Question: If Israel is the engineer who is responsible for the proper functioning of the world system, what should they know in order to do their job?

Answer: Israel has to know all about the system—about the force that manages the system and the system itself—in order to properly connect it with the upper force.

The upper force is the next level above us, and right below it is Israel, and below it, the rest of the world. There are three levels, and this is what the system looks like.

Israel receives orders from the upper force and conveys it downward, adapting them for this transmission and acting like a head relative to the body.

Israel has to connect with the nations of the world and feel what they lack, and then raise their request upward to the upper, which is called MAN, a prayer. Then they have to adapt themselves correctly so that the upper force will be able to spread from the top down in the best possible way.

This means that Israel has to act first and this will summon the next process in which the upper force will begin to operate.

This system includes all of reality: our desires, thoughts, and feelings. Our whole life changes, including our perception of reality and how we feel it. The world becomes a different place, like in a science fiction movie.

We begin to see the forces that operate in the world and the systems that are behind it. This world becomes a theater, guided and set in motion behind the scenes. Thus we perceive the control system. The external form is only necessary in order to allow us to connect to the internal system.

Question: I would like to have a scientific definition of what the unique role of the nation of Israel is in the general system. What forces operate here?

Answer: The nation of Israel is part of reality that advances towards the goal of creation under special conditions. In contrast to all the other parts of creation, every step they make forward can be done only according to their freewill.

The rest of nature: the still, vegetative, animate nature, and the nations of the world advance according to the fixed laws of nature that operate on them regardless of their desire. They must advance, while the nation of Israel has to consent to and understand every step that they make. They cannot advance unless they accept a certain step and want it.

But as a result, Israel begins to understand and feel how they advance, and discovers the force that helps them advance and where they are headed, to what form of existence, to what kind of world, and to which state. According to this understanding, Israel changes themselves, their form and their attitude towards the other parts of reality and first of all towards the other nations.

All of reality is a living, breathing system, which means a system that is constantly changing as it advances towards an ultimate goal. Israel however are the special part of the system that serve as a connecting adapter, as a link, a coordinator between the forces that manage the system and the parts that cannot come in contact with these forces by themselves since they have no freewill.

Therefore, Israel is obligated to take care of the rest of the system and serve as the link between the forces of the upper providence and the still, vegetative, animate nature, and the nations of the world.

Question: So, is Israel the technician who is responsible for the functioning of the whole system?

Answer: Yes, but Israel itself must change because otherwise they will not know how to take care of the system. They need to constantly grow: in their awareness of the upper force to call upon it to take care of the system,  in their recognition of all the other parts of the system, nature, and the nations of the world, and in communicating with them because they are the link between them.

The oneness of the people of Israel is derived from the source that we call the wisdom of Kabbalah. The wisdom of Kabbalah speaks about the whole, the unified system and its laws. This system is nature, divinity. The law of the Light and Kli (vessel) operates in it, and everything is derived from it.

In relation to us, this system was created long ago. We were the last who were created within it and we must learn how to use it to bring ourselves to the first state of wholeness: the goal of creation. That is what we must attain.

In this system there are forces that act and parts that are acted upon. It is very complex. Thanks to its influence and the forces that act upon us, we develop.

As a result of this development we reach a state that is indicated by the wisdom of Kabbalah. Beginning with us and moving outward, we become active parts that can even activate the system. If we don’t do this, the system will influence us so that we still will want to use it properly.

After all, we live through feeling good or bad. Ultimately, this is all of our existence: We are between a good feeling and a bad feeling and we constantly try to get as close as possibly to the good and as far as possible from the bad. This is how the system motivates us.

In our development not all of us are equal. If we were equal, we would be one block and not many parts. Each part has its purpose, its cause, its source, as well as its process of correction and final form. Every part must carry out what is imposed upon it, what the system expects from it as an active part that needs to be in its place to realize its obligation.

In relation to all the parts of the system, humans are divided into two categories:

• Those that receive the opportunity for spiritual work, meaning, the opportunity to get to know the system and to work consciously within it through feeling and intellect, as they are obliged to come to self-realization.

