system with the new altruistic system only by re-educating humanity. Kabbalah is revealed in our time just for this operation.

Merry, political editor of The National Interest and author of books on American history and foreign policy): “In the spring of 2012, The National Interest produced a special issue under the rubric of ‘The Crisis of the Old Order: The Crumbling Status Quo at Home and Abroad.’ The thesis was that the old era of relative global stability, forged through the crucibles of the Great Depression and World War II, was coming unglued. In introducing the broad topic to readers, TNI editors wrote, ‘Only through a historical perspective can we fully understand the profound developments of our time and glean, perhaps only dimly, where they are taking us. One thing is clear: they are taking us into a new era. The only question is how much disruption, chaos and bloodshed will attend the transition from the Old Order to whatever emerges to replace it.’

“What’s most troubling about all this is that today’s national leaders seem utterly lacking in any serious consciousness of just how dangerous the global situation is. … Pfaff [William Pfaff, the longtime geopolitical analyst for the International Herald Tribune] notes with a small measure of relief that the world isn’t beset these days by ideological dictatorships on the march or any new waves of totalitarianism. Today’s problems, he says, are merely ‘confusion, incompetence, and intellectual and moral disorder.’ He adds: ‘But these are bad enough, in an over-armed world.’

“For historical perspective, it’s worth noting that we look back now with a certain disdain upon the heads of state grappling with events leading to World War I. In fact, they weren’t stupid, but they were out of touch and that rendered them hapless in the face of events they didn’t understand.

“President Obama and those around him aren’t stupid either, but they don’t seem to understand the nature of our time and the challenges posed by a fading era. They seem incapable of grappling with the kinds of broad historical questions posed by William Pfaff.

“But the problem doesn’t reside only with the current administration. There seems to be a zeitgeist in play that retards the ability of our leaders and intellectuals to grasp the transformative nature of our time and hence the havoc besetting the globe. …

“Seriousness is what the times call for. We are living through a crisis of the old order, and it demands new thinking, new cautions, new understandings of the profound challenges of this pregnant historical interregnum.”

My Comment: The problem is that everyone writes correctly about the modern state of confusion because they feel and understand it, but no one talks about the opportunities to exit it because no one has the knowledge, method, or vision of how to do that.

Only after the leaders become aware of their complete lack of understanding and inability to orient themselves in a given situation will they be able to enter integral re-education. It will expand their perception of reality and they will see the causes of what is happening and will then be able to participate in decision making.
