Question: A person strives to bestow, participates in all events, and shows excessive activity that does not allow others to express themselves. How can he calculate that he is too active and needs to slow down?
Answer: In principle, there should be a middle ground in the group based on a certain level of the majority of the group members. Sometimes one rises, then another, and so on, but everyone generally adheres to some common level. It must be felt, understood, and achieved.
Question: Can a person find this out for himself?
Answer: Yes, sure. Let him see how the others behave and interact with each other.
Question: If I see that my friends are not very active, does this mean that I am too active?
Answer: Maybe.

Question: You always say that we need to engage in dissemination. Is a student someone who spreads knowledge about the Creator?
Answer: You cannot avoid engaging in dissemination because you will otherwise become a final element in the system. The system, however, is global; energy, information, and feelings constantly circulate through it. Therefore, if you do not disseminate further, you become a final element and wither away.
Question: Should we become a channel for transmitting information?
Answer: Yes, as it is said in the article “The Arvut”(Mutual Guarantee), we must be precisely the channel through which the light of the Creator passes to all other souls.

Question: As our state matures, the descents will intensify in both quality and duration. How can we not despair from these states?
Answer: For this, you need to have many friends who are engaged in the same pursuit as you—coming closer to the Creator—and who are constantly talking about it and consulting with each other.
Question: How can we bring contentment to the Creator when we are in a descent?
Answer: By desiring to come out of the descent to bring Him contentment, not for you to feel good, but for His sake.

Question: What must I destroy before constructing the building of holiness?
Answer: Everything that you have built in your heart and mind from the first day of studying Kabbalah, because you will realize that it is all incorrect. Then you will come to understand that everything you have done was also incorrect, and you will have to destroy and rebuild anew.
Question: But I built a connection with friends in the ten, a schedule, and a framework. What do I need to destroy?
Answer: Nothing, it happens on its own. You will simply understand that these are not the foundations on which the spiritual building of your soul is constructed.
Question: What advice do Kabbalists give? What needs to be built correctly to make fewer mistakes?
Answer: Reading the short articles that we are currently going through will help you. You will see that you need to direct yourself toward the spiritual goal in a slightly different way.

Question: When we gather together we must be serious and have the correct intention. But if our friends behave frivolously, joke, and laugh, what should our actions be?
Answer: We don’t need to sit and cry. We must think about the goal, why we have gathered, and how we can unite, because the goal can be achieved only through unity. If we have fun at the same time, that is also good.
Maybe seriousness is within us. The main thing is the internal work of each person: why is he or she here, for what does one unite with friends? It is even better if we are very serious on the inside and funny on the outside.
Question: How can you discern whether joy is distracting or true?
Answer: Everyone should ask themselves this. Rabash writes that friends should be cheerful on the outside but very serious, burning inside.

Question: Is it possible for men and women to work together in a good, positive manner?
Answer: It is possible when we do not pay attention to whether it is a man or a woman. Before us stands an average type, neither male nor female. I understand that the other individual also has a desire for the Creator the same as mine and in the same direction. Then I can contact him.
But this too is only in a very limited form when we can clearly rise above our corporeal definitions. In principle, men act separately, and women act separately, but their intentions can be combined.

Question: How can you correct your desires through your friend and at the same time remain in perfection?
Answer: It is by helping your friend get what he desires.
Question: Let’s say I discovered a certain desire in myself. Do I turn to a group, look for the same deficiency in someone, and pray for him?
Answer: No, if you discover a spiritual desire, you should simply turn to the Creator.
Question: How do you make corrections through a friend rather than directly through your desire?
Answer: You can correct the desire through a friend if you want to bestow through him. Connect with his desire and together bestow to the Creator.