• Those who still have not accepted this opportunity and will accept it much later, as is written,  “For they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them” (Jeremiah 31:33).

This process gradually spreads out and includes everyone.  Also, we are also not the first. Before us there was Adam HaRishon (the first man), and Kabbalists in every generation. And we are active in our era. Therefore each one must learn about the source of his soul, know and comprehend it.

Those who receive spiritual awakening, to the extent of its implementation, are called Israel,  Yashar-El, directly to the Creator. And those who have not yet received an awakening are called the nations of the world. But this doesn’t mean that they don’t have the possibility that was given to Israel; it simply hasn’t as yet been realized.

As a result of this, special work has been imposed upon Israel not only in regard to themselves, but also in relation to the nations of the world. And if among the nations of the world there are people who have accepted this message from Israel, then to that extent, the work of connection, help, support, encouragement and so on is also assigned to them. These two parts must work together, requiring unity among everyone so that they will interact correctly..

Further, Israel is also divided into parts: Cohanim (priests), Leviim (musicians, singers, teachers of Torah),  and Yisraelim (Israelites), who differ in their work. Among the nations of the world, there are seventy latent sources that also put a stamp upon their individual parts. But all of this will become clear on the way.

Today, in the present stage of development, everyone has received an awakening, an “invitation,”a call, a push, an opportunity for correction and for participation in the process. For some people, this call comes in a more conscious and focused form, pulling them forward. Others are not attracted as much and it pushes them from behind through blows, and “kicks.” One way or another both of them are moved by various kinds of suffering. There are “sufferings of love,” and there is a great variety of different kinds of suffering.

But in general, the present stage of historical development is characterized by everyone beginning to feel more or less, that we are living in a unique time and that humanity must pass through major changes. This is especially in matters of self-perception: What is it itself and what is the world? Here, of course, we are helped by various sciences.

A unique time has arrived which Kabbalists spoke about in advance. And all of the development of the people of Israel was intended specifically for this time; from the Babylonian era they passed through all kinds of stages of preparation, elevations, breakdowns, and exile so that today, they will be ready for their true, final role.

After all, Israel is a unique group in humanity that received direction, yearning, knowledge, mind, and feeling, everything necessary, to correct all of humanity.

Question: The justice system is designed to determine which activities are correct and which are not, to differentiate between good and evil, to protect our society, and encourage positive behavior. How should we properly build the justice system and what is its function in society?

Answer: The justice system is a system with an educational function. The role of the judge is to explain to people the essence of what happened in each case, the positive and negative aspects of the event regarding the individual and society, in relation to animals, plants, nature, and the Creator. Judges must explain the essence of this action or another.

The action can be realized in a desire, in a thought, or actively, with respect to the person himself, his relatives, and the nation. The judge is a person who understands the deep meaning of creation, the laws of nature, and explains the perverseness of a person’s internal and external behavior that he must correct.

Why is the justice system necessary? The fact is that still, vegetative, and the animate nature operate instinctively, managed by an internal system that doesn’t ask about their desires and doesn’t provide them with any freedom of choice. They act according to the form of the system that moves them.

We cannot blame the lion when he attacks the deer, for this is his nature. This is neither bad nor good; this is simply instinct. However, about a person, we can say that he does good or bad things. We can judge his thoughts, desires, and actions.

For this reason, people need information and education. They should be taught about everything in life. In contrast, animals don’t need to learn anything; it’s enough to feed them and they grow, and along with the addition of kilograms, they get the right attitude toward their environment and will be able to survive.

No animal sends its offspring to school. Only humans need this. After all, the human was intentionally created this way so that he needs to fill the empty space nature left within him. Filling this empty space in a human is to raise him. This is the task of the family; society transmits the information a person lacks from nature.

So, throughout history, humanity developed schools of many kinds that were designed to teach children everything an adult human needs to know in order to survive and become a good member of society.

If, after learning all this, a person still behaves incorrectly in relation to the standards of his society, he is judged in order to clarify what is to be done with him in order to complete the education that he didn’t receive in childhood.

Suppose that I had the flu and I didn’t go to school on the day that they taught us that stealing isn’t allowed. So I grew up without knowing about this prohibition. And then a few years later, I have the opportunity to steal; I take someone’s wallet and they catch me.

