Question: You published an article based on Baal HaSulam’s “Introduction to The Book of Zohar” that talks about the internal and external parts of the people of Israel will undoubtedly cause resentment among religious people.

Will it trigger correction of the whole system and strengthen the inner part of the Torah relative to the external?

Answer: Baal HaSulam divided the people of Israel into the internal and external parts. The inner part is the people who are engaged in the internal part of the Torah with the intention for the sake of bestowal, i.e., Kabbalah. It brings us to loving our neighbor as ourselves. But the external part applies solely to those who observe commandments without intention.

If we study Kabbalah, we are on the path of the Light and benevolence. If we restrict ourselves to merely physical observance of the commandments, then we move from disaster to disaster as evidenced by the  ordeals endured by the people of Israel during the exile.

We want all the people of Israel to hear about this fact. It is very important that each person who has the opportunity to join the study of the internal Torah, i.e., Kabbalah, and attract the Returning Light to the people of Israel and through them to the entire world.

The article you mentioned will definitely cause a negative reaction, but it is difficult to remain silent. When we see a sick person who needs an urgent surgery, someone has to take a scalpel and perform the operation to extract a harmful tumor. Does a surgeon cause our indignation because he cuts the patient?

If we acted differently, we’d be like a little boy who cried when he saw a tailor “ruining” the fabric with scissors to make a suit.

Our current state requires correction, and pity is misplaced here. We need to understand where we are at this point. Nowadays, people are already prepared to listen. Time have changed since the Pharaoh resented Moses who in his opinion “excited” the Jewish people, rather than letting them work quietly for the Pharaoh. At this time, we are obligated to do our job as Moses and Aaron.

Question: Isn’t the dissemination of knowledge about the wisdom of Kabbalah coercion because in any case nature is still developing us through confrontations and conflicts. That is how it has always been and will be.

Answer: Certainly. But if we continue to march along with nature, we develop under the pressure of pain, suffering and war.

But the study of the wisdom of Kabbalah makes it possible to see the future through an “X-Ray,” just as a wise person with the help of research, sees in what way he is sick in advance, and as long as the disease hasn’t progressed, he can prevent it.

We have two choices:

– Wait until the “illness” is discovered, and this would be such a pathology from which there is no escape, everyone will raise their hands and say: “Unfortunately we cannot do anything with these Jews. Perhaps they should be destroyed.”

– Or we see where we are going, and so in advance solve all our problems and those of the world. A wise person sees far ahead, as it is said, “The wise man, his eyes are in his head” (Ecclesiastes 2:14).

The Torah, “Exodus,” 32:33 – 32:34: And the Lord said to Moses: “Whoever has sinned against Me, him I will erase from My book!” And now go, lead the people to [the place] of which I have spoken to you. Behold My angel will go before you. But on the day I make an accounting [of sins upon them], I will bring their sin to account against them.”

Question: What is the meaning of: “I will bring their sin to account against them?”

Answer: The nation is not corrected yet, so all of its heavy egoistic attributes, where the strongest sparks are, ascend from the bottom of the ego. Because, when there is receiving for one’s self, the most egoistic desires draw the greatest Light, the greatest pleasure, and it is recorded there.

The expression, “I will bring their sin to account against them,” refers directly to our times. Now, when the era of the last generation (the generation of the correction) begins, all the greatest, ugliest, most terrible egoistic attributes are revealed.

What is more, humanity will justify them and accept them so naturally that it will not understand why anything should be corrected at all! Why? What for? It will be very difficult for us to understand that this is actually what stands in our way. This is, of course, a great problem that will rise in the future.

Humanity will sink into eternal chaos, totally unjustified wars, and terrible afflictions. All of the most unnatural deviations will become the norm. It is the revelation of the ego on the level of “dog-eat-dog.”

However, we can reach this period with the recognition of our nature. If we draw the upper Light unto us, which will affect it, we will begin to feel how evil it is and will begin to correct it since it will be unbearable to exist in these attributes.

But we should realize in what sense we have not satiated nature’s desire and why it is putting such great pressure us. Only by gathering ourselves correctly into an integral society will we be able to integrate with nature in harmony and cease to be so opposite from it.

