Targeted Alignment

938.01Question: You said that we should not allow the forces of nature to confuse us. How can a person make an internal choice to understand that they are not confusing, but helping him?

Answer: If he places himself in the most neutral state possible, he can correctly assess what influences him, why he reacts in a certain way, and will be able to choose the right path.

A neutral state begins with one nullifying one’s ego before one’s friends. This is the most important alignment. Without it, a person will have no reference point for how to position oneself neutrally in relation to one’s friends and to perceive them as upper ones with regard to oneself.

Together in Spiritual Space

944Question: What does coming together in spiritual space mean and how do we do it?

Answer: Coming together in spiritual space means gathering our spiritual desires so that they give us a common desire, new in quality and strength, to accomplish something spiritual in the unification of the common Kli, in transmitting of the common light, so that we feel that we want it, that we desire it passionately. Then, the unification between us and the Creator occurs, Zivug deHakaa (coupling by striking).

Hisaron—Desire to Become Creator’s Vessel

528.01Question: How do we increase the desire to become similar to the Creator in the group? How can the group help us develop or generate Hisaron?

Answer: We must raise our desires, our common Hisaron, to the Creator and urge Him to correct and fill it. That is what we expect from the Creator.

Question: How are the heart and Hisaron interconnected?

Answer: What the heart feels is Hisaron. Hisaron is the desire to become a vessel for the Creator. When your desire aligns with the desire of the ten, this is a correct Hisaron.

Suffering is the Absence of Light

560Question: Let’s say I experience suffering and understand that the Creator sent it for the purpose of correction. Then the suffering becomes a correction for me, through which I bring pleasure to the Creator and establish a connection with Him. Where can I get pleasure from the connection through suffering if I do not have Kelim of bestowal yet?

Answer: You will not be able to derive pleasure through suffering. Do not lie to the Creator.

Comment: But if we understand that suffering came from Him, it does not feel so bitter.

My Response: No, connection with the Creator does not feel like bitterness. That is impossible. There is nothing better than the light. All suffering arises from the absence of light.

Question: Then how do you turn it into joy?

Answer: Correct yourself through connection with friends.

Strive for Correction

272Question: Usually, the recognition of evil is sudden and surprising. Can it be balanced, anticipated, or desired?

Answer: Sure, it depends on how much a person wants to receive the upper light, see himself and the world in this light, and continue his correction.

Question: But this happens extremely rarely. Can this be taught? How can we bring the recognition of evil closer?

Answer: Only through your desire for correction and, of course, together with friends. There is nothing more to say.

Question: Is any particular process required for us to be worthy of receiving correction?

Answer: Yes, you must recognize how you differ from the Creator, why you are receivers and not givers, and ask to be corrected.

Toward the Revelation of the Spiritual World

938.03Question: Is temple of ten people where the Creator resides the ultimate perfection?

Answer: This is a whole Kli. It cannot be said that it is perfection, but it is a whole Kli.

If you ask the Creator to unite you into one whole when you are striving to connect with each other, then He performs this action upon you, and then in the connection between you, you begin to feel spiritual forces.

This is what we must achieve in the process of our correction and unification.

Everything we do (study and other actions) are only needed in order to achieve complete unification among us, because in accordance with its quantity and quality, we will reveal the spiritual world in our unity.

When Someone Falls Behind in the Ten

530Question: If someone in the ten is unable to annul to the Creator, does this affect the ten?

Answer: It absolutely does. If someone in the ten is lagging behind everyone else, the whole ten should help him be with everyone. Alone, one cannot advance to the Creator, to the goal of creation. The main thing is that you want spirituality, this is fine, but only on the condition that you will give everything over to others.

Question: But there are those whom the Creator does not give the opportunity to invest. How can we balance it?

Answer: We must continue. And then you will gradually reveal the entire system you are in and see how to act best. You will learn on your own.

Love of Friends

938.04Question: What is love of friends? What is spiritual love?

Answer: Spiritual love between friends is a relationship between two people who want to rise and help each other in their ascent.

When uniting with another person, you think about what you can give and receive from them. These mutual and simultaneously opposite movements concerning each other oblige you to act.

If a friend offers you to receive something, then receive it; or if he wants you to give something, give it.

And he acts precisely the same toward you. Only in such mutual work with each other will you be able to advance together.

The Goal of the Convention

962.3Question: Is the goal of the convention to reveal Malchut in our unity?

Answer: Yes, this will give us the beginning of the revelation of the common Kli. It does not matter what the action is: reception for the sake of bestowal or bestowal for the sake of bestowal. In both cases, we work with the full Malchut but at different levels of intensity.

Raise Me from the Dust

236.01Question: It seems to me that there are states that are close to the truth, when dissatisfaction and anger arise because my friends do not care about my participation, my needs, or my efforts, to the point of despair, and I feel the group does not need me, that I only bring harm, and it would be better for me to leave and not get in the way. What counterarguments can I prepare in such states?

Answer: No counterarguments are necessary. You should say that you understand that you are the lowest and most worthless, but you still want the Creator to help you, and you want to rise toward connection with Him.

And the fact that you are low and worthless, unable to do or achieve anything, is something you know yourself. That is exactly what is meant by “Raise me from the dust.” It is the person who feels this way about their state that the Creator raises.

Question: While being in the lowest state, can I ask for love from my group? At the same time, I also want to love them even more than they love me.

Answer: That is how you are praying for them. This is a very good prayer when you ask for others and yourself as well.