I am shocked and don’t understand what they want from me. The wallet was simply lying there and I took it, and so they complete for me the education that was lacking. After all, I really didn’t know about the prohibition. So, the judge says, “These specific actions can fix this person and complete the education that he lacks.”

The person who explains which actions and in what way it is necessary to fill the gaps in my education is called a judge. It is clear that a person cannot correct himself. A complete system of correction stands behind him. In the US, a prison is called a “correctional institution.”

A person goes to prison for correction. This means that the court must scrutinize precisely what a person lacks in order to become a worthy member of society at large, for all of the people, and by what means the deficiency can be filled.

It could be that he needs to be given some special work or to be sent to a zoo to take care of animals, and it could be that he must be sent to study in a school with little children if he lacks the necessary knowledge. The court must find the right solution.

As it is written, “Put up judges and guards for yourself at every gate.”  This refers to a gate leading to the formation of a person. That is how we complete the person and transform him into a useful member of society.

If the transgressor has gone through the correctional system chosen by the judge and returns to crime, then one must ask the judge! Apparently, he made a mistake and didn’t make the right observation regarding the person’s problem and how to correct it.

The judge gives a verdict like a doctor writes a prescription. Due to the imposed “punishment” a person should recover. Punishment is a correction, not locking someone in prison. According to the Torah, there was no punishment like a prison, and we see that prison doesn’t help. A person goes through correction through being assessed fines, doing special work, and filling the gaps. If the person doesn’t succeed in undergoing correction, then it is necessary to “correct” the judge.

The goal of the judge is to understand why the person committed the crime, what the educational deficiency was that caused this bad behavior, and how to fill the deficiency so that he will not transgress like this again.

The judge must be a psychologist, know human nature, and understand how the environment influences people. A person shouldn’t be put into prison where he will find himself in a terrible environment and will only learn how to be even worse. If we put a person in prison, you cannot ever free him from there. In fact after completing his sentence, the transgressor will be worse. Prison is a school for criminals.

Question: If a person watches Channel 66 all the time and in spite of it all doesn’t understand the essence of the method of connection, is viewing like this beneficial to him?

Answer: I agree that our channel is still not really accessible to everyone and it needs to be improved to be more understandable to every viewer. But as much as we try to do that, we always are behind schedule.

This is because time passes until we hear, begin to understand, learn, scrutinize, and try to realize this phenomenon among us. We are within it and must work with the new material and with the new feelings. Only after this can we realize this on our channel. This doesn’t happen immediately, and in the meantime, the audience has grown.

For some time we have been talking about the necessity for connection, and the audience of viewers gradually is beginning to agree. But still there is no feeling that connection is the solution to every problem. Through our separation and distance, we see this material world, and specifically when we connect all of the stitches between our hearts, we will see the upper world. In the meantime, we don’t hang all of our material and spiritual hopes on this. It takes time.

Certainly we must always improve our channel, and we are investing a lot of time and resources in this.

Question: If a person watches Channel 66, is he going by the way of “I will hasten it” or not?

Answer: Yes, this is certain! We need to try for our channel to be attractive, interesting, understandable, and more fascinating than the World Cup games or some series.

But even now, if the viewer watches and doesn’t understand anything, he is already participating in the general connection. This is because there is a group along with me and many higher forces, that are connected to the broadcast on Channel 66. So every viewer who sees Channel 66 is connected through that channel to the end of a thread that joins our world with the upper world in a way that is stronger and better than he can find elsewhere. And in general, there is no connection like this anywhere else.

Certainly if a person doesn’t just watch the channel but also participates in the workshops and the roundtables, he will strongly hasten his advancement. One could fly in a rocket, another in an airplane, and a third could ride on a donkey. But in every case, this is advancement towards the good.

Question: What is your response to the murder of the boys who were kidnapped by terrorists? The whole nation is mourning their death now.

Answer: The nation of Israel has a mission and we have to fulfill it. If we don’t do so, we won’t bring the world to the right correction and head it in the right direction. As a result, we encounter phenomena such as kidnapping and of course, murder.