Question: If the group is a womb, how is that correlated with the expulsion of the embryo?

Answer: In an ordinary state, the body rejects any foreign body that penetrates it. The digestive system digests the food that we consume, and the wastes are removed.

The function of these systems is only to absorb the energy that the body needs and to throw away all the unnecessary materials. But if a foreign body is inserted into a person’s body, it is immediately encapsulated by a wrapping, suppuration occurs, and the body rejects it.

However, when an embryo that weighs several kilograms develops in a human or an animal body, not only does the body not reject it, but it also responds in keeping it close, nourishing it, and doing everything for its wellbeing.

Interestingly, when a person undergoes a transplant—like a heart transplant, for example—he must undergo intensive treatment in order to neutralize the rejection response. However, this doesn’t happen in a pregnant woman’s body because, in that case, a special attribute of Bina, of nature, is active that develops a living body inside it. which she developed in the animal organism.

This is the reason that the group must turn into an incubator, like a womb, that receives each person and raises him. But in order to allow every person to enter the group like a womb, the person must nullify himself totally with regard to it.

Question: We go out in order to work with the 99% of the population, which we need to incorporate inside us. We learn to nullify ourselves with regard to one another in the group. Must the 99% also undergo the process of self-annulment?

Answer: Of course, they must nullify themselves with regard to one another in order to build the right group or the right human connection.

This is what we teach them through our dissemination efforts and workshops. We explain to them the theory and methodology that allows a human being to become similar to nature. After we acquire balance with nature, we attain the most comfortable and safe state. That’s why the methodology of internal upbringing and education, the wisdom of connection, demonstrates what nature is and how we can become similar to or merge with it.

We use charts, pictures, films, and scientific examples to demonstrate what integrity in nature is.  We attract our students’ attention to the fact that integral education is essential for them. We teach how to cancel oneself in front of the group, to consent to and unite with friends, i.e., we explain the laws of connection that unite detached people into a group. We use simple corporeal language to clarify these matters.

During the workshops, we suggest discussing questions that elucidate the goal of the creation, explain what nature expects from us, what particular form we are supposed to acquire, and what the result of our unity will be. As a result, these issues become our students’ individual, personal thoughts and desires.

Question: The League of Nations was founded after WWI and the UN was founded after WWII; that is, humanity has always aspired to unite the world, at least externally.

Answer: These organizations were founded as a result of terrible afflictions and the desire to make the world a safer place. No politician in those days, no matter how tough, pragmatic, and experienced he was, could have imagined society the way it is today.

The elites who have the power in their hands calculate how to reduce the world population in the quickest and most quiet manner, not by wars but through local problems, by provoking unrest and civil wars in different countries.

Politicians are serious people who realize that natural resources are not infinite and that humanity depletes and burns all our natural resources. This is undesirable from the perspective of the leaders, and so it is worthwhile to reduce the world population by at least 70% -80%. And this is possible! There is no need to kill anyone and there is no need for wars. No one has any idea as to what we can expect if we use nuclear weapon. They need a clean and pure planet. In order to live on it and control it properly, half a billion people are enough instead of seven billion.

Why are they absorbing the Muslims in European countries? Because the Muslims who settle there have half the number of children they normally have and later even less and less because of the new circumstances. If they used to have fifteen children, today they have two to three.

Who is fighting on both sides in Syria? Young men. According to statistics, in Russia there is one young man for every four young women. If this goes on, humanity’s population will be cut in half in another twenty to thirty years. And so in a hundred years from now everything will be okay.

People who seemingly govern the world today don’t really want to know what is happening today, but they think about everything in a hundred years from now. But the point is that the world is managed by a totally different system, by an upper force that conveys through them the great ego related to their status. As it is said: “The heart of ministers and kings is in the hands of the Lord.”

The Creator conveys one policy through the world’s ruling elite, developing their egoism, and in Israel, a different policy, developing them to fulfill their mission. At certain times He causes conflicts between them and at other times He brings their connection.

This inclination to connect began in the middle of the 20^th century, and now this ideology has advanced, entailing different eruptions including religious ones. Orthodox Christianity, for example, which has been concealed and banned for many years, has to complete its role now. Islam also has to complete its role because it hasn’t really developed and now wants to take revenge.