This didn’t start today. We study the roots of what happened in the shattering of the vessels and about the upper actions that we have been through. After all, we are in a system that is controlled by rigid laws, as it says: “He has given a law that cannot be broken.”

The Upper Light is above the shattered vessels, and if they correct themselves as a result of its influence, which means that they take part in their self-correction, everything will progress along the good way of I shall hasten it. This is the desired way in the eyes of the upper force and also in the eyes of other people, including the nations of the world, which will then have no complaints about Israel, no anti-Semitic feelings or no negative feelings of any kind.

Kabbalists say a lot about the fact that only Israel can bring the world to correction, since they have the sparks and the connection to the Light that Reforms in the first place. But if the Israeli nation does not perform the corrections, then to that extent, they are the source of all the evil in the world.

All this goes back to the gathering at the giving of the Torah. After all, the Torah is the Light that Reforms, the upper force that brings all the goodness to humanity. This force can be revealed in the word only by our participation, in coordination with it.

We invoke the upper force when we do what we have to do and then abundance and goodness pours unto the whole world, everyone respects us and is ready to participate in our activities. But if we don’t fulfill our mission in every moment of our life, we don’t draw the Light that Reforms and there is a deficiency of Light in this world, a deficiency of the upper force, which means that we cause harm to the world.

No wonder then that evil is first revealed among us, the Israeli nation, including general hatred and anti-Semitism. Ultimately we summon this by ourselves by not participating in the correction of the world.

Baal HaSulam cites the Talmud in “The Introduction To The Book Of Zohar” saying: “No calamity comes to the world but for Israel.” And in the book The Light and the Sun it says, “the main protection against calamity is love and unity. When there is love, unity, and friendship in Israel among one another, there is no room for any calamity to affect them and thus all the curses and the afflictions are kept away from them.”

So we have freewill and if we do good, it will be good for the whole world, including us, and by that we will delight the Creator. Otherwise the outcome will be different.

Just think, who has free will? Not the Israeli nation, since only a couple of million live in the land of Israel. Those who work for the Creator to some extent have it. This means that those who take this work upon themselves have freewill. This includes us and other groups.

Many speak about God’s work, but the mission is to accelerate the process through those who understand that it is about the correction of the world, which depends on them accelerating the process. If people who have received this opportunity don’t fulfill it, they are to blame for all the evil that is revealed in the world.

I am very serious. There is no point blaming the terrorists, other nations, or whoever it may be, because they have no freewill. We are the ones who design the world map.

Politicians can keep on playing their games as long as they want, it makes no difference. We should stop connecting our fate to a certain leader or another. We have already seen that nothing is up to them and that it all depends only on the upper force, to the extent that we can influence it. This depends on our work. We develop an opening for it in order to pour the Light unto the world and to bring us to the desired correction in a good way.

Therefore, anyone who hears and who understands this and who is part of this path in some way, has to try to prevent the afflictions. If they occur, we should understand that we have caused them by our negligence.

Of course hate and a variety of other emotions emerge after such a calamity, but everything is done by the Upper Light that is revealed in the world, and we connect the two. We are the ones who didn’t allow the Upper Light to operate in this world as it should, and so it is all our fault.

So let’s hate ourselves and our egos, the evil in us that didn’t allow us to act as we should. We have to regret what we did and correct ourselves and thus correct the general state.

The disasters are only an indication as to how far we are behind the pace of the evolution of the world, which is constantly developing egoistically, meaning towards evil. If we don’t connect the good evolution to this process and don’t open up the way for the Light that Reforms, then of course we bring about even worse states.

We shouldn’t count on the army or a military solution. It is only the Light that we should let in, and it will do whatever needs to be done. Only then will we be able to unite with our neighbors who hate us so much today. Only we can turn them into loyal friends. It is all in our hands.

We shouldn’t focus on forceful military responses. Let the military commanders do their job, but on the whole it is the path of suffering and not the path of I shall hasten it.

The point is that it all depends on us, not on others. We should engage ourselves as much as we can, after all, there is a “field blessed by the Lord” before us waiting to be plowed. We have to calculate the aspects that we are unable to correct yet which lead to disasters.