This is how the Creator operates both through Israel and through the world elites.

The Creator created the nation of Israel as a very small nation in which there are Levites and priests headed by Moses. A totally different force operates in this group of people, and if we focus this small source of radiation correctly, everyone will automatically turn to us and follow us. The elites will also follow us because we are all managed by the Creator.

But we are given the chance to intervene in this control, speed it up and turn it into a conscious advancement. I hope we will succeed in doing so. Humanity will perceive the wave that is coming from us and will realize that there is a solution that comes through the correction and illuminates for everyone, drawing everyone forward. We don’t lock people unto us and don’t turn them into robots or zombies, but rather, we educate them. Getting closer and joining us are the advancing steps of education.

News from our friends in San Antonio, Texas:  Our small group in San Antonio participated in the Texas Book Festival. It was a great success. 40,000 people visited the fair.

Many people wanted to know about the wisdom of Kabbalah; we sold many books, and gave out over 300 fliers. Charlie Wood, a member of the group, played Kabbalistic music and many people came to our stand to listen to the music, to ask questions about Kabbalah, and to look at and buy our books.

Next to our booth were “The Muslims for Peace.” Their representatives came to us and asked about the wisdom of Kabbalah and took our business card with links to Kabbalah sites.

Some of the people who visited our stand had heard about the wisdom of Kabbalah or had studied from other sources. There were also several professors of theology who took our cards.

We are grateful to the Creator for such a great opportunity.

Question: What does it mean that the AHP of the upper falls into the GE of the lower?

Answer: AHP are vessels of receiving and GE are vessels of bestowal, Hafetz Hesed, that don’t want anything, but are satisfied with what they have. Keter, Hochma, and the upper part of Bina are only bestowal with no receiving.

It is only from the middle of Bina and downward that the thought begins of how to repay the Host, Keter, for the pleasure that He has given it. This is the reason that Bina develops vessels of receiving (Zeir Anpin and Malchut) so that it can receive in them in order to bestow.

This is the reason that there is only bestowal until the middle of Bina, and below that, receiving. The fall means that we cannot work with our receiving desires without having a Masach (screen) over them in order to bestow, and so we don’t use them. Only after we receive the Light that Reforms can the AHP rise, but only on condition that we receive an answer to the prayer (MAN) from the lower.

It turns out that we can use our desires to receive only in order to bestow unto others, unto friends or the public. We never will be able to use our AHP for our own sake in order to reach a state of greatness. What should we do that for? This simply cannot be! We can receive only according to the request of the lower.

This is the whole formula of “from the love of the creatures to the love of the Creator.” It is only because we want to receive a request from the created beings and want to bestow unto them that we have a chance to delight the Creator and feel love for Him. This is one action: the receiving of the prayer from them called “the love of the creatures,” and the request that is aimed upward for the fulfillment of this prayer called “the love of the Creator.” According to this formula, the action immediately is fulfilled.

The public gives us its deficiencies to bestow. Although they cry “give us bread!”, we must translate this request to spiritual deficiencies. At the same time, we must gradually teach people and bring them to spiritual needs. As it is written, “for they shall all know Me from their smallest to their greatest.” This means that we must teach the public that all of their deficiencies ultimately should be the desire to reach bestowal unto the Creator. Then, we will receive the right request from them and raise it upward. This means that “the love of the creatures” will connect through us to “the love of the Creator.”

This is the whole system. This is the only action by which we perform corrections. Three components are needed for this formula. The lower is the public, we are in the middle, and the upper is the Creator. Therefore, it is impossible to only study Kabbalah and perform correction. It is either together or death. A person is called Adam, one who resembles the Creator (in Hebrew). How can we resemble Him?

We must believe that the Creator is only a good and benevolent force, and this is also how we should relate to the entire world. We are the only ones who can help people reach the good, and therefore we must do that. This is the reason we receive their deficiencies and raise them upward.

Question: Many friends who are involved with similar activities chase after money, after the quantities of people. I am afraid that we also will begin to chase after quantity and not after quality.