First I look for what is in my power to do; what I have to do, without criticizing anyone. If we seriously worked on the connection between us and by that, allow the Light to reveal its action, we would at least correct the Israeli nation and prevent such disasters.

Correcting the world is a much more complicated thing, but we can begin to understand how to approach the next phases of this process.

So let the Light be revealed where you, specifically you, can open up the way for it. Then you will see what comes next. The Light will do its work and you will understand how to continue the correction and how to spur additional circles.

The world shouldn’t count on blows or on anyone else. We have a group that is big and strong enough, but it doesn’t do everything that it can do.

Question: A very famous actress asked for an explanation of the meaning of connection so that it would not become a “collection of clowns.” She and her whole family watch Channel 66, but this concept still remains unclear for them.

Answer: The “people of Israel” are the first part of humanity to receive an additional need and are not willing to live only in the service of its ego on the physical, beastly, earthly level. In “Israel” there is an additional spark that connects it with the Creator, with the origin of the Light. So it cannot be satisfied with physical life on the earthly plane; it must connect with the higher source.

In order to attain spiritual fulfillment, connection with the upper source, we are compelled to be connected among us, meaning to connect our sparks. Thus, our work is on two planes. Work on the physical plane is directed at satisfying a reasonable existence, without excesses, but also without deprivation.

All other efforts must be directed at spiritual elevation that depends fully on acquiring a need for connection, not the attainment of the connection itself but for a desire for it. The connection itself will come later, thanks to the Upper Light.

“Israel” is also divided into two parts. One part feels an attraction towards attaining the spiritual world and includes various people, not only from among the physical people of Israel, but also from other nations. This is due to the mutual integration of souls after the destruction of the Temple and the exile that followed.

In the meantime, these are egoistic desires to attain the Creator, and these desires are clothed in our ego. So we want to reach the Creator in order to enjoy that, to be filled, to feel Him, to discover Olam HaBa (the world to come), to rise above death.

But after that. we begin to understand that all of this is achieved with the desire to bestow. Therefore, all the questions that we ask in the beginning about attaining the spiritual world become invalid. So a person passes through a very serious internal crisis, endures descents and disappointments in his ego.

This is because he suddenly understands that he doesn’t get egoistic fulfillment, but specifically the opposite; he must have self-realization in an opposite form, in bestowal. Thus, step by step, we begin to approach the truth, which is not easy. In the end, we must be ready to abandon our ego in order to attain the Creator. “To attain” doesn’t mean to catch or grab Him, rather the opposite, to sacrifice yourself, to give yourself over to Him, to be devoted to the Creator.

And here it will be clear that it is not in our ability to do this at all because we are absolute egoists. The only thing we can do is to understand that such an action is carried out by  the Light that Reforms, which transforms our understanding, consciousness, and values.

We begin to appreciate bestowal more than reception and prefer it, and that is how bestowal becomes a reward for us. We want to be bestowers, to be freed from all egoistic gain and be devoted to the service of everyone, and through them, the Creator, in order to give Him contentment. This is what is specifically called connection.

Nimrod, the king of Babylon symbolizes the general Malchut. It is the force of receiving about which Pharaoh the king of Egypt says: “The Creator will serve me!” At the same time, Abraham says: “We will serve the Creator.”

This is the reason for the split between Nimrod and Abraham and later between Moses and Pharaoh. The whole dispute is about who will rule, who is the boss. The point of connection between them is created when Israel takes all the gold and silver vessels of Egypt and gradually corrects them during the forty years in the desert, and then even raises them to a level called the land of Israel, and builds the Temple.

This is the point of connection between Bina and Malchut, where the gold and silver vessels that were taken from Egypt ascend to bestowal to the Creator. Then the shattering begins because these vessels are not sufficient for the end of correction. All these vessels belong to GE and in order to perform the correction, there is a need for vessels of AHP, which is why Israel is exiled.

Today, after the exile, we begin to correct the vessels. First we correct the vessels of GE, but in them have collected all the vessels from the depths of AHP, which are all our friends all over the world. It doesn’t matter where they come from and what nationality they are, since now they begin to join GE. Later the AHP that belong to GE will be revealed in us and then the real AHP too.

But the correction is performed differently, not like during the exodus from Babylon and from Egypt. Then GE were corrected separately and later were incorporated in AHP;  they became free of the control of the general AHP and corrected AHP of ascent.

But now the Israeli nation, which corrects itself as GE, already includes the vessels of AHP in it, and so these vessels of GE are enough to correct the real general AHP. The moment the Israeli nation is corrected, the incorporation, the correction, and the filling of the vessels of receiving and of the general AHP will be done through their AHP.

Question: If in going out to people we want to convey a feeling of connection to them, do we need to relate to them in a particular way, let’s say, like parents to their children, with love?

Answer: We need to relate to them as to unique people among all of humanity. Since the Creator brought you into contact specifically with them, you need to open yourself emotionally with regard to them. The emotional intention determines everything.

Question: We are scheduled to go meet with the upper management of the city. But I have personally felt an internal prejudice against them. Can I  go out to people in such a state?

Answer: Absolutely not. The Creator arranges all of this; He constructs all kinds of distortions and contorted faces for you. And you must relate to Him with love. You stand before others as if you are standing before the Creator. This experience has been prepared for you so that you will see that if you don’t love someone and cannot make him love you, it is a sign that you don’t have the right spiritual intention.

Question: The Light carries out all of the actions with the external public. I don’t feel Him, but only see the positive result, which according to my calculations shouldn’t have happened. How does the work of the Light begin and what depends on me so this work will begin?

Answer: In truth, sometimes you feel internal insensitivity, arrogance, and contempt for everyone. Externally you also speak with difficulty. And suddenly you see that people are really excited and  fired up, even though you weren’t quite configured for this.

But the Light operates according to its own laws. This has happened with me more than once, even in the lessons. The Creator arranges all of this to show you that it makes no difference how you perceive everything. He does His work and in order to provide you with an example of this, He gives you states of contempt, arrogance, and so on, while you must rise above them.

Question: What actions can change a difficult situation?

Answer: There is only one action: the unification of the people. If we unite and acquire the power of bestowal, then, thanks to this, we advance toward the Creator in a good way. We cancel all evil through this.

We are acting within a deterministic system that is subject to permanent and strict laws. And we know how to use these laws to change our destiny, both individually and collectively. We must create a positive force that will attract the Light, and the Light will correct everything.

This is not mysticism. Rather, these are laws that operate in reality. Nobody moves by himself or makes decisions by himself. There is no one besides the Creator, the only one who moves the world. There is one higher power, one law, and we only need to know how to use it, and if we use it correctly, then we can bring all of humanity to the desired state.

However, if we don’t know how to use this law, which we must know, then all kinds of problems afflict us. They are intended to teach us how to use the system correctly. So Pharaoh brought the children of Israel closer to the Creator, helping them  He helped them through pressuring them and causing them trouble. Otherwise, they wouldn’t even have thought of leaving Egypt.

Everything depends upon us; all the means have been given to us. We already can begin working between us to advance toward bestowal and mutual connection, and with this, we awaken the Upper Light.

We possess a very simple mechanism. The moment Israel connects a bit more strongly, the Upper Light will approach us, and all of life will change for the better.

However, if Israel disengages from each other, they will come to destruction and unfounded hatred. Everything depends only on our connection and unity; this possibility of regulating all of life exists only for Israel and not for the nations of the world. The Creator influences Israel and compels connection through them. The other people have no free choice. They cannot be evil or good, rather they act according to how they are managed from above.

Therefore, the calculation is made only with Israel. If we connect, then we attract Light. If we don’t connect, the Light goes further away and directs the nations of the world against us. So then we feel how anti-Semitism increases day by day.

So, we must be like one person with one heart, as it is written, “All of Israel are responsible for one another,” and “Love your friend as yourself.” It is all our responsibility; for the nations of the world, there are no laws like these. However, if we don’t want to reach connection, then the Creator places a cruel king over us, like Haman, so that we will return to Him against our will.

The action required from us is not easy, but it is very clear, and only waits for us to begin to implement it.