Answer: If you are constantly with us in the lessons, then that won’t happen to you.

Thus, I am adamant that everyone, especially those who are involved with integral education for the public, must attend all of the morning lessons. It is a must!

Without that, it is not clear what they will begin to teach. They will deviate to psychology, sociology, mysticism, and who knows what else. We need to be afraid of that. Therefore, the connection with me through the lessons is essential.

In the Talmud it is written that “All calamities come to the world only for the sake of the people of Israel” (Yevamot 63a), to force us to realize our freedom of choice, to choose the good way and to draw the whole world after us.

This is because we must be a “Light to the nations” (Isaiah 42:6), but according to our behavior today, we are not bringing any Light and are not considered the people of Israel at all. Israel are those who maintain the general rule, “And you shall love your friend as yourself” (Leviticus 19:18)

Comment: But our people try to behave most humanely!

Answer: We are within a system of the laws of nature, and we must clarify precisely what we need to do to be compatible with them. The wisdom of Kabbalah is the wisdom of the world and “God” is “Nature”; therefore, we must examine nature and understand exactly what is required from us, and not just try.

It is necessary to examine precisely: have we conformed to the requirements that are imposed upon us or not? We must achieve unity between us, the general rule “Love your neighbor as yourself.” If we achieve this, then we solve our problems.

In the book Maor VeShemesh, it is written that “The essential defense against all calamities is love and unity. As long as love, unity and friendship dwells within Israel, no troubles can dominate it, and all the evil defamations and suffering move away from them.”

Question: How is it possible that due to our unity we protect ourselves from trouble?

Answer: The idea is that our world is “round,” closed. All of the parts of nature: still, vegetative, and animate, and humanity are connected together in a single system that is revealed from generation to generation as a network of strict connections.

Our success is determined by our degree of accommodation to this system, and all of our problems can be explained as a lack of accommodation to it. Today we find ourselves in a world in which no leader understands according to which laws the world operates and how it is necessary to manage it to attain some kind of success.

A number of decades ago, in the time of Churchill and Truman, there was nothing like this. So it was still possible to manage the world through aggressive authoritarian systems like Stalin.

Today a method like this won’t work anymore; what will work is only the same “identical” attitude towards the world, as all of it is itself. This is because the general network has been revealed, and in this situation nothing will help if the people of Israel who have the method of association don’t bring the entire world to unification.

A circle is association. We are discovering that all of us are connected with each other, whether we want this or not. We are living in an integral, global world that is mutually connected. There is nothing to be done about this connection except to unite and connect people; this is the main thing.

This secret, which is the foundation of the wisdom of Kabbalah, is the possession of the people of Israel. It makes it possible to connect and unify people; without it nobody will succeed in doing this, and through this connection and consolidation, all problems are solved. Therefore it is written, “All calamities come into the world only for the sake of the people of Israel” to show us that we have not yet united and haven’t brought the entire world to the long-awaited unification.

Question: Why do you say that it is necessary to invest all of our energies in connection and unity between people? I still have not seen any person in the world who did this and succeeded.

Answer: Receiving good energy and the opportunity to rise above the sensation of time and space, above all the negative resistance as if we are floating in the air, is possible only on condition that we begin to connect and unite.

In a connection between two or more people, an intense positive energy suddenly begins to be revealed that is prepared to elevate them to very high levels above matter because our entire problem is that we are wasting our energies on conflict, confrontation, and competition. However, if we achieve unity and compromise, within this connection we discover enormous energy, like in an nuclear bomb.

In principle, from what is a nuclear explosion derived? It is simply connection to a critical mass. See what power is released from this connection, and at the time of the connection between people, this power will be many times greater. All of the spiritual power in the upper world, which is ready to elevate us above space and above our substance, is derived from connection and unity only.

If we were connected with each other, then in the stitches that connect us, we would discover the upper world. That is, all of the work is summed up by our connection and unity, and this is precisely what the entire Torah speaks about.

In the place of our connection, the opportunity to break out to the next level, to a higher dimension, to the upper world, is revealed to us. There, we will live without any suffering or trouble. This is because all of our troubles and problems result from our separateness.
